Enigma
If the world were flat,
That would be that...
But, the world is round,
Therefore, the end of it all
Can never be found.
Thus meant to be,
With always more to see...
The view, over the horizon,
Contains much more
Than the lingering imagination.
Go around the earth following a line,
Even unto the end of time...
Go just to see, where you are,
And you will come to, from where you came
Drawn so near, by going so far.

The World is Round
see the world is round see
it goes round and round
a darma wheel, balancing up
good and evil, day and night
every inch of the globe has
its bright and dark hours
each man his triumphs and losses
see the world goes round and round
even the eyes are created round
to have an all-round view of things
and not a skewered world
see the world goes round and
round, a darma wheel as we move
from one creation to the other

Another Language
The whole world is flat
& I am round.
Even women avert their eyes,
& men, embarrassed
by the messy way
that life turns into life,
look away,
forgetting they themselves
were once this roundness
underneath the heart,
this helpless fish
swimming in eternity.
The sound of O,
not the sound of I
embarrasses the world.
My friends, who voluntarily have made
their bodies flat,
their writings flat as grief,
look at me in disbelief.
What is this large unseemly thing-
a pregnant poet?
an enormous walking O?
Oh take all the letters of the alphabet but that!
We speak the Esperanto of the flat!
Condemned to sign
language & silence, pregnant poems
for men to snicker at,
for women to denounce,
I live alone.
My world is round
& bounded by the mountain of my fear;
while all the great geographers agree
the world is flat
& roundness cannot be.

A New Horizon
Coming above is a new horizon, for all who are found in The Son,
But this horizon you can not see, as this horizon friend, is Eternity.
The Son is The Lord Jesus Christ, and the horizon is Eternal Life.
And no man can truly conceive this new horizon for all who believe.
This new horizon has much to behold, in a world that won’t grow old,
This world will be awesomely bright, for Jesus Christ will be the Light.
With this new world being totally pure, it shall endure forevermore.
Sin and darkness will be no more, they will be absent forevermore.
This new horizon was meant for all, to put behind man’s sin and fall,
This New Paradise that has no time, for it is Eternal by God’s design.
And even our bodies, racked with sin, are being renewed from within.
Although we have spiritually died, are new bodies shall be Glorified.
By God, Eternal beings we were made, this is why we’ve been saved,
God saved us from the Eternal Fire, for this my friend, is God’s desire.
Christ died so we won’t perish, and He is the one to eternally cherish.
For it’s only through God’s Son, that we can enter His Eternal Horizon.
To enter into Heavenly Paradise, it must be under the Blood of Christ,
His atoning work will wash your sin; you only have to believe in Him.
You will enter Paradise for sure, when you fully trust Christ as Lord.
But if you reject God’s Only Son, you will be facing a bleak horizon.
Way Of The World
Words and music by robin zander and rick nielsen
Its the way of the world...
Remember you were in school and I followed you home.
I remember, didnt think I existed but were comin together right now.
Ive been runnin, Ive been hidin, its the way of the world.
You say its over, but the world keeps turnin round.
Remember, I knew Id be good for you.
No one better remember, really meant what I said, wanna be your lover right now.
Ive been runnin, Ive been hidin, its the way of the world.
You say its over, but the world keeps turnin round.
World goes round, life goes on, and on, and on.
You say its over, but the world keeps turnin round.
Its the way of the world.
Remember, you were at work and then friday at five, I remember, felt like a pawn, was I dead or alive?
I remember, thought no one could hear me, I was goin insane.
I remember, it was a real fine line, now youve changed my life around.
Ive been runnin, Ive been hidin, its the way of the world.
You say its over, but the world keeps turnin round.
World goes round, life goes on, and on, and on.
World goes round, (Ive been runnin)
World is round (Ive been hidin)
Life goes on and on and on ((its the way of the world).

