Left Hand Charity
A classroom circle slowly drifts on...
I knew right then I'd carve your name, so I...
Save your charity it's gone too far now as it seems
I drive by uour scenery...
All the while I died that night
please come back, tell me it's alright.
And save your charity it's gone too far now as it seems...
Little boys that misbehave.
And I want to look you in your eye...
I want to look you in your eye...
Want to look you in your eye
I want to look you in your eye.

No Charity Too Is Good
Acts of attrition promote charity.
The guilt built might demand charity.
Seeking God’s bliss might cause charity.
From the surplus one might do charity.
Beneficiary being the needy,
Charity is a benevolent act.
Doing no charity is excellent
By not earning more than the bare need.

Save Your Love
You were my woman and I was your man
You were good lookin
You know I was your biggest fan
You tried to teach me things I already knew
When you couldnt reach me
Girl, I think you knew that we were through
Baby, its over
Save your love, save it, save it
Save your love, save it, save it
Save your love, I dont want it (save your love)
Save it for someone else (save it, save it)
Save your love, I dont need it (save your love)
Put it back on the shelf
For somebody else
You said you love me, you may have been right
But hangin above me, girl,
You know that we would fight
You tried to change me and mess up my mind
Now, dont rearrange me
And girl, you know thats why youre left behind
Its over now
Save your love, save it, save it
Save your love, save it, save it
Save your love, I dont want it (save your love)
Save it for someone else (save it, save it)
Save your love, I dont need it (save your love)
Put it back on the shelf
For somebody else
Girl, you know its over
We had some good times
But now theyre gone, so long
Save your love, save it, save it
Save your love, save it, save it
Save your love, I dont want it (save your love)
Save it for someone else (save it, save it)
Save your love, I dont need it (save your love)
Put it back on the shelf
For somebody else
Save your love, I dont want it (save your love)
Save it for someone else (save it, save it)
Save your love, I dont need it (save your love)
Girl, I dont want it, save your love
Save your love, I dont want it (save your love)
Save it for someone else (save it, save it)
Save your love, I dont need it (save your love)
Girl, I dont want it, save your love

Charity
Charity begins at home,
Love begins in the womb,
Hope is the mind that lives at peace always.
The bud opens,
The flower blossoms,
Charity envies not;
So, let no man despise your youth and beauty.
A kiss of charity,
Like a true proverb;
Charity out of a pure heart is full of kindness.
When the Almond Tree blossoms,
Charity is full of love;
So is this muse that flows to teach many.
Let all your things be done with charity,
Charity is very kind;
Let all your dreams be with love,
Charity edifies;
And, be very wise always.
Do not let charity pass you by,
Gain your hope from your gift;
Cos', it will always lead you on.
Charity begins at home,
So compare her actions rooted in your yard;
Charity out of a pure heart is full of kindness,
So compare her acts ruling in the year;
Charity envies no one.
The love of a muse,
The love of the acts;
Charity begins at home.

Charity
Charity, all the world really needs is charity
Were living in a dream
Ill plead with you all till it tears me apart.
Is this all that we want?
Is this all that we really are?
Turn away if you want, turn away if you like,
For the rest of your life, every day every night,
In your house and your car, yes I know who you are.
Can you not hear the world in its pain trying to call to you?
Oh, oh, charity, were living in a dream.
Charity, cant fool me with your vanity.
Ive seen whats in your heart.
Ill plead with you all till it tears me apart.
Is this all that we want?
Is this all that we really are?
Will our hearts ever change, does it sound so strange?
When people touch[? ] children cry, can you not wonder why?
In your own little world, can you not say a word?
Try to help someone else on this earth besides yourself.
Oh, oh, charity, were living in a dream.
Charity, cant fool me with your vanity.
Ive seen whats in your heart.
Charity, all the world really needs is charity.
Is this all that we want?
Is this all we really are?

Save Me
I'm driving through the desert I, met a man
Who told me of his crazy plan
He'd been walking there for 20 days
He was going to walk on
For 20 more
Said "How about a drink or a bite to eat?"
He said "No, my faith is all I need"
So then, save me
Save me mister walking man
If you can
You don't need to prove a thing to me
Just give me faith, make me believe
Come on, save me
Save me Mister walking man
If you can
Come on, save me
Save me Mister stranger
If you please save me
Save me
Stranger, if you please
Or am I too far gone
I see to get back home
To get back home
How about you take a ride with me
We could kill some time, shoot the breeze
He said "every whispering wind and second counts"
Oh, maybe if you walk, but you should drive around
Save me
Save me
Mr walking man, if you can
Come on, save me
Save me Mr stranger, if you please
Save me, save me
Stranger, if you please
Or am I too far gone
To get back home
To get back home
I don't need you to stall for some time, no
I don't need you to turn water into wine, no
I don't need you to, to fly
I'm just asking you to save me
(You might try savin' yourself)
I'm gonna save me
(You might try savin' yourself)
I swear those lips shine
(You might try savin' yourself)
As it, the moon, the moon it shines
(You might try savin' yourself)
Why don't you, save me
(You might try savin' yourself)
Come on and save me
(You might try savin' yourself)

