Sonnet XXV: False Hope Prolongs
False hope prolongs my ever certain grief,
Trait'rous to me and faithful to my love;
A thousand times it promis'd me relief,
Yet never any true effect I prove.
Oft when I find in her no truth at all,
I banish her and blame her treachery;
Yet soon again I must her back recall,
As one that dies without her company.
Thus often as I chase my hope from me,
Straight way she hastes her unto Delia's eyes;
Fed with some pleasing look there shall she be,
And so sent back, and thus my fortune lies.
Looks feed my Hope, Hope fosters me in vain;
Hopes are unsure, when certain is my pain.

I Hope You're Happy
I hope you're happy.
I hope you don't give it a second thought.
I hope you're happy but that's not enough.
I hope your miserble in that grave you dug.
I hope it's me you're thinking of when you choke on your tears.
I hope you waste the years with someone untrue.
I hope the words you said come back to haunt you.
The mistake you made, I hope it drives you insane.
I hope it hurts you to say my name.
If you're lonely you've got no one to blame but yourself.

Hope is a dream in the mind of what can come

I've heard hopes enough to keep you alive,
To pull you from the darkness,
I've heard it's enough to keep you sane,
To keep you in this life,
They say that it's a joyous feeling,
But it's not,
Hopes the knife plunged in your back,
Pushing you to the edge,
Hopes the greatest poison in any dead mans chest,
Hope that they'll come back,
Hope they'll see the light,
But hope hurts more then the deepest betrayal,
It keeps you up at night,
With dreams that tomorrow,
Well, tomorrow everything will go back,
