Farewell General
Oh General why did you end your life
Why did you leave all the issues behind
I thought you have that strong will
Put your name out of shame and sin
Is this your way to end this war
Did you get tired of breaking the bar
Why did you just desert this battle field
And left all your men in grief
Seems that you lose the courage
Or you just want to free yourself
Didn’t mind if others might be wounded
Oh, can they win this fight in the end
I’m not a fan of you General
I have a little knowledge of you, man
But I can’t help myself wonder why
A person like you preferred to die
If you’re truly innocent of what they say
Didn’t you know God will be on your way
And as the saying goes “the truth shall prevail”
You will be free and enjoy the happy days
After the people heard this shocking news
They can’t hide their feelings and views
Some finally concluded, some are misjudged
Some questions are answered and others left unsaid
I hope this tragedy serves people a cost
Consider this a lesson and learn from this loss
Leave to the concern the seeking for truth
Let’s pray for them to be fair and true
And for you General, I have this prayer
May the Lord grant you His care
May He forgive you for what you did
May your soul rest in peace

Peace Proposal
Said General Clay to General Gore really must we fight this silly war
To kill and die in such a bore I quite agree said General Gore
Said General Gore to General Clay we could go to the beach today
And have some icecream on the way a grand idea said General Clay
Said General Clay to General Gore we'll build sand castles on the shore
Said General Gore we'll splash and play let's leave right now said General Clay
Said General Gore to General Clay but what if the sea's closed today
And what if the sand's been blown away the dreadful thought said General Clay
Said General Gore to General Clay I've always feared the ocean's spray
And we may drown it's true we may it chills my blood said General Clay
Said General Clay to General Gore my bathin' suit is slightly tore
We better go on with our war I quite agree said General Gore
The General Clay chanrged General Gore as bullets flew and cannons roared
And now at last there is no more of General Clay or General Gore

The Generals
Said General Clay to General Gore,
'Oh must we fight this silly war?
To kill and die is such a bore.'
'I quite agree,' said General Gore.
Said General Gore to General Clay,
'We could go to the beach today
And have some ice cream on the way.'
'A grand idea,' said General Clay.
Said General Gore to General Clay,
'But what if the sea is closed today?
And what if the sand's been blown away?'
'A dreadful thought,' said General Clay.
Said General Gore to General Clay,
'I've always feared the ocean's spray,
And we may drown!' 'It's true, we may.
It chills my blood,' said General Clay.
Said General Clay to General Gore,
'My bathing suit is slightly tore.
We'd better go on with our war.'
'I quite agree,' said General Gore.
Then General Clay charged General Gore
As bullets flew and cannons roared.
And now, alas! there is no more
Of General Clay or General Gore.

Battle Of Life
i no longer hide how i feel,
what you see is what you get,
i'm tired of hiding what need to be free,
cuz how is anybody going to know,
the real me, if i hide it under all of my emotions,
it can't be free, it time to let it out,
i'm don't want to hide,
what i want people to understand,
cuz underneath this hard shell,
there's a person who trying to break free,
there's a person ready for change,
she tired of following in somebody else path,
for once she wants to be who she is,
and fight the battles that come her way,
she tired of making excuses every step of the way,
of what she can't do,
but, if that what she let get in her way,
she will only be holding herself back,
from being all that she can be,
can't you see?
she just want to be free from what she has to go through,
but you can't really be free from it,
until you learn to face it with courage,
no matter how much she don't want to,
that the only way to win the battle,
that she been fighting for the last 7 months.

Cheerleader With A Twist!
Cheerleader
Cutter
Student
Missing pieces of her life
Split personality
No one sees
No one seems to care
THey all laugh
Prod and make fun
There's no stopping them
They just keep going
She writes a note
Ends it all
The note says
'Hope you're happy'
Parents left wondering
'What happened? I thought she was fine'
They didn't see
They didn't know and now she's gone up with the angels
Free to fly the way she wants to without getting made fun of
At peace with herself and finally free.

