A Soulmate Is Like A Mirror
A soulmate is like a mirror
they reflect back to you-
all the issues you are working on
that much is true.
A clairvoyant once told me
how it all began-
How a soul family forms from what I understand.
From a soul egg it seperates in different parts
almost like your one soul that has different charts.
Somehow souls blend and do the same things
usuall simularities is in their genes.

Reflects The Soul
Your eyes are like a mirror
that reflects your soul.
Some eyes are dark as cobalt
and reflect the deed they do.
Others are a shade of gold
reflect a heart that cares.
While others reflect great sadness
from ill treatment somewhere.
Whatever colour are your eyes
it is not the colour of your soul.
Some people with dark eyes
as jet black as the night.
Hold the gentlest touch
when it comes to others of mankind.
The colour of your eyes
is never an indication to your soul.
It is only passed the colour
does that reflect the soul.

Evolutionary Soul
I was told that in the mirror I see my soul's reflection
But I only look at my face without a deeper connection
I have been searching for a sign of this soul of mine
Being curious about the aspects of intelligent design
Scriptures say that my immaterial parts are immortal
To join my creator one day leaving through a portal
But what if I only have material parts that are me
Tiny molecules held together tightly woven like a tree
Will they join others one day within time and space
Become one and form a new and smarter DNA base
That diversified me will it be better in spirit and form
And grow within someone else creating a new norm
Well - I like to believe that my conscience is my soul
That grows and learns like my own quality control
My soul is what is speaking to me when I am unsure
When I am lost it figures me out like an entrepreneur
My soul puts me back in line and keeps me intact
It reminds me that I am human and at times overreact
In my mind I combine the terms soul and humanity
But humans are often not humane and haunted by insanity
Within every person I try to see a soul but it is a struggle
Life occurs like a carnival exposing good and evil in a juggle
While I am staring in the mirror asking if I have done all I could
I am confused about my evolutionary soul hoping all is good

Mirrors…..
Take a look in the mirror and realize what you see..
Is it really you or someone you cannot be..
What you say in the mirror, is what the mirror tells..
Then why your own mirror, reflects some one else..
Every mirror has a story, it does tell a tale..
It reflects joy of success, and your tears when you fail..
The mirror never lies, it reflects what is true..
If you yourself dont know who you are, how can it reflect you..? ?
You may look perfect in the mirror, but take a look inside..
There are things unsaid, untold, now your eyes fail to hide..
Watch right through your soul, make sure it's not haunting..
Never realized who you are, your self-esteem still taunting..? ?
The mirror reflects a question mark, that is it really fair..? ?
You failed to live for others, for yourself only you care..
Look in the reflective gaze of glass, try finding your mistake..
Move close, Gaze into the lie and realize that it's fake...
Ask the mirror to reflect the facts, and to show the truth..
Wrongs you did in your life, right from childhood to youth..
Stop wishing for more, the mirrages will never be true..
It may be close to perfection, but it is just not you..
Make your soul your mirror, one that doesn't lie..
Make it pure and crystal clear, say a prayer up high..
Your heart reflects the person you are, so there's nothing to hide..
No mirror reflects you better then the one inside..

Slow Down
Chorus:
I said slow down--
Slow down and live, my friend
Take time--take time to understand
The things--the things you hope to win
Before--before your journeys end
Slow down--slow down and try to do
The things--the things thats right for you
You know--you know
The soul--the soul
You save could be your own
Albert abernathy never spent a foolish dime
Rising at the crack of dawn and working overtime
You know, he never told me how much happiness he found
Yesterday we laid him in the finest grave in town.
Chorus:
I said slow down--
Slow down and live, my friend
Take time--take time to understand
The things--the things you hope to win
Before--before your journeys end.
Slow down--slow down and try to do
The things--the things thats right for you
You know--you know
The soul--the soul
You save could be your own.
Little sally tremble is a music city queen
You can see her picture now on every magazine
Sallys come a long way from the life she left behind
Shes had six gold records and been married seven times!
Chorus:
I said slow down--slow down and live my friend
Take time--take time to understand
The things--the things you hope to win
Before--before your journeys end
Slow down--slow down and try to do
The things--the things thats right for you
You know--you know
The soul--the soul
You save could be your own.

