The Saga Of The Speaking Digital Clock
I woke up during the night at 12: 03
And waited for I wanted 'Rob' to see
And then at 12: 04 to my surprise
'Roy' appeared there lit up before my eyes
'My Lord', I said, 'What are you saying? '
'Are You telling me to keep on praying? '
With that in mind I closed my eyes to pray
And when I next opened them it was day
Postscript
Rob died in the early hours of the morning on Wednesday 14th October 2009. About a week later I woke up at 5: 05 and looking up on the ceiling I saw SOS:
'It's too late Rob, I'm so sorry', I said
I cannot help you now that you are dead
And my only hope is that you had cried
For the Lord to save you before you died
Digital when displayed on the ceiling
1205 looks like ROB
1204 looks like ROY
505 looks like SOS

Woke Up This Morning
Woke up this morning
My dog was dead
Someone disliked him
And shot him through the head
I woke up this morning
And my cat had died
I'm gonna miss her
Sat down and cried
Came home this evening
My hog was gone
The people here don't like me
I think i'll soon move on
And now somethin's happened
That would make a saint frown
I turned my back and
My house burned down
Woke up this morning
My dog was dead
Someone disliked him
And shot him through the head
I woke up this morning
And my cat had died
Don't you know i'm gonna miss her
Sat down and cried

Just One Kiss
I remember the time that
You rained all night
The queen of siam in my arms
Remember the time that the islands sank
But nobody opened their eyes
Remember that time that the trees fell down
The wood crashing through the wall
Remember the sound that could wake the dead
But nobody woke up at all
Somebody died for this
Somebody died for just one kiss
Remember the time that the sky went black
We waited alone on the sands
Remember the taste of the raging sea
But nobody held out their hands
Somebody died for this
Somebody died
For just one kiss
Just one kiss
Just one kiss

Grey
You always say
That your life's been thrown away
That's why you turn to a man upstairs
And pray he'll save you everyday
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Long years go by
As you still sit to wonder why
Your voice can't scream out loud
And your mind's been trapped inside
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Burn yourself down
Bring yourself down
Burn yourself down
Bring yourself down
You know I'm drowning in myself
Drowning in myself
You know I'm drowning in myself
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Don't come around no more
Save your soul in the eyes of the lord
Burn yourself down
Bring yourself down
Burn yourself down
Bring yourself down

Loose and Untied
Said I woke up,
This mawnin'
With not a problem on my mind.
Said I woke up
And got early out of bed.
With not a problem I could find.
Didn't want to have a rollin' eye to see.
So I crept across the floor...
Until I made it to the back door,
And eased out freely.
And I got up
Early
To rub that trouble out...
Right on time.
Said I...
Awakened up this 'meerrrnin'
With no problems on my mind.
Said I...
Opened up my eyes,
And slid so gently from her side.
'Cause an argument always meets,
My good mawnin' greetin'.
And a headache wasn't comin'
'Cause that headache...
Wasn't gon' be mine!
Said I...
Woke up,
This mawnin'
With not a problem
On my mind.
Said...
I woke up,
And got my mind out of bed.
With not a problem,
I could find.
Didn't want to have a rollin' eye to see.
So I crept across the floor...
Until I made it to the back door easy!
And I eased into the breeze to feel a freedom,
Loose and untied!
And I got up early,
To rub trouble
Out of my mind!
Said..............
I woke up,
This mawnin'
With not a problem on my mind.
Said,
I woke up...
And got early out of bed.
With not a problem I could find.
And I got up early
To rub
That trouble out,
Right on time.
Said I woke up,
This mawnin'
With not a problem on my mind.
Said I woke up
And got early out of bed.
With not a problem I could find.
And rubbed that trouble out,
Right on time.

