Today I Do Not Know Where To Begin To Be What I Am
Today I do not know where to begin to be what I am
There are so many problems questions difficulties
‘One at a time’ is no answer for many belong together
I could say that I am reconciled
Having lived long enough and having done what I was able to do
I could say that it does not matter so much
Now that it is mostly over
I could try not to care
And stoically reduce desire to no disappointment ever again
But being who I am and where I come from
I will care to the day I can't
And all the problems of the family and the country and the people and the world
Will be my problems.
Where should I begin today to be where I am?
I don’t know. I falter and try.
The first problem today is myself
And from that I will find all the rest.

Problems
I have problems, and you have problems
Let's make problems with our problems
When I'm the problem you're the problem
But we know where the problem for one another
I start my day by any other way
Looking under my bed for the metallic crate
Encrypted with a steel isomorphic key
Projecting documents enveloped with two words
"Today's problems"
When I have no problems I make more problems
To entwine the world with inventive problems
What would we do if we did not have problems?
Neglect our security for hypothesizing new problems
Problems, Problems, Problems
An exegesis of problems
Categorized and productized
In rationale arrangements
Ontologically customized
Parasitically neurological
And involuntarily exercised
I empty the glass and make if full
To furbish the center that never holds
Happiness elixirs baseless catchment
Percolating vertices of inverted orphans
So what's the problem?

Affirmations(2002-2004)
Today, I will get up before my alarm
Today, I won't close my eyes until dusk
Today, I will not get a speeding ticket
Today, I will count this day as a first
Today, I will enjoy the life that has been left to me
Today, I won't frown over the may-have-beens
Today, I won't cry over the should-have-beens
Today, I won't wonder about the could-have-beens
Today, I'll smile.......Today, I'll Laugh.... Today, I'll relax
Today, I won't feel alone because I don't see you
Today, I'll find something new that wasn't true of you
Today, I won't be afraid to look upon a new face
Today, I'll step up and take my place
Today, I won't think about what I've lost
Today, I'll look forward instead of behind
Today, I'll find some piece of mind
Today, I'll hope.... Today, I'll pray... Today, I'll believe
Today, I'll dream as if I always did
Today, I'll wish on a star the way I used to
Today, I'll reach for the heavens and sigh
Today, My heart will start to heal
Today, the biggest miracle is ME.
Today, Yesterday's problems ceased to be
Today, the rain has stopped and the sun has returned
Today, the breath of kindness is found in words
Today, I wonder.... Today, I am a child.

One Day at a Time
We need to take our eyes off us, and in the Lord put our trust,
Our vision can be small indeed, focusing just on present need.
But, the Lord who’s over all, takes care of needs big and small,
As He has and He always will, care for His own, so just be still.
The Lord truly does so much more, for all of those He cares for,
Far beyond what we can see, as He shepherds them to Eternity.
Guiding them along every path, this as they avoid unseen wrath,
And other problems avoided by, God, when we don’t know why.
We’ve been told to live for today, leaning on God along the way,
Not looking at problems tomorrow, only to fill hearts with sorrow,
For believers, it is God’s design, for us to live one day at a time,
And if you try it, you shall find, God will give you peace of mind.
What is to be is know by God, as He leads us with staff and rod,
Guiding His own on paths unknown, as He leads us safely home.
Today we are told not to borrow, any cares at all from tomorrow,
As today alone will have enough, of all those cares we speak of.
In the Lord we should always rest, no matter what the trial or test,
On any path that you need to take, you, the Lord will not forsake,
But, it’s His own who forsake Him, when worry leads cares to sin,
So, be still and rest in Christ, and God’s Peace, shall fill your life.

Technology causes problems as well as solves problems. Nobody has figured out a way to ensure that, as of tomorrow, technology won't create problems. Technology simply means increased power, which is why we have the global problems we face today.

Trust no one but yourself!
Who Can You Trust?
Who Can you trust in the world today?
Your friends?
They'll be just as trifling as your enemy
When you are stuck at a dead end
Who can you trust in the world today?
Your blood?
Blood is thicker than water
Don't let this be your rule
By this same rule was I fooled.
Who can you trust in the world today?
Your instructors?
Their job is to teach not to care
Your problems will appear just as thin as air.
Who can you trust in the world today?
Those who inforce and carry out the law?
This is where the world tears
They should be the ones we fear
Who can your trust in the world today?
Don't put your emotions up on a shelf
Trust no one but yourself!

