Womb to womb to tomb

I am born unto this womb
To be born again unto another womb
Before I take birth once again unto another womb
Then as mark of respect
A tomb shall man place on that womb
To remind the world
That this day a man
Was, born unto this womb.

Before another birth I seek
To live another life in another womb
In the seas of life I shall swim
Before I am once again ready
To take birth unto this womb
To be born again unto another womb
Before, I take birth once again to be entombed.

Dissatisfied

Always dissatisfied with what one has,
The power of nothingness
Engulfs
Whatever you also engulf
Or take as a possession,

What comes into you
Goes out of you and everything
Goes in there only to
Go out later,
There is nothing you can hold,
It is simply meant that way,
The flow
Life, birth, life, death, rebirth,
And then back to Nothingness

Unless you believe
In something Else
To cling to
Like a moss to an old stone
Albeit,
The stone rolls just the same
In an ancient flowing river

Then while here
We do not really know
What happens

There are many stories
That the bird outside us
Cannot yet sing.

Shape Me Like A Man

Spark my body into existence
Breath your life into me
Fill these eyes with temptation
Work your mystery
Make me in the image you desire
Raise me up from the earth
Let me be your creation
Women, give me birth
Take me in your hands
And shape me like a man
Shape me like a man
Put this broken body in motion
With a strong and natural drive
Fill my flesh with sensation
Women let me know Im alive
Take me in your hands
And shape me like a man
Shape me like a man
Like a man
Shape me like a man
Like a man
Shape me like a man
Like a man
Take me in your hands
And shape me like a man
Like a man
Shape me like a man

Depths Of Life Mystery Deep

Buller River birth
in high mountain crags
born in Southern Alps
wild West Coast
New Zealand in youth
mine flowing into
eternal depths mine
soul flows to distant seas

so many superimposed images
within water dominant theme
mine flowing river is life like life
with horizons diverse distant
mystical or geometrical merging
horizon sky on reflection waters...

depths of life, mystery as deep as
changing riverbed pull to ocean
life as surface realities, far shores,
waves which rock or embrace to
reassure, or test determination of
mind limb endurance exploration...

life vessels are often filled with only
choice cargo which is conscious sought
trace elements imbue air earth water
the realm of earth or water we may dive
through physically, accept in experience
or meditation, test embodied in storm swim...

or manipulate as technological control
harnessed, exploited; abused or converted
to new levels of balance or shift concepts
of research usage, all of which may have
unexpected outcomes in transformation
transformation is manifest, seasonal or life

shattering, but always life renewal seeks
warmth of earth bird bright flight dreams
after darkness passes comes life new days,
new experiences, time which pass passage
weathers changes all things, but in flow time
streams of elemental diversity dissimilar...

a poet engaging soul images in spirit journeys
of mind concepts; continue the journey; feel
the earth, air, wind, water, warmth pulse light

The Unwritten Silence

The blankness of the page
Stares back at me tormenting
With the wordless expression
Of an unwritten silence
The uninspired imaginings
Stir a void of nothingness
Denying ink drawn from the pen
Where dreamless ideas fail
The numbness of my thoughts
Search in vain for a muse
A potential line cast aside
Too cliché for a verse
The living edit of a poem
Still requires the first word
Yet nothing but stillness
The empty page before me
Torments in wordless expression
My unwritten silence

To Fade Away

I want to melt away into nothing,
To be a simple molecule of air,
Floating in and out of people' lives,
Without them even knowing.
I want to be in my own world, my own eternity.

Why can't you just understand that,
Why can't you look in my eyes,
And see that I don't want to be trapped,
In your cage of protection,
I want to be in an unprotected world fighting for myself!

I want to fall to pieces at the feet of the world,
I want to bow down and move as it moves,
Not fighting each current,
Not going against it to try to form my own world,
I want to know where I stand and who I am.

I want to become one with the outside world,
Leave everything behind me from this life,
No more cages or lies or protection from a world I have to face.
I want to make my own mistakes and correct them myself,
Without you trying to do it for me.

The fire inside me burns at a slow simmer,
Waiting for something to give it fuel,
Fuel to overcome my body and melt away my skin,
Working it's way through me to engulf me once again,
Engulf me in the feeling of being locked away from everything of anger.

If I could just fade to nothing,
Breathe the air that was breathed by the sycamore,
Drink the water that was dumped from the heavens above,
If I could just be at true peace with my own tranquility,
If I could just be alive and not be expected to be perfect but just be me.

What would happen if I faded into this void of meditation,
Would I be driven mad or insane,
Would I never want to leave this feeling of ecstasy behind me,
Would everything be okay just for one time; one moment,
Could I be so simply there, not be noticed?

