Farewell
Cold soul sizzles around the body
Half cooked at first attempt
The push is harder
On the final breath
Solemn luminous light visits
And diminishes
Dusk leaps into total darkness
In a blink of eyes
The host is separated
Songs of sorrow
Fill the room
If you miss me
Flip the pages
My poems are in store

Dreams
I HAVE been dreaming all a summer day
Of rare and dainty poems I would write;
Love-lyrics delicate as lilac-scent,
Soft idylls woven of wind, and flower, and stream,
And songs and sonnets carven in fine gold.
The day is fading and the dusk is cold;
Out of the skies has gone the opal gleam,
Out of my heart has passed the high intent
Into the shadow of the falling night—
Must all my dreams in darkness pass away?
I have been dreaming all a summer day:
Shall I go dreaming so until Life’s light
Fades in Death’s dusk, and all my days are spent?
Ah, what am I the dreamer but a dream!
The day is fading and the dusk is cold.
My songs and sonnets carven in fine gold
Have faded from me with the last day -beam
That purple lustre to the sea-line lent,
And flushed the clouds with rose and chrysolite;
So days and dreams in darkness pass away.
I have been dreaming all a summer day
Of songs and sonnets carven in fine gold;
But all my dreams in darkness pass away;
The day is fading, and the dusk is cold.

Cold....
Cold....
It's so cold...
going inside my brain-house
doesn't mean anything new
for me
even more and more for you
within my tortured innocent inspiration
I continue to survive throw
my poems half-killed
with blood springs instead of eyes
with despair sky instead of dreams
my poems more than a life light
more than the largest sight
I see,
It is so cold
more in
then outside
because of your complacency,
It's really cold
till to the bones of my words
Cold....

The Balance
The sting of time dances on
In the night and early morn
Singing of love gained and love lost
We are left to count the cost
Sorrow visits then goes away
Joy awakens a brand new day
When joy dances and sings with you
Sorrow lay asleep waiting for its time to
It is in the balance we stand
Between the two we take their hand
Who can say which is greater
Who holds the scale between now and later
By what infinite measure shall we weigh
The joy and sorrow that visits each day
For both are bound together by love
Pulling at us with the push and the shove
From joy the happiness from sorrow the pain
Making our lives full with the loss and the gain
Within each our growth is found
The larger we grow the smaller the sound
Of joy and sorrow we hear
For they shall mark every year
That we draw breath upon the earth
Showing to each of us what love is worth

Soul Scream...
A haunting wind travels across my soul,
Death gains ground with every weary step,
Eyes of grey fill with the tears of the condemned,
My soul screams out in a plea for mercy,
Yet the spectre of death has won this race,
That soul scream has become my final breath,
I sleep entwined forever, heart, mind, body and soul...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Once they're lost
Old books piled
every dusty room
notebooks scattered
on every stack.
Some full others not
just gathering poems
on pages most bad
a few worth typing.
Can't find half finished sonnet
start throwing
filled notebooks in boxes
as they fill
put in garage
a couple years before rereading.
Only then will half-finished poem
let itself be found,
muse playing games.

Flick The Switch
Will you flick the switch and turn on the light,
dusk is here bringing in the night.
Without light I'm really struggling to see,
and being half blind isn't helping me.
How can you be without light in the room,
you're sitting in shadows cast by the moon?
Is it because the darkness brings you peace
and without the light your stresses cease?
You don't seem to look in the mirror nowadays,
is this because you're hiding from your age,
or is there something worse that's troubling you,
something I should know, that's long overdue.
I know I don't see you very often in the day,
because you have to spend time away.
Once in a while it would be nice to see you smile,
so come out of the shadows for a little while.
Or is there something you don't want me to see,
with my eyes you could hide the world from me?
There, that's much better the light's on for a change,
why can't I see you, this is uncomfortably strange?

