Buried Silence

Blaze on the horizon was spreading.
No peak was left green,
time was running out.

Courier had left without a message
carrying cyanide capsules,
to kill or get killed.

My grey sky stuck with silent clouds
will wait for the stars.
The bride will leave under the shade of shine.

Serum was darkening
its milk of poison.
Blood was thinner than water.

The buried silence was turning
brown with pain.
Bruises had outraged the words.

Being Left Out

we arrive here together
when the moon was full

for what reason i am left out

i am alone
and you who are all my friends
like sparrows
flew away from me
together

i am like a tree without leaves
and the rocks from the cliff
stare at me in silence

the rivers have their tryst with the sea
the clouds in reunion with the wind
all in their ecstasies
bursting

the fire of sunset amazes me
i want to go near and be burned
there is something lovely
in that red and orange blaze

soon the black bird comes and hovers
on the land that i walk
soon the silence of the stars shall shoo away
the madness of my heart

i may cry and be like the rain and flood all
the paths that you have left me
i may topple some bridges and witness
the fading colors of the rainbow
the dissolving mist of the mountains

these are the utilities of futility
someone has cried and no one listens

i have a dream for many nights now
i have become the moon owning my own light
i speak to my heart and my ears listen
i shine my own light and i am now silent with a hundred stars

you all left me and now i must thrive

Cyanide Song

When you decide
That all your faithful friends have lied
The time has come to swallow pride
And take a little cyanide!

Cyanide! Cyanide!
Did you hear the way the orphans cried
When loving kindness was denied,
Destroyed before their tears had dried?

Yes! They committed suicide!
Yes! All the little children died!
It's a horror that you can't abide,
So take a little cyanide!

Cyanide, yes, cyanide!
There's nowhere left where you can hide,
The gates of Hell are open wide
And happiness is crucified!

Metal Militia

Thunder and lightning the gods take revenge
Senseless destruction
Victems of fury are cowardly now
Running for safety
Stabbing the harlot to pay for her sins
Leaving the virgin
Suicide running as if it were free
Ripping and tearing

On through the mist and the madness
We are trying to get the message to you
Metal Militia
Metal Militia
Metal Militia

Chained and shadowed to be left behind
nine and one thousand
Metal militia for your sacrifice
iron clad soldiers
Join or be conquered the law of the land
What will befall you
The metalization of your inner soul
twisting and turning

On through the mist and the madness
We are trying to get the message to you
Metal Militia
Metal Militia
Metal Militia

We are as one as we all are the same
fighting for one cause
Leather and metal are our uniforms
protecting what we are
Joining together to take on the world
with our heavy metal
Spreading the message to everyone here
Come let yourself go

On through the mist and the madness
We are trying to get the message to you

For What She Had Done

She had to die.
This Omoo knew.
He also knew he could not kill her.
Not even try to kill her.
Those eyes. Would look at him. Not even try.
So, what to do?
There was one Ung. Who lived in a cave.
Beyond the hard mountain. A foul cave.
Far from the village.
Ung, who hunted with stones.
Who killed with his hands.
Who had killed two saber-tooths.
And one great bear, whose skin he now wore hanging from his hairy shoulders.
And Ung had killed men. Many men.
And, it was said, a woman.
Ung, who took the fresh meat left upon the flat rock for the Spirit of the Sky.
And the Spirit of the Sky would go hungry.
And bring pain and darkness to the village.
But none dare say words to Ung.
Who had killed two saber-tooths.
And one great bear. And men, many men.
And, it was said, a woman.
He went to Ung.
Yes, said Ung, I will kill her.
For what she has done, said Omoo.
For equal weight, said Ung, in bear meat or lizard skins.
She is a large woman, said Omoo.
Equal wait, said Ung. Now you must come and show her to me, that I may kill her.
I cannot, said Omoo.
Then how will I know her?
Her hair is long, said Omoo.
Her eyes burn like the pools of night.
Many have the long hair, said Ung.
Many have eyes like the pool of night.
She will be bathing, said Omoo.
Tomorrow, as the sun dies,
She will be bathing. Washing her long hair at the falling water.
Many women will be bathing, said Ung.
Many long-haired, night-eyed women.
How will I know it is she?
Omoo thought.
Ah, he said, she will be carrying flowers.
Bright hill flowers, that I shall gather and place in her hands, before she goes to bathe at the falling water.
Then you will know her.
Then you will kill her.
For equal weight, said Ung.
Yes, said Omoo, for equal weight.

