Gravity of exquisiteness
Her eyes were like two lakes
on each side of small hill.
Covered over pies of apple
looked the eyelids.
Cheeks like tomatoes
lips petals of rose.
Appeared, falling curly hair on face,
as the dark clouds
shadowed the glistening moon.
Gravity of her exquisiteness
pulled the heart to fall soon...

Unexpected
Dim looked the stars then disappeared
Behind the clouds pale moon appeared.
Like a damsel after a shower,
Combed hair on face lower.
The clouds passed the sky cleared,
The stars and moon again appeared.
As fairy moving away her hair,
Her face appeared so clean and fair.
Things looked calm the night waning,
The clouds gathered anew the planning.
A shawl the sky wore again,
The bitter breeze again began.
On chest of earth fell flakes of snow,
No dawn joy, no life's flow.
The trees and roofs were clothed in white,
Thus harsh became a pleasant night.

The Guardian and BloodRose
BloodRose,
Rose of my love,
My love for Dark moon,
Dark as my heart,
Black as my soul,
And gave me my rose.
The rose of blood,
With petals soft and black,
Never as a rose so beautiful,
Grown not in light,
But under a dark moon lit sky.
Guardian,
Yes a guardian of BloodRose,
With teeth long and sharp,
Claws hard as diamonds,
Scales as dark as night.
My dear sweet guardian,
Guardian black as my heart,
Fire in your eyes,
Shadows in your soul,
A dragon of the dark moon.
A single rose,
With petals so fare,
As dark as my heart,
I now hold in my hand,
The rose of blood.
You are my darkness,
Fear of this love,
This love for you,
Love for darkness,
The cold shadows in my heart
That makes me yearn for you.
Now as you lay dying,
I hold a single rose,
The rose you gave me,
And as I hold it tight,
The thorns slice my hand,
Covered with blood,
My blood.
I have one fear,
The fear of death,
Symbol of my lost love,
Rose as dark as me,
Laying in a pool of blood,
Blood from me.
As I lay dying,
I remember my name,
BloodRose,
I am the rose of blood,
And I died of my own creation.
A creation of perfect beauty,
Petals dark black,
Thorns like small daggers,
Grown from my love,
My love for a dragon,
A dragon as dark as my heart.
Even in my death,
I think of you,
And the rose you gave me,
The rose that killed me,
The Rose of Blood.

Rose Petals
Rose petals are so soft to touch,
rose petalsfragrance is so divine to smell,
rose petals are like lovely lips which smile,
rose petals are given to lady love,
rose petals are spread on bed of newly bride,
rose petals are life of butterflies,
rose petals are used for beauty baths,
rpse petals are offered on the lotus feet of god,
rose petals are placed on grave of dear ones,
rose petals are offered in river ganga for departed soul,
rose petals are showered on newly weds,
rose petals are decorated on festive days,
roses are given as a promise for everlasting love.

Yellow Rose
She came in my dreams last night,
She left a yellow rose and a love note on pillow next to me,
As always the inscription read,
'we are friends for ever and in the eternity'.
Since a rose is a rose,
why the red rose shines in the glory of love?
why the white roses remind us of our departed souls?
and why the yellow rose shines the rays of friendship in all of us?
Like sunshine bursting through grey clouds,
The aura of friendship emanates from its golden petals,
The frozen dew drops on its soft satin petals,
glorifies tears on my cheeks in the times of sadness,
Its mere presence and the fragrance,
fills my heart with the scent of warmth and affection.
Yellow rose you are perfection in creation,
I wonder why you have to wither away in time,
With every falling petal, a heart is broken,
with every withered yellow rose, a token of eternal friendship is lost.

the Touch**********************1979
i looked up into the deep blue sky
little white clouds were floating by
i looked upon this young girls face
she held it down in disgrace.
i looked upon her cheeks so fair
she looked up to me to see if i care
i looked at her with content
and she knew right there it was heaven sent.
she smiled at me, and our eyes then touched
we knew then, it was much to much.
our hearts entwined and her lips met mine
we felt right there it was a love divine.

You again
If my hands had any power in them
I´d make you
Fall for me again
Just with the simple touch of my tiny fingers
I´d let you
Come to me again
If my hands had any power in them
I´d cover my eyes
Just with the simple touch of my soft palm
Over my eyelids
And open them again
So I could see you
Running to me again
If my lips had any power in them
I´d kiss this old rose you gave me
And make it blossom again
Just with the simple encounter of my lips
And the red petals
Bringing it back to life
And having you by my side
If my heart had any power in it
I´d hold u close to my chest
Real tight
And bring you back into my life.

