Not knowing you is respect
I ask your name, what you do, what you are,
You said
I do not have to know you
You are nobody
You have no name
You do nothing
You are not what you are
I am not knowing
I do not know you
We call each other as friends
Blind friends
Two blind friends touching a big elephant
And we shall say different things
You are nobody and I am nobody too
That is identity enough
Respect for nobody to nobody
Blindness is now dignity
We feel the heart
Because we have no eyes
We do not touch
We have no hands
We only speak
Because what we have are only
Two hearts. No eyes. No hands.
A mouth a nose. We are breathers in space.
We are incomplete. That is complete
Respect for humanity.
We are simply breathers. Nobody touching nothing.

The Breathers
The Breathers
(Jeffrey Andrew Reiss: October 5,1969)
In Ohio, where these things happen,
we had been loving all winter.
By June you looked down and saw your belly
was soft as fresh bread.
In Florida, standing on the bathroom
scales, you were convinced
and looked both ways for a full minute before crossing
Brickell Boulevard.
In Colorado you waited-out summer in a mountain
cabin, with Dr. Spock,
your stamps, and my poems in the faint
8000-foot air.
Listen, he had a perfect body,
right down to his testicles, which I counted.
The morning he dropped from your womb, all rosy
as an apple in season, breathing the thick
fall air of Ohio, we thought good things would happen.
Believe me, Dr. Salter and the nurses were right:
he was small but feisty—they said he was
feisty. That afternoon in his respirator
when he urinated it was something to be proud of.
Cyanotic by evening, he looked like a dark rose.
Late that night you hear...
Think of the only possible twentieth-century consolations:
Doris saying it might have been better this way;
think of brain damage, car crashes, dead soldiers.
Better seventeen hours than eighteen, twenty years
of half-life in Ohio where nothing happens.
Late that night you hear them
in the...
For, after all, we are young, traveling
at full speed into the bull's eye of the atom.
There's a Pepsi and hot dog stand in that bull's eye,
and babies of the future dancing around us.
Listen, the air is thick with our cries!
Late that night you hear them
in the nursery, the breathers.
Their tiny lungs go in and out like the air
bladder on an oxygen tank
or the rhythm of sex.
Asleep, your arms shoot towards that target
with a stretch that lifts you like a zombie,
wakes you to the deafening breathers.
And now you see them crawling
rings around your bed, in blankets,
buntings, preemies in incubators circling
on casters, a few with cleft palates, heart trouble,
all feistily breathing, crawling
away from your rigidly outstretched arms—
breathing, robbing the air.

Last Breath
We take for granted
while we are here,
the air that fills
the atmosphere.
The breath of life
that we can not see,
is with us from the very beginning.
Clean air and good breathing
Is what we need to
take in oxygen for our
bodies to succeed,
Enjoy it in this time,
while you are fine.
Once we take are
once last breath,
our physical existence
turns towards death.
Are really gone
at all?
No, we are on the
otherside having a ball.

In A Breath
Life is only one breath after another,
We are the ones who control our breaths, not oneanother.
A breath is all it takes,
To make a breath.
In a breath you could stop,
In a breath you could drop,
In a breath anything could happen,
In a breath anything could happen.
Life is the journey down a pathway,
Of which stones are breaths that show you the way.
A path to eternity, to forever.
Where you shall stay forever and ever.
In a breath you could die,
In a breath you could fly,
In a breath anything could happen,
In a breath anything could happen.
Tomorrow is yet a turn,
A turn you may not reach, but only a breath can determine,
You don't know when your final turn comes.
You do not know what you will become.
In a breath you could win,
In a breath you could sin.
In a breath anything could happen,
anything could happen.
Life is but a breath,
Air is but a breath,
In life you will find the truth,
And find air is the proof.
In a breath you could find nothing,
In a breath you could find everything,
In a breath anything could happen,
In a breath anything could happen.
You travel down a river,
Where bubbles are breaths and you are the giver.
The giver of ripples, of currents,
Of which for endurence.
In a breath you could loose,
In a breath you could choose.
In a breath anything could happen
In a breath anything could happen.
Follow the river of dreams to the sea.
This is eternity you will see.
Breath avery breath,
As if it were your last breath.
In a breath you could sail.
In a breath you could fail.
In a breath anything could happen,
anything could happen.

