Catch a Butterfly
Deep lies the truth, unfathomed,
you cannot touch it.
Crossing the faceless matrix,
do not reach the level,
reasoning flattens the spikes.
On sand, elixir falls
like drops from awakening.
Arising from sorrow,
mustiness fills your eyes.
This was truth or untruth,
two strokes of madness,
wedged between night and sun.
Silence becomes an eloquent speech.
Each day brings silly
statements wearing artful masks.
Commentary on a vision fails.
Right versus wrong.
The conents of conflict always
linked the fear with poverty of a Being.
The involuted self uncurls
a scheme of war with a big world.
Now the smiles catch
a butterfly to immitate the colors.

The Truth: : Humour, Inspiration
Tell the truth, are you crazy, the truth is for fools
In my clever world it’s lying which rules
Why opt for something as silly as sincerity
When you can easily choose dishonesty
Then you can tell lies upon lies upon lies
So many out there for you to devise
And believe them yourself, very nearly, why not
You weaved such an interesting, exciting plot
The truth, big deal, the truth is nothing but lies
My truth’s so much better, at least in my eyes
My lies versus the truth, so easy to win
Because I can keep lying ad nauseum
I’ll just spout out a lie, how easy was that
Don’t look for the truth in my kind of chat
You think I’ll be discovered, I’m way too smart
I’ll never say what’s there in my heart
My heart was stunted a long time ago
All this lying stopped any chance it could grow
When you don’t speak from your heart, it’s hard to see
The difference between truth and dishonesty

Paradox of Truth
The most subtle lies art the greatest truth
Like the fairy tales of our imaginative youth
Each truth a paradox, a lie does tell
A truth somewhere in mythical spell
When one lies, truth still speaks
For in everything doth truth seek
To express itself to hearts to behold
The truth of life in every lie told
Told in such eloquent song
There is truth in something especially wrong
Rhetoric, myths, ignorance and lies
Truth in all, every truth belies.
If thou don't believe it is certainly true
For to believe is true to me and you
And in this poem if you believe no truth
Let this poem be truth's own proof….

Truth and Lies
Is the truth beyond our lies,
Say what you want,
Watch what you say,
For our hidden lies, we must pay.
In the darkness of the night,
In the brightness of the day,
Truth and lies have gone astray.
Does your truth contain a lie?
Black as coal, the midnight sky.
Truth will shine,
It is the light,
To tell the truth,
With a soul so bright.
Is truth defined just in the mind?
In the Prince of Darkenss lies defined.
Love of the truth will scorn the Devil,
Our truth must stay at our highest level.
Of these shortcomings,
Are we aware?
That we speak of lies so unaware!
Every lie turns the truth aside,
Our secret truths, we sometimes hide.

April chose me
April chose me
for my awakening
and although
where I live
it’s not set in spring,
there’s truth
that my April autumn brings
when every thing
starts to strip bare
without covering
and beyond the smiles
beyond glittering eyes
something much deeper lies
and I will any day
have love,
take truth, honesty
integrity and friendship,
than to act as though
all of the above
doesn’t matter at all
and wealth is
the only goal.

Angels Of Madness
Guy Allison, Michael Hossack, John McFee
EarthWalk Music (ASCAP) / Moon On The Lake Music (ASCAP) / Long Tooth Music (BMI)
There are no questions left to ask,
Through your eyes I can see, our future now lies in the past.
It can't be measured in simple time
Each stolen moment shared, a theft divine.
And I
Drift through the shadows of a memory,
Silently echoing the words I'll never hear again.
While the
Angels of madness hold you in their arms
Seductive lies disguised as truth.
As you fade in their dark caress
Still I reach through empty nights for you.
Love is no sin
Your night will end.
Reflections they won't let you see,
They weave a tapestry
from broken threads of shattered dreams.
You hold a mirror to yourself
And shine the light of blame on someone else.
And I
Float through the echoes of the silence,
Lost in the shadow of the face I'll never see again.
While the
Angels of madness hold you in their arms,
Seductive lies they told as truth.
As you fade in their dark caress,
Still I reach through empty nights for you.
Love is no sin.
Your night will end. While the
Angels of madness hold you in their arms,
Seductive lies they told as truth.
As you fade in their dark caress,
Still I reach through empty nights for you.
Love is no sin.
Your night will end

Truth-Untruth
You want
To know my truth
Hear my truth
But want to hide your
Truth
Under the garb of
Untruth
Have you ever thought?
Is it possible?
If you want others
To speak truth
You should
Speak the truth
Anybody
Who does like this?
Is doing contrary to
The expectations of god
If you want to be
Near god
From today itself
Shed the garb of untruth
Start speaking truth

To Go Back
Let me think without thoughts
to measure the mind, feel the crunching of words.
Time to know the meaningless life.
A flock of sufferings; they were all over
and I was looking at me.
In deep sorrow to go back into myself.
Where were you
in the forbidden void of silence?
The fountainhead drops the legends.
The effort to shift the truth is painful.
I am baffeled by the blinks of lies.
Nothing appears to be real.
Wounds transcend the flesh.
Here I am to feel the blindness of fate
the collapsed roofs of faith,
will discover a new god.
Dry and bright speech
describing the healing touch.
I refuse a diminutive role
of firewood to zip a smokeless fire.

