An Old Poet Should Bless The Young
AN OLD POET SHOULD BLESS THE YOUNG
An old poet
If he wishes to be wise
Should remember
The young.
He should remember
That they live by love
And know joy
He no longer can.
He should understand
That the most intense hope and dream
Is with those
At the beginning.
An old poet
Should bless the young
For they have so much of the beauty and goodness
Of this world
The old can barely remember.

'Poet! Poet! Poet! Poet! '
I'm feeling nervous but I mustn't show it!
'Poet! Poet! Poet! Poet! '
I hope to heaven that I won't blow it!
'Poet! Poet! Poet! Poet! '
I mustn't reveal that I'm a second-rate poet!
I'm only a rhymer, but they don't know it!
If you've got no talent you'll have to grow it!

Only one night.
Remember the verse
remember the rhyme.
Remember the meter
all set in a line.
Remember the story
from begining to end.
He is an old man
with a young friend.
Is it a kiss, or is it a lie.
Remember the verse
and always asked why.
Why is so
why is it right.
To become a poet
for only one night.

The Poet I Am', And 'The Poet I Am Not
The poet I am, and the poet I am not
‘The poet I am’ says
To ‘the poet I am not’,
‘Why can’t I be more like you? ’
And ‘the poet I am not’ says
‘Because you are not good enough’
And ‘the poet I am’ begins to cry,
And ‘the poet I am not’ says
‘Real poets cry for more meaningful things’
And ‘the poet I am’ says ‘I am who I am and what I will be means so much to me. But still I am not the poet I wanted to be’.
And ‘the poet I am not’ says
‘Exactly. Were you less concerned with who you are and more concerned with others you might be a bit more of a poet than you are now.’
And ‘the poet I am’ is silent.
And ‘the poet I am not’is somewhere else being someone else
That ‘the poet I am and the poet I am not’ cannot see or dream.

I Am Not The Poet's Poet But Perhaps The Would- Be- Poet's Would-Be Poet
I AM NOT THE POET’S POET BUT PERHAPS THE WOULD- BE- POETS WOULD – BE –POET
I am not the poet’s poet-
The one poets of name and fame admire-
But perhaps the would- be- poets would be – poet-
Who tries to be a poet
And tries to understand what it means
To love poetry and live by writing it
Even when the world does not recognize me..

Morning Sunshine
This poet is so seductive
This poet is now strange to me
This poet is so bold
This little girl doesn't want to see
The little girl has known this poet
ever since
But the little girl is already
tired of this poet
She just wants to play.
Not any passing minute
She hasn't have
any word of
allegory
metonymy and
simile
Take me away from this poet yet
the little girl must empty first
the words of this poet
Before she is free to play
in the morning sunshine
and go away from this busy poet
Do you think I'm too young to see?
Do you agree?
This poet won't let me
play out in the middle of the rain
This poet won't let me
see the afternoon sway
This poet won't let me
see the morning gay
Let me see the Morning Sunshine
Let me see!
But this poet
Won't let me
I'll just watch t.v
and sing
her poetry

Do You Remember
Couldnt have been more than a day over three
Tried to do and be everything that I saw on tv
That wont work now like it did work back then
But then it was easier to imagine for me
We never had to care which party would win
Would the fighting go on, would it ever end?
Yeah, yeah
And I know rock n roll was the safest way to be
When we were free, so young and free
And we didnt have a care in the world
We were just too young to understand, at all
And if you feel what Im feelin
Then you remember
1 - tell me do you remember when
Everything in life was so much better then
Tell me do you remember when
Do you remember?
Do you, do you remember?
We never had to save for the rainy day
Just enjoying this time in our lives company
Surely we never needed to think about the time
Because we were free (then we were free)
So young and free
And we didnt have a care in the world
And we were just too young to understand, at all
Ooh, and since you feel what Im feelin
I know you remember
Repeat 1 w/ad-libs to fade

The Poets
an old woman poet,
stood behind the table,
doling out plate after plate,
to the line of faces...
taking the time...
to ask each their name.
a young student poet,
jerked from the picket line,
beaten, and arrested...
now sits in jail.
the young man poet,
just home after a 12 hour shift,
went next door and mowed
his elderly neighbor's grass.
a young girl poet,
took in the stray cat,
fed it, and held it...
and rocked it to sleep.
the poor poet,
makes a pallot on the floor
of his empty room,
for the homeless to sleep on.
the old man poet,
goes to work again,
minimum wage with a smile,
to feed his sick wife...
the common poet,
build houses, works on machines,
tills gardens, works on cars...
treats everyone the same...
and no one knows his name!

