My Mind, A Glass Mansion!

Darling!
My mind is a glass mansion;
I have coated it with liquid love.
All my thoughts are in your custody-
Your image in me
in billions of reflections!
O Girl!
A question?
One who resides in you...?
Is it me..ee?
No..no..
Don't reply..
Don't pick up that sharp stone,
'Not you! '
Do not shatter this mansion
into millions of splinters.
O..!
Let me light in your answerless love
thousands of lamps of hope;
Let my 'Krishnaa' melodies
create many 'Brindhavans'!

A Mansion On The Hill

Hank williams
Tonight down here in the valley
Im lonesome and oh, how I feel
As I sit here alone in your cabin
I can see your mansion on the hill
Do you remember when we parted?
The story to me you revealed
You said you could live without love, dear
In your loveless mansion on the hill
Ive waited all through the years. love
To give you a heart true and real
Cos I know you are living in sorrow
In your loveless mansion on the hill
The light shines bright from your window
The trees stand so silent and still
I know youre alone with your pride, dear
In your loveless mansion on the hill

Mansion On The Hill

Well, I saw an old man walking in my place
And he looked at me, it could have been my face
Hes words were kind but hes eyes were wild
He said: I got load to love, but I want one more child.
Theres a mansion on the hill
Psychedelic music fills the air
Peace and love live there still
In that mansion on the hill.
Around the next bend, take the highway to the sun
Or the rocky road, it really dont matter which one
I was in hurry but that dont matter now
cause I have to get off that road of tears somehow.
Theres a mansion on the hill
Psychedelic music fills the air
Peace and love live there still
In that mansion on the hill.

The Three Sunrises

If Coke is a mystery
Michael Jackson...History
If beauty is truth
And surgery the fountain of youth
What am I to do
Have I got the gift to get me through
The gates of that mansion
If OJ is more than a drink
And a Big Mac bigger than you think
If perfume is an obsession
And talk shows, confession
What have we got to lose
Another push and we'll be through
The gates of that mansion
I never bought a Lotto ticket
I never parked in anyone's space
The banks feel like cathedrals
I guess casinos took their place
Love, come on down
Don't wake her, she'll come around
Chance is a kind of religion
Where you're damned for plain hard luck
I never did see that movie
I never did read that book
Love, come on down
Let my numbers come around
Don't know if I can hold on
Don't know if I'm that strong
Don't know if I can wait that long
'Til the colours come flashing
And the lights go on
Then will there be no time for sorrow
Then will there be no time for shame
And though I can't say why
I know I've got to believe
We'll go diving in that pool
It's who you know that gets you through
The gates of the Playboy mansion
The Playboy mansion
The Playboy mansion
Then will there be no time for sorrow
Then will there be no time for shame
Then will there be no time for sorrow
Then will there be no time for shame

Shattered Image

I used to sit for hours as a kid
And dangle my feet from an old flat bridge
Seeing myself in the water below
Shatter my image with the rocks Id throw
Shatter my image with the rocks Id throw
Long time gone and a long time ago
When I shattered my image with the rocks Id throw
The world is cruel and people are cold
Now they shatter my image with the rocks they throw
Shatter my image with the rocks they throw
Im far from perfect but I aint all bad
And it hurts me more than it makes me mad
We all do things that we dont want told
And we all throw stones that we shouldnt throw
You shatter my image with the rocks you throw
Long time gone and a long time ago
When I shattered my image with the rocks Id throw
The world is cruel and people are cold
Now they shatter my image with the rocks they throw
Shatter my image with the rocks they throw
If you live in a glass house dont throw stones
Dont shatter my image til you look at your own
Look at your reflection in your house of glass
Dont open my closet if your owns full of trash
Stay out of my closet if your owns full of trash
Long time gone and a long time ago
When I shattered my image with the rocks Id throw
The world is cruel and people are cold
Now they shatter my image with the rocks they throw
Shatter my image with the rocks they throw
Shatter my image with the rocks you throw
Dont shatter my image with the rocks you throw

Midnight On The Mansion Hill

No rings or vows, no settling down,
Not on the cheating side of town
We took that short and winding road
Up through the trees where no-one goes

No veils or lace, no wedding cake
And no thought for the hearts we’d break
No, not until we’d had our fill
‘bout midnight on the mansion hill

No roses, cards, or kids to raise
Just forty nights and forty days
It had to end and we both knew
The very moment we broke through

No walking out, no worn out shoes
No long ascent, no coy refuse,
Just sudden crush and overspill
‘bout midnight on the mansion hill