Deep
Every time I hear the sound of the rain
Beating on my roof again
I want to taste your love
And I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep
Every time I lift my eyes to the sky
Something in my heart asks why
I want to know the truth
And I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep
Like the footprints
Disappearing from the sand
I try to catch the thought
It slips right through my hand
And as the darkness
Throws its cloak upon the ground
I start to run to you
Ive got to take you down
I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep
Every time I feel Im loosing my way
The power of your love remains
I want to touch your love
An I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep
Deep
I want to go deep

Those Who Spread Falsehoods
What others say of me can't say I much care
Since of my own shortcomings I am all too aware
But when speaking of me of me do not lie
Since you would not like lies to be spread about you neither would I.
Some truths of me may seem bitter but the truth I can take
I won't lose sleep to the truth all night in bed awake
To deliberately spread lies about someone is a terrible thing
Those who spread falsehoods bad karma on themselves do bring.
Sometimes by the truth friendships are lost and won
But the truth is the truth when all is said and done
The truth can convict you or set you free
And the truth is never wrong with that most would agree
Though we may not always like of us what is true
I will accept the truth since the truth is my due
But deliberate lies of us seem hard to forgive
For I too believe in live and let live.

Lies have become the truth!
Not easy to cheat someone,
When we try to hide the fun of an offense,
We have to be careful and alert always,
Our actions should be monitored and concealed,
From the scrutinizing eyes of the loved ones,
Or the friends or the authorities,
The same lies have to be remembered,
Must memorize the lies to repeat,
At no point can afford to make a mistake,
What a frightful and tiring life it is,
When we try to cheat and lie, wearing the masks,
Eyes can't be met. as Something pricks,
Words are hard to come, as our tongue twists,
Hearts start to race fast, sometimes sweat,
Lying is not an easy task, when the burden felt,
life of lies worth or not, it seems to benefit,
those who have the desire to taste the fruits,
acquire and keep those as heavenly secrets,
deep in the silence and rot as not refrigerated,
life of lies is not easy to live, must act,
immaculate to the eyes of those suspicious,
once secured the trust and confidence of the innocents,
life of lies is great and lies will become the 'truth'.

The Truth It Can Be Hurtful
I may not like what you say of me but if of me you speak the truth
Though the truth it can be hurtful if it is not spoken without ruth
The truth cannot defame me if of me the truth you say
And if the truth taints my character well that too is okay.
But if you tell lies about someone and know them to be lies
Then the dislike I'd feel for one like you i barely could disguise
For lies can be defamatory when used in such a way
Any respect to a malicious liar i would find hard to pay.
The truth it can be hurtful as we all ought to know
But out of the truth it can be said respect for one does grow
And though you may not like what's said about you at least what's said is true
And to the one who speaks the truth credit is always due.
The truth it can be hurtful but the truth is never wrong
And those who cannot accept the truth mentally cannot grow strong
And though for some the truth is poison they'd rather live a lie
The truth lives on forever and the truth will never die.

Poverty Doesn’t Laugh
Fill the rivers,
With poverty’s tears,
Only then will they be filled with innocent water.
The brick that fills poverty’s throat
Should be filled with heaven’s food
Not hell’s slaughter.
Poverty’s hands should not be,
As empty as our hearts.
Their feet should not feel the piercing sand
While we rot in cars.
Poverty’s teeth are famished
Because they bite empty air,
Our teeth are stuffed with arrogance
Until our blessings with be stripped bare
In the night of hell
When guilt will crawl upon us
The worms and snakes of our sins
Will pierce venom through our selfishness
And there we will stand
Bare of all our blessings
The naked truth for the world to see
Will be paraded across poverty’s eyes
But they will not laugh.

At First There Was Only The Truth
at first there was only the truth
it was born
it did not know anything about lies
and being pure
and unrelated yet to anyone except to mother
the truth remains to be the truth
until many things happened
on its life,
father lies at him
at first he is confused
and brothers expect him to be this way and that way
like what his sisters is telling him
from time to time
truth wants to remain true
because there is joy to its nature
but nature too dislikes it
and then it inflicts pain
to it
at first there was the pinch
it increased to slaps
and then the mauling began
there were series of intimidation
sometimes they use the carrot
sometimes the stick
truth was confused until it gets of age
and knows the mechanisms
of defenses
of age it knows right and wrong
of course, it knows what is true and what is not
it is so easy to detect that
even on asymptomatic situations
but this world are made of rules
and liars who triumph hold the book, the law, the rules of their own games
and truth too just like you wants to survive
and so finally it knows how to wear different colors
shades, clothes, sneakers,
masks,
it knows about the fox
and the wiles of the snakes
and true to itself
it becomes a wise creature
joins the rat race
goes for a kill
even on acrobatics
knows when to change
its face
to hide its voice
and the exact time
to bite
and lick.