0369 Prayer. To Mike, who asked.
Simplest prayer, soonest answered,
so it’s said; so let us be as little children
(themselves an answered prayer..?)
and ask the simplest questions -
how? whom to? for what? and will we get
what we are asking for? promise?
suppose He or She or It thinks, (if They think anyway..)
that’s it’s a silly thing to ask for,
or just a bit too ‘me’ and greedy,
will they say no? will they let us know
somehow, that’s it’s no?
or will our justice be
to get what we think we want
until the day we wish we hadn’t asked for it?
or is it like the tale of the three wishes,
everything turned to gold – including us! …
another wish, please cancel; then
the last and sensible small wish, which may even
include the welfare of all others too?
Some say the commonest of prayers
amounts to, please God, let two and two
please equal five…that prayers may only ask
what may be within the domain of the law
of our Creation; some even say that, given this,
we’ll always get what we wish for – eventually;
but that by some mighty, unalterable law,
as with the fairies gathered around
Sleeping Beauty’s cradle, as the Fates,
along with what we asked for, comes
a something else for which we didn’t ask…
others say that there’s no difference
between the meaning of a prayer, and praise;
that in our praise, our prayer is surely shaped
and those who do not think to praise
may never know, to whom to pray,
or ever truly know, for what…
and others of a theologic mind
pray to be taught, for what to pray…
or instead of prayer, to learn to willingly accept
all that befalls them, as the gift of all
that they might pray for, for their good of soul…
*
all this is for considering; but I suggest
that in the depths of grief, or heights of joy, we know
the place where prayer may arise:
so deep within ourselves, that it’s beyond
the asking or the answering; a place so deep
that there, our soul rests in peace,
all questions meet all answers,
and all desires are satisfied;
there is no loss,
and nothing lacks;
we are – ourselves; ourself; at peace;
and for that, we may surely pray.

Before I Die
If I was to die next week
I wouldn't try to weap
I wouldn't try to cry
I wouldn't try to have hatred inside me
Before I die
I will pray to the Lord to forgive everybody's sins
And people to have a long, happy, and healthy life
I would pray to the Lord hoping that life will never ruin anybody
If life was to ruin someone, I would want it to ruin me
Before I die
I will spent my time talking to my friends and smile
I wouldn't try to put an angry frown on my face
I will forgive people even if they did something really disgraceful
Because it burdens me when I don't forgive someone
Before I die
I would try to make people around me happy
I would want people to view the world as if there's more kindness and less greediness
I would want the people to forgive easily and let their enemies become their friends
I would want the people around me to laugh a lot before I die
Before I die
I would make everything in peace
So in peace as if life couldn't get any better
People will laugh more instead of cry more
People will smile instead of frowning more
I want people to be optimistic
Before I die
I would want people to find the good things about other people and themselves
I would want the people not to judge others too quickly
I would want people to understand others even it's annoying them
I want the people to be patient and not be so greedy.
If some of these wishes came true
I would die peacefully
When I die
I hope people wouldn't show their tears
I hope I could die with a smile
And I hope that whatever I left behind
Will be something that I could remember when I look from Heaven.
Your Soul Will Be Left In Despair
A terrorist is but a murderer from that fact they will refrain,
Their barbarous acts are criminal, cruel and totally insane,
They claim they fight for ‘'freedom'', whose they cannot say,
Truth is they are cowards who know no other way.
They even kill their own, innocent people blown apart,
Indiscriminate murderers, how can they think that's smart?
That's why we must be careful from reality these people hide,
They'll even blow themselves apart in their acts of suicide.
They fight for faceless leaders who dictate their evil orders,
While they're living life in luxury, behind another's borders,
These leaders shout out, ‘' die for us '' you will become a martyr,
Killing innocent people, is not in your Gods charter.
No God would ever advocate a killing in his name,
To kill in the name of your saviour, as an excuse it's pretty lame,
Why don't you ask your leaders, would you die if you could,
Their answer to you would be abrupt; they'd say that's not so good.
By killing in this fashion you shame yourself as well,
For what they fail to mention is, you're heading straight for HELL,
If it's the ultimate sacrifice, to die in your Gods name,
Why are your leaders still alive, why wont they do the same?
What they're really saying to you is, while they don't want to lie,
Their life is worth more than yours; they'd prefer they didn't die,
Why would they try to kill themselves, for them there is no need,
They just shout out the orders, while you carry out the deed.
To put them into perspective, the people they will use,
Are women, children and handicapped, that's who they will abuse,
Why give you your freedom, when their aim in life's oppression,
Dictatorship is in their soul, they control with sheer aggression.
They'll then go on their merry way, spending all your treasure,
While you're out dying for them, they're enjoying a life of leisure,
The truth is that these leaders, with all the praise you've showered,
Prefer their life of luxury, every one of them's a coward.
Why do you support these scum, they're taking you for a ride,
Ordering you to murder while they just run and hide,
Why won't someone say to them, we must end all the killing,
To kill for faceless cowards, we are no longer willing.
It's not just innocent people; there are those you leave behind,
Including your own families, are you really so damn blind,
If you continue on your present course, there will only be one winner,
The free will then claim victory, while you'll be left the sinner.
Come join us in democracy, then you can start to live,
Show us you are peaceful, for we can and will forgive,
Join us in liberty, then forever you'll be free,
No more need for killing, together we will be.
Murder is not the answer, it's wrong to extinguish life,
Let us show you freedom; we will rid you of your strife,
If you continue with your brutal ways, you must be made aware,
We will never be defeated while,
'' Your Soul Will Be Left In Despair ‘'
True, the initial ideas are in general those of an individual, but the establishment of the reality and truth is in general the work of more than one person.

