Power of Corruption
In the corrupt countries
positioned officials trade the rules,
make money from needy people
sell convenience making system fool.
Bureaucrats, police, politicians
think powerful to do things above law;
make money for their lavish living
their near and dear also, they reward.
People pay bribe to make work easy
and avoidance of punishment;
the officials accept happily, to fulfil
lavish needs and make life decent.
Due to authority's laxity, indifference,
own greed and no transparency;
officials hide rules and exploit
innocence, difficulty and urgency.
Law is as their own egg, they sell
for grant of work, privilege, license
quota, land, avoidance of punishment
evading tax or fine and Govt. payments.
Scammers and black money earners
acquire resources depriving the masses;
they grab power too to manipulate and
force to pay higher price, by poor classes.
Deputed to defend law, but hidden outlaw.
in public eyes, desirous of looking good.
Robbing Government, deceiving people
wish to be ‘white collared Robin Hood'.

Power Conferred By Money
It is a fact that human beings cannot live without money
People go to work everyday because of money
The more money we have the greater the influence
The more influence we have the greater the control
The more control we have the greater the power
Therefore with lots of money, we acquire power
We classify some people as rich, affluent and prosperous
This is because they have lots and lots of money
By the way - what is this power conferred by money?
In other words - how powerful is money?
Several people agree that money is everything
Lack of money can lead to divorce
Labour unions will go on strike for money
Political campaign is doomed without money
Businesses close down when they have no money
Consultants sell their services for money
Without money we cannot acquire any property
In some countries, access to superior medical services
Is not possible if you do not have lots of money
Also in a number of societies, the caliber of education
You can have depends on how wealthy your parents are
To have money power is to have authority
Oh! Money, what are we going to do without you?
Many believe that money talks everywhere
Whoever has more money makes the loudest noise
The power conferred by money turn few people
To be labeled as the movers and shakers
Does this mean that the poor have less power?
Take a closer look at the society in general
The answer is everywhere and in all places

What for is money?
I thought on how could be the life
Without having to work for money.
After all this is the money which we work for.
Had we only have enough money to spend
We won’t have to toil our body or brain.
Solution also seemed very easy to me.
Just have a lot of mints to mint money.
Make as much money as may people need
Give them as much as may people want.
All problems are seemingly soon gone.
The root of all evils I thought could be
the root of happiness of all kind instead.
“How could this easy way out be overlooked? ”
Thinking furthermore I thought.
We need mints and we need paper and ink.
We need banks and a lot of ATMs.
People will get money and go for shopping
So we need ample shops. In shops we need products.
We need make shops and we need make products.
but we also need people to run them.
So some people will make paper and some ink.
Some other will work in mints and banks.
Some will work in shops and making products.
Rest all the people will only happily buy things.
Thinking up to here my thought jumbled.
People needed money so they worked.
If money was available for doing no work
Then why should there be anyone to work?
If no one works then where from comes paper and ink?
Where from comes money, banksand ATMs?
Where from then comes products?
Without products how could then we live and enjoy?
So we need products and for products we need to work,
to get people into the works we need money.
So it was that money could not be made free.
I thought 'People have already thought it before me.'

How To Make Money
how to make money,
baby;
how to make money;
tell me sweet love
you tell me
how to make money
how to make an easy billion
the world’s full of it
in cyberspace
and in shopping malls;
the world’s full of money schemes
in our real world
and where we buy a drink
or get more fries
it’s full on
about how to make money,
baby;
how to make money
make money, pal
they say
doing nothing;
I’ve got an auto system
and all you need is internet
and all you’ve got to do
is sit back and let the dollars roll
into your bank account
so tell me
how to make money,
baby;
how to make money
come in to this meeting
another group says
and we’ll show you how
show you how easy it is
how easy it is to make money:
it’s auto, auto, auto, fully automated
and the money keeps coming;
the money rolls
rolls in, rolls in, rolls in
tell me
how to make money,
baby;
how to make money
it’s all so easy
because we want
you to enjoy the life
we’ve earned;
we’ve made our money
and we want you to share
in the happiness;
it’s all so easy, dear friends –
we’ll guide you each step of the way;
we’ll show you how to make the money
so they’ll tell us
how to make money,
baby;
how to make money:
the only thing is
what they mean is
how to make money for them, babe,
how to make money for them
with a simple transfer of money
transfer of money, transfer of money
transfer of money from the foolish
transfer of money from the foolish to the deceitful;
wealth is, dear darling,
wealth is the transfer of money
from the foolish to the cunning
how to make money,
baby;
how to make money;
tell me sweet love
you tell me
how to make money
how to make an easy billion