Poet is free
Poet is free
No grammarian can guide the poet
Do not tell before a poet you are dare
And I know there are so many grammarians
With so many grammars
The poet is one with truth with love
All the grammars old middle modern
Are of no use for a poet
At the time of poet's thought
Poet's love poet's poetry
Nobody can search research poet's history
Nobody can dare to described poet
Poet can create his own language
His own grammar and it does not bother the poet
Whether you like it or not
Leave the poet on his own way
It is better you to read him love him
If you are alive.

Whipped
Is there anything that can help me let go
I’m tired of crying down this road
I’m young should I feel this old
I’m tired of being split
I’m tired of feeling whipped
I’m tired of not knowing what’s right
I’m tired of looking for this light
I’m tired of living wrong
I’m tired of crying to this repeating sad song
I’m tired of wrong feeling so right
I’m tired of fighting with all my might
I’m tired of hoping friends will be by my side
I’m tired of my feelings I hide
I’m tired of no one picking up the phone
I’m tired of being home
I’m tired of the sun
I’m tired of the moon
I’m tired of thinking what to do
I’m tired of you
All I ever think of is hope
And all I ever heard is have faith
I feel fragile like an old piece of rope
And know I did nothing but disgrace
I hoped to be a good man
I hoped to have a plan
I hoped to be the one
I hoped to have some fun
I hoped life was easer than they say
I hoped home was where I lay
I hoped I always knew right
I hoped I would always fight
I hoped me was the one you see
I hoped true love would always be
I hoped I didn’t need to rest
I hoped life meant happiness
Hope and faith are strong words
They fly away easy like birds
Does one ever know where they stand?
Its harder than I thought to be a man
I remember being young and free
I remember trying to be me
I remember when I first fell in love
I remember hearing the sound of a dove
I remember being young wishing I was old
I remember trying to live out side the mold
I remember when I would dream
I remember when it was all about me
I remember when I wanted to be where I am
I remember that meant I needed to be man
I remember when life was fun
I remember shooting out like a gun
I remember love was a rush
I remember the first time I was crushed
I remember doing and not thinking
I remember doing nothing but drinking
I remember trying to make my tears dry
I remember the feeling of telling a lie
I remember when the world was at my feet
I remember the feeling of being beat
I remember being ashamed of who I am
I remember at one time I knew where I stand
Memory is a gift or is it a curse
It showed you at your best and at your worse
Time is something that should be taken slowly
I don’t want to be old and lonely
I know not to always follow my gut
I know ill always be in this rut
I know tomorrow will come
I know yesterday is gone
I know I will run
I know I am wrong
I know ill live
I know ill die
I know not to ask why

The Poet Who No Longer Believes In Himself
THE POET WHO NO LONGER BELIEVES IN HIMSELF
The poet who no longer believes in himself
And writes on anyway-
The poet who is too weak to stop writing-
The poet who has died as a poet,
Before he has as a person-
The poet who may never have lived as a poet-
The old old old schnook,
Still trying to write a poem
And believing he has done it once again.

This Poet Is Always Beside You
You are reading my poem but,
This poet is never known;
However, this poet is always beside you.
I am on your lips and,
I am in your mouth;
I am in your heart and,
I am in your mind;
Because, this poet is always beisde you.
This poet writes and others read,
This poet speaks and others listen,
And this poet is always beside you;
But, this poet is never known.
The works of this poet are on the internet,
And, they are being read by many! !
But, this poet is never known;
However, this poet is always beside you.

Life Lesson
Listen to all
Listen to none
But remember this thing
You are the one who realize
Learn everything
Learn nothing
But remember this thing
You are the one who understand
Go everywhere
Go nowhere
But remember this thing
You are the one who search
Believe the hard one
Believe the easy one
But remember this thing
You are the one who follow
Think the worst
Think the finest
But remember this thing
You are the one who decide
Read what’s written
Read what’s hidden
But remember this thing
You are the one who feel
See the dark
See the light
But remember this thing
You are the one who watch
Dream the ordinary
Dream the impossible
But remember this thing
You are the one who hope
Try the best
Try the rest
But remember this thing
You are the one who fight
Say it straight
Say it carefully
But remember this thing
You are the one who mean it
Love you care
Love you don’t
But remember this thing
You are the one who give
Live the truth
Live the lie
But remember this thing
You are the one who grow
Do what you desire
Do what’s been ordered
But remember this thing
You are the one who responsible
Touch it rough
Touch it smooth
But remember this thing
You are the one who keep

A Poem To A Poets!
the poet see crooked
and talk weird too
like a drunk
perdition in his insane!
No one can understand a Poet
Just you and me, like poet we are
The poet say 'Dr. Jivago'?
It means like a movie? No
it means my love for you! ! !
Or he asks yourself, Am I Evil?
No, he does not evil
I am in silence, affirm the poet! ! !
In silence never he will be
BONG, kick the can! ! !
WAR
AAA
RAW
in silence he is!
Trapped in a tower
a terrible place
just for one second to rest
like almost all of us
He said' I gone'
but gone like no one
gone with strenght
strange and revolutionary Poet!
No one can understand a Poet
Just you and me, like poet we are! ! !