Mid-summer long by stars or moon
By breaking dawn that broke too soon
We pushed the limits of the light
And kept the real world out of sight

‘til one night in the afterglow
The silent tears began to flow
and years of love began to chill
that midnight on the mansion hill

No sadness darling, no regret
The die was cast, the course was set
Though you were worth the two of us
The rules say one should be enough

And I’m the last one to pretend
I wouldn’t do the same again
No holding back, no ritual
‘bout midnight on the mansion hill

And oh my friend I won’t ask why
You rolled the dice - you can’t deny –
I failed the test and all was changed
I threw away the years we’d shared

Her beauty was my sole defence
For trading in my innocence
For more than momentary thrill
‘bout midnight on the mansion hill

Who Do You Love, I Hope

I've got the question
I've had it for days
You've got the answer, dear
I'll put the question
In one little phrase
Say what I want to hear
Who do you love I hope
Who would you kiss I hope
Who is it going to be
I hope, I hope, I hope it's me
Who do you want I hope
Who do you need I hope
Who is it going to be
I hope, I hope, I hope it's me
Is it the baker who gave you a cake
I saw that look in his eye
Is it the butcher who brought you a steak
Say that it is and I'll die
Who do you love I hope
Who would you kiss I hope
Who is it going to be
I hope, I hope, I hope it's me
[2]
I heard your question
The answer you know
Love is my middle name
You asked a question
That worried you so
Mind if I do the same
Who do you love I hope
Who would you kiss I hope
Who is it going to be
I hope, I hope, I hope it's me
Who do you want I hope
Who do you need I hope
Who is it going to be
I hope, I hope, I hope it's me
Is it the blondie who acted so shy
I heard the things that she said
Is it the redhead who gave you the eye
Say that it is and your dead
Who do you love I hope
Who would you kiss I hope
Who is it going to be
I hope, I hope, I hope it's me

Unwanted Guests

A mansion is built.
And unwanted guests,
Are reported to reside inside.

And there are those who claim,
This was not known.
Even though the unwanted guests,
Entertained, prepared the meals...
As well as took suggestions as to what to serve,
For choices of dessert.

And...
Tucked them all in bed at night!
To then leave,
On their own...
To wander freely around the mansion!
And yet,
It has been declared...
The guests who wandered freely around the mansion,
Were unwanted.

AND...
No one will admit,
They knew a mansion existed.
Nor have a clue who built it,
Or 'how' it got there.

I live on a fixed income.
And my every move is watched.
Even my approach to await a coming bus,
At a public bustop...
Is monitored as suspicious.

Mansion On The Hill

Theres a place out on the edge of town, sir,
Risin above the factories and the fields
Now, ever since I was a child, I can remember
That mansion on the hill
In the day you can see the children playing
On the road that leads to those gates of hardened steel
Steel gates that completely surround, sir,
The mansion on the hill
At night my daddyd take me and wed ride
Through the streets of a town so silent and still
Park on a back road along the highway side
Look up at that mansion on the hill
In the summer all the lights would shine
Thered be music playin, people laughin all the time
Me and my sister, wed hide out in the tall cornfields
Sit and listen to the mansion on the hill
Tonight down here in linden town
I watch the cars rushin by, home from the mill
Theres a beautiful full moon rising
Above the mansion on the hill

Can't Get Enough Of Your Love

My darling I, I can't get enough of your love, babe
Girl, I don't know, I don't know why
I can't get enough of your love, babe
Oh, some things I can't get used to
No matter how I try, I try yeah
It's like the more you give, the more I want, say baby
And baby, that's no lie, oh no way
So tell me, what can I say?
What am I gonna do?
How should I feel when everything is you?
What kind of love is this that you're giving me?
Is it in your kiss or just because you're sweet?
Girl, all I know is every time you're here
I feel the change, I feel something move
I scream your name, look what you got me doing
Oh darling I, darling I can't get enough of your love, babe
Girl, I don't know, I don't know why
I can't get enough of your love, babe
Oh, never get enough
Girl, if only I could make you see
And make you understand, and I make ya, and I make
Girl, your love for me is all I need
Is more than I can stand
Ah well, well babe
How can I explain all the things I feel?
You've given me so much, girl, you're so unreal
But still I keep loving you more and more each time
Girl, what am I gonna do because you blow my mind
I get the same old feeling every time you're near
I feel the change, I feel something move
I scream your name, look what you got me doing
Darling I, I can't get enough of your love, babe
Girl, I don't know, I don't know, know why
I can't get enough of your love, babe
Darling I, darling I, I can't get enough of your love, babe
Oh no, oh no
Girl, I don't know, I don't know, know why
I can't get enough of your love, babe
Oh darling I, I can't get enough of your love, babe
Girl, I don't know, don't know why
I can't get enough of your love, baby, baby....
Darling I, I can't get enough of your love, babe
Girl, I don't know, I don't know, know why....