Ocean
I do not want to wake up thinking of you
I let you out of my mind.
Time is going to make it fine.
Sitting looking at the ocean, I throw all my problems in.
Deep in the ocean they all float.
I no longer hold on to that pain.
Yes I am intense and feel to blame.
But today I see it more than you.............
Today I let it all go and I will begin again.
Another lesson learned another heart burned...
Pour me a glass of wine, hold me and tell me it's okay?
My life will only begin...................
Letting it all go.........

The Problems Of The World
THE PROBLEMS OF THE WORLD
The problems of the world-
The problems of my own little life-
Problems and problems and problems.
A poem solves no problems
It escapes into itself
And makes a small world
In which the poet can hide.
The poem is the other world
The one where there is quiet and peace and calm and love
And all which makes one’s own dreams
A morning song.

Problems
I wont take no lies, hanging out all night
The gig is up, enough, its enough
Youre wrong, dead wrong, wont take no more
Cause I see your game and dumb is not my name
Pack your bags, call you a cab
No more laughs
Cause Im not the one that youre gonna play on
Move along, sing a song
You give me problems, problems
Too many problems
Dont want no problems, problems
No time to solve them
You give me problems, problems
Too many problems
Dont want no problems, problems
No time to solve them
Got love for you, but I cant stand you
I page you, you wont call
Whats a 2-way for
Strike one, strike two, strike three, no more me
Cause I see the game and dumbs not my name
Pack your bags, call you a cab
No more laughs
Cause Im not the one that youre gonna play on
Move along, sing a song
You give me problems, problems
Too many problems
Dont want no problems, problems
No time to solve them
You give me problems, problems
Too many problems
Dont want no problems, problems
No time to solve them
We can do this any way that
You want cause I dont care
Its no problem and Im not the one
Pack your bags, call you a cab
No more laughs
Cause Im not the one that youre gonna play on
Move along, sing a song
You give me problems, problems
Too many problems
Dont want no problems, problems
No time to solve them
You give me problems, problems
Too many problems
Dont want no problems, problems
No time to solve them
[over chorus]
Its plain to see, you cant have me
Cause you gon be a playa for life
Its plain to see, you cant have me
Cause you gon be a playa for life
Its plain to see, you cant have me
Cause you gon be a playa for life
Its plain to see, you cant have me
Cause you gon be a playa for life
You give me problems, problems
Too many problems
Dont want no problems, problems
No time to solve them

Today My Friend Died
Today my friend died,
I still cant believe my eyes.
It seems like my world has ended.
Today my friend died,
the cute face and sweet smile,
keeps flashing in front of my eyes.
Today my friend died,
my first and last best friend.
She was waiting for this day,
as she had only sorrows and troubles with her.
Today my friend died,
the friend who cared about me,
the friend who solved my problem,
the friend who always fought with life.
Today my friend died,
and I think,
I am filled with problems with no solution,
a human with no confidence,
today I am here with no hope,
I am here today without happiness.
Today my friend died,
she has stepped into my life,
as a spirit of mine.
I cannot express how important she is to me.
Today my friend died,
I recall my memories with her,
and cry....

No Compasion
-----------
In a world
where people have problems
In this world
where decisions are a way of life
Other people's problems they overwhelm my mind
They say compassion is a virtue, but I don't have the time
So many people...have their problems
I'm not interested...in their problems
I guess I've...experienced some problems
But now I've...made some decisions
Takes a lot of time to push away the nonsense
Take my compassion...Push it as far as it goes
My interest level's dropping, my interest level is dropping
I've heard all I want to, I don't want to hear any more
What are you, in love with your problems?
I think you take it...a little too far
It's...not so cool to have so many problems
But don't expect me to explain your indecisions
Go...talk to your analyst, isn't that what they're paid for
You walk, you talk...You still function like you used to
It's not a question...Of your personality or style
Be a little more selfish, it might do you some good
In a world where people have problems
In this world where decisions are a way of life
Other people's problems, they overwhelm my mind
They say compassion is a virtue, but I don't have the time