I want to do nothing but sit in my world of perfectness,
If even just for a moment or day,
I want to wade in the pool of immortality,
I want to find who I am,
I don't want to fight it anymore I want to let it overtake me.

I want to be melted away into something so simple and perfect,
So impossibly flawless so pure
I want to melt; find the simplistic life that so many people are blind to,
I want to open my eyes and see this place, this world,
I want to see.

I want to melt away into nothing,
I want to become one with the world around me,
With the life within me.
I want to escape into this world of perfect being,
And fade to nothing.

The River's Arms...

I Rushed Into The River’s Arms
It Carried Me Away
Within Its Strong, Swift Current
Amid Foam and Sunlit Spray

It Wetly Glossed My Skin
Dripping Diamonds … and Dipping Me
Close Down To The Riverbed
Deep and Wild and Murky

At First, Its Cold Nature
Shocked and Intimidated
Until I Learned Its Flow
Sweetly Invigorated …

Every Splash Upon My Flesh
Was Playful and Caressive
Every Plunge and Every Pull
Held Me Curiously and Possessive

My Body Buoyed and Bounced
Floating On Smooth Liquid
Every Sprinkle Was Sparkling
Each Velvet-Lapping, Vivid

Where Dreams Un-Drowned Had Mixed
With Waves Rimming O’er and Spilt …
Rippled and Spinned Around Rocks That Skipped
Were Danced Down Into Silken-Silt

I Kept Rising By Riverside
Thru Every Dunk and Every Dive …
Every Surge Felt So Alive
Every Soak So Synchronized

Like A Saturday Baptism
My Saturated Soul, Glistened
An Enraptured, Reborn Vision
Fresh-Rinsed … and Arisen

I Let The River Steer
So Symbolic and So Sure
It Carries To Something Greater
I’ll Find Out Just What Later …

“ River Long and River Wide
My River Song On Riverside
Traveling On The River Tides
River’s Arms Is One Sweet Ride ”

It Is Not A Pot Of Gold
But A Jade River That Flows
At The End Of A Rainbow
(Every Forest Creature Knows)

Now Sitting On Riverbank
Watching This Swishing Water-Tank
Don’t Know How I Didn’t Sank …
But I Do Know Who To Thank! …

“ River Long, Oh River Ride
My River Song … On Riverside
Traveling On Your River Tides
River’s Arms Was Open Wide

… I Rushed Into The River’s Arms and … “

Chocolate

Fragile seams
I opened up too quick and all my dreams
Were walking out
I'd slowly lost my fire
With every single man a river cried
I had no sensation
Completely numb, left with no satisfaction
I thought no-one could ever get me high again
I swear, I was not looking
Oh, waited so long
I thought the real thing was a fake
I thought it was a tool to break me down
You proved me wrong again
If love were liquid it would drown me
In a placeless place would find me
In a heart shape come around me and then
Melt me slowly down
If it were human it would know me
In a lost space come and show me
hold me and control me and then
Melt me slowly down
Like chocolate
Tastes so good my hearts been mended
who'd have thought it would
An empty bet and still I won the cash
And man who i love and loves me back
Oh, waited so long
for love to heal me so i would feel it
thought it wasn't breathing when you came
You proved me wrong again
Like chocolate come here
Zoom in, catch the smile
There's no doubt it's from you
And I'm addicted to it now
Just one look boy to melt me down
Just one heart to save me now
Your candy kisses are sweet I know
Hold me tight baby don't let go
Just one look boy to melt me down
Just one heart to save me now
Your candy kisses are sweet I know
Hold me tight baby don't let go

Side The Riverbreak

Standing 'side the riverbreak,
watching water move like lightening,
flowing fast, white, narrow brook,
'tween the legs of the Douglas trees.
And these streams have curves so crooked,
subluxed....in serpentine,
'til they merge...become one river, and then -
it spirals to the riverbreak.....,
kissing the fork, seperating the surge.

And, there be majic, in the riverbreak;
its' speed and strength dictates the flow,
of white-capped ripple o'er deep-blue current.....,
where the principals copulate.

Stimulating....the force of the riverbreak;
no virgin surf, this channel, be;
must be the sight of the rapids front.....,
that excites, compels the serfeit fawning.

Ahhh, the rush of the riverbreak,
with the rage and softness of a woman,
spreading her majesty,
coursing, delivering,
'into the rise of the riverbreak;
the fork, its' presence, not be moved...
spreading the river,
like eagle's wings, or two young limbs,
thrusting, flowing.....fertilely,
against the fork, they call.... the riverbreak.
And, the climax be.....the confluence;
and the confluence....be unequivocal;
unequivocal...this liquid rush;
then silence...Sssssh... of quelling waters...
resume their course side the riverbreak
two streams quiet 'til they meet again.