Because Of Money
Because of money people wish on others harm or ill
And because of money people others do injure or kill
And because of money great friendships have come to an end
And money can make you an enemy or make you a friend
To those with the power of money respect we do pay
And money speaks every language some are known to say
And those with the most money great power do command
That is something that is not hard to understand
Those with heaps of money enjoy the good life
The millionaire in his seventies has a twenty two year old wife
With brown hair to her shoulders and lovely to behold
She would not be with him if he were poor and old
But because of his money with him she will stay
Money speaks every language that's life as some say.

Nothing is worse, or more of a breach of the social contract between citizen and state, than for government officials, bureaucrats and agencies to waste the money entrusted to them by the people they serve.
For The Love Of Money
Money money money, money
Some people really need it (oh, well)
Some people got to have it (in vain)
Listen here yall, do things, do things, do bad things with it
So you will do things, do things, do good things with it
Talk about cash money, no help at all
For the love of money
People will steal from their mother
For the love of money
People will rob their own brother
For the love of money
People cant even walk the street
Because they never know who in the world they gotta beat
For that lean, mean, mean green
For the love of money
People will lie, lord, they will cheat
For the love of money
People dont care who they hurt or beat
For the love of money
A woman will sell her precious body
For a small piece of paper it carries a lot of weight
Call it lean, mean, mean green
Almighty dollar
I know money is the root of all evil
Do funny things to some people
Give me a nickel, brother can you spare a dime
Money can drive some people out of their minds
Got to have it, I really need it
How many things have I heard you say
Some people really need it
How many things have I heard you say
Got to have it, I really need it
How many things have I heard you say
Lay down, lay down, a woman will lay down
For the love of money
All for the love of money
Dont let, dont let, dont let money rule you
For the love of money
Money can change people sometimes
Dont let, dont let, dont let money fool you
Money can fool people sometimes

King Of Comedy
Make your money with a suit and tie
Make your money with true denial
Make your money expert advice,
If you can wing it
Make your money with a power ply
Make your money with a buy out bribe
Make it lie as long as you mean it
Im not king of comedy,
Grease the pig, give a squeeze (squeeze me)
Make your money with exploitation
Make it holy illumination
Say a prayer at every station
Dont forget to ask for mercy
Make your money with a pretty face
Make it easy with product placement
Make it charged with controversy
Im straight, Im queer, Im bi
Im not king of comedy,
Im not your magazine,
Im not your television
Make your money, make it rich
Make it young and make it quick
Make your money on the jukebox, baby,
Lets pick up sticks
Make your enemies make your moves
Make your critics stumble through
Make it smart and make it schmooze
Make it look easy
Im not king of comedy,
Im not your magazine,
Im not your television,
Im not your movie screen
Im not commodity (all together now)
Im not commodity
Im not commodity

Doing What - Money
I WOTE THIS ON 10-16-93 (EDITED)
Sure money can buy a car, a house, or even an expensive blouse,
can money buy true happiness?
There are people who waste money on illegal drugs to get them higher and higher,
yet from the Well where that money comes from tends to become
drier and drier, can money buy you emotional stability?
People are walking around without a decent pair of shoes,
a business man/woman loses all his/her money
in stock on Wall Street now he/she is crying the blues,
who strives for the needed money?
The United States is one big nation,
other lands coming to better their lives thru immigration,
parents putting out thousands for a child who doesn't want that
College education.
Is that money being used wisely or foolishly?
Families are living out on the street,
we all need shelter, medical, and a decent meal,
big money is being used to close large 'High Rise' business deals,
shouldn't good money be put out to help and to heal?
Some people are born into money,
I myself was not,
others earn their keep with hard earned labor,
eveyday I look to do a good deed for a friend, stranger or a neighbor,
I don't see it as having to ('owe You') ....
Now you see what money can do?
WE ALL NEED TO MAKE THE EFFORT TO MAKE SO SORT OF CHANGE IN THIS WORLD.
YET I KNOW IT'S HARD WHEN 'PEOPLE' IN GENERAL ARE ALWAYS LOOKING TO TAKE AND NOT WANT TO PITCH IN FOR NOTHING.....

