Cold Turkey

I woke up next morning crimping
Distraught and dejected
Body aching everywhere
I got no zest left
No energy left
Flattened and need to be grounded
In bed
Could not make it to the washroom
To release
There’s nothing to release
My whole system is halted
Immortalized
I felt chilled inside
But heated up on the outside
Like soaking your body
Into a boiling oil
I need a constant fan
And keep conditioning
At the same time need to bare body
Or the clothing will get wet
Due to constant sweating

No appetite to drink
No appetite to eat
No more cheers
No more laughter
No more self-confidence
No more easy going
No more friendly
I’m slumped and dumped
Numbed and clumped
My head becomes dull and heavy
Like a big rock is pouncing on it
I got to continue sleeping
To avoid the living hell
I managed to force myself to sleep
For the whole day
After the withdrawals

Leaping into a new dimension
This time my stomach is cramped
With massive pains
My joints are aching penetrative
To inner bones
I was shivered
Covered with blanket
Couldn’t last long
I felt like I was on fire with that thick linen
I got to be strong to go through
I got to do this for my mom
She had suffered long enough
To count the numbers
Of my occupations of prisons
And rehab centers
For one reason
That was Heroin

The next day
After a long constipation
Diarrhea paid me a visit
My bed was full of shits
Couldn’t make it on time
It’s keep coming gradually
My mind was rebelling
If I have to kill someone
Or to rob someone
I will do it
To get the stuff right now
Looking at mom
After all this while she was trying hardly
To get me cured and cleaned
Made me revoked the ideas
I have to be brave and strong
Freeing me from disastrous life
Which I thought a Heavenly life
Not for long when Hell laid his hands on you
You have to run for your lives
Or someone will found you death

On the third day of torture
I started sneezing rapidly
Vomiting every time after the insertion
Of foods or drinks
I was left with skin and bone
A living skeleton
My eyes were dried and sunken
My mind goes blank
I hated myself
I hated the whole world

On the night of the 3rd day
Brother and mom carried me to the bathroom
I was thrown into a tub full of ices
For almost half an hour
I was in the freezing ocean
But not drowned
I survived the ordeal
Thanks to my loving family
Who loved me for what I am

On the 5th day of withdrawal
Things started to normalize
Mentally and physically
I felt stronger
And better
For mom
I will be clean
I’ll be your hero
I’ll not fall again to bloody heroin
Let bygone be bygone
Let it gone with the wind
I will win

Love hair

I got down onto the bed and started kissing you but my long hair got in the way and I felt like I kissed myself.

Long straight hair which fell onto your head was the wall between me and you and I feared if I said: I love you, I would be saying it to myself.

I tried to move myself away from you but couldn't and soon my hair was all over your body, protecting it from my love.

I really felt like I loved myself when I kissed my hair that was against you.

And it started feeling weird after a long time doing it.

Forever In Your Eyes

Eyes like fire - Burn desire
As we dance away into the night

This attraction - Fuels a passion
That's just too strong for us to try and fight

Each moment we're together
I just never want to end
'Cause I could never feel this way again

'Cause nothing else had ever felt so right
To feel your body lying next to me
As the rhythm of your heart beats through me
All through the night
I never thought I'd ever realize
A long that feels so close to paradise
Boy I could spend my whole life living
Forever in our eyes

Lips so tender - I surrender
Everything I am is yours alone

When you tough me - All that I see
Fire feeling that my heart has never known

You're all I ever dreamed of
you7re my every fantasy
Whoever thought on angel could bring heaven here to me

'Cause nothing else had ever felt so right
To feel your body lying next to me
As the rhythm of your heart beats through me
All through the night
I never thought I'd ever realize
A long that feels so close to paradise
Boy I could spend my whole life living
Forever in our eyes

You're the one my heart beats for
You're my everything and more
It's a burnin' love I can't seem to ignore
All the things I feel inside
Are too strong for me to hide (baby)
I need you by my side
'Cause I could live forever in your eyes

'Cause nothing else had ever felt so right
To feel your body lying next to me
As the rhythm of your heart beats through me
All through the night
I never thought I'd ever realize
A long that feels so close to paradise
Boy I could spend my whole life living
Forever in our eyes