And so was begun the custom
Of giving bouquets and corsages.

Only A heart that wants you...

No words to say
No way to feel
No tears to show
Only a heart left that wants you...

A dream of years, shattered
A romance of time, broken
A memoir of past, burnt
Only a heart left that wants you....

A wait for no tomorrow in sight
A battle too long to fight
A distance of miles to go
Only a heart left that wants you
...

A sun refusing to shine
A romance running out of rhyme
A life losing on wine
Only a heart left that wants you...

No strength to carry on
No people to count from
No light to see through
Only a heart left that wants you...

Innocence and Silence

Innocence and silence.
A kind of state out of nature.
A head in a queer trance.
A body with a fracture.

Crying out the pain inside.
Showing out a grey smile.
A heart truly deeply died
Without blood running wild.

A crying silence growing.
A silent cry inside hidden.
A stare at the forbidden:
Words without meaning -
Innocence and silence.

Rain Drops

Here comes the grey clouds
rolling in,
Spreading rain all over the
town.

Rain drops help to moisten
the earth's beautiful green
grass.

Sidewalks once dusty are
washed and cleaned.

Rivers and lakes are given
plenty more water.

Fishes swim around happy
beneath the rain drops,
creating millions of ripples
upon the water.

Flowers and plants no longer
Thirst,
Even trees and bushes seem
to dance after a good drink
of water,
Animals get their fill of
water too.

Just Like a shower,
Rain drops clean and
cleanse everything,
Leaving the earth refreshed
and renewed.

After the storm has passed,
The sun shines spreading its
warmth.

Rain drops that are left behind
on Flowers, plants, trees and
grass,
It is like heaven for many insects
to fill their thirsty little
mouths.

Without clouds we would have no
rain drops,
Without rain drops everything would
never be the same.

Two Silent People, Dying

you are silent
more silent than the stars above us
this mountain of
sorrow does not know the songs of sighs
it is as silent
as you
more silent than all the stars above us

i join you in this silence and i take a journey far from you
my thoughts are wings and they will not use words as vehicles
from my mouth there will be no sound too

what are we contemplating for? i ask myself.
you think of death, i know, but you have not guessed what i am thinking
i am tired of death, let it come when it comes,

i am thinking of those tiny things in my life
how they happen, how time flies too fast
and i am here with you left behind it like a hundred years

i go back to thinking about us bathing in the river
since we do not know how to swim we take hold of a driftwood
from nowhere

it teaches us how to swim
that driftwood from nowhere
and it is when that driftwood left us
that we struggle for our life
and then we have learned
how to drift, ultimately how to swim

we are here in the middle of this silent struggle
it is when it hurts best that we begin to learn how to think
how to think well more than the rest of those
who are not conscious of the shortness of the time left

it is here in the middle of our sorrow
that we become more intelligent, wisdom sprouts and grows
into a tree
in our heads, and we are soon carried to a height
where we see them all
away from us.

I Love You, I Hate You

You walked away
no words left to say
torn between a mixed emotion
tied up in a empty notion
your love a deadly potion
I couldn't let go

Remembering everything you said
I love you, I hate you
I need to leave you
I bleed for you, I wait for you
still these words in my head

Caught in this whirlwind
between an enemy and a friend
time passes we try to pretend
both looking for something new
these nights just trying to make it through
losing everything that we knew

Remembering everything i said
I love you, I hate you
I need to leave you
I bleed for you, I wait for you
Still these words in your head

And as we try not to let it show
hiding behind the pain
this love we both refrain
nothing here is the same
just another dying flame
all that's left will remain

Remembring everything we said
I love you, I hate you
I need to leave you
I bleed for you, I wait for you
Still these words in our head

A Mismanagement Of Fools!