Destiny
Either Faith or choice
We seem to find each other.
Distance apart our souls connect.
A magnetic pull or the hands of God's
It seems to be a internal love.
A love many desire.
A spiritual connection
Of Beauty and Mind
Our souls blend as one
For you are the one my soul desires.
We'll always be together
Soul to Soul
Heart to Heart
You are My Heart & Soul

Soul Families
Now there are soul families
that supposedly had the same soul egg
This is what I am told from a clairvoyant.
Soul families have a lot in common
even if they never met
It goes deeper than reality
it's something you can't beget.
Just like identical twins
that develop the same
traits—
we have lived past lives
together—not all of them great.
Not all soul mates are meant to
have your special relationship—
a lot of people think soul mates are hip—
Remember on this plane we are human—
so we learned the planetary dream—
I had a soul mate one time be really mean.
Now sorry to get personal - I did digress—
very different experience in my life I do confess.
So treat everyone kindly for you never know
know who you are talking to—
they could be more a friend then foe.

The Soul Store
On the door was a sign
which read 'Soul Store.'
Trepidatious, I entered to sit
on the Life Bench
with hundreds of others who
sought to return, purchase,
buy or exchange
Souls they had been issued.
One said 'Mine is defective
I cannot love.'
Another said 'there was mistake
in the delivery address;
a mix up at birth
my sister got the best Soul
and I was left with this.'
She raised her hand
to reveal a dark shriveled thing.
'That is why I do evil' she said.
a mistake at delivery.'
Another pointed out, 'I am 16
but the Soul I got is 62
and dying.'
'Mine, ' another said
'has a hole.'
'I' a little girl said
'I have none
I didn't get any Soul at all.'
The counter woman
leaned over and asked for quiet
saying
'I will get to each and everyone
but if you cannot wait
talk among yourselves and do
your own exchange.
If your own soul is damaged
fall in love with someone
whose Soul still sings and large enough
to heal yours.'
'If your Soul is afraid of love
spy one which is not;
one which is brave.'
There was this general buzz
a voice said 'but we are all rejects
how can we become Whole Souls
while each of has a defect? '
'If not two' the counter lady said
'then three, get together
apply a soul patch..
Among you all
one and one make three
that is how Souls work.
You always get more out
than you put in
if you just believe.'
There began the Souling
and nary a one after it all
needed anything new,
or needed a soul exchange
because no one
came into this world
with a perfect soul;
that is why we all
get born
and most of us have
Family and friends
to provide the rest

I Learned My Literature As Myself
I learned my Literature as myself-
Kafka was my soul
In the days of my early anxiety-
Joyce was my soul
Also in literary striving -
Wordsworth my soul in calm and love of nature-
Salinger my soul
Bellow my soul
Singer my soul
Soul after soul
But when I came to write
Near the end
After all the meaning
I and all the other souls together conspired
A voice perhaps my own?

The Mirror
I look into my mirror
So I can see who I am,
But all I see is myself,
I don't ever see a man.
There stands a sad soul
Who is unhappy with himself,
Who wished that he was different,
As I wish; He was someone else.
I stare into my mirror
As always to myself I softly cry,
I wonder why no one ever hears me
And why in this life must I survive.
I wish that I was different
Though I know that, will never be
It be like the pebble becoming the rock
Or a bush, becoming a tree.
I gaze into my mirror
As I stand there all alone
Why must it be me against the world
Why must I help every one else’s moan.
I then see the fool that I am
He is gazing right back at me,
I know that he will always fail
Because a man, they wont let him be.
I reflect into my mirror
As I see my years come and go,
I know that for me, it will only be me
And for everyone else I must show.
And I know the time will come one day
When my son will make his stand,
And into his mirror I hope when he looks,
Through the help of family and friends, he sees a man.

Hunting Soul
Each thought I imagine
My essence dissipate
The hunting soul stalks
Its action I reciprocate
Internally I die
Into life's abyss
A prey to my soul
A soul that does not exist
My soul, a mirror
A mirror of fantasy
I stare with fear
At no reality
No soul has soul
Accept for chemistry
Imagine I dream
A specious casuistry
My soul hunts me
A prey to my own creation
To thou I pray
For thy soul's haven
Hope I believe
Faith hoping with me
That beauty I love
Is beauty I absolutely see
In God, its spirit
the soul is divined
With no chemistry
But soul art I finally entwined

What's Behind My Eyes
What is behind my eyes?
A genius,
A lonely soul
One searching for comfort
Hoping for acceptance
What is behind my eyes?
A fighter
A lonely soul
Only wanting final peace
Wishing for a true friend
What is behind my eyes?
A school boy
A lonely soul
Who can't quite grasp reality
Learning new aspects of life
What is behind my eyes?
A peacekeeper
A lonely soul
Who always solves others' problems
Praying to solve his own
What is behind my eyes?
A student
A lonely soul
Constantly studying forms
Looking for some reason to live
What is behind my eyes?
A lost child
A lonely soul
Always whining and cowering
Searching for his family
What is behind my eyes?
A young teacher
A lonely soul
Never resting so that she may help
Dreaming of past happiness
What is behind my eyes?
A companion
A lonely soul
One who lends out comfort
Hoping to receive its own
What is behind my eyes?