The Limitations Of The Body...

sometimes i forget that i have a body

it is only when i eat that i remember i have one
but most of the times

i am full and so i almost forget all about this body
i am feeding it with wrong things

ideas, more ideas,
i am covering it with mysteries that it cannot relate because
a body is just a body
earthly, mundane
clay,
stick, creepy
skin, hair
sunken eyes,
trembling hands

it is flesh, bones, cartilages,
and

nerves, and when all these nerves take revenge on me
i shall finally lose this body
which i welcome somehow
because i have not experienced it yet
fully

i live in the mind,
my castle is in my imagination,
and i eat nothing for the day
but words
and i drink nothing for the day but ink
and i touch nothing for the day
but keys

the body is forgotten and so are my chains,
my prisons, my
dark rooms,

my body, this fetter,
this
ball and chain that hold me
in hunger and pain and
thirst and
constant urination,
disturbing
defecation

sometimes i like to become nothing but air
so you cannot see me anymore so i can go places and be lost forever

because i am not this body,
and i do not want to be caught in here
a little longer.

God Was Sleeping!

God isn't sleeping
And God won't sleep
But in the beginning
God was sleeping!
Suddenly
He started dreaming -
It was a nightmare!
In His dream He started crying
At one point of time
It woke Him up
And He heard His heartbeat
Allah Allah
Then He started questioning Himself
What is Allah?
Who is Allah?
And so on
Thus He started knowing Himself!

At one point of time
God Thought
It would be better
If there were two Gods
One male one female
So God went for splitting Himself
Into two pieces
At that time
God’s body was round and solid
Then Its size became bigger and bigger
Until it made the biggest explosion
As a result of the explosion
God’s body
Except
God’s body’s heart
Broke into tiniest pieces
That are called mind!
Afterward
They started to gather around
God’s body’s heart
Due to gravitational force
Thus God made a mistake
And hurt Himself physically
But He learned His lessons
Then
God’s body turned Himself
Into the Most Beautiful Thing
That resembles a human being
And created the universe
With a little bit of His saliva

Now
God is able to create
Sexual organs of His body
But He doesn’t do that
Cause
He is the only one of His species –
He is One
And
Unique.

Back In Time

Last night; I went back in time
To see my wife if we never had met
I saw my ways, and my upcoming days
And my soul, was full of regret.
She wasn't there, but was in my prayer
As I surveyed the new life that I lived
And I walked alone, in my empty home
As my love for her I couldn't give.
I looked for her, and she couldn't be found
Last night when I went back in time,
So I searched her world, left nothing unfurled
But for her, nothing about her could I find.
So without me she took another path
Because then we had never met
But I stayed on that road, until I died old
Because no other woman in my heart would I let.
Then I had my thought when I awoke from my dream
And my woman she couldn't be found
So I closed my eyes and I sat down to cry
As my world was flipped upside down.
I remember now that she had left me
To be in the arms of another man
She was my love my life, my woman my wife
Now she's holding another mans heart and hand.
Why she left me; GOD will only know
But the love I felt once will never be mine,
I did nothing wrong, just loved her to strong,
Now again I wish, to go back in time.

Nightmares In The Day

He kept hearing noises
even though they weren't there.
He kept seeing flashes
going off in the air.
He saw them and heard them.
They never seemed to stop.
They made his body shake
from the bottom to the top.
And when it reached the top
he felt a throbbing pain.
He drank. He took pills
but still it did remain.

How long had it been
since he'd been outside?
How long had it been
since his buddies all died?
He could not remember
and what difference would it make?
Every time he saw the scene,
again he'd start to shake.
They told him he was a survivor,
the only one to live.
The blast had killed the rest of them.
If only he could give
his life, his mind another try.
He'd make sure the deadly bombs
would have him die.

For he was a goner in this insane world.
He was in a living nightmare
when he saw the flag unfurled.
Would he make it back
from this nightmarish scene?
Or would his mind reject all normalcy
and what would it mean?
That some have to die in a world gone mad
while others like he made it out of Baghdad?
It must mean that he's living in hell.