A Poet
a poet knows nothing best than a seer, nay neither
touches like a magician nor prays like a monk, yet!
feel the tremendous heart that breathes and sees the
oozing shadow of the light, a poet lives
Oh! what wonder! each word exists where
every poet has come to paste, as the world
turns its page every color the pen refreshes
as the poet begins to tell, every feeling makes it
to fulfill, though in every edge there is always some
sad stories that everybody could feel and relate
a poet always wins in every ink of a pen, there is
always pain, turning others' gain, the end
holds on to reign, and the heart of the immortal fight
has just begun, transcend beyond it rainbow's
plain, wherein every poetry the dying soul comes
to raise the wonderful surprises of life
as the fulfillment has gone, and every one's dream
has achieved and the poet now wishes to repose in the
lamp light grave the pen it lays, leaving the world to
be freed watching my hand to flee
wish me luck; the time has to come, where my day is
counted in the pen everyone is perfected and my
moment is for you to remember that in very write our
soul leads us to be upright and every way is alright,
and now haggle me to know that I am a poet at the
end of my life
a poet in a shining armor of light.........

The Young New Poet
I am that young new poet
Whom the world hadnt had a glimpse of yet
My works some do debunk
My effort many had try to sunk
But with him as my guide
I have never lean or slide
Instead i am just pervase in production
From birth to now, i think i had a collection
And yet i am still buried in this dust
But i am sure he will help me survived this lust
And when i leap from this mess
The world will wear my poem dress
So be prepared for that young new poet
Whom the world will drowned in what he get

Every Little Girls Dream
I remember when I was a little girl
Growin up livin in my own little world
So it seemed
I had my dolls and dreams
Mama was always there to comfort me
And her love
Wasnt nothin quite like it
In the world that I knew of
Before I knew it, I was standing in my teens
Sweet little boy with his strong young arm holdin me
I remember the first time I felt his kiss
Oh, it like to drove me crazy
And I remember sayin I never felt nothin like this
So I went and asked mama
Can you tell me what it means
And she said, youre in love
And thats every little girls dream
Baby, what youve found
Is every little girls dream
So I said, mama does love ever last
She says, where by now let the future come to pass
Just understand and enjoy what youve found
And listen to it just as long as your heart is sound
And love, there aint nothin quite like it
In the world anybody knows of
There are worlds all through my teens
Same little boy with his strong young arm lovin me
I remember the first time I felt his kiss
Oh, it like to drove me crazy
And I remember sayin I never felt nothin like this
I remember sayin to mama
I know just what you mean
Im in love, and thats every little girls dream
Woah, what I found
Is every little girls dream
And I found mine, and mama says, me too baby
Once upon a time
It lifts you up, but it lets you down
Therell be another dream to bring it back around
Theres something about the first time
That keeps you rememberin
When youve found every little girls dream
Every little girls dream
I found
Every little girls dream
(I remember the first time I felt his kiss)
Every little girls dream
(I remember sayin I never felt nothin like this)
Every little girls dream
(I found someone and I fell in love)
Every little girls dream
(I remember sayin I never felt nothin like this)

Poet Is A Poet/Wherever He Goes
A POET IS A POET/ WHEREVER HE GOES
A poet is a poet
Wherever he goes
He can stop and sit on a bench anywhere
And write a poem
The poems come from without often
But what is within is the poetry-
Like a dream like a fire like a small light
That never goes out
A poet sits anywhere and writes his dream-

I Am A Poet
Iam a poet
ı was born a poet
ı feel that frommy childhood
why the storks
chatter on the chimneys
and nest there
their young beak black
their eggs catch cold in winter
ı am a poet
but sometimes ı am misunderstood
that upsets me
very
sometimes people scold me
why the hell you look at me
strangely
they say
do ı resemble someone
do you recognise me
ı am just a poet
ı cannot say
ı s ı t my fault
to be born poet
ı wanna write a poem about you
so ı look and try to understand
your attitude
why does this bother you
ı was born so
ı watch a little child
leaving her mother
throwing herself to the water shower
in the pool in spring
then ı ask the child to return to mother
cause she is looking eagerly looking AFTER
does not like a stranger
she does not know what a poet is too
and lives plain and direct
ı am a poet
ı wish
ı were not born so
ı long for a humble and simple life
living may be in poverty
cause understands me nobody
even the closest around me

World view
Come to poet
And enjoy life.
Come to poet
And see beauty.
Come to poet
And know truth.
Come to poet
And have patience.
No non-sense can
Disturb you
And you have
At your hand
World view.