What Makes The World Go round
Once I was a fool dreamin my life away, and then yesterday I found you
Lookin for me, draggin your heart around at the lost and found
I love you, youre the only one who could make me feel love was smart
I feel you deep inside of me, beatin up against my heart
And I found out, I found out, what makes the world go round
Oh I found out, really found out, what makes the world go round
You came up to me, turnin my head around, I was hangin on
Until you looked up at me, thrashin your bedroom eyes, I was paralyzed
I love you, youre the only one who could make me feel love was smart
I feel you deep inside of me, beatin up against my heart
Chorus:
And I found out, oh I found out, what makes the world go round
I found out, really found out, what makes the world go round and round
And I found out, really found out, what makes the world go round
I found out, really found out, what makes the world go round
Whenever I touch you, you know that I want you
I love you forever, whenever youre ready
Chorus repeats out...

Way Of The World
If you take the tears from crying eyes
Will the hurt just disappear
Put a weapon in the hands of a frightened man
Will he show no fear
So we stand and we watch as the city lights go out one by one
Mother nature sits on the other side with a loaded gun
Why is there blue sky
Why is there red sky,
Nows the time to ask the reason,
Should the blue sky, meet the red sky
Should the rules have to change at all
We all know whatever they say, time is on our side
Ooh this world has been here before just going round and round
We all agree as far as we can see
Its just the way of the world,
Thats how its meant to be
Theres right and theres wrong
Theres weak - oh and theres strong
Its just the way of the world
And thats how its meant to be
Take the motion from a spinning wheel and watch it stop
Take the danger out of a naked flame and what have you got
If you take the anger out of a broken heart, you feel no pain
Could you swear if you had that second chance you wouldnt do it again.
Why is there blue sky
Why is there red sky,
Nows the time to ask the reason,
Should the blue sky, meet the red sky
Should the rules have to change at all
We all know whatever they say, time is on our side
This world has been here before just going round and round
We all agree as far as we can see
Its just the way of the world,
And thats how its meant to be
Theres right and theres wrong
Theres weak - oh and theres strong

And thats how its meant to be
We all agree as far as we can see
Its just the way of the world,
And thats how its meant to be
Theres right and theres wrong
Theres weak - oh and theres strong
Cos its just the way of the world
And thats how its meant to be...

Down On Me
Well, down on me, oh, down on me,
I said it looks like everybody in this whole round world
They're down on me.
One of these mornings proud and fair
Get on my wings, i'm gonna fly the air.
I said it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Lord, they're down on me.
You know they're down on me, lord, down on me, oh, oh,
And it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Down on me.
Now now now look at your door,
Can't find me 'cause today i'm gone.
And it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Are all down on me.
You know, they're down on me, now down on me, oh, oh!
And it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Is down on me.
Oh now i've never been to heaven, no, but i've been told,
Streets up there are lined with gold.
I said it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Are all down on me.
You know they're down on me, oh, down on me, oh, oh!
And it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Down on me!!
Heart is gone, rain is rain
You know i got a man and he don't never mean
Because it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Is down on me.
You know they're down on me,
Down down down on me baby
Down on me,
I said down!
Oh, oh!
And it looks like everybody in this whole round world
Down on me!!
Thank you very much. we're big brother and the holding company