My Devil You Were
I keep telling myself that I don't need you
but you keep whispering in my ear telling me that I do
and I believe you
I believe everything you say
even though it was everything you said
I paint the picture of you on my white ceiling when I'm lying alone in my bed
I paint the picture of you on my white ceiling when I'm lying alone in my bed
Because no other girl has been here since you left
and for no other girl have I shead a tear, I'm all cried out I have none left
cause I know you love to think that you took them all
but they were gone long before
for you I didn't watch a single one fall, I was never alive I was already dead
I paint the picture of you on my white ceiling when I'm lying alone in my bed
I paint the picture of you on my white ceiling when I'm lying alone in my bed
and I paint it red
I paint it red
the colour of blood shows that it is already dead
I keep telling myself that I don't need you
but you keep whispering in my ear telling me that I do
and I believe you
I believe everything is red
even though it was everything you said
I paint the picture of you on my white ceiling when I'm lying alone in my bed
and it is all red
he paints it red
my picture of his horns it shows its now never dead.

The Power Of The Cross
It was a special time indeed, when Christ chose to died upon a tree,
For He didn't die because of a crime, but He died for you and me.
On the morning before He died, as the garden was quiet and still,
He chose to do a work of Love and follow His Father's will.
He told the Disciples to wait and watch as he went away to pray,
But when He returned, He found them all asleep, much to His dismay.
He then went back to pray to The Father, not once but two more times,
Although He wanted the cup to pass he said Father your will not mine.
Filled with anguish He continued to pray to The One in whom He loved,
In so much pain as He prayed, His sweat fell to the ground like blood.
When He returned to the disciples, it was no surprise to The Lord,
As they saw Judas leading a crowd, with each man lifting a sword.
He was arrested that day, for you and I, and lead off to face a trial
While the Apostle who said that he never would, went into denial.
In their grief instead of holding fast to the Only One that mattered,
As The Scriptures clearly stated, the rest of the disciples scattered.
After they regathered, but filled with grief, much to their surprise,
As it was clearly taught by the prophets, The Lord truly did arise.
And as they understood that day, Christ's Resurrection set them free,
Today that same power is available to you, if you only would believe.

Save Me Now
One day the earth woke up, said
Boy I feel half dead
Somebodys turning up the poison
And its getting in my head
Sometimes I wish my guests
Would move away somewhere
Yes Im burning up all over
I cant even breathe the air
Chorus:
Save me now, save me now, save me now come on and
Save me now, save me now, save me now
One day the earth woke up, said
Boy its getting hot
And remember all those trees I had
Well now there aint a lot
And my eyes kept slowly trickling
Down to where the partys at
And if everybodys going there well
Thats the end of that

Lonely Days
Woke up this morning early
and switched my computer on.
Messenger came up on the screen
and it showed I was available to chat,
but no one wanted to chat to me.
Several friends were available
and I waited and hoped to see
that one of them might want a chat with me.
Sadly none of them did.
So I sat and played a couple of games
and watched the hours pass slowly away.
Only junk mail came into my inbox,
but no messages from my friends.
It seemed no one wanted to speak to me.
I got on and did some work I had to do
and started to feel forgotten, asking myself
where had all my friends had gone.
Maybe tomorrow or the day after that
someone might remember me and want a chat,
but I am not going to hold my breath on that.
I’ll just have to pick up my pen and write a little more.

God: Son of Nun - Reversa to Emily Dickinson's Son of None
Lord divided sea - Moses behind-I AM,
Lord invited us - A Land before-I AM,
I AM - Who - I AM
Life is the bread of heaven,
doeth come down, and feedeth;
His Will - be done - as we pray
is a complete - gracious Gift.
Who Is He - Son of Nun,
the Promise - 14th of Hebrew's Abraham,
the King - 14th of Isreal's David,
the Messiah - 14th after Judah's Rebuild;
Himself - the One - waited and rejected;
Himself - the One - eternal and unchangeable.
In One - and only thru Him-
Son of Nun obtained his name - by His glorious Name.
'Tis Sign before us - His Son-
'Tis His Son in us and with us-
A Light shines in the darkness-
And Mary wept and rejoiced-
Her Son visited us-
the slaves of the world - found rest!

Buggley Eyes
Have you ever gone to sleep with bo derek
And woke up with bo diddley?
Have you ever gone to sleep with bo derek
And woke up with bo diddley?
You got so loaded, you thought that she
Was the most beautiful gal that you ever did see
Yeah, have you ever gone to sleep with bo derek
And woke up with bo diddley?
Woke up in the morning, to your surprise
A couple melons in tube socks,
And buggley eyes
Yeah, have you ever gone to sleep with bo derek
And woke up with bo diddley?