It's Only Money
I smirk when people say 'it's only money' and with very little money we get by
But money it can do a lot for people and not much of course that money cannot buy
And money it can be your greatest ally and open doors to opportunity
If you could make one wish and one wish only I'm sure you would not wish for poverty.
I'm sure you would not wish to be a pauper for that would hardly be a dream come true
But perhaps you might wish for a billion dollars and change
your mind whilst wishing and wish for two
For there is no such thing as too much money with money you can do good for the poor
You can help them for to make a new beginning by making them financially secure.
To all of you who say it's only money you ought to know that words to speak are cheap
The one who struggles to pay his house mortgage for lack of money finds it hard to sleep
He has to support his wife and young children and he has to work hard just to make ends meet
You don't find rolls of notes growing on the tree tops and you don't find rolls of notes along the street.
It's true that money doesn't guarantee you happiness you've heard the tale of the unhappy king
But to those who struggle just for to make ends meet the money is the most important thing
And if you have millions you are very powerful though physically you may seem quite small
And 'it's only money' what a load of rubbish about the most
Important thing of all.

Money Talks
(lead vocal - john miles)
Money dont grow on a money tree
The more you take the less for me
Money dont buy what you really need
It make an iceman cry, a stoneman bleed
But when you get right down to it, no matter who you are
It rules your life like a virgin queen
One day you might get over it, but in the meantime
It rules the world likea green machine
In the bank, in a box, money talks
In the black, on the rocks, money talks, money talks
Money dont lose in the money game
It drags you down like a ball and chain
So money dont come with a guarantee
It make a fool of you, it make a fool of me
But when you get right down to it, no matter what you say
It ties you down but it can set you free
Some day you might get over it, but in the meantime
It burns you up in the first degree
Moscow, bangkok, money talk
Park lane, boardwalk, money talk
But when you get right down to it, no matter what you try
You deal the cards, give the wheel a spin
One day you might get over it but everybody knows
Its heads you lose and its tails they win
Dont have too much to show for it, thats the way it goes
You roll the dice and they cash you in
Pinball, jukebox, money talks
Redskins, white sox, money talks
Billboard, cashbox, money talks

Two Different People
Two different people
Black people, white people
Black world, White world
A black person thinks different from the white people
White people thinks highly of himself
White people works very hard for his living
Black's are lazy
They don't want to work, they just want the money
You have to work for the money, they just don't get it
White people knows that there are no free ride in life
Black's want a free ride, there are no free ride in life
Nothing is free in life except for the air that you breathe
The white people have to be careful of what they say to the black People
Whatever you say to the black people if they don't like it they will say it Is discrimination
We can't understand them
They have a mind of their own
The white people are loving and caring
What about the black people?
Not a hope in hell
I don't want any part of the black world
The black world is not safe for me
So I rather stay in my white world where I feel safe
We can't trust them
The reason why there is violence in this world is because the black People cause it
Now they don't like it because they have to live with it
We want a safe world for our people
The black people don't care about it because the only thing they know And seen is violence
There is too much violence on TV
They like it
They like the feeling of danger
We white don't like the feeling of danger
The blacks hate the white people and the white people don't like them Either
The white people knows when to shut up
The black people never knows when to shut up
There is why there are always problem with them
They make life miserable for us
The white people will always be a good friend
The black people can never be your friend
They will take everything they can get from you for free

Color of Money
Money
rules the power
rules the politicians
rules the dictators
money was colorful
when discovered
with exchange of trade
- money was for sharing
- money was for caring
now
money is for terror
money is for horror
money is for killing
money is for ruling
slowly slowly
money is losing all its colors
getting blacker and blacker
getting darker and darker
losing all its shine and glory.