Time To Kill

Well, I was born on a dead end street
I'm cold blooded but I always felt the heat.
All my friend are dead and gone
If there's a hell, I'm one step closer to it
Somewhere I crossed the line
Somewhere I'm lost in time
I lost my soul and now I'm losing my mind
Time to kill I've had enough of all your lies
I've only got time to kill
I've seen the fire in my eyes
I've only got time to kill
I spend my days counting bricks on the wall
And every night I hear those sirens call
I sink deeper into a convict's sleep
And dream about the day I'm gonna hit the streets
One time I cursed the man
He laughed and broke my hand
I'm gonna take that fist and make him understand
I'll make him understand
I've had enough of long goodbyes
I've only got time to kill
I feel the fire in my eyes
I've only got time to kill
Y'know I always thought there was time enough
To win the game
But now I know times are rough
The seasons changed, times are strange
Somewhere I crossed the line
Somewhere I'm lost in time
I lost my soul and now I'm losing my mind
Time to kill I've had enough of all your lies
I've only got time to kill
I've seen the fire in my eyes
I've only got time to kill
I've had enough of long goodbyes
I've only got time to kill
I feel the fire in my eyes
I've only got time to kill

It's Hell I Know

My family it's Hell I know
I tried to tell them so
Because truthfully I know
I know, I know
Life hasn't been easy
I can testify to that
Been around and around
Been to Hell and Back
I've been told by them many times
Sometimes almost every day
To Go to Hell
And get out of their way
But like an insomniac
Or perhaps it was the heat
Or the bleak dead of night
Or my restless heart
Aching to find flight
I've felt the depths of pain envelope me
I've struggled to break free
I've felt that burning pain, with heart mind and soul
I've begged God. I've clawed desperately.
Time less years I've spent alone
Trying to comprehend
Confussed alone lost perplexed
Not one friend
But at least now The truth I know
I know
That truth came at my weakest hours
Burned my soul
With such amazing pain filled power
The sad truth about my family
Why couldn't they see?
The greatest of all the miseries
It's because they couldn't see
They loved abuse more than even me
So now you know why
We can't be a family

And now do you understand?
The words and the years
That I told you so
That without love
It's Hell-I know

MY First My Last

It’s quite bizarre what you think about when you’re swimming.
I’m thinking of what I’m doing and Christine from the beginning.
How can I not remember the look she gave me when we first met
and her brilliant friendly smile, oh, how could I ever forget.

When we touched and held hands for the very first time
a thrill went through my body and up and down my spine.
And when I smelled the fragrance of your skin and hair
I wanted to be with you forever no matter what, or where.

I thought your soft lips were going to melt when we first kissed
oh, I can taste them now and their touch is so painfully missed.
You turned me inside out and I needed to be as one with you
I wanted the souls of our body to be connected, and I still do.

Wherever we kissed you tasted so perfect and I wanted more and more
you made my heart beat so fast and loud you could hear it I’m sure.
And whenever you were unhappy your sadness made me unhappy too
I tried to make you laugh or smile, so the sun would shine through.

The occasions when you sobbed and cried I couldn’t hold back my tears
I shared your sadness, your emotions, your problems, and your fears.
That day by the river when I wished my nervous body would stop shaking
my heart rate and breathing were so fast and seemed to be accelerating.

Our excitement and passion was becoming stronger and stronger
both of us wanted to go further, and we couldn’t wait any longer.
We made love for the first time on that warm summer afternoon
feeling guilty didn’t help us, but we had to do it again very soon.

When our passion became uncontrollable and our desires burst through,
we made love so often, and it was the natural thing to do.
We didn’t care where we made love be it night or day,
in the lush green fields, or on the freshly cut hay.

As time passed, when we were alone you liked me to describe
from the very first kiss how I intended to make you come alive.
We wanted to be with each other throughout the day and night,
but that couldn't be, so we would argue and say words to spite.

I wanted to become a part of you, body and soul forever
and you felt the same, two as one and parting never.
Side by side we would have jumped from the highest mountain
holding hands, kissing and spiralling to our deaths for certain.

When I wasn’t with you I thought about you all the time,
but my jealousy was eating away deep inside my mind
and this was driving you further and further away from me,
but I loved you and wanted you more than could ever be.