Truth:
The truth will stand when all else falls
Till time becomes no more
Until God’s trumpet finally calls
Till death shuts tight its door
Truth needs no prop support or stay
But lies are bound to fail
Naked they’ll stand on judgement day
Beyond life’s hidden veil
The truth will stand the test of time
For truth is of The Lord
Guilty condemned of Satan’s crime
Deceit must face the sword
The truth stands firm, stands deep and sound
In Christ its seed has root
Ordained to grow in hallowed ground
To bear God’s name sweet fruit
Exposure brings to truth no fear
No devil can it move
No scheme no ploy no smile nor tear
As squalls of life will prove
Tempestuous storms may rant and rage
All elements let loose
Life, may turn its vicious page
But truth stands every ruse
For all deceit the dye is cast
God’s spoke with upheld hand
Wisdom will prove as in the past
Once truth’s embraced our land
Then truth will reign at Jesus’ hand
Sweet joy will never cease
Walking with God The Promised Land
In everlasting peace.

See Who I Am
Is It True What They Say
Are We To Blind To Find A Way
Fear Of The Unknown
Cloud Our Hearts Today
Come Into My World
See Through My Eyes
Try To Understand
Don't Wanna Lose What We Have
We've Been Dreaming
For Who Can't Deny
It's The Best Way Of Living
Between The Truth And The Lies
Chorus
See Who I Am
Break Through The Surface
Reach For My Hand
And Shout Out That We Can
Free Your Mind And Find A Way
The World Is In Our Hands
This Is Not The End
Fear Is Withering The Soul
At The Point Of No Return
We Must Be The Change We Wish To See
I'll Come Into Your World
See Through Your Eyes
I'll Try To Understand
Before We Lose What We Have
We Just Can't Stop Believing
Because We Have To Try
We Can Rise Above The Truth And The Lies
Chorus
See Who I Am
Break Through The Surface
Reach For My Hand
And Shout Out That We Can
Free Your Mind And Find A Way

See Who I am
Break Through The Surface
Reach For My Hand
And Shout Out That We Can
Free Your Mind And Find A way
The World Is In Our Hands
This Is Not The End
Hear The Silence
Reach Out My Blame
Will Our Strength Remain?
If The Power Rise

The Truth Within
The Violin in his hand, His mind is at a far
The tears held within: the winds resemble his sorrows
The strength in his voice, the pain in his soul
Why hold it all when the truth lies in your soul
The smiley face fades like the watery paint
The thought hit him like a dream in broad daylight
Patient was his virtue, but sorrow was to overcome
Why hold it all when the truth lies in your soul
His silence got the best of him
Now his pain cant be faded by her words
He would rather hold her than leave her,
His words wont change her mind
Why hold it all when the truth lies in your soul
She was a treasure worth keeping
but the wrong treasure for him 'she once said
Healing the truth, Healing the wounds
Regret is unbearable, Time is at its essence
Why hold it all when the truth lies in your soul
Sometimes the truth makes us walk away without a word
Sometimes it avoids us hurting the treasures in our lives
The best he hopes times forgives him
But it never does it reminds him the constant mistakes of his silence.

Truth
Truth is a solid crust,
Sledgehammer cannot crush.
Truth is iron cast,
It is as hard as diamond.
Truth erodes deliberate falsehood,
Corrodes devious propaganda,
Dissolves trump-up charges,
Resolves unfounded allegations,
Absolves the humiliated.
Truth dismisses fabrications,
Making their effects fleeting,
Earning victory for the vindicated victim,
Exposing the evil in the slanderer.
Truth is invincible, untruth very visible
Truth is transparent, untruth ungodly.
Truth is a perpetual burning torch.
I will hold on to it.
All must hold on to it.

Butterfly, Butterfly
Hoping to catch your eye
Circling around you, oh my
Butterfly, butterfly, come into the light
Oh, what a beautiful sight
Flying so gracefully
Into the sky, the butterfly
Trying to catch a butterfly
Fly, fly, fly, butterfly
There he sets upon the mums
I'm having so much fun
Here's another on the sill
Your standing so still
You go to touch him
There he goes, the butterfly
I hear a tapping on the window
It's the butterfly, fly, fly, fly
There he goes into the sky
Flying so high, the butterfly
I'll see you another day
Butterfly, butterfly, away