Oh yeah
Round and round and round
Round, round
Yeah, yeah, yeah, ooh yeah
Can u tell me where were going 2?
Can u tell me what it is we really want 2 find?
Is the truth really there? or is it right under our hair?
4 all we know its been there all the time.
I say, nothing comes from dreamers but dreams
I say, sitting idle in our boat while everyone else is down the stream
Nothing comes from talkers but sound
We can talk all we want 2, but the world still goes around and round.
Round and round. we go round and round and round.
And what were looking 4 still isnt found
Can u tell me when we gonna get 2 it.
Im tired of fooling around I said I wanna do it. (go 4 it, get 2 it)
I learned my lesson young, I said if want to have fun (go 4 it)
And when u win say, I knew it (go 4 it, get 2 it)
Nothing comes from dreamers but dreams
I say, sitting idle in our boat while everyone else is down the stream
Nothing comes from talkers but sound
We can talk all we want 2, but the world still goes around and round.
Round, round, round, round, round, round
Round and round (get get get get 2 it, go 4 it, get 2 it)
We go round and round and round.
And what were looking 4 still isnt found
1 day Ill make it in the big city
And Ill be looking 4 a girl whos pretty
1 day Ill make a play and she will say ok
cause I plan 2 be a cool kitty
Round and round.
I say, nothing comes from dreamers but dreams
I say, sitting idle in our boat while everyone else is down the stream
Nothing comes from talkers but sound
We can talk all we want 2, but the world still goes around and round.
Round and round. we go round and round and round.
And what were looking 4 still isnt found
Round and round we go. round and round we go.
Round and round and round and round and round and round we go.
Round and round, round and round,
Round and round we go, round and round we go
Round and round.

The Day The World Gets round
The day the world gets round
To understanding where it is,
Using all its found,
To help each other, hand in hand
The day the world gets round
To understanding where its gone
Losing so much ground
Killing each other, hand in hand
Such foolishness in man
I want no part of their plan - oh no
If youre the destructive kind
Now Im working from day to day
As I dont want to be like you
I look for the pure of heart
And the ones that have made a start,
But lord, there are just a few
Who bow before you,
In silence they pray,
Oh how they pray for the day the
World gets round
Using all theyve found
To help each other, hand in hand
The day the world gets round

The Flat Horizon
(wang chung)
I wanna paint your portrait in bright color
I wanna paint the lines in red and blue
I wanna make your eyes appear like starlings
Saying, darling, I love you!
I wanna set your face upon a landscape
I wanna show the love and toil and sweat
I wanna show your beauty like a crystal
In an all-night launderette
Chorus:
Oh this line is the flat horizon
And you are the shape on the left
Oh this line is the flat horizon
And this is the sun in the sky
Oh this line is the flat horizon
And makes the great divide
Between heaven and angels
And earth and men
I wanna show what lies beneath the surface
In little squares of purple, green and gold
So everyone can see their own reflection
In the mirror of your soul
I wanna paint your arrogance and beauty
I wanna paint the way you laugh at me
I wanna paint the world in which I see you
Fixed for all eternity
Repeat chorus
I wanna paint your portrait in bright color
I wanna paint your personality
I wanna show the world just how I see you
I wanna show the world just how I see you
You know that only I can guarantee you
Precious immortality
Precious immortality
Repeat chorus

Half Way Round The World
Lately I feel so small
Or maybe its just that my bed has grown
I never noticed it before but you were there
So how was I to know
That this single bed
Was always meant for two
Not just anyone
It was meant for me and you
And now your halfway round the world
And I'm just a day behind
Nothin' seems to fill the hole
That I have since you left my side
You'll always be my little girl
Though I cant hold you tonight
And now your halfway round the world
And I'm just a day behind
I wake up in the night
I turn around and find that you're not there
I just like to watch you sleep and lay by you
I love to feel you near
I think I'm going crazy
Everyday confusion starts to grow
I never noticed it before
But you were there so how was I to know
That this single bed
Was always meant for two
Not just anyone
It was meant for me and you
And now your halfway round the world
And I'm just a day behind
Nothin' seems to fill the hole
That I have since you left my side
You'll always be my little girl
Though I cant hold you tonight
And now your halfway round the world
And I'm just a day behind

Special Girl
Written by e. schwartz and d. tyson, 1984
Found on perspective and highway.
Into each life a little sunlight wants to shine
Let me tell you, a fortune like that once was mine
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything
When I found her Id been looking everywhere
When I lost her I was lost beyond despair
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything
Dreams are hard to take (dreams are hard to take)
Could it be I loved her too much
Oo, a special girl
Oo, a special girl
She was a special girl
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything
Bottom line is, she was fine in every way
And its not with hesitation that I say
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
And I gave her everything
Dreams they come and go (dreams they come and go)
But thoughts of her are like a floor show
Oo, a special girl
Oo, a special girl
She was a special girl
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything

My Escape
Looking out towards the horizon
I dream of my escape
Freedom beckons me
I have in my view a different world
A world with a different format
A view so opposite
to the one I have at the moment
But how to escape
Not easy when I have commitments
Things I can't leave behind
but can't take with me either
What a stalemate!
Perhaps it was just a hope,
an idea with no foundation,
a self analysis
There is no escape!
Just a dead end
with no view
And a dream that's no longer viable.