She wakes up from the bed,
Hearing her arise, a dozen eyes open,
Opens the lid to find little left,
the dried eyes, not even struggle.

The crying baby needs to be fed,
Holds him tight near her breast,
The mother cries at the baby's bite,
The baby cries for there is no milk.

Comes out of the hut to look above,
It is clear and clean as someone swept,
She hears the wind at a distance,
And the pot is kept out to collect.

It runs fast carrying all the elixir,
Over the green and blue not at brown,
No visa to enter and exit, O clouds!
Why do you haunt with your sold.

The spring from the underground in middle east,
prosper the desert countries with high rise,
Moscow can bring water from Siberia in tubes,
crying over water is a real mismanagement of fools.

Young Blood

Young blood where you going now
Young blood where you going now
I didn't mind it when you left me honey
But i miss you ain't the truth
I haven't give up hanging on the phone
But all i hear is the proof
*one more night and
I'm thinking what's going wrong
You say you love me but
Does love take this long
You paint a picture you tell a story
Oh the tangled web that you leave
I hear the whispers the candid talking
Arid i don't know what to believe
(repeat*)
**where do all these dreams have broken
Right or left it's stolen
Stop your running away
Young blood ooh tell me
Where you going now
Young blood ooh tell me
Where you going now
It's never never nothings forever
Turning gold in our hands
There's no magic it all seems tragic
'cause it's slipped through our fingers like sand
(repeat*)
(repeat * * twice)
Run run running away

Learning to Play Coltrane

She thought it was green, not
the emerald green of Indian summer
but a green like a darkening plain,
or the shadow rivers cast.
She thought it was light, a glint
or a warning, the shine
at the papery edge
of storm clouds. The way
a voice rising and falling becomes
a premonition, a dampness
at the back of her neck. Or maybe
it was more of an imprint,
a memory of sound, some afternoon
after the circus has left town
and all that remains is a field
strewn with garbage, a music
of pasted stars and ruin.
And she thought of a color
like that, mud-green, the green
of a small sadness, shapeless
as the wind itself. And for a moment
she owned everything inside it,
the light, the field, the wind.

The Rain

I don't know how far I can see
'cause it's all blue water streaming towards me
The sun needs to shine normally
but it's all grey rain
The rain, the rain on me, rain on me
Chorus
So I will find a place, where I can hide from the sky
And I will wait in this place,
'cause I know you're trying to
Open up your sky
Push away the dark clouds and shine
Forget the thunder so loud, don't be afraid
Show yourself ! Don't hide now !
The rain, the rain on me, rain on me
The rain, the rain on me, rain on me
I don't know how high you can see
but it's all grey water falling down on me
The sun needs to shine normally
but it's all grey rain
Chorus

Mayakovsky

1
My heart's aflutter!
I am standing in the bath tub
crying. Mother, mother
who am I? If he
will just come back once
and kiss me on the face
his coarse hair brush
my temple, it's throbbing!

then I can put on my clothes
I guess, and walk the streets.

2
I love you. I love you,
but I'm turning to my verses
and my heart is closing
like a fist.

Words! be
sick as I am sick, swoon,
roll back your eyes, a pool,

and I'll stare down
at my wounded beauty
which at best is only a talent
for poetry.

Cannot please, cannot charm or win
what a poet!
and the clear water is thick

with bloody blows on its head.
I embrace a cloud,
but when I soared
it rained.