Dead Lights' Lies
Something, anything, anywhere
I’m scared, shut off, closed in
In a darkness to heavy to bear
That is where I will sing
It is a song of sadness
Loneliness but also braveness
In this dead light my fear I must suppress
I’ve my life, my hope and soon I shall impress
A star I see so far away
Is it my hope, my lights first sign?
Will it keep this darkness at bay
Will it show the way, will it shine?
Eyes that show a soul
Voice that melts this cold
A life to fill this black hole
A presence that cannot be sold
All songs must end
The sun will always rise
Even if pain is what darkness will send
Never fall for the dead lights lies

Sexuality # 2
total awareness....
i taste your lips
in every dropp of rain
that falls....
i can feel your eyes
searching the darkness...
i hear your
cum cries in the
scree of the hawk....
i feel your clutching
in the wind against
my face....
i reach your depths
digging in the
rain damp earth...
i fill your cup
of longing with
the brandied sweat
of the soul...
i feel your nearness,
can taste you in
every breath i take....
there is no light
beyond your candle!

Oh The Poems
OH THE POEMS AND THE POEMS AND THE POEMS
Oh the poems and the poems and the poems
Oh the love of Literature
Oh all that stuff
I have given my life to-
Words and meanings and feelings
Pages and pages and pages –
What it is all this literary life for?
When out the window out the door
With our eyes we see in an instant other worlds other dreams?
I don’t know and I will never know
And Literature is certainly far more than I can say it is-
Oh the poems and this poem and this day turning grey
And all my life old and old and more old and more old-
Oh why oh why oh why
And always back to God
My last rescue and refuge and escape
I who have read so much Great Literature
And can only write this-
Oh the why and the oh oh oh and the words
And the whole world of Literature
I would belong to and do not.
Oh the words oh the world oh the Literature
Oh God help me please can’t you please help me a little or not?

A Beautiful Surrender 5885
Far away is our the distant thunder
in the darkness the darkness of our minds or
the darkness of our souls our eyes lit up lightning crashes and
and thunder strikes the heavens over and over
the earth gets pounded harder and harder stars
in the skies lookin down shining down on the darkness of the world
the void in the soul of the heart the hearts beatin away
the music singing songs of rejoice gone away the storms
the violence suns rising stars forming peoples smiling lookin upward downward skyward starlight shines in your eyes your heart beats
but a little bit faster oyu think of a beautiful gurl a sweet heart sweet sweet the winds whisper her name shes is everything and more
she is great ill always remember her
i ll always surrender everything to her

Push It Up
(push it up! push it up!)
Put your hands up c come on (push it up!)
Huh c yeah, this is it, this is it (push it up!)
This is it
I think they got 2 get ready 4 this one here c come on!
(ooh, everybodys here) say what?
(this is the jam of the year)
Huh, what did I hear? (push it up! push it up!)
Uh, wasnt quite clear
(ooh, everybodys here) say what?
(this is the jam of the year)
Oh, huh - I hear ya, huh (push it up! push it up!)
Come on, uh
If ure ever down draggin on the ground
Face twisted with a funky frown
Let me turn u on 2 somethin that I found
2 make u feel good, feel good
Negativity like gravity
Gotcha fallin fast from reality
U gotta get up, put up, move up
And just do what u should, u should
Realize that u are somebody
Come on, yall, and join the party
Everybody grab a body
And feel good, u should
Chorus:
Push it up - push it up - push it up - push it up
(ooh, everybodys here - this is the jam of the year)
(push it up! push it up!)
Push it up - push it up - push it up - push it up
(ooh, everybodys here - this is the jam of the year)
(push it up! push it up!)
Push it up, push it up 2 the sky
U dont have 2 have a plane 2 fly
If u listen 2 the truth and not the lie
Stop cryin, cryin
In harmony, cant u see
Every color all in the same key
And thats the way jah wants us 2 be
Start tryin, a-tryin
Realize that u are somebody
Come on, yall, and join the party
Everybody grab a body
And feel good, u should
Chorus
Come on - wake up your body, wake up your body
Wake up your body and move it around c come on
Yeah, huh
Where the party at in here, yall?
Where the party goin down in here? uh
Now I wanna know whos ready 2 show me
Get on down with the one and only party ambassador
Flip styles like a spatula mac-tacula
More legend than a new acura
Body tone stone while I rap 2 her
Capture her thinkin Im a mac 2 her
Just because Im attracted 2 her
But the fact of the matter is the dance floors phatter
The crowds on fire as we push it up higher
Push it up! - come on, yall
Push it up! - put your hands in the air
Push it up! - come on, yall
Push it up! - while the artist turn it up, come - uh!
Yeah, huh
Break it on down (push it, push it up!)
Huh
This is the jam, this is the jam, this is the jam of the year {x2}
Push it up {x12}
Everybody grab a body, everybody push it up {x2}
On and on till the early morn - push it up
Push it up {x7}