Oxygen Low
Starvation of the brain
oxygen low
Makes your mind take you
to another life
Family not dissimilar
voices sound familliar
but faces just seem to simulate
Starvation of the brain
oxygen low

How to breathe diamonds
A breath of diamonds
First take a small diamond
Then proceed to heat it until
It becomes extremely hot
Then carefully pour a bit of
Liquid oxygen within
A liquid oxygen proof pot
Then stir rather brisk, with
A long handled whisk… as a burn
With Lox you would not want to risk
Stir the diamond within
Watch as it dances
and revolves
Til’ the precious Ingredient
begins to soften…to melt
then dissolve
Into aromatic vapors
of carbon dioxide
So white and so pure
Then… inhale the finished dish
As deeply as you wish
And “viola! ”
You inhale diamonds
That are diamonds…
No more

Breather
Back in the time when you breathed
I would say breath to you and you
would answer back,
I would say breathe to you and you would do it:
I could have filled a community of breathers
with what you had,
it was free, a birthright,
day and night, black and white,
it was yours, given,
the acceptable inevitable companionship of opposites,
in and out, breath or death, breathe or die,
the human situation.
Birds talk about it
from one tree to another,
conversing across a small valley,
they know what they talk about,
they know something is wrong —
your breathing, or dying,
they know and talk about it,
while inside this room with big picture windows
we whisper about it.
We whisper
and they discuss it through trees
and across a small valley,
in their secret language,
they chatter it all out, gossip,
how we lost our power:
what we couldn’t imagine, couldn’t control,
happened.

A River Dies
a river dies choked to gills
expiring upon industrial waste
sadly as the river dies the fish die also
oxygen starved extinguished
life was a web of light upon the water
life web torn broken discarded
water breathed life into river flowing
man breathed in death river choking
oxygen rich river was flush with fish
smell taste drink putrid pollution

Oxygen
Baby tell me is this good for you
Cause for it's a dream come true
I think about you both day and night
If this is wrong I don't care if I'm right
Cause I know one thing's for certian
Boy I'm not hurtin' for inspiration
And I feel when we're together
It could be forever and ever and ever and ever
I wanna be the ocean to your shore
Give you comfort evermore
I wanna be the only thing you need
Be the oxygen you breath
Is this as good as I think it is
Cause I can feel it boy when we kiss
And there's nothing more
That I would ever ask for
Than to be with you-just to be with you
Cause I know one thing's for certian
Boy I'm not hurtin' for inspiration
And I feel when we're together
It could be forever and ever and ever and ever
I wanna be the ocean to your shore
Give you comfort evermore
I wanna be the only thing you need
Be the oxygen you breath
What you give you will recive
So baby bring it all to me
I will warm you like the sun
I always knew you were the one

Oxygen
We all ferment
A face can change but souls stay young
We're all connected
So take a journey with someone
Learn to be as one
Still living, sinking, falling, twisting
But I'm beathing you in
Breathing you in
Oxygen
Oxygen
We all ferment
A taste can change from days so young
You feel rejected Just hold your head up to the sun
Learn to be as one
Still living, sinking, falling
We're still living, drifting
I'm beathing you in
Breathing you in
Still living, sinking, feeding, twisting
I'm living
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you in
Disconnecting
Oxygen
Oxygen
Oxygen
Still living, sinking, falling, twisting
We're still living
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you in
Still living, sinking, falling, drifting
We're living
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you in
Yeah, yeah, yeah
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you

The hot hot sun
The hot hot sun
bakes
my skin skin skin
irksome infants
make
a din din din
could get under
my skin skin skin.
No
take a breath
a deep belly breath
let your diaphragm do the work
vorsprung durch inhallation
the oxygen bubbles into my blood
the heat touches my
bones
my mind absorbs those mutual benefits
slows, calms, immersed a gentle euphoria
and the warmth of the breeze embraces
I feel the joy joy joy
of the sun sun sun
on my skin skin skin
on this hot hot day!

Ten feet below the ground, I breathe...
oh! sudden pain, chest lack of oxygen and push
me back to limit of my soul, believe me, nothing has
change but an experience of moving on, to hurdle the
most awaited chain of misnomer of every dream
hope just come and go, the hour have tell the suffering
of every breath, why have all have to come to end with
out the boundary of eyes that hold on to die, in order to
live, and then give me nothing but a dream of the night,
for the over kill is dying without pain
something that keeps me special, than an minute to
think that you are their waiting me to sway my dear
heart of dying physical pain, leaving and enjoying the
agony that life is something that you'll never be lost
fleshing flesh that breath and a tendering soul that thirst
I fully give to you, my greatest surrender....