3
That's funny! there's blood on my chest
oh yes, I've been carrying bricks
what a funny place to rupture!
and now it is raining on the ailanthus
as I step out onto the window ledge
the tracks below me are smoky and
glistening with a passion for running
I leap into the leaves, green like the sea

4
Now I am quietly waiting for
the catastrophe of my personality
to seem beautiful again,
and interesting, and modern.

The country is grey and
brown and white in trees,
snows and skies of laughter
always diminishing, less funny
not just darker, not just grey.

It may be the coldest day of
the year, what does he think of
that? I mean, what do I? And if I do,
perhaps I am myself again.

Penetration

The mountain peak is penetrating the sky,
That lead sky, hidden behind the indigo clouds,
Tapping with its shade the rain shower,
Which beats the world of emaciated feelings,
Those feelings keeping the encroached souls
In a mesh of life without hope
And in a framework of themselves.

The sky is penetrating the mountain
In its valley's green depth
To the place, where
The life's last illusion flows
In the middle of the chasms,
Where the running water galvanizes
The gold silence,
Weary wandering seemingly to nowhere,
Trying to vanquish its metamorphosis
In the time sight
And on the time ear.

The echo of its sound
Is penetrating a new spring in its own,
When the absence of the old one
Means not forgetfulness,
Unlocking the ubiquitous meanders,
Making the rain to shine.
The cold gray stones
With their arms and their breasts
Are freaking the pick of their thoughts,
The strength of their iron veins
And their paradoxical conundrum
Like a voice, which is still alive,
Or like a mysterious touch.

Pablo Neruda

From The Heights Of Maccho Picchu

Rise up to be born with me, brother.
Give me your hand from the deep
Zone seeded by your sorrow.
You won’t return from under the rocks.
You won’t return from your subterranean time.
Your hardened voice won’t return.
Your gouged-out eyes won’t return.

Look at me from the depth of the earth,
laborer, weaver, silent shepherd:
tamer of wild llamas like spirit images:
construction worker on a daring scaffold:
waterer of the tears of the Andes:
jeweler with broken fingers:
farmer trembling as you sow:
potter, poured out into your clay:
bring to the cup of this new life
your old buried sorrows.
Show me your blood and your furrow,
Tell me, “Here I was punished,
Because the jewel didn’t shine or the earth
Didn’t yield grain or stones on time.”
Show me the stone you fell over
And the wood on which they crucified you,
Make a spark from the old flints for me,
For the old lamps to show the whips still stuck
After centuries in the old wounds
And the axes shining with blood.
I come to speak for your dead mouth.
Across the earth come together all
The silent worn-out lips
And from the depth speak to me all this long night
Like I was pinned down there with you.
Tell me all, chain by chain,
Link by link and step by step,
Sharpen the knives which you hid,
Put them in my breast and in my hand,
Like a river of yellow lighting
Like a river of buried jaguars
And let me weep, hours, days, years,
For blind ages, cycles of stars.

Give me silence, water, hope.

Give me struggle, iron, volcanoes.

Stick bodies to me like magnets.

Draw near to my veins and my mouth.

Speak through my words and my blood.

Our Loss

God walks the Earth no more
And
We, are left alone.
To fight our battles
Climb our hills
To watch our personal dawns.
We feel no more
Our passions dead.
We have gone
Where only mortals tread.
We have no hearts
Our loves are lost
Our innocence
The greatest cost.
What remains
But, empty skeletons
Godless creatures, gutless men.
We have no hearts
Nothing beats in our chest.
Savages all, yet worse our cost
We've lost our dreams
And
Nothings left.
Barren lands
Brown bittered grass.
We've killed our gods.
We've killed ourselves.
What remains
But mortal shells.
The long night's here
It brings no stars
No hopes, No dreams
Just painful scars.
We've killed ourselves.
Innocence lost.
Dreams that once were
Have turned to dust.
All that's left
Has begun to rust.
We've stayed too long
And, killed too much.
Savages, with thirsts for blood.
We've killed ourselves
Our innocence lost.
Hope is gone

Waiting for heart attacks
Watching the days collide
Changing with the weather

I wanna leave it all, just for a while