Left To My Own Devices (disco Mix)
I get out of bed at half past ten
Phone up a friend, who's a party animal
Turn on the news and drink some tea
Maybe if you're with me we'll do some shopping
One day I'll read, or learn to drive a car
If you pass the test, you can beat the rest
But I don't like to compete, or talk street, street, street
I can pick up the best from the party animal
I could leave you, say goodbye
Or I could love you, if I try
And I could
And left to my own devices, I probably would
Pick up a brochure about the sun
Learn to ignore what the photographer saw
I was always told that you should join a club
Stick with the gang, if you want to belong
I was a lonely boy, no strength, no joy
In a world of my own at the back of the garden
I didn't want to compete, or play out on the street
For in a secret life I was a round head general
I could leave you, say goodbye
Or I could love you, if I try
And I could
And left to my own devices, I probably would
Left to my own devices, I probably would
Oh, I would
I was faced with a choice at a difficult age
Would I write a book? Or should I take to the stage?
But in the back of my head I heard distant feet
Che Guevara and Dbussy to a disco beat
It's not a crime when you look the way you do
The way I like to picture you
When I get home, it's late at night
I pour a drink and watch the fight
Turn off the TV, look at a book
Pick up the phone, fix some food
Maybe I'll sit up all night and day
Waiting for the minute I hear you say
I could leave you, say goodbye
Or I could love you, if I try
And I could
And left to my own devices, I probably would
Come on, baby, say goodbye
Or I could love you, if I try
And I could
And left to my own devices, I probably would
Left to my own devices, I probably would
(Come on baby)
Left to my own devices, I probably would

So shocking and disheartening news
We always admired and praised Raja ram’s views
My mentored and always adored veteran
It has added me great concern
I was surprised over his sudden disappearance
He may be with his son and absence hence
I regret sudden demise of his son and whole heartedly pray
Peace to his soul when he is on heavenly way
I always continue to hold the opinion
Son is always true friend and companion
It may hard loss to my great poet mentor
We are all helpless to the wishes of creator
May I share the grief in this critical hour?
Pray the almighty to strengthen your hands when things have turned sour
I feel the loss may have left unavoidable gap
'Let her soul may find suitable place in HIS lap?

Life and chances
People alwas say,
I'll give you a second chance,
People say i love you,
when they going out,
People say i miss you,
When they have no one to lean on,
People say what they think is true,
But where is the truth in that,
People think,
But whatt are they thinking of,
People judge,
But what are they judging you on,
People alwas say i forgive you,
When they really mean i'll stab you in the back,
Why can't people get along,
Why can't people forgive like they really mean it,
Why can't people really love and mean it,
Why can't people just enjoy life,
I'll tell you why,
It is because of these questions that go through our mind,
that gives us a chance,
that gives us hope, love and spirt,
our souls are forgiven,
but our looks and action well never be forgiven or forgotten.
these words where spoken by the wise man in my heart, mind and soul.

