Frustration
Frustration sits on the top of the wardrobe
blinking at me, ears twitching,
tail up.
Frustration follows my every move with her eyes,
green as emeralds, alluring
but aloof.
Frustration is my black cat, purring,
knowing that I can't reach her,
arching her back.
I make a grab for her when I can
but she leaves me breathless
gritting my teeth.
She always has the upper hand,
always rules the roost,
my cat.
We ignore each other for a while,
she'll stare at the wall, pretend to plot flies,
all hypnotised.
The she'll come and sit on my lap,
on her terms, never mine
to butter me up.

I don't think I could play a character that I couldn't relate to somehow. I'm not unfamiliar with frustration, anger, shame, helplessness and a load of other emotions that make up our psycho-soup. I try to focus on that frustration, that sense of unfairness, and multiply it.

My Possession
Hanging and banging and cussing and bitching
And scratching and twitching at my demand
Grabbing and poking and bruising and choking
Im sprinkled Im tinkled Im losing my man
I found a new way
I found a better way
I found the only way
To cure frustration
I dont care what you say
About my moral ways
Get on your knees and pray
Cos youre slaves anyway
Coming and going and moving and groaning
And hitting that kitten and making him yowl
Wailing and flailing and trudging and flogging
And punching my doggie and making him howl
I found a new way
I found a better way
I found the only way
To cure frustration
I dont care what you say
About my moral ways
Get on your knees and pray
Cos youre slaves anyway
My possession, my possession, my possession, mine, all mine
Kicking that butt now licking that butt
Now kneel on that gut now the red lights on
Pushing and shoving that bread in the oven
Im paying them back for what theyve done
I found a new way
I found a better way
I found the only way
To cure frustration
I dont care what you say
About my moral ways
Get on your knees and pray
Cos youre slaves anyway
My possession, my possession, my possession, mine, all mine

Frustration
There are days of great frustration
when you want to do something, but can’t.
The more you try the worse it gets,
not giving up you keep trying repeatedly
only just to get the same reply.
The more you yank at your hair,
the balder you get,
until finally your iron will snaps
and you say that is that,
I will come back another day
and try all over again.
Hopefully I will have more success then
with fingers and anything else you can cross.
It is your only hope for survival
from the frustration that you feel.

Use My Frustration As a Means For Your Motivation
We seem to always seek that need,
To find a comfort feeding to please.
Wishing we were given space...
When it is wanted,
And when it should take place.
Use my frustration,
As a means for your motivation.
You always bring me there,
Without concern or care.
Use my frustration,
In re-inactments as libations.
Use my sweated brow to rehearse...
How to implement your curse!
We seem to find time to criticize,
Those close to us and on our side.
Nit-picking everything they do...
With a disregard of loyalty,
And a devotion shown that's proved!
Believing we 'must' be satisfied,
Or a temper tantrum undenied...
Begins to break through,
With pouts and shouts and cussing spewed!
Use my frustration,
As a means for your motivation.
You always bring me there,
Without concern or care.
Use my frustration,
In re-inactments as libations.
Use my sweated brow to rehearse...
How to implement your curse!
Use my frustration,
As a means for your motivation.
And when you've completely exhausted me...
Tell others how I am selfish.
How difficult it is...
To live with 'me'.
Use my frustration,
As a means for your motivation.
Create those scenes how I've treated you mean...
And when you pack and decide to leave,
Don't be surprised if no one believes your grief!
Everytime you bitch and whine...
Noticed very few listen to you each time?

A Poisoned Chalice
Education
breeds expectation.
Expectation
leads to frustration.
Frustration
is a suicide bomber.
Flowers of the Void
are not so easily destroyed
Insubstantial from the start,
they shine on in each empty heart.

Anger And Frustration
Sometimes we get angry
over the silliest of things,
but it is not anger,
but frustration
over something we cannot do.
If we could have done it,
there would have
been no anger there.
There is no easy solution
to get over it.
It is part of our nature
I am afraid to say.
The sad thing is
it will never go away.
We will always suffer the frustration
and the anger that goes with it.

The Sickness, Life
Anger, frustration, pain
All the symptoms of life
Life is not easy
Life is not supposed to be easy
Life is a giagantic lesson to be learned
Life is sucess you must earn
Even through the Anger frustration and pain
There is somehting to gain
Sucess is not handed to you
Sucess is earned
Life is not easy
Life is like an illness
You cant get through it without pain or frustration
This is how life is
This is how life always will be

Anguish
Mind it friends, everyone has emotion-
But somebody is also suffering in frustration (because of emotion) .
We all are seeking its solution,
But don't worry, there is a co-ordination
between frustration and emotion-
which can make a resolution.
(I know it, friends)
There is nothing but a simple devotion.
Just forget all of your ascription,
For what you lost or you would get as an incarnation.
Just keep it in your mind of passion and sensation,
But don't apply it for destruction
Someday you would get it.
And it would have solved with your full gratification.