A battle between soul and death
My body has become a battle field,
Battle, a fierce battle, I cried in pain,
As death comes and fights to pull the soul,
Nothing happens as death has no gain.
I have been a heart and gastric patient,
My body burns with a wound of heart,
And my heart burns with it's own light,
But soul and death wrestle part to part.
A great war took place in my body,
Death violently ordered to the soul to surrender,
But soul is not ready to surrender then war began,
Many souls and deaths saw the war and wonder.
What about my body? I shouted at them,
My body has been burning since long,
Listening this, death laughed and soul hit it,
Soul told me that “death is going to do you wrong”.
You go away otherwise the death harms you,
Soul strongly pushed to the death and saved me,
I forever pray to God to give strength to my soul,
I am very thankful to my soul to protect me like a bee.

The Fly Back
I sent birds out
to look for your Soul;
they came back
with a message in their beck
which said 'I am lost.'
I sent my heart
with a note which said
'take this and it will guide your way home.'
My heart flew back
saying 'his soul could not
take me
he said he was unworthy;
my heart wept
and lay down to sleep.
I gave my Soul wings;
told it to find his;
a bird came back
saying
'your two souls are together now
but it is a long trail back
but they are coming home; '
I wait soulless now
in this waiting time;
my heart asleep
available to no one;
my spirit
gentle soars
knowing you
are on the road
coming back to me
where all of me
and all of you will
lie down,
pull the covers
over;
to dream
as we once did.
Do souls make
sound when they fly?
Ours will.

Give Back My Soul
Give back my soul,
You took it away one day,
Or I had given you,
On rent some day,
Give back my soul.
Life had happened before,
Life had happened since,
Life will happen henceforth,
But give back my soul.
The soul was my property sole;
The loss I would not bear
I have nobody to console,
Please give back my soul.
I want those happy days back,
I want those serene times back,
I want those joyous memories back,
Give back my Soul.
I know you won't come back,
For you have a life wonderful;
I know you won't look back,
For you have a companion cheerful;
Give back my soul.
Now people too say,
You were soulful once,
What happened?
You look soulless now,
Give back my soul.
My soul was mine.
I trusted you mine.
I gave you my soul.
Give back my Soul.
The body is dying.
The soul is flying.
The eternity shall happen;
For the sake of,
You and Mine.

My Heart And My Soul
my soul is so sad because of a woman, my soul is so sad it can not be consoled.my heart is so sad even more than my soul, my heart told my soul you will be happy one day and my soul told my heart you will love once again my heart and my soul may someday be right but my heart and my soul are still loney tonight

Image on the Mirror
Mirror mirror on the wall
Who is the fairest of them all?
Snow-white got lucky with an answer
For the others, it’s a question worth a ponder
The mirror will give you an answer
It’s view restricted to only your external plaster
Look deep inside yourself, for your real power
Its hidden, and only for you to uncover
Some are fair, others are dark, yet do not fret
It’s only the coat, we all will have to shed
It’s the colour of your soul
The mirror will not show
So keep it clean, always with a glow
It needs no ‘Colin’ to keep the shine
Good thoughts is just fine
Its is precious and cannot be shared
It is a treasure that needs to be cared
Mirrors are fragile and breakable
Soul is immortal, but only if impeccable
Thoughts and deeds, the energy that keep it going
While good souls keep glowing
Bad ones are worth ignoring
Mirror and the body are both physical
Thoughts and soul being spiritual
While one has to break and the other has to die
Keep your thoughts forever clean
it is needed to lift and help your soul to always fly

Why Did You Leave Me
If only you could see the tears
In the world you left behind
If only you could hear my heart
Just one more time
Even when I close my eyes
There is an image of your face
Once again I come to realize
You have lost that I cant replace
Soul then die
Its keeping for the lonely
Since the day that your were gone
Why did you leave me
Soul then die
In my heart you were the only
And your memory lives on
Why did you leave me
Soul then die
Walking down the streets on nothing will
Where our love was young and free
Cant believe just what an empty place
It has come to be
I would give my life away
If it can only be the safe
Cas I could still the voice inside of me
That is calling out your name
Soul then die
Its keeping for the lonely
Since the day that your were gone
Why did you leave me
Soul then die
In my heart you were the only
And your memory lives on
Why did you leave me
Soul then die
Time will never change the things
That you told me
And after all we mean to be
Love would bring us back to you and me
If only you could see...
Soul then die(soul then die)
Its keeping for the lonely(for the lonely)
Since the day that your were gone
Why did you leave me
Soul then die
In my heart you were the only
And your memory lives on
Why did you leave me
Soul then die...