Mars is essentially in the same orbit... Mars is somewhat the same distance from the Sun, which is very important. We have seen pictures where there are canals, we believe, and water. If there is water, that means there is oxygen. If oxygen, that means we can breathe.

A Wind Breeze
I am the Southern Breeze;
bearer of the Wisteria;
The North Wind
from where the ice blows.
I am the lover's caress
on sandy beach,
The Wind-Mill Corn Grinder
and the Water Wheel;
I am invisible
yet everywhere
I blow all over
this globe.
.
I've billowed your sails
propelled your ships
carried you
to far lands;
opened to you
new worlds.
True, too,
I have blown your houses down
tornadoed the things you love.
I am too
the wind of Bad Luck
and Ill Fate.
I am the wind in your lungs.
I carry the oxygen you breathe
first life's halting blush
and likely the last to leave
your body's chest.
Now my clear air
is grey
smoky
smoke-stacked
and my once proud
life of this planet
is near extinct.
Sixty miles;
just an hour's drive
of me and my oxygen
are your only shield;
against the void of outer space;
the cosmic rays,
the deadly magnetic fields
meteors and asteroids
all crash down were it
not for me;
the sun's infrared rays
would burn if I did not block.
for you and provide a cloak.
Indeed,
I am the life you breathe
from birth's first
to death's last.
You've felt me
on your face
riding the plains,
while walking the meadows;
remember I am
the Invisible Sea
you sail
and your final
Destiny.
I am the wind;
your oxygen.

Because Of You
I was so hypnotized
By the smile in your eyes today
Flying free as a bird
Caught inside every word you say
I want everyone to see...
This is big time
This is larger than life
See the sparks fly
When you're standing by my side
Every step, every move, everything I do
Life is beautiful because of you
Every breath that you give
You're my sweet oxygen my friend
You made me follow it fast
So my dreams could get past the end
I want everyone to feel...
This is big time
This is larger than life
See the sparks fly
When you're standing by my side
Every step, every move, everything I do
Life is beautiful because of you
How did I survive before you came into my life?
Now I'd do anything at all, anything at all
For you
This is big time
This is larger than life
See the sparks fly
When you're standing by my side
Every step, every move, everything I do
Life is beautiful because of you
Oh all because of you
Because of you
Bacause of you
Everything I do
Life is beautiful because of you
This is big time
This is larger than life
See the sparks fly
When you're standing by my side
Every step, every move, everything I do
Life is beautiful because of you
Because of you

I Wish To Be
'I wish to be, ' is what was said
a sound silently, stealthily inhabiting our night
eyes melting on the pillow
in the slush snow
which were her tears.
'You love me true, ' she said
'but if I love you back
I lose my soul.
No fault of yours
you are your dream
but with you I can't be mine
this is sometimes the way of life, ' she said.
'I wish to be
and our trajectories
just don't match;
your life is so large
there is no oxygen left for mine
and in the suffocating shadows
I try to make my stance
only to slowly wither;
so now I have to get out
while I still have the chance.
And I said to my self
silently knowing she would never understand
that in leaving thus
she did not perceive
that she was the sail which launched my ship
and the winds breath
which propelled us
but sadly
this was something
she could not see,
nor believe
because she was so obsessed
with not believing in her self.

Last Breath
Don't take it now
Your last breath
Wondering how
Your last breath
All that it means
And all that it does
Your last breath
Fitting everything in
Just before you take
Your last breath
Want to take mine
Before you've taken yours
Your last breath
Shutting your already opened doors
Your last breath
Don't do it yet
There's plenty to do
If you take yours
I'll take mine too
Your last breath
Please don't
Your not ready yet
Your very last breath

To Stay Put
Up to the end of the year stay put,
Living in a twist of the atmosphere, stay put.
I gather words and breath of oxygen,
Indeed the stay on Earth is to adhere, stay put.
My empire needs growing every day,
This garden of the soul can appear and stay put.
The air is eerie and cool, once a day,
The nights are clear with the biosphere, they stay put.
The slumber of ooze is such that the night is dear,
When years function I am absent with beer, just stay put.
You must decide the life to fetch and burrow,
A year takes shape, my enemy is to disappear, I still stay put.