I realise now that my jealousy made you grow tired of me
and because of this I’m swimming far out to sea.
As I have now come to the end of looking back in time
my arms are aching, but I’m not looking behind.

For hours now I've been swimming in this cold salty sea
my limbs aren't moving like they ought to be.
I still see your face my darling, but without you I cannot live
and yet I have so much love left in me to give.

I’ve left an addressed letter to you in my hotel room,
it explains everything and I hope you get it soon.
So goodbye my dearest love I’m still thinking of you
and don’t blame yourself that I feel the way I do.

It Aint Over

(j. spinks)
You ask me if times have changed
And I refuse to be a liar
Just like a fool Im still in love with you
Its been a long long time - but it aint over
You couldnt make up your mind but it aint over
If you need me call my name
Though my love is not for hire
Stop the pain start to live again
Its been a long long time - but it aint over
You couldn? t make up your mind but it aint over
I get hurt - each time you tell those little white lies
Cant sleep whats wrong I still think about you all night long
I you leave me nothing? s left
You could steal my heart? s desire
Dont be cruel i? m still in love in with you
Its been a long long time - but it aint over
You couldnt make up your mind but it aint over
I you need me call my name
If you leave me nothings left

Never Is A Long Time

You build it up and tear it down, theres no reason to follow you. you left the song without a sound, you left the story I made for you. softly angels bow and cry in the stillness of the night.
Never is a long time - goodbye. no answers for the asking. its a long time - goodbye. no mercy for the aching. its a long time - oh I see no light on the forsaken. never is a long time - goodb
Ets spend the night when this dream has come to an end.
Sometimes you laugh, sometimes you cry, and yes, Ive cried over you. youve left me blind in paradise. youve left me hungering for the touch of you. snow white angels run and hide in the black
Of the night.
Never is a long time...

I Saw A New World

I SAW a new world in my dream,
Where all the folks alike did seem:
There was no Child, there was no Mother,
There was no Change, there was no Other.

For everything was Same, the Same;
There was no praise, there was no blame;
There was neither Need nor Help for it;
There was nothing fitting or unfit.

Nobody laugh’d, nobody wept;
None grew weary, so none slept;
There was nobody born, and nobody wed;
This world was a world of the living-dead.

I long’d to hear the Time-Clock strike
In the world where people were all alike;
I hated Same, I hated Forever;
I long’d to say Neither, or even Never.

I long’d to mend, I long’d to make;
I long’d to give, I long’d to take;
I long’d for a change, whatever came after,
I long’d for crying, I long’d for laughter.

At last I heard the Time-Clock boom,
And woke from my dream in my little room;
With a smile on her lips my Mother was nigh,
And I heard the Baby crow and cry.

And I thought to myself, How nice it is
For me to live in a world like this,
Where things can happen, and clocks can strike,
And none of the people are made alike;

Where Love wants this, and Pain wants that,
Where all our hearts want Tit for Tat
In the jumbles we make with our heads and our hands,
In a world that nobody understands,
But with work, and hope, and the right to call
Upon Him who sees it and knows us all!

A Southern Gospel... (Part Two)

he lay still on the floor,
wrestling with the darkness.
his life flooded his senses,
and the lives of all others!
he stood again by his mother's
grave... felt again that emptiness.
and the first time he'd ever been in love,
the softness of her skin, the gentleness
in her eyes. the way her lips tasted
when they kissed, the way her body
felt beneath his... the eternal sadness
in her voice when she said goodbye!
the birth of his children, the house and
the home... the same 8 hour shift, year
after year...
the day they announced the layoffs, the plant
shutting down... the day the unemployment
ran out...
times of war, acts of courage, and murder that
bruised his conscience.
the taste of whiskey, corner tables in lonesome
bars... the homeless streets, the thugs, heroin stoops,
and jail cells....
if god wasnt dead, well... maybe he was!
maybe that was it, maybe he'd been dead for
a long time...
sometimes hunger was the only way he'd known
he was real...
that, and the smells, the tastes, the touching...
hell, if he had to do it again, he'd do it even harder!

he lay shaking on the floor, tears rolling down
his face, the taste of blood on his lips...
thinking... maybe this is god, the hurting,
the memories, dirty hands and tired feet...
and lapsed naked into salvation without a name!

the next morning, the custodian found a dead
body beneath the altar... he called 911...
and the preacher he'll preach next sunday on
heaven and hell... never knowing, never realizing,
they'd lain there at the foot of the altar!
the true religion, the life and death of a common man!