Rose Bouquets
I lay down
frilly covered
bouquet still
at my side;
lovely gown
arrayed
I lay down
rose petals all around
my arms at my side
my groom
outside
murmuring.
I am prepared
for this my surrender
or this my consummation;
this my mistake?
The Unknown?
The Alone?
The Bride.
Where do virginal brides go;
they hide in the rose petals
and wait.
I plucked a rose from
my bouquet-
gathered my
wits
and sat up on the bed
to walk to the door
to greet
my new husband;
face to face.
Bride I thought,
should stand up
because marriage now
means
more that courting;
marriage here begins
true partnership;
meet him at the door.

The Frontier-Land
YOU of the past, are you present?
Draw nearer! my heart is sore.
Was yours the fall of the foot in the hall?
Was yours the face at the door?
As I lifted my eyes I saw you;
You vanished, and all was still;
And only outside the white owl cried,
And the moon stared over the hill.
Wan-blue were your eyes, O Shadow,
And paler your aspect than seems
The mystical star, that glimmers afar
In a land of mysterious dreams.
O Shadow, the past is present,
And empty your coffin and tomb;
Draw near, draw near, chill child of fear,
From the frontier-land of Gloom!
Did you know that I loved you, Shadow?
Did you guess whence the violets came?
And the delicate heart with its Cupid dart,
All opal and ruby-flame?
Ah, once brown-gold were the lashes
That shadowed your dreaming eyes,
And your teeth were pearl 'neath the coral curl
Of twin portals of Paradise.
And warmer your cheeks were and softer
(Alas, they are pale and cold!)
Than the rose of the East, or the wine of the feast
Red-rimming its carven gold.
It was all so sad, O Shadow,
And you faded away so soon,
Like a note that flies, and fades, and dies
Ere it grows to a golden tune.
Gone! utterly gone, O Shadow;
No whisper, no word let fall;
No light is shed, and the moon is dead,
And a chill creeps up the hall.
I shall follow and follow you, Shadow,
Till the sun, remote and red,
Burns like a spark, and dim and dark
Rise up the hosts of the dead.

Age 12
A Rose Petal quickly falls off its rose.
I see that it's falling quickly, but in my mind I see it slowly.
What's pleasant about a piece of itself ripping, tearing away?
The only pleasant thought about it, is it will grow a new rose.
I watch the petal fall and plummet.
Until it hits the ground.
Rose petals, Rose petals, are all around.
Why must they fall off?
The rose is now unwhole.
Hopefully, it will come back,
Restore the rose's soul.

Ravishing
Smile and radiance on your face
mark my presence
and when you blush
power of love seizes me thence.
Peacock eyes
painted lampblack with care
playing hide & seek with your lustrous hair
thundering clouds are absent in the skies
yet lightening darts from your captivating eyes.
Sensuously
lowering of the eyelids
invite impenetrable darkness
you throw back your hair skilfully
daylight breaks unexpectedly.
Watching heavy heaving of your bust
with pride,
wind exults on your fate
even the flamingo gets the complex
enjoying your enchanting gait.
Lips, make me feel like rose petals
hands like the lotus stalks
astonished are Urvershi and Meneka*
checkmated,
away they walk.
Worship of some divine sculptor
HE only could have created you
whom should I proffer the flowers?
To Him or to ravishing you.

The Stars Are
The stars are
Although I do not sing
About them—
The sky and the trees
Are indifferent
To whom they please
The rose is unmoved
By my nose
And the garland in your hair
Although your eyes be lakes, dies
Why sigh for a star
Better bay at the moon
Better bay at the moon . . .
Oh moon, moon, moon

The love and the rain
It was raining and the dark covered every where
The silent nature was watching over them
But they why were so sad and silent
Maybe they were two separated lovers
Here is a little blond girl
With her curly hair covered her shoulders
With sorrowful eyes she were looking around
She was searching for her lost love
The boy had so bright lovely eyes
His eyes were searching for his lost love
He was so sad standing there like a poor
Waiting for the return of his sad love
The rain got worse and the wind begun to shout
The clouds above strongly slept each other
But two lovers were standing still there
Looking to each other innocent and endless

The Pieman
I'd like to be a pieman, and ring a little bell,
Calling out, 'Hot pies! Hot pies to sell!'
Apple-pies and Meat-pies, Cherry-pies as well,
Lots and lots and lots of pies - more than you can tell.
Big, rich Pork-pies! Oh, the lovely smell!
But I wouldn't be a pieman if ...
I wasn't very well.
Would you?

