Eleven Questions Seems Unreasonably Excessive?

her ready excuse was valid
eleven questions to answer critique
plus own opinions references

only a 1500 word count
a rather unreasonable word count?
unless using bad grammar!

really since when has using bad
grammar ever been a good option in
meeting English essay requirements?

solutions combine a few questions?
difficult compound complex sentences
might provide an answer succinct

personal opinion?
references reduce to surname in text
get smart limit to data most important

Always Asking Questions

We all want peace we dont want misery
So many of us wont let us be these things
But we only are confused
We feel stronger as we grow older
But still we feel bemused
Always asking questions
Were always asking questions
And the temptation is to just step back
Well we give what we lack
We will always be asking questions
Why rich?
Why poor?
Always asking questions
Were always asking questions
Why this?
Why that?
Were always asking questions
Why this?
Why that?
Always asking
Dont stop asking
Dont stop asking questions
Always asking questions
In answer to this question is just shut up
You dont know
I dont know
Nobody knows
This is an answer to every question
This is a place to begin
Always asking questions
Always asking questions
Why this?
Why that?
Why this?
Why that?
Always asking questions
(why this why that? )
Always asking questions
(why this why that? )
Always asking questions
(why this why that? )

What Now?

now the questions are asking you
what now? quo vadis?
where to? what for?
why?

yes, why above all.
the questions are asking you
and you must answer with the very same questions to the questions

you beg, and they beg too
the answer to the questions

but you have no answers really
you have learned the art of wisdom
its own ways
its own manners of not answering with answers

who knows? no one knows?
oh, ahh, i must start from where wisdow
was born

here i am and i know nothing....

It's really difficult for me. Language, I am sorry that I haven't. I think I just always expected that you learn a word in place of a word and when I discovered how difficult the grammar was and learning that was very discouraging for me.

I choose the questions

You think I am wise
Giving you the questions that
You cannot answer

On a wide domain of answers
A question or two shall be taken

And you will answer them for me

Haven’t you tried thinking
If we shift roles

Ok, so you try asking the questions now
I do not answer

I could have answered you
Because I can, but I won’t

I think, I have become real myself.

Life Gets Me To Wonder

(10/01/11)

Life gets me to wonder, life gets me to think
Am I losing my mind, am I on the brink.
So many questions that enter my mind every day
I think hard about one, and the rest seem to fade away.

Once I find the answer then to the next level I will go
It’s amazing - how god lets us know.
Every question and every answer is a step
That we must climb - and we’ll continue to do this
Till the end of our time.

We will always have questions - that’s why
God gave us a mind.
Knowledge is power on that I don’t deny.

But there are more questions than any of us care to admit
And when we can’t answer them - we surely catch a fit.
Questions about health, love, work, religion
Just to name a few - this list goes on
What are we supposed to do.?

Ninja Shuriken

Now the time
is come. For us
ninja to fight.
Just because the Samurai
are strong, doesn't mean we're not

Stronger. Ninja are fast and sneaky. We
have abilities that would blow your mind.
Unless of course, you know our ways. We are
real in every way. You just got to believe
in us. You got to
know, that we're strong. Stronger than the Samurai.
Enjoy watching the fight. For the
ninja has this battle won. Samurai will be defeated.

________________________________ __________

Authors Note: I know the grammar part for the now the time is come is wrong. Cuz is should be are and I'd prefer it that way but This is an acrostic poem and I couldn't think up a sentence for I to go along with the story, so I used wrong grammar for it. Trust me, I didn't want to do that but I did. Guess it's a good thing that grammar ain't all that important when it comes to poetry. That's what my teacher said and I believe her. She did go to college and Idc what anyone else says about my grammar on here. My teacher said grammar ain't that important when it comes to poetry/poems and so I'm gonna listen to her.

If you read down, it says ninja shuriken.

His Answer To My Question Was A Question

His answer to my question
Was a question
My answer to his reply
Was returned
With another question
The game of
Answering and asking
Questions
Did not end
Till I questioned
The very motive
Of our conversation
We came to the conclusion
How to pass time?
Was the biggest question
Asking questions
And creating confusion
Was the answer
So we passed our time
Asking and answering questions
The question now is
Whether we did right or wrong?
The answer is
Why ask a useless question?

Thought-Provoking Questions

Across the TV screen they scrolled,
The questions to the show...
While just one answer could be told,
Still questions were in flow...
The compere and the guest still spoke,
With comments to explain...
Yet were the questions there a joke,
Eye-candy or eye-strain?

I tuned out what was being said,
To view the scrolling text...
Because I chose to read instead,
So not to be perplexed...
Those questions were both great and small,
Yet by them I felt blessed,
Then suddenly there was a call
To compere and to guest...