Some Thoughts To Ponder
every experience is a lesson preparing us to meet the challenges of old age n every offering is a way shown to us to offer ourselves willingly at the end of the show...
silence definitely eloquent. silence undoubtedly expressive. but to experience those moments of eloquence and expression, don't you think we do need some communication?
with whom you find yourself all in one piece/with whom you experience bliss and joy/that's where lies your final refuge
i came here branded as a daughter. later i got stamped under several brands. still i remain as i, struggling to get to the roots of the i...
agony at seperation outweighs the joy of togetherness...
the insides as well the insider are mysteries. when they surprise us is beyond guess...
visit to historical places bring the collective unconscious to the fore and allows us a blink of re-living in the old world we once belonged to...
the soul alone has the capacity to lay everything in stark day light...my strengths, my weakness, the dark niches of my mind-which i call a cave-the secrets i keep in dark...everything, just everything! it's a store house, you see...
i always wonder how much of here we know that we think what it may be there!
isn't thoughtless state, though for a blink, is joyous?
no longer can i think of what you think of me...i'm engaged otherwise!
more than death, living seem to intrigue me these days...
a blink of sorrow, a blink of joy...what an engrossing game of hide and seek!
in whole of this creation only flowers have the privilege to bloom straight away into youth and to fade away in youth...

A Time, A Place
Tears you weep today will dry
I tell you this because I am with you still
I will wipe them by and by
As all those who love you will
I am without the taunt of pain
Without the taunt of illness or fear
I am at peace with all my heart
But that peace will also keep me near
For the body may be broken
The words may have been silenced too
But the soul as such replenished
By the love from such as you.
Don't hang your head in sorrow
Be uplifted by my words so wise
For i tread the path of those before me
That reaches to the skies
Go from this place and celebrate a life
Not mourn a passing or a death
For I have eternal light for warmth
And breeze from angels wings for breath
Our time on earth is but a blink of an eye
But in that blink I lived as only I would care
One day again our paths will twine
And I will be waiting for you.... there.
Tears you weep today will dry
I tell you this because I am with you still
I will wipe them by and by
As all those who love you will
I am without the taunt of pain
Without the taunt of illness or fear
I am at peace with all my heart

Death is a divorce
Death is a divorce.
The soul and the body are separated.
The soul escapes; the body decays.
Who is the cause: the soul or the body?
‘It is the body’, accuses the soul,
‘As it went unfit.’ ‘It is the soul’
Reprimands the body, ‘which found me stale.’
Who is the male: the soul or the body?
‘Male is the body’ complains the soul,
‘In whose home I entered as a bride.’
‘Male is the soul’ retorts the body,
‘Who deserted me to seek the other.’
Death is the divorce,
Where both separate.