What's The Problem
Temperatures rise,
With the rolling of eyes...
But,
No nobody seems to want to tell,
What is their problem.
Temperatures rise,
With the rolling of eyes...
But,
No nobody seems to want to tell,
About their problems...
To settle and to solve them.
Rolling eyes and moody pouting,
Giving attitude nonstopping...
With a rising of a heat to pass.
But no one has asked,
What's the problem.
Fussing with a cussing too!
As if this is a way to prove,
Being rude and talking crude..
Will even up a score.
But no one wants to take the time to ask,
What are the problems.
To settle and to solve them.
Solutions to confusion can be reached,
If people solved them.
But no one wants to take the time to tell,
What are their problems...
To settle and to solve them.
Gossip starts to leaking,
With a tit for tat-a seeking.
But nobody stops to reach out just to tell,
About their problems.
To settle and to solve them.
No nobody seems to want to tell,
About their problems.
No nobody seems to want to tell,
About their problems.
To settle and to solve them.
'Are you kidding?
That's all I hear 'everyday'...
People who've got problems.'
Oh yeah?
But are you listening to them,
With an assistance given...
To help them get solved?

Sonnet: God Is Our Hope and Succor
No one’s indispensable in this world;
Someone will surely take our place someday!
Retirement comes for good when we are old;
Let sober thoughts not come in our faith’s way.
When faith is challenged unexpectedly,
Our love for God must take us steadfastly;
When problems come mountain-like suddenly,
Let us meet them God most courageously!
All things good/bad must terminate some day;
Today’s troubles are enough for today;
Tho’ morrow brings more in its wake our way,
To God to guide us, we have got to pray!
The things we worry much won’t for long stay;
God solves our problems, keeps evils at bay!

Have A Talk With God
There are people who have let the problems of today
Lead them to conclude that for them life is not the way
But every problem has an answer and if yours you cannot find
You should talk it over to him
Hell give you peace of mind
When you feel your lifes too hard
Just go have a talk with god
Many of us feel we walk alone without a friend
Never communicating with the one who lives within
Forgetting all about the one who never ever lets you down
And you can talk to him anytime hes always around
When you feel your lifes too hard
Just go have a talk with god
Well hes the only free psychiatrist thats known throughout the world
For solving the problems of all men, women, little boys and girls
When you feel your lifes too hard
Just go have a talk with god
When you feel your lifes too hard
Just go have a talk with god
When your loads too much to bear
Just go talk to God he cares
I know he does
When you feel your lifes too hard
Just go have a talk with god
Thank-you
Thank-you very much

Today...
Today, the leaves were greener
Today, the sky wasn’t grey
Today, the sun was brighter
Yes, it changed today
Today, people transformed
Today, they weren’t rude
Today, I felt loved
All just today, it’s true
Today, I lived for today
Today, was not for the future
Today, was a great day
Not menial, tiring, brutal
Today, I laughed in silence
Today didn’t make me cry
Today, everything became clearer
But, today, I couldn’t figure out why
And today, if everything changed
And today, if it wasn’t a dream
I don’t know what happened
But today will become everyday, it seems.

There has been a day like today
But a fresh new day is today
It is a unique day today
It is wide open today
All the answers for our questions has today
Let us dream today
Let us laugh today
Let us share our love today
Let us express our greatness today
Let us trade many a yesterday for today
Let us perform our tasks today
Let us make it a magnificent today
Let us thank God for giving life today
Let us thank God for seeing His creations today
Let us love most about today
A golden day is today
For it is a fact today
It has arrived today!

What Shall I Do Today?
Today,
all the events shall be taken as God's wish.
Today,
I shall love everyone.
Today,
I shall speak only truth.
Today,
I shall have pure and clean thoughts.
Today,
I shall spend the whole day in pursuit of Happiness.
Today,
i shall be polite and nice to people.
Today,
I shall not curse to anyone.
Today,
Whatever work is assigned to me shall be completed.
Today,
I shall be courteous to people.
Today,
Who ever approaches me with a problem or request shall go back satisfied.
Today,
I shall try to reform myself as much as possible.
Today,
I shall repent for all my ill deeds.