Which Comes First

when two people get married
is it a marriage of Body and Mind?
or is it a marriage of Heart and Soul?
and which one comes first?
SOMETHING TO PONDER!
what did i feel when i proposed?

my Body: told me that i ached for
the joining together, and sexual fulfillment.
my Mind: told me that i wanted to be
with her for the rest of my life.
my Heart: felt empty without her.
my Soul: soared to the highest height
to see all that could be given and achieved.

when i first saw you my Heart stood still
like on a roller coaster going down
and feeling the thrill.
and as that thrill rose, my Soul climbed high above
to show me this beautiful love.
this love so strong that it consumed my Body and Mind.
that it took me to 'the end of time'.

so for me which came first, as you can
plainly see, Heart and Soul was the one for me.

i give you my Heart- and all it contains
for without you, my life will never be the same.
i give you my Soul-for that is the other part
that i have to give
for without a Soul we can not live.
i give you my Mind- for your love to control
for it protects my Heart and Soul.
i give you my Body-
which is an empty shell
for without your love, i'm in living hell.

these are the four parts of this mere man
and i give it to you, for that's my plan.
i would take the human sufferings of
torture, pain and defeat
as long as i know your love i'll keep.

'YOU ARE LIFE' and all that it holds
Body, Mind, Heart and Soul.
take me as you would a breath of air
and my life with you i will share.

I THINK THE ANSWER THAT I HAVE GIVEN
SHOWS THAT LIFE IS WORTH LIVING.

How Can I Sleep?

How can I sleep when the nights are long,
too long to be in bed?
The pull of the pen is calling me,
too many words in my head.

There's not enough time. Why waste it on sleep?
too many things to write.
I hear the words call out to me
too often in the night.

But what care I about the time?
It's the words I care about.
For the body when tired can always sleep
and my thoughts would probably doubt

my sincerity to this purposeful quest
to connect my mind with the page.
I have dedicated my waking hours
too often as I age.

How can I sleep when the nights are long,
too long to be in bed?
That can be left for a future time
when I've nothing left to be said.

Be A Nice Baby Boy

Mom`s eyes was looking strange
Something was so cruel in her eyes
Mom made baby sleep
She whispered Hush now baby baby don`t you cry
Baby was boy he was staring at mom`s face and hands (breasts) with his black circle eyes
He was full of an unknown feeling
He didn`t know what was that but he knew it was
Moving inside his body
And looking his mom made it awaked
Baby felt a pleasure
Mom was clothing a white dress
She was a nurse
She knew all the medicines effects very well
She gave baby some sweet liquid
At once he fell into a so deepest asleep

Boy got up
It was 12 p.m.
He rush to the bathroom
Look at his eyes on the mirror
He open his eyes with trouble
He feels his head and eyes are so heavy
He spends all his time sleeping in the bed like a child
He is angry because he is always late
All the day he feels sleepy even when he get up from the sleeping
He is even tired when he is spending time with his girlfriend
His problem is that he feels senseless, tired and angry
I see night mares all the time
I take too much sleep I should go to the doctor
Mom asks: where are you going baby?
Boy says: mom I am not a child any more you are frustrating me with your questions and I am so tired

'You are always my baby,
I don`t know what`s going to my child,
This world is making him apart from me,
I think he is captured by a devil`s power,
He always wants to keep his room`s door closed,
He is going to make something hidden from my eye,
He talks to a girl through the phone,
But he is clean,
He helps to every people that never get to know,
He is so kind sympathized'.