In The Stone

Maurice white, david foster & allee willis
I found that love, provides
The key-unlocks, the heart and souls, of you and me-
Love will love, to sing your song,
Love is written in the stone
Every man, I meet is walking time-
Free to wander, past his conscious mind,
Love will come, and take you home-
Love is written, in the stone
Do you believe, my friend, in what you claim, people of the world,
All doubt the same-bringing questions
Of their own-truth is written,
In the stone
In the stone, youll find the meaning
Why youre not standing tall
In the stone
The light is shining, forever touching all-
Life experience a passing day
Time will witness, what the ole
Folks say-getting stronger every day
-strenght is written in the stone-
Deep inside, our hearts for us
To keep-lies a spark of light that
Never sleeps
The greatest, youve ever known-
Yea is written-
In the stone
In the stone, youll find the meaning
Why youre not standing tall
In the stone
The light is shining, forever touching all-
Never, never my darling, never youll
Be alone-forever, ever my darling
True love is written in the stone-

A Postcard From The Volcano

Children picking up our bones
Will never know that these were once
As quick as foxes on the hill;

And that in autumn, when the grapes
Made sharp air sharper by their smell
These had a being, breathing frost;

And least will guess that with our bones
We left much more, left what still is
The look of things, left what we felt

At what we saw. The spring clouds blow
Above the shuttered mansion house,
Beyond our gate and the windy sky

Cries out a literate despair.
We knew for long the mansion's look
And what we said of it became

A part of what it is ... Children,
Still weaving budded aureoles,
Will speak our speech and never know,

Will say of the mansion that it seems
As if he that lived there left behind
A spirit storming in blank walls,

A dirty house in a gutted world,
A tatter of shadows peaked to white,
Smeared with the gold of the opulent sun.

Abandon child

Child......
may speak thousands of words
interpretations may differ
at times may deceive too
thousands of mysteries hidden behind

innocent child......
glow brightness warmth without flame
sparkle excitement with flashes of light
utter thousands of words coated with love

innocent child......
gloom in the darkness cold with flame
yearn the tender feelings of affection
long for the peace, love and unity

child.....
there is still a life
there is still a hope.

No mansion as mine

My mother, my, wife, my child-
‘My’ tag propelled me to build
Mansion for them one by one.
No mansion I built as mine
When my limbs had been fine.

We must develop huge demonstrations, because the world is used to big dramatic affairs. They think in terms of hundreds of thousands and millions and billions... Billions of dollars are appropriated at the twinkling of an eye. Nothing little counts.

Crazy Jane Talks With The Bishop

I met the Bishop on the road
And much said he and I.
'Those breasts are flat and fallen now,
Those veins must soon be dry;
Live in a heavenly mansion,
Not in some foul sty.'

'Fair and foul are near of kin,
And fair needs foul,' I cried.
'My friends are gone, but that's a truth
Nor grave nor bed denied,
Learned in bodily lowliness
And in the heart's pride.

'A woman can be proud and stiff
When on love intent;
But Love has pitched his mansion in
The place of excrement;
For nothing can be sole or whole
That has not been rent.'

Successful Mind

You dress the mind with success,
It labours night and day, opening.
We close it due to some sort of activity,
Offering a bright future so wild.

The dress of the body is beautiful,
Inside we house our learned manner.
It is a mansion of repute, of utter pleasure,
For the people around us will their way.

The mind houses superhuman traits,
Which we use as much as we can.
The mind and body arouse a point,
That point is our home, the one mansion.

Dancing on Starlight

The magnificent watchers
In the sky
Pure white
Like angels
Heavenly angels watching

As we gaze
As we wonder at the awesomeness
The vastness

We create
We create dreams
Love
Hope
Dreams of love
Love of hope
Hope that dreams come true

The benevolent orb
So bright
So serene
Guarding the watchers
The watchers that protect us
Our guardians

As we gaze
As we wonder at our guardians
Our protectors

We create
We create dreams
Love
Hope
Dreams of love
Love of hope
Hope that the dreams come true

If only we could dance
Dance upon the starlight
Dance among our keepers
This would surely be bliss

As we create
We create our dreams
Of love
And hope
Dreaming of love
Loving hope
Hoping that dreams come true

You create
You fill my dreams
With love
With hope
I dream of your love
Love the hope you give
And wish my dreams to reality