Gulf Coast Blues
I've been blue all day
My man's gone away
He left his mama cold
For another gal, I'm told
I've tried to treat him kind
I thought he would be mine
That man I hate to lose
That's why mama's got the blues
The man that I love he has left me in this town
The man I love has gone and left me in this town
And if it keeps on snowin' I will be Gulf Coast bound
Mailman passed but he didn't leave no news
The mailman's passed but he didn't leave no news
I tell the world he left me cryin' those Gulf Coast blues
These men up north honey sure do make me tired
These men up north they surely do make me tired
They've got a mouth full of gimme, and a handful of much obliged

A Mother Doesn't Know...
Theirs times that you’re not around.
Theirs times it seems like you don’t care.
Theirs times I don’t see or speak to you.
Theirs times I question you.
Theirs times I don’t even care.
Theirs times I even wish I didn’t know you.
But what would I be without you?
Would I be different or would I be the same?
Have you changed my life?
Or did I change it on my own?
Was I different before?
How come you want nothing to do with me?
You leave me in the dust whenever you have the chance.
Doesn’t seem like you care.
If you do care you have a funny way of showing it.
We use to be like best friends.
I grew up and you kicked me off to the side.
Or did I kick you off?
So many questions.
Not enough answers.
Not enough time to even ask all the questions.
My mind feels like it’s going to explode.
Not enough time in the day to even express my feelings.
Not enough time to share my thoughts.
It never seems to be the right time.
When is the right time?
Is it today or tomorrow?
When will you be there again for me?
You went away so quick I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye.
I guess drinking really got a hold of you.
Some have the will power and others don’t know how to say no.
How could you let drinking get to you?
When you have three kids.
Now two don’t even live with you.
Granted one of them is married.
But the other is still a young child.
Looks at you with disgrace.
You don’t even seem to notice.
While your family is breaking apart you just care about your glass filling up.
How do you live like that?
I know you’re not happy, so what’s bothering you?
You’ve been through a lot granted.
BUT SO HAVE I! !
Look what you’re doing to me.
What you think it doesn’t bother me?
It does but I guess that’s what blindness will do to you.
When will you notice me?
IM RIGHT HERE! !
Pick up the phone and call me sometimes.
Why do I always have to be the bigger person?
I’m supposed to be the kid.
When was I able to be a kid?
When will it be my time?
I’m always there for everyone else.
How come you can’t be there for me?
Your always trying to mess up what I accomplish.
Putting negative thoughts into my head constantly.
Do you want to see me fail?
Well I'm going to tell you right now IM NOT GOING TO FAIL! !
How come you hate me so much?
What did I do to you?
I was always the one that listened to how bad your day was?
I was the one who listened all the time
Who else was their for you?
Dad was always at work.
Sam was never home.
I was I was their.
But you don’t think about that now do you.
Since I left you don’t seem to need me anymore.
Now you have toked my friend to live with you.
But threaten her she will have to leave when she make’s a mistake.
How true are you?
You shad your tears about how much you miss me.
But do you really miss me?
Telling people lies after lies.
Why do you do what you do?
How come you act like that?
Can’t you go back to being yourself?
You’ve changed and I don’t like it.
To be honest not a lot of people like it.
But I guess whatever you want to do you will do.
But this is my time now.
Now you know how I feel.
So don’t ask me again.