Promises of Golden Rain (for Leonard, again)
You wrote your book of longing
Took down the songs of mercy
Every style of tenderness
Was in your verse exalted
Go you now to write
The last song of redemption
Before it is too late
To sing its vast refrain
You old bastard, Leonard
You faithlessly transcribed
The sacred rhymes and litanies
Of holy damaged lives
Leaving us to seduce the ones
Whom you long abandoned
At second hand, with only
Your creations at our side
The poems with the raven eyes
And songs that stare from telegraph wires
Lured me into darkness
With promises of golden fire
I'm sorry to hear you lost your mother
And I know you miss your father
To be alone is always very hard
Will you leave us orphaned now
Drowning in laments
And pieties of priests and prison guards
You were right about one thing
They always lock up the wrong men
And we are still at war
With the religious and the carnivore
Chauvinists and feminists
And all who wish to strangle love
Of its final poetry and breath
You were right, I'll give you that
I bring you this, an offering
A poem you never sought
And will never swear a moment by
From a man so cheaply bought
And still enslaved as I.

Sonnet: Eternal Light
As long as there was some light, I could see;
And when the lights went out, I became blind,
Like a mole; the window-pane did I find!
The light came through, I regained acuity.
The blind can’t see even in broad daylight,
But they discern what men with eyes cannot!
The latter struggle more than what blind ought!
Men cannot see at night without moonlight.
In light or darkness, who helps man to see?
’Tis Maker-God, the true light of the world;
Man’s inward eye can see his destiny;
A soul in sin, to divine light is cold.
God is Light in light and in darkness;
No man is blind, his soul in God’s harness!

It Takes A Woman's Love
Run a silent path to nowhere, everything is all
You could have a pleasant life if Summer had no Fall
Treat yourself so gently though the task is often hard
Man is not a God it seems, who holds the final card
Close your eyes and feel the darkness, speak and hear the sound,
We only catch a glimpse of all the life that is around,
The man is not alive who knows the value of his soul,
And when our lives are pulled away, there's more to fill the hole
I wonder what you'd think if all the changes didn't come,
For growing old is only going back to where you're from
Far beyond our senseless thoughts there lies a core of gold
Where essence of the newborn child is waiting in the old,
The Mater PLan is well conceived, it's there for all to see
And each day that is spent in thought is living harmony
Reach into the depths of being, pass beyond the years,
Time is lost in stillness, where there are no hopes and fears,
Linger in the void, and like a beacon in the night
Purity will fill your soul with ever-present light
Everything you've seen is waiting patiently within
For growing old is only going back to where you've been
Your request matches 1 albums and 6 songs.

A Night-Rain in Summer
Open the window, and let the air
Freshly blow upon face and hair,
And fill the room, as it fills the night,
With the breath of the rain's sweet might.
Hark! the burthen, swift and prone!
And how the odorous limes are blown!
Stormy Love's abroad, and keeps
Hopeful coil for gentle sleeps.
Not a blink shall burn to-night
In my chamber, of sordid light;
Nought will I have, not a window-pane,
'Twixt me and the air and the great good rain,
Which ever shall sing me sharp lullabies;
And God's own darkness shall close mine eyes;
And I will sleep, with all things blest,
In the pure earth-shadow of natural rest.

As I Wait For For You
and then our minds met at a point
of convergence
i waited for you in a room without a number
a place without a name
a space where only us know what & how to fill
i am naked
you want the whole truth and so i am naked
in this room without a number, a place without a name
a space, where only our self-manifested emptiness know how & what to fill
when you arrive do not call my name
be so soft and gentle with your feet
do not even say your name as
i have also left my name somewhere else
and it is only i who knows it
i lose my identity
that is how i want to spend my short moment with you
i am naked
i only have my face, my skin and my flesh my bones my whole body
not my soul
do not knock
just push the door
it is left open throughout the nights of my waiting
i have intended it that way
so when you arrive and i am still asleep with my dreams and desires
of you
do not disturb the silence and sweetness of my sleep
just whisper your desire for love so sweet to my ears
touch the surfaces of my skin and caress with your soft fingers the smooth lines of my face
place your head just beside my tight chest
for there you shall hear the sounds of all my desires
and then my love we begin the sharing of our hidden truths
we shall dance in our nakedness
we shall make love real
we shall open the shutters of this closed window
we let the slits of light from outside the night get inside us and put some
warmth on the empty pores of our skins
we bring light to the darkness of our lives
we put fire to those eyes that refuse to close and die