When Day met Night
When Day met the Night,
there was a story to tell.
About heavenly Light,
falling in love with Dark Hell.
The Light was nice,
and curtsied when due.
the Dark had no manners,
not a noted a' due.
So when Light found Dark,
she hugged him deep.
Instead he slithered away,
making Light weep.
Dark looked back before he ran,
Seeing Light kneeling and broken down.
Dark ran over and pulled her lips up,
'Upside down goes that frown! '
He snickered and fled,
back down to Hell.
Light blushed and smiled,
leaving as well.
So when Light met Dark,
on that faithful day.
Dark gained a moon,
to lead Light's way.

Rose, Fall
Rose of many petals that fall at gentle touch,
you cannot match up to my love-who with touch does not fall
Rose of the green stem, who withers when is dry
you cannot match up to my love, who with age, never dries
Rose of thorny flaws, who pricks me at the lips
you cannot match up to my love, whos lips contain no thorns
Rose like any other rose, who with them does not stand out,
you cannot match up to my love, whose beauty stands outloud
Rose of limited colors, who can only bloom one tone
you cannot match up to my love, who blooms of every hue
Rose, who only appeals to eyes, to those who see its beauty
you cannot match up to my love, who appeals to every sense
Rose fall down, and bow to my love-she is the one with grace
Rose wither away to my love, whose beauty outlives yours
Rose turn 'way, when in presence to my love-
for she holds something you dont hold
and that is my steep love

Alone Is A Rose
A rose Sweet and buetiful
Red as the apple on an apple tree
It glistens as the wet mist damps its shining pettals
As time pasts the petals will soon fall to the ground and the rose starts ageing all alone the beutiful rose waits for someone to come and choose her but as time past she was alone no one to pick her and take her home with them as time went on and on her pettals slowly fell to the groundsoon this rose was no more....alone alone was her fate

I Keep Tripping and Falling on my Heart
I keep triping and falling on my heart,
and it seems youve played your part,
in the misery i see
when i look at me,
I cant stand my smile,
I keep triping and falling on my heart,
ran from a false start,
each hill i take
another draining mistake,
no ones ever there,
to break my fall,
I keep triping and falling on my heart,
its like a shopping cart,
everyone uses it,
to store their shit,
with no one there to clean it up,
Guess Ive had enough...

He stole his eyes from a milk-glass moon - Villanelle
He stole his eyes from a milk-glass moon,
From drops of peridot scattered at sea,
Hidden beneath a moon-shadowed ruin.
His father not caring where or with whom,
Or from what rare ocean his being might be-
He stole his eyes from a milk-glass moon.
He learnt his letters from a dark winged loon
Who flew where the mountains caress the trees,
Hidden beneath a moon-shadowed ruin.
His speech was a garble of false and truth,
Whistling like a hollow piped reed,
He stole his eyes from a milk-glass moon.
His eyes a contagion of waters blue
And brackish trunks of underwater trees
Hidden beneath a moon-shadowed ruin.
His normal voice wove a threadless tune,
Brought close the mermaids, hungry to feed;
He stole his eyes from a milk-glass moon,
Hidden beneath a moon-shadowed ruin.

(Blind) Fear In My Eyes
i looked at my eyes
for the very first time
all i could see
were the blind fear in my eyes
i roared off in the middle of thought
...where is everyone when i need them most?
i asked, not
in grief or anger, in despair may be
on foot, my face and lips all cracked
as i ventured into the jungle, my teeth chattered
in cold but very hot emotions of wondering
how luck could have left me so alone,
i squat to the feeling of nothingness
like a stone falling from a distant heart
and narrowly escaped with my life at heart
tried to suppress my memories at heart
and my blood runs in cold as i recollect
a sudden cry over my shoulder at once
i looked at my eyes again; at once
and spoke timidly to my person's eyes
how hard it were without surprise
of any emotional upheaval to rise
as the wind blew into every crack of mine
and soaked my person to the skin one time
as i looked straight into my eyes
i could see how the grass
and flowers
sprout and spring in intimacy
but pain
within
for all i had w
ere all lost and gone again
like the tiny little butterflies
on my mind
that covered all my thoughts to the end
with misery written all over my face
and looked a sorry sight on my face
i could barely see myself
and still looked blindly at my eyes
at last, and rested