He Who Surfs Online, Saves Online
HE WHO SURFS ONLINE, SAVES ONLINE
‘Lord, must I use the Internet?
It seems so hard to me! ’
‘Save as many as you can get!
Tell them of Calvary! ’
‘Lord, must I really go online?
There’s danger everywhere! ’
‘So many souls are not yet Mine...
They must be made aware! ’
‘Lord, must I get a website, too,
Maintaining it each week? ’
‘Search for lost souls and I’ll bless you,
Each soul is quite unique...’
‘Lord, must I learn H. T. M. L.
And all that webpage stuff? ’
‘Yes, then you’ll save lost souls from Hell,
So that they learn to love...’
‘Lord, please, find someone else, I pray...
My mind can’t take it in! ’
‘This is your chance... if you obey,
A million souls you’ll win! ’

Pray, Forgiven
I pray for love,
I pray for joy,
I pray for peace,
I am forgiven.
I heard of Christ,
the way he died.
His life was pure
but he died for me.
His blood cleansed my heart,
mind, body, and soul, because of him,
I am free.
Satan can't torture me,
because I believe that Jesus died to save me.
I'm not afraid, I'm not scared,
I'm ready to fight for Jesus Christ.
He opened my eyes, ears and heart,
and brought me to reality.
I love him, trust him, and believe in him.
His word is all truth and can make me brand new!
I pray for all humanity, that love and kindness
will spread farther than the sea.
One day he will call my name and be pleased with me for all of my faith,
but best of all... I know I am saved! =)

Cold Canyon
Travel round the country
Look out for what I can get
Another blessed highway
Hey mister youre gonna regret
cause you just reminded me of something
I long to forget
But no matter how much he drink or smoke
My memorys still clear
It hurts me dear
Its sharp today like it was yesterday
No I dont have much hope
Just the other night I came
Face to face with my past
Came down like a lightning bolt
Struck me with a flash
I was praying all along
That it would not last
Oh stop it stop it stop it stop it
Yknow the last time you rang
I nearly died I almost cried
I put my pride in my pockets
And said you gotta stay cool cool cool
Yknow some things just gotta hang
Oh lord lord
Take me back
Im going back
The long track
So do yourself a favor
And leave me if you please
Im in a cold cold canyon
With a cold cold canyon breeze
Woke up in a strange room
And then I saw a door
I went right over and opened it
Though Id never been there before
Started presiding over the meeting
The chairman said I had the floor
And when we adjourned everyone
Was satisfied
We all got our money
Then went out where it was sunny
But it was kind of funny
To find out that I was such a dummy
But theres no place you can really hide

Losses
It was not dying: everybody died.
It was not dying: we had died before
In the routine crashes-- and our fields
Called up the papers, wrote home to our folks,
And the rates rose, all because of us.
We died on the wrong page of the almanac,
Scattered on mountains fifty miles away;
Diving on haystacks, fighting with a friend,
We blazed up on the lines we never saw.
We died like aunts or pets or foreigners.
(When we left high school nothing else had died
For us to figure we had died like.)
In our new planes, with our new crews, we bombed
The ranges by the desert or the shore,
Fired at towed targets, waited for our scores--
And turned into replacements and woke up
One morning, over England, operational.
It wasn't different: but if we died
It was not an accident but a mistake
(But an easy one for anyone to make.)
We read our mail and counted up our missions--
In bombers named for girls, we burned
The cities we had learned about in school--
Till our lives wore out; our bodies lay among
The people we had killed and never seen.
When we lasted long enough they gave us medals;
When we died they said, 'Our casualties were low.'
They said, 'Here are the maps'; we burned the cities.
It was not dying --no, not ever dying;
But the night I died I dreamed that I was dead,
And the cities said to me: 'Why are you dying?
We are satisfied, if you are; but why did I die?'

