Truth
Does he feel the weight press against him?
The weight of cold pressing truth.
Does it force the guilt from his pores like oil?
No..she sees it is light as a bubble....
Truth lifting its way out of him
With a merry grin and promises of eternal friendship.
Oh..the divine freedoms of nothing more!
Alas, loves confusion is her bed of nails,
And, it seems she is tucked down tight.
Her too high pillow is stuffed full of whispered wishes,
And wet with a river of tears.
Oh what delicious torment
To be started through happenstance!
What does it matter if purity of intention,
Holds her from freedom of heart
If both leave her lonely?

When the outside doesn't match the in.
Why do you feel the weight of the world,

The confusions haunt minds of people,
Whether experience endorses truth,
Or Truth endorses purity of one's mind,
Bringing one to that plane,
Where one more face of truth shines?
More and more face of truth get uncovered,
As one's soul gets tuned to soul of the universe,
Contentment comes as fragrance,
Special veil of maya when falls off,
When heart sheds narrow emotions!
Learned one values what one has
than what one must earn,
Digests knowledge earned rather than,
Earn knowledge he can't digest,
Like to preserve what one has than,
What strive for what others have!
Seeing pain behind all possessions,
wise one renounce desires from heart!
Knowing for sure 'one bird in hand is far better than two in the bush '
'what is present with one in his present,
May be snatched by future and slips into past'
One who soars to higher plane,
Wonders at infinite beauty of universe,
High flight is possible,
Free of unnecessary weight of emotions,
when load is less!

The Weight
Against the day I am powerless
so I rise
to face it
in the mirror.
Finding
a vaguely
familiar face
I wash it,
shave it,
prepare it
for a world that will not see it.
The children are first off the mark.
They are young
and carry
less weight.
When does it change?
When will they feel
gravity as if for the first time?
My wife is next to leave.
She carries
the weight
so gracefully
it looks
effortless.
The strength
of this Woman
keeps it all
from collapsing in on us.
The weight that is mine comes in pieces
I
can
barely
lift.

in my chest,
on my back,
arms
and legs.
Without crutches
I am hopeless, cannot walk out the door.
This weight is not the same for you and me.

Lighter birds can Soar high, Heavier can only Run on Legs!
Life itself is that eternal bird,
building the nest of clay,
When safety becomes its priority,
Closes windows and doors,
Only to feel itself in darkness,
depriving itself of fresh air!
Smaller and narrow will be its nest,
Where in, It can sing in darkness,
The song of its pain heard by no one!
Learning leads to plan its home,
With wider doors and windows,
Open to light and fresh air,
Its happy song liked by all,
Little heart full of love,
Wider than world as world feels,
Still the bird want more light,
Leaving the nest,
flying long and wide,
Wide will be its vission,
Wide will be space its eyes can see,
Great view of world makes it happy,
Only happy bird can sing melody,

evergreen song that every life wants to sing!
Deep into space it can see,

Lipstick traces on an unmade bed
We drank all night and got devils in our head

Truthful Lies
The truth in that
Is that the truth will never be truth.
To them,
It's all lies, because they lie.
The truth is masked,
It bears no light.
It is carried a thousand miles,

Mixed in with pride.
Stamped on postcards.
It is shuffled amongst the lies,
It is marked as spam.
The breaths that carry,

Bird in a Cage
How much I feel for the poor things
Unable to fly or spread their wings,
Each day with the same view
Sad and lonely nothing to do.
To the bird the world is that room
Confined to the cage, that's his tomb.
For life without freedom is nothing at all
No matter whether you're big or small.
Longing to fly on the breeze
Soaring high over the trees
Seeing new places every day