Mom makes some mixed of pills
Solve it into a liquid:
I`m protecting you my son, '
You are only a child you can not protect from yourself,
I am making life more safe for you,
These pills will sleep some one for 24 hours,
Doctor gave them to the mothers after giving a birth,
For feeling less pain and sleep,
I will give it to you for sleeping and making the time of your day short,
You will not be suffered any more with visiting a girl and making conversation with her,
You will sleep all the day,
You will dream of making love,
Your feeling will be satisfied during your dream,
Just like the first time'

Mom is sitting near her son looking at him,
Touching his body caress his face
He is deeply sleeping
Mom whispers: Hush now baby baby don`t you cry
Be clean and healthy
Keep sleeping here
I love you.

When I Was Alone

The wind whispers sweet nothings in my ear,
The rain pours down on my head slowly,
Even God sheds an occasional tear.
The body becomes weak,
The mind stays strong,
Lord I am tired,
I can't stand alone for too long,
And then I realize that I am not alone,
God's always been with me,
But I'm just too stubborn to go home,
Just too stubborn to go home.
Life is like a river,
Flowing into death's eternal sea,
Yet I am sure that even though it may be time,
There's still life left for me,
There's still life left for me.
I have been many things in this life,
And I regret not one,
God alone can judge me,
When my time has come.

Searching For That Little Girl

As I looked - she was walking away
Not a word did she say.
There was no -” I’m sorry for doing you wrong”.
But that drug impulse was mighty strong.
I was having withdrawal pains
And of that I’m not ashamed.

You said to a rehab you would go
But that day you didn’t show.
The drugs may ease the pain
But your life will never be the same.

You started off smoking grass
But that high didn’t last.
Next you started snorting cocaine
And after a while that was lame.

Then you decided to go to crack
And after that there was no turning back.
You started stealing from family and friends
This was the beginning - there was no end.

Now you’re selling your body on the street
Just so you could get that treat.

Did you ever say to yourself as a child
“ I want to be a junkie_ that’s my style”.
You dreamt of satin and lace
And walking with purpose - and with grace.

Look for that child that’s buried in your mind
“ you can do it, it just takes time”.
Don’t do it for me or for family
Do it for that little girl who is
Wandering in your mind
She will be with you till the end of time.

Building My Body

I'm building my body
I'm happy when I'm building my body
I'm tired of fighting, let's make friends
I'm tired of burning both ends
That's why I'm building my body
It hurts me but I'm building my body
And I know what the pain is worth
I know I feel the pain of birth
I'm pushin' up
And gettin' down with my body
There's no-one else around with my body
One look says I'm a stone disgrace
Don't kick no sand in my face
Because I'm building my body strong
I'm watching what I eat
And I'm sorting out right from wrong
Hey, not a lot of meat
And I know that it won't be long
Before I gotta quit smoking
Because I'm building my body
I'm peaceful when I'm building my body
I'm sweating out mistakes I've made
I'm getting back the dues I've paid
I'm doing more
And getting sore with my body
But I'm gaining a rapport with my body
And this seems like the perfect time
They say I'm in my prime
That's why I'm building my body strong
I'm thinking at the table
And I'm sorting out right from wrong
I'm reading every label
And I know that it won't be long
Before I gotta quit smoking
'Cause I'm building my body
There's someone else inside of my body
He's waiting to be born again

Little Fatigue

I felt little fatigue and tiredness
It reflected clearly on my face
I searched for tree's shed
The feet were unable to lead

It started with deep breathing
Lungs were in trouble and heart was beating
Faster than the rate permissible
I felt deeply and sensed it as trouble

Sun was at its height
I thought it will be too late
It was certain to be taken over by fate
I decided to rush towards gate

I don't know how far I rested
But my patience was tested
I was approaching some dead end
Now I must think seriously and change the trend

I never saw shade of body this before
I was arrogant in behavior therefore
I never thought that I am growing old
One day I may have to bid bye to the world

First time I witnessed shadow
I had not allowed it to grow
Kept body fit and exercised
But last leg of journey was not revised

The shadow was taking me over
It had grown larger than my full body cover
I realized it was real life with evening
The crisis was not over but deepening

First time I felt like and old man
Far away from the truth as human
Life was never meant to result in such tragedy
I felt over it several times already

I shall not be dejected
As mind had over reacted
It is blessed cycle of eternity
Put into practice by almighty