Of Charity
A beggar died last night; his soul
Went up to God, and said:
'I come uncalled, forgive it, Lord;
I died for want of bread.'
Then answered him the Lord of heaven:
'Son, how can this thing be?
Are not my saints on earth? and they
Had surely succoured thee.'
'Thy saints, O Lord,' the beggar said,
'Live holy lives of prayer;
How should they know of such as we?
We perish unaware.
'They strive to save our wicked souls
And fit them for the sky;
Meanwhile, not having bread to eat,
(Forgive!) our bodies die.'
Then the Lord God spake out of heaven
In wrath and angry pain:
'O men, for whom my Son hath died,
My Son hath lived in vain!'

Communion
Lord, I have knelt and tried to pray to-night,
But Thy love came upon me like a sleep,
And all desire died out; upon the deep
Of Thy mere love I lay, each thought in light
Dissolving like the sunset clouds, at rest
Each tremulous wish, and my strength weakness, sweet
As a sick boy with soon o’erwearied feet
Finds, yielding him unto his mother’s breast
To weep for weakness there. I could not pray,
But with closed eyes I felt Thy bosom’s love
Beating toward mine, and then I would not move
Till of itself the joy should pass away;
At last my heart found voice,—‘Take me, O Lord,
And do with me according to Thy word.’

One By One
Lord one by one and two by two, I will draw all men Lord, to you,
Lord, to the one and only friend, all men will need come the end.
There’s no greater friend indeed, than one who knows our need,
And He not only knew the cost, but suffered and died for the lost.
I only desire to share The Truth, not concerned of men’s reproof.
And although they may criticize, a word of Truth may open eyes.
All of God’s Truth will be fulfilled, and just as God eternally willed.
Today the words they dispute, one day shall see indeed as Truth.
I pray that their hearts can see, their need they have for eternity,
A need beyond their place of birth, and beyond a temporal earth.
God’s Judgment is sure to come, when all men will see His Son,
And for all who refuse The Truth, they will see His strong reproof,
Until then my Lord I need to be, a guiding Light for all men to see,
And my Lord, according to your will, place my light high upon a hill.
Through your Light Lord I pray, that men will see your eternal way.
The only way men can be assured, of an eternal life with you Lord.
No longer will men see the light, but only a darkened eternal night.
Just like Jude, it is my desire, to snatch some from the eternal fire.
Then Lord one by one, two by two, men shall come to faith in you.
And with their eyes all will see, the home you prepared in Eternity.

She Even Woke Me Up To Say Goodbye
Well, the morning's come
And Lord my mind is aching
The sunshine's quietly standing at my door
Just like the dawn
My heart is silently breaking
With my tears it goes tumbling to the floor.
Once again the whole town will be talking
It's more I've seen the pity in their eyes
They could never understand
Its her sorrow not a man
No matter what they say I know she tried
Babys packed her soft things
And oh she's left me
I know she never meant to make me cry
It's not her heart Lord
It's her mind she didn't mean to be unkind
Why she even woke me up to say goodbye...

Day That I Die
One day I woke up woke up knowing today is the day I will die
Cashdogg was barking went to the park and enjoyed that one last time
Called my mother told her I loved her and begged her not to cry
Wrote her a letter that said Id miss her and signed that goodbye...
You know the happiest day of my life
I swear the happiest day of my life is the day that I die
(the day that I died)
Can you feel the cold tonight?
(the day that I died)
It sets in but its alright
(the day that I died)
Darkness falls Im letting go
(the day that I died)
All alone but I feel fine
We took a drive and we drove thru d.c.
To see the places we lived, long conversations
We talked of old friends and all the things that we did
Summer nights, drunken fights
Mistakes we made...did we live it right?
You know the happiest day of my life I swear the happiest day of my life
Is the day that I died
(the day that I died)
Can you feel the cold tonight?
(the day that I died)
It sets in but its alright
(the day that I died)
Darkness falls Im letting go
(the day that I died)
All alone but I feel just fine
You know the happiest day of my life
I know the happiest day of my life
I swear the happiest day of my life is the day that I died
(the day that I died)
Can you feel the cold tonight?
(the day that I died)
It sets in but its alright
(the day that I died)
Darkness falls Im letting go
(the day that I died)
All alone but I feel just fine
Did I live it right?
I hope I lived it right
I hope I lived it right, I know I lived it right
Did I live it right?
I hope I lived it right, I know I lived it right