(J - Baba Amte - 1994) Work Builds but Charity Destroys
He built his monumental work
On the rocks of his pithy philosophy:
‘Work Builds; Charity Destroys.’
Whenever the tempest of time blows across
He feels no loss –
His work stands unaffected;
Self-reliance he has perfected.
To those poor palms
Fated to seek alms
A few tools he gave,
Their spirits to save,
And they carved out
The beauty of self-dignity
From what was first their self-pity,
Their disability,
Their poverty,
Their agony!
In the desert of leprosy
He sowed seeds of sympathy,
Seeds of empathy,
And grew the garden of ability,
Of energy,
Of prosperity.
He knew that charity
Could feed the hungry.
But he also knew that it could
Also inflict injury.
But work could make one worthy,
Could make one really happy.
He gave no charity;
He gave opportunity;
He decried self-pity;
He admired dignity.
The Charity Shop
They're not called second hand stores
as that's not politically correct
so you must call them charity shops
out of courtesy and respect.
But where would we be without them?
because some are like an Aladdin's cave
as in them you'll find all kinds of stuff
and look at all the money you can save.
There's clothes for all shapes and sizes
Jumpers, T.Shirts, Trousers, and Shoes,
myself I like looking through the books
and the C.D'S of Rock, Pop, and the Blues.
We're living in a time of Austerity
meaning there's not much money to go around
so thank God for all of the charity shops
and those that sell everything for a pound.
So if your a bloke looking for a suit
or a woman after a blouse or a top
there's a good chance you'll find one
down your good old local charity shop!

Charity But how shall we expect charity towards others, when we are uncharitable to ourselves? Charity begins at home, is the voice of the world; yet is every man his greatest enemy, and, as it were, his own executioner.

What Would It Take
Remember what you told me
That you would always be there
If you change your mind now
Oh, what would it take to save me
What would it take to save me now
Here comes another night
And all the stars are shining
Could I make it right
Woh, what would it take to save me
What would it take to save me now
Ohhh, what would it take
Whooo, what would it take
To save me
What would it take to save me
What would it take to save me now
Ohhh, what would it take
Whooo, what would it take
To save me
Of all the things I do
And everywhere they take me
You know what I go through
What would it take to save me
What would it take to save me now
What would it take to save me
What would it take to save me now

Circle Of Fear
Heartache's knocking on the door
shadows dance outside her window
Tears keep falling on the floor
as the world around her crumbles
If you wanna save her
then first you'll have to save yourself
if you wanna free her from the hurt
then don't do it with your pain
if you wanna see her smile again
don't show her you're afraid
cause your circle of fear is the same
love can be as cold as grave
a one way ticket to endless sorrow
an empire of gentle hate
today without tomorrow
If you wanna save her
then first you'll have to save yourself
if you wanna free her from the hurt
then don't do it with your pain
if you wanna see her smile again
don't show her you're afraid
cause your circle of fear is the same
it's the circle of regret
the circle of hate
the circle of death
your circle of fear is the same
your circle of fear is the same
If you wanna save her
then first you'll have to save yourself
if you wanna free her from the hurt
then don't do it with your pain
if you wanna see her smile again
don't show her you're afraid

Rescue
You still scared, Ill be scared too, its cool though just holla back aight.
(verse 1)
All alone Im not feeling wanted
Try to wait but my bodys calling
Youre the one so why dont you come and rescue me
Ill be here while you on your way
Counting down till I see your face
Hurry up cause I love the way you rescue me
Now youre here come on out the rain
Soaking wet bodys glistening
Finally we can do something, so rescue me
Cant believe how its going down
Im so obsessed with this love I found
It got my head spinning round and round, just rescue me
(chorus)
All night long take me away to another place
Rescue me save me save me save me
All night long take me away to another place
Rescue me save me save me save me
(verse 2)
I come alive when I feel your touch
And I could drown in this pool of love
You could get what Im thinking of come rescue me
What you think couldnt be replace
If you was gone I would find a way
To get you back cause I love the way you rescue me
Laying here with you in the dark
I always knew that you could shift my heart
When Im with you I dont wanna stop so rescue me
Only you can fufill my needs
Take me away from this agony
I want to live out my fantasy just rescue me
(chorus 4x)
All night long take me away to another place
Rescue me save me save me save me
All night long take me away to another place
Rescue me save me save me save me