Iridescent
You were standing in the wake of
devastation
And you were waiting on the edge of the
unknown
And with the cataclysm raining down
Insides crying 'Save me now'
You were there, impossibly alone
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure's all you've
known
Remember all the sadness and frustration
And let it go. Let it go
And in a burst of light that blinded every
angel
As if the sky had blown the heavens into
stars
You felt the gravity of tempered grace
Falling into empty space
No one there to catch you in their arms
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure's all you've
known
Remember all the sadness and frustration
And let it go. Let it go
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure's all you've
known
Remember all the sadness and frustration
And let it go. Let it go
Let it go
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure's all you've
known
Remember all the sadness and frustration
And let it go. Let it go

Feeling That Never Been Told
the feeling is just within me
anger, pain, hurt and frustration
everyday i'm trying to let it out of my head
out of my body and just set me free
i'm angry with myself
i'm angry with my world
i'm angry with what has happened in my life
there is so much anger and frustration in me
i want to be free of all this
i want to be happy and enjoy this beautiful life of mine
i want love and love only
for me to learn about life and be happy

In terms of the frustration of my character, I suppose any teenager has probably gone through that, in terms of telling their parents, I want to do one thing, and their parent says no. I think parents sometimes forget that they were children.

Chocolate Cherries Is Much Safer?
she told me eating
chocolate cherries
is much safer
perhaps I prefer
getting drunk drinking
in alcohol sour cherries
drinking the second
the third one would
love to share
artists might define
this drinking
as frustration eating
how quickly spirit
frustration times
slip away passing

Frustration
Small frustrations along the way, can surely darken the light of day,
The Light we have within our life; Light we get through Jesus Christ.
Frustrations can supplant within, that Light of Christ with darker sin.
Creating big things from what is small, can cause men to trip or fall.
For a bitter root can have a start, causing us to sin within our heart,
Soon you’re filled with some grief, where there once was all peace.
That peace that you receive within, when you put your trust in Him.
God’s Peace that will not depart, if you trust Him with all your heart.
Frustration is just one more ploy, from Satan to rob you of your joy,
A joy that’s built upon God’s Grace, to lift you up any time or place.
In frustration you’ll be overcome, unless you rely upon God’s Son,
The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who died to give men New Life.
Trust the God of your Salvation, to guard you from life’s frustration,
Christ will guard your heart and mind, leaving frustration far behind.
He’ll lead you beside waters still, to help you to trust in God’s Will,
But not because you understand, but you trust in The Son of Man.
All of your concerns, big and small, give to Christ, who’s Lord of all.
God’s victory you can achieve, through Christ when you do believe.
Your problems to Him just release, and He will fill you with a peace,
And with His Light along the way, He’ll light your path night and day.

Staring at the white walls
it feels good
when the sun don't shine
Two of a kind
but there are times
you're not listening to me
Nail you to the floor
your hands are going numb
put out the candles
plastered to your skin
It's only for tonight
when everyone's asleep
frustration comes to me
like talking to a machine
it's only in your dreams
Bring me down
Bring me down
My eyes adjust to the light
My eyes adjust to the night
Tonight
when everyone's asleep
frustration cuts to deep
like talking to a machine
it's only in your dreams
Tonight, if only it's allright
It's only for tonight

Quiet Focus Of The Mind
The Quiet focus of the mind
Is From whence imaginations rise
Imagination of starlit creation
Stimulation to open up one’s eyes
The quiet focus of the mind
To garner truth, cast out the lies
If Intimidation begets frustration
Then Frustration leads to what’s and why’s
Well… the quiet focus of the mind
Will turn what’s and why’s to quiet sighs
Plain and simple contemplation
Levels out, life’s lows and highs
And the quiet focus of the mind
Will lift the spirit to the skies

Won't be much Longer.
Wont be much longer, till there's no more pain,
No more suffering, no more frustration, it's just in vain;
Till Christ calls us home, and hear His well done,
Then our crowns we will get, that we have won.
Won't be much longer, and we'll see the King,
Then we will see His face, and His Praises sing;
No more death, no fears, or frustration ever,
Thanks to the Lord, from His comfort, nothing will sever.
Won't be much longer, for each one who trust Him,
Until that time, He'll keep us clean within;
We just have to stay praying each day to the Lord,
And don't stray far from hearing His wonderful Word.

My Desire Remained A Desire
My desire
Remained a desire
Never got fulfilled
So I decided
To make another desire,
I prayed to god
To give me strength
Not to desire
After few days
I asked god
What happened to?
My desire
Of not desiring
God said to me
Since you desired
Not to ever desire
If I fulfill it
You shall not get
What you desired
If I do not fulfill
Your desire
You shall keep on
Complaining
About unfulfilment
Of desire
So my advice is
Desire less
Remain contented
Do not expect much
As expectation breeds
Frustration
And frustration breeds
Anger
In anger one looses cool
Becomes
Rash and purposeless

Problems At PH
At times PH is plagued with problems
and new ones crop up everyday.
However, its appeal is irresistible
no matter what we say.
It gets to you at times when you log in
and it logs you out again.
You make a comment on a poem, post it
and when the page refreshes
the comment isn’t there.
You post it again and again
and the recipient of the comment
wonders why you posted it a half a dozen times.
Then there are the times when it just won’t let you in
and your frustration grows.
Each day is a new adventure
whenever we log in again and again and again.
If you ask the powers to be a question,
it is months before you get a reply.
You say that you are going to leave,
but the draw is irresistible
and therefore instead of saying goodbye
you should be saying is see you later
when I can log in.
We must love the frustration that this site brings
and one day hope the powers to be
might eventually get it right.

Bitter
Decisions conflictions so much they cannot see
Frustration building inside me
Hurry up No wait up
Coward mentality
Anticipating fallacy
Hurry up wait up
Late to kill some time
Hurry up wait up
For what
Decisions conflictions
Someplace I'd rather be
Frustration building in side me
I dont even want to think all I want to do is sleep
Cuz i bitter when I wake up
