Conversing with myself over thoughts of 'home',
I ponder me, lonesome and alone,
Wondering... If I saw Heaven
And Heaven saw me
What then, would each of us truly see?
And moreover, which of the two
Would find the better view?
If I spoke what I thought to God
Could, possibly, He think it wise,
Or just all rather odd?
For whom would say anything to Him
That He had never heard before,
Time, and times again?
-Even so,
With all that God does vastly know,
I still must consider - for at least just a little while -
There certainly must be some words
That give Him cause to pause,
And even most likely, smile.

Only heaven knows the truth

that we need to know.
Standing and starring at my window deep down in my heart
and thoughts, l only see these visions l dont understand about
what's lies ahead of me in the game, only heaven knows
l dont know how certain is tommorrow going to be, as l dont have an clue who holds the future

Please Be Quiet
He spoke and spoke so many words
and she just silently thought.
He had an opinion on everything.
She listened and then she sought
silence again, just said Amen
to all those words he said,
Soon thoughts came to her head.
She thought about life.
She thought about love.
She thought about
all he was speaking of.
She thought about nights
where silence prevailed.
She thought about days
where the speaking assailed
her ears.
She'd been thinking and thinking
for too many years.
The quietness was peaceful
but now brought her to tears.
For she missed the sound
of all his words.
She missed everything he said.
He was gone and all was quiet
for all his words were dead.