Up in heaven's park.
Exodus, we go to another world.
Exodus, foundation a better world.
Journey of discovery.
From this world of ours.
Flying to a new home in the stars.
Exodus, into the future
Another world, we fly away.
Exodus, into the dawn of
A better world, another day.
Exodus, a new horizon
Another world we've just begun
Exodus, we face tomorrow
A better world, another sun.

World Spinnin' Round
(pilson, hendrix)
Lately i don't hesitate to tell you how i feel
See, good times come, good time go
Gotta hold on to what is real
Everything is changing
But that's alright
Gotta take what comes like a roll on the dice
You know that it ain't easy
Live and learn one day at a time
Because..
Feels like my world is spinnin' round
Every day it changes
Feels like my whole world is spinnin' round
Round and round, round and round
Feels like my world is spinnin' round and round
Maybe i'm just looking for a way to ease my mind
Keep on searching for what it takes
Well, the lord knows what i will find
You know it ain't easy
Live and learn one day at a time
Because..
Feels like my world is spinnin' round
Every day it changes
Feels like my whole world is spinnin' round
Round and round, round and round
Feels like my world is spinnin' round
Every day it changes
Feels like my whole world is spinnin' round and round
And round
Spinnin' round
Spinnin' round
Feels like my world is spinnin' round
Every day it changes
Feels like my whole world is spinnin' round
Round and round, round and round
Feels like my world is spinnin' round

Intentional
No matter what may be done or said,
When that action in time takes place...
Someone will feel left out instead.
Not because of the action,
Done or said.
But how it was related when instigated.
Whoever made it fun for one,
To berate another with a blurting tongue...
The day will come,
When a similar deed is repeated.
With a singing of a song sung,
Or a tune heard hummed.
With no exit to ignore it to escape or leave,
The perpetrator remembered...
Will then be seeking empathy.
That no one with heart and soul intact,
Will care to release to relieve.
To set one free from memories.
This Earth is not flat,
It looks as if round.
And rotates on an axis,
To return to a place of origin always found.
And that is a fact when one sits to think,
Of those thoughts trapped to sit cemented...
In intentional inequities inflicted to sting and meant!
Inflicted to sting and meant!
What goes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Comes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
What goes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Comes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
It is all quite intentional.
'Never accuse me again,
Of not having substance! '
Inflicted to sting and meant!
'Never...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Accuse...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Me...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Again! '
Inflicted to sting and meant!

From The End Of The World
Oh you, youre so hard to get to
Oh you, you dont wanna play
You were no better before
I sent a letter before
I sent a dream to last night
From the end of the world.
Oh you, you keep me hanging round & round & round & round
Oh you, look at the trouble Ive found
You were no better before
I sent a letter before
I sent a dream to you last night
From the end of the world.
I saw you last night, but you couldnt answer
You were a lonely little sidewalk dancer
When I woke up I could not stand it
You were gone, but I got to hand it to you.
Dream to you last night
From the end of the world.
Oh please, if this is a game I wish someone would win
Please, just let her fly to be upon the wind
You were no better before
I sent a letter before
I sent a dream to you baby last night
From the end of the world.
You were no better before
I sent a letter before
I sent a dream to you baby last night
From the end of the world.
I sent a dream to you baby, last night
From the end of the world
I sent a dream to you, babe
From the end of the world.
I sent a dream...
To you baby...
From the end of the world.