Veils & Visions
I crash so hard
Fall so low
Just when things look right
That's when you know that I'm alone
I take the chance
To lose it all
Take a look around me
And you'll see where I have stalled
This is the last time that I'm sayin'
And here's the end
Of the night
Of the line
Won't somebody save me?
Here's the time
Time for more
Time for everything and anything
It's alright
It's alright
And we go on and on and on and on again
The rooms on fire
You lock the door
Your new way of thinking will not get
Me off the floor
Take this time
To take a fall
I've given you my best
And now you won't see that at all
This is the last time that I'm sayin'
And here's the end
Of the night
Of the line
Won't somebody save me?
Here's the time
Time for more
Time for everything and anything
It's alright
It's alright
And we go on and on and on and on again
Back beat
Everybody is changing
I'm so stuck and you are amazing
This is my low
You are the reason
Live to be numb
My fall is the season
Inhale the bullshit
Makes my skin itch but it gets me lit
Don't ya wish that the pieces fit
Like when we were kids
You can't bide lost time
Can't bide lost time
You can't bide lost time
Can't bide yours and mine
You can't bide lost time
Can't bide lost time
You can't bide lost time
Can't bide yours and mine
Mine
Here's the end
Of the night
Of the line
Won't somebody save me?
Here's the time
Time for more
Time for everything and anything
It's alright
It's alright
And we go on and on and on and on
On and on and on and on again

Your Kisses Are Charity
Last night you breathed the deepest sigh
Turned away with those gold cold cool eyes
You said wont you give me space to breathe
But my tears gave you confidence to leave
Now you say Im just too much for you
There are things youll never know
If you lie and cheat so easily
Ya better go, you better go
Go, go, go, you better go
All I know is how I feel
And my heart is always yours to steal
But you take and never give to me
Your kisses are charity
Your kisses are charity
Yesterday you were my brightest star
But even when youre near
I dont know where you are
I was wrong to show my weaker side
Now its much too late to cry, cry, cry
I was blind to put my trust in you
If you leave me, Ill fall apart
Did you plan to make a fool out of me
From the start, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
All I know is how I feel
And my heart was always yours to steal
But you take and never give to me
Your kisses are charity
Your kisses are charity
Now you say Im too much for you
There are things youll never know
If you lie and cheat so easily
Ya better go, you better go
Go, go, go, you better go

And my heart was always yours to steal
But you take and never give to me

You never give to me

And my heart was always yours to steal

Save the Boys
Like Dives in the deeps of Hell
I cannot break this fearful spell,
Nor quench the fires I've madly nursed,
Nor cool this dreadful raging thirst.
Take back your pledge--ye come too late!
Ye cannot save me from my fate,
Nor bring me back departed joys;
But ye can try to save the boys.
Ye bid me break my fiery chain,
Arise and be a man again,
When every street with snares is spread,
And nets of sin where'er I tread.
No; I must reap as I did sow.
The seeds of sin bring crops of woe;
But with my latest breath I'll crave
That ye will try the boys to save.
These bloodshot eyes were once so bright;
This sin-crushed heart was glad and light;
But by the wine-cup's ruddy glow
I traced a path to shame and woe.
A captive to my galling chain,
I've tried to rise, but tried in vain -
The cup allures and then destroys.
Oh! from its thraldom save the boys.
Take from your streets those traps of hell
Into whose gilded snares I fell.
Oh! freemen, from these foul decoys
Arise, and vote to save the boys.
Oh ye who license men to trade
In draughts that charm and then degrade,
Before ye hear the cry, Too late,
Oh, save the boys from my sad fate.

Save Me Now
One day the earth woke up, said
Boy I feel half dead
Somebodys turning up the poison
And its getting in my head
Sometimes I wish my guests
Would move away somewhere
Yes Im burning up all over
I cant even breathe the air
Chorus:
Save me now, save me now, save me now come on and
Save me now, save me now, save me now
One day the earth woke up, said
Boy its getting hot
And remember all those trees I had
Well now there aint a lot
And my eyes kept slowly trickling
Down to where the partys at
And if everybodys going there well
Thats the end of that

Moment In Paradise
Oh, yeah
She never cried, she only tried
To fly beyond her dreams
No walls around her mind
Deep inside shed try to hide
That she was way beyond her means
No borders and no lines
She said that its your duty to save your soul
To save it for someone
Moment in paradise
Just a moment in paradise
Oh, yeah
Moment in paradise
Just a moment in paradise
Oh, yeah
She floated out upon the wind
That blew my thoughts into the night
She knew the things she had to know
She drifted high above my mind
Blew my brains out, did alright
I think she knew it all along
She said that its your duty to save your soul
To save it for someone
Moment in paradise
Just a moment in paradise
Oh, yeah
Moment in paradise
Just a moment in paradise
Oh, yeah
Oh, yeah, oh, yeah, oh, yeah
She said that its your duty to save your soul