I thus ignored the text below
And listened once again...
Perhaps for something new to know,
Perhaps beyond my ken...
But, oh, what wisdom saints would share,
Life stories so profound...
And oh, such tender-hearted prayer,
To turn our lives around...

What was Good Friday all about?
And so the guest replied...
It was because God's Laws we flout
That Christ was crucified...
The guest was almost near to tears,
As he explained the cost...
To think, Christ overcame His fears
And died to save the lost...

Another caller praised the Lord,
She spoke of many things...
Then told us straight to rest assured,
Trust Christ, the King of Kings!
Forgiveness is the Father's Plan,
The Bible is the key...
And suddenly, my tears began...
I knew Christ died for me...

Howard Conder's Question And Answer show is
on Revelation TV. He said he would like to
see viewers' email questions scrolling across
the TV screen while the guest and he were
discussing one question at a time.

He wondered if viewers would still find some
extra blessing if thought-provoking questions
were seen on screen.

Are You All Right?

They keep asking me this question
I don't know how to answer

They say it again
And I still don't have an answer

Really, what do you say to that
I could say I'm fine, but that would be a lie
I could say everything, but then they would keep asking me questions

Questions i couldn't answer

That's when I simply smile and walk away

The question that's always asked, but never answered
Are you all right?
That's for you to decide

Hey! Mr.Wise.Intellectual
what you expect from this man?
Do you want him to join your language marathon.
A skinny; you can count his ribs.
Let him stay as a semicolon
and don't make him a full stop.
You may keep your dogmas with you
and let him crawl to the grave.

From my stressful heart, dedication to a certain reader who insulted me publicly for some grammar mistakes of my poems.I agreed and I know my limitations as the English is my second language and without any hesitation I would like to say that I am still a beginner. Please excuse me, my friendly readers.

Man has made some machines that can answer questions provided the facts are profusely stored in them, but we will never be able to make a machine that will ask questions. The ability to ask the right question is more than half the battle of finding the answer.

Answers

There are lots of questions
some good, none bad.
Time, overwhelmed,
and finally a little bored with so many questions,
answers all the same
not maliciously but frankly
because Time has found
the answer unvarying, always the same.
Time, the adjudicator
whose eyes are green stones, by the way, nods and gently says
'yes, Joy is real, but temporary;
entirely valid, it's case.
Go for it, go for it, whatever-
at all and every stage
All and every....stage', Time intones,
Then turning meditative
and almost forgetting the question,
'just do no harm.
But don't expect it to last-
that's fool's work;
and leave the furniture alone!
the careful configuration of furniture
cannot insure happiness. Much.
Happiness comes from acceptance
of the furniture as it is. Largely.
Everyone is good at something'.
Then Time, exhausted and sickened
by so much sanctimony, sinks back, sits up, adding,
a bit sadly, 'Remember, in the end
the answer is always the same'.

Facebook Chatter

so many questions
and so many answers to choose from
can't decide yet
which one

but there is an answer hidden in your hair
your eyes speak them for me
i am restless
i need it now to calm me down
to dispel the questions
with only one answer from you
tell it to me gently
and then touch
me with your lips
my silence is always unfilled.

evasive (EDITED FOR one letter only)

the answers are shy
they have not matured

they always are not
confronting the questions

which keep on roaming like
Nazi soldiers looking

for the kill of the innocent
ones

the answers are arrows
with blunt tips

the questions are the black holes
of our universe

who dares to answer all of them
not me

i see all the questions
and i am but a little boy stupid on the street

looking for mother
and afraid of what a father can do

to defend the senselessness of
my posture

the questions are alive
the answers need a redemption

i take the side step
write a poem and then sleep

who knows?
the answer is nothing but a dream

yes, a dream
something ephemeral

yes, an illusion
something like a mirror

yes, a moment,
something that must pass like the shadow of the moon.

Sonnet 63: Oh Grammar Rules

Oh grammar rules, oh now your virtues show
So children still read you with awefull eyes,
As my young dove may in your precepts wise
Her grant to me, by her own virtue know.

For late, with heart most high, with eyes most low,
I crav'd the thing which ever she denies:
She, lightning Love, displaying Venus' skies,
Lest once should not be heard, twice said, 'No, No.'

Sing then, my Muse, now Io Paean sing,
Heav'n's envy not at my high triumphing:
But grammar's force with sweet success confirm:

For grammar says (oh this, dear Stella, weigh,)
For grammar says (to grammar who says nay?)
That in one speech two negatives affirm.

The computer and its information cannot answer any of the fundamental questions we need to address to make our lives more meaningful and humane. The computer cannot provide an organizing moral framework. It cannot tell us what questions are worth asking. It cannot provide a means of understanding why we are here or why we fight each other or why decency eludes us so often, especially when we need it the most. The computer is... a magnificent toy that distracts us from facing what we most need to confront — spiritual emptiness, knowledge of ourselves, usable conceptions of the past and future.