Used Car Sales People
With the gift of the gab they would talk their way out of hell
These used car sales people they know how to sell
On their selling ability their jobs are at stake
The more cars they do sell the more commission they do make
On any deals they clinch they have never lost
And your trust on such people can come at a cost
The more cars they sell the more money they get paid
A hard job to succeed in the used car trade,
Shy and sensitive used car sales people one might say are rare
To sell one a car no effort they do spare
They have to sell cars or their boss them will fire
And other used car yard owners as car sales people them will not hire
The more cars they sell the greater is their pay
So to sell you a car they try every which way.

Big Money
Big money goes around the world
Big money underground
Big money got a mighty voice
Big money make no sound
Big money pull a million strings
Big money hold the prize
Big money weave a mighty web
Big money draw the flies
Sometimes pushing people around
Sometimes pulling out the rug
Sometimes pushing all the buttons
Sometimes pulling out the plug
It's the power and the glory
It's a war in paradise
It's a cinderella story
On a tumble of the dice
Big money goes around the world
Big money take a cruise
Big money leave a mighty wake
Big money leave a bruise
Big money make a million dreams
Big money spin big deals
Big money make a mighty head
Big money spin big wheels
Sometimes building ivory towers
Sometimes knocking castles down
Sometimes building you a stairway --
Lock you underground
It's that old-time religion
it's the kingdom they would rule
It's the fool on television
Getting paid to play the fool
Big money goes around the world
Big money give and take
Big money done a power of good
Big money make mistakes
Big money got a heavy hand
Big money take control
Big money got a mean streak
Big money got no soul

If I Had A Million In Money
Though money will not save you from the reaper and your mental depression won't cure
I'd rather be wealthy and unhappy than to be unhappy and poor
For how can some one poor be truly happy and it does not make much sense to me
When some says he is happy go lucky though he is living in poverty?
If I had a million in money I could help out a needy few
For if you are a poor ordinary battler not much to help out can you do
I know what it feels like without money one might say tell us something new
And that money can speak any language as ever happens to be true.
You may be a well meaning person a kind soul with a heart of gold
But lack of money is your major drawback the same old story as of old
And without money you cannot do much for others though you can help them in some other way
Like doing work for some needy person without asking for any pay.
If I had a million in money I could help a few friends in need
And others would say he is generous and by good example he lead
But I am as poor as a church mouse and I've never been financially secure
And like everyone lacking in money I cannot do much for the poor.

What Is The Value Of Money?
Money we all know is a medium of exchange
Buyers and sellers relate to each other through money
The question here is – what is the value of money?
Few say money is the root of all evil
Many say money is the root of prosperity
And how valuable is money
Almost everything is measured by money
People go to work everyday because of money
Wealth of individuals is measured by money
All purchases and transactions are made by money
Every country has a name for its own money
The importance of some countries
In based on the value of their money
What is the value of money?
The rise and fall of foreign exchange
Is used to measure the value of money
Success to many is also measured by money
Corporate positions are measured by money
There are some people who marry for money
What is the value of money?
To many, money is everything
You cannot get many things done without money
Many have pondered and contemplated to ask
Can human beings live without money?
Then, how shall we determine and decide
The prices of individuals and materials
Differences between the rich and the poor
Are calculated in monetary terms
The power bestowed by money
Seems bigger than imagined

Due To Money
Due to money good friendships have come to an end
For money can make an enemy out of a friend
And due to money many are serving prison time
For money or lack of it leads many to serious crime
Due to money the Fifth Commandment has often been broken it does seem sad to say
That some with their lives due to money do pay
Those who say money is not important to reality not true
If you owe someone a lot of money for Court you are due
Whoever say money is not important believe their own lie
People have been bashed over money and left there to die
And people due to money feel happy to deceive
And that it does speak every language you ought to believe
Yes money out of a friend can make a foe
I am telling you something you already know.