The Poetics Of The 21st Century In The Thriving Zone

This process of genre differentiation on particular poetics and universal poetics should go on as a practical and feasible zone of possible poetics in a probable calculations as this is the age when the particulars and universality really engage and meet.If not, it is just generalization of things in specific situation, which ca nnot catch the whole picture of hermeneutic zone, which can fall back on modernist's tradition of selfish dictatorial practice(so -called contemporary poetics, not having thorough analysis of art history, contemporary theories and current findings on high literature and low literature even in the prestigious academic instituitions in the western and european worlds.

Refreshing Light

Daylight is breaking through
Treading softly as the horizon glows
It’s the new birth, rebirth for a day
One setting the sound and wondrous
The warmth that flows the sweet scents
The drip from frost and chill of night
The spindle of curiosity that changes
Ocean waves and romantic decadence
Where beautiful arithmetic flow from
One breath of life again; sighs of relief
One more day to journey through.

Let The Sun Arise A Bit

Let the sun arise a bit,
Many tears of mine,
On the surface of my heart,
Are ice-formed, frozen,
Will melt pouring out,
In the form of verse;
But wait,
Let the sun arise a bit,
Let it appear,
From behind the mountains.

Then from the snowy rocks,
The snow will dissolve,
The drops of water then joining,
Will move directing themselves,
To seek out the channels,
To originate the streams,
To formulate the river,
The several rivers merging,
With one another,
Will shape the oceans.

Think a while,
One who is in incessant journey,
Was mere a drop,
Sometime became it a stream,
And on the other a river.

Lo! Where the journey is accomplished,
These poems, these ghazals,
Are merely my verses,
But see!
They begin wherefrom,
To be poured upon the pages,
And whereto they are finalized,
But wait,
Let the sun arise a bit,
From behind the mountains.

Prismatic Appraisal

Stop, look, and listen, imprint glistens, see
words wire taut, well caught, of themselves require
standards unset, spontaneous, to be -
though goal unsought - far from the crowd's mud mire.
Let dropp by dropp from inspiration's tree
pearl down to crown rhyme, rhythm all admire,
encapsulate amber eternity
to time-trap thoughts, acts, objects, free from ire.

One stores verse story's glory in the mind,
retinal rainbow stimulating each
synaptic link both in and out of reach, -
display whose ray may play before, behind.

Word flow sensations sows and by degree,
can catalyze a metamorphic fire
as empathy extends its energy
incandescent, lends dimensions higher
to time and space and place which, falling free,
rise to surprise and stimulate the lyre.
Time loses its accustomed hierarchy
thus finite frontiers, limits soon expire.

In context crystalline we find outlined
prismatic tones some play, which more may teach
than meets the eye, contact points combined,
with ease - these inner inhibitions breach.

Words flow where none could know they'd go, - no key
is needed where there's no directive spire,
no cue restrictive, new priority
in depth is found, ground falls away, kite flyer
spins toplike, fights against Earth's gravity
reintegrates new levels which aspire
to spread, to wed when seedbed cavity
spores explode, explore, more growth inspire.

Words flow, emotions echo, each assigned
its place to interaction trace where speech
is often too restrictive, predefined, -
thought modes aligned, too taut one must impeach.

Words taught, untaught, exchanged, are vector we
extend from passing trend as minds enquire,
as echoes through blue organ flue flow free
or meanings ancient bend to suit soul's choir
in harmony, or melting melody,
or raven caw reacting to some liar,
cabalist, hermetic, open key,
energy decoding deep desire.

So verse to verse responds spontaneous
to take up arms against a troubled seed,
to laugh with, never at unless some cuss,
to read behind the lines for more to read…

Foghorn

There was an eerie silence
as the fog cloaked around us.
The foghorn bellowed
like some prehistoric monster’s roar.
In the distance, another foghorn wailed
as if echoing the first monster’s call.
On deck eyes peered into the white cloak
looking for some dark looming shape.
The foghorns blew almost simultaneously.
The thick blanket prevented anyone
from seeing anything.
The throb of the engines like a mighty heartbeats
echoed in everyone’s ears.
Again, a foghorn bellowed
like some distant monster’s roar.
Then as a dark shape loomed from the mist
and its mighty heartbeats rang out in everyone’s ears.
As it approached, there was panic in their eyes.
A collision at sea would cost many lives.
It was bad enough in fine weather,
but in a fog where no one could see
the disaster would be catastrophic.
Everyone braced themselves
for the collision to be.
Except for the mighty heartbeats
of the giant behemoths of the waves,
silence covered all.
Slowly the dark shapes passed one another
and were once again
swallowed up within the fog.