Truth
How did I get here
Think I know what I did
Always worked real hard
Maybe I missed something
I'm not into pointing fingers
Showin who's right or wrong
I just wanna keep it real
Cause maybe I was doin fine on my own
Listen:
I had a career before now didn't I
I had lots of friends before now didn't I
And I had my fans before now didn't I
And I had my family before now didn't I
Guess without you
My little life was nothing
But don't sweat it
Let's say we disagree so
Arguing ain't necessary cause
We both have out whole lives left to live
We're both consumed with jealousy
But the truth can set you free
Don't act like you don't know the truth
Cause deep down in your heart you do
Let it go
Ooh child
Things are gonna get easier
Ooh child thing will be bright cause
Truth will set you free
Conversations deep
When you talk to yourself
There's no wayt to cheat
Cause you know you can't be no one else
Won't trip out on disappointment
Cause failure is just not me
Still I gotta do my job
Cause you know my show can't go on without me
Listen:
I had a career before now didn't I
Sold out round the worl before now didn't I
I had a few hits before now didn't I
And danced until my feet were sore now didn't I
Guess without you
My little life was nothing
But don't sweat it
Let's say we disagree so
Arguing ain't necessary cause
We both have out whole lives left to live
We're both consumed with jealousy
But the truth can set you free
It's hard to believe
The love between us is over
It's sad to think we couldn't work it out
But how much is enough to pay for this mistake
Hope your love was sincere
Don't act like you don't know the truth
Cause deep down in your heart you do
Let it go
Ooh child
Things are gonna get easier
Ooh child thing will be bright cause
Truth will set you free
Don't act like you don't know the truth
Cause deep down in your heart you do
Let it go
Ooh child
Things are gonna get easier
Ooh child thing will be bright cause
Truth will set you free
Do you know the truth
Feel it
Live it
Do you know the truth
Trust it
Believe it
Do you know the truth
You want it
And need it
Do you know the truth
To find it
Embrace it
And never let it go

Journey Through My Mind
I'll let you in my world
To see what it's like being me
You might just want a sneak preview
Cause you can't handle all of me
Beyond the candy coated lies
The raw truth is that
I'm just like you
With the hollow emptiness of my soul
The future looking dim
Take a knife and peel back the layers of my mind
You will find a child wanting to be free
Free from care and misery
The lack of knowing
The hate that has build
It's getting ready to explode
If you can't handle it
Get out before your mind is corrupted
If you don't like what you see
Leave before you get pulled in
The fear is building
Have you figured out my mind yet
The way i work is haunting you
Run and hide, it's that time once again
Where i either take you in,
or break you where you're standing
This could be fun or scary
All depending on how you see it
I hope i'm not making you feel unwelcomed and unloved
I love your company
It's not very often that i get vistiors
Most people have abandoned the thought of me
I'm ready to fight for what i believe in
To make people see that
What they see isn't all of me
I offer more then what they think
I am capable of many things
They just won't give me a chance
The time of day
The recognition that i deserve
I'll take a break and let you refect on what you have just heard
You can stay where you are if you would like to continue the journey
Or if you would like to leave the exit is just over there
For those of you who have stayed
I would like to thank you, but this was just a test
To see who was interested and who really cares.

Truth Is.....
Truth is that when you left me,
I finally was happy.
Truth is that the day you showed me the truth,
I knew everything you have ever said was a lie.
Truth is that when I cried after we broke up,
I was crying tears of joy.
Truth is that the scares on my wrists and sheans,
I did because you caused me to be in pure darkness
Truth is that our first kiss,
I never felt the spark.
Truth is that what you wanted,
you never revised.
Truth is that when it came to the break up of you and me,
that was the day I felt like a queen.
Truth is that I still want to thank you,
for showing me the truth about you.
Truth is that you gave me a man,
who loves me for who I am.
Truth is that the day you left me,
I became alive.
Truth is that you never broke me,
you just gave me something greater fight for.
Truth is you lead me to him,
and how he's the one for me.
Truth is that I'm happy as can be,
all because you're the one who lose me.

War and Peace
'There is in this world that eternal battle'
the General said
'between Good and Evil.
There can be no compromise;
each nation needs living space
and those who follow Evil
will not hesitate
to take yours
and that means,
some of the time,
War.
War is the ultimate expression
of Evil vs. Good
and inevitable.'
Peace spoke:
War is for those who profit from War
and every war ends in Peace
and diplomacy,
Why not skip the destruction and killing
save human lives
and go straight to the Peace?
Nation-State spoke:
Ah, you Peace forget War
is more than the interval between
the Peace
because War decides which people
will be free
and which people will be oppressed.
Peace you misunderstand;
soldiers fight to preserve their country-mens' lifestyles
their families
and those five dollar lattes.
Ah, indeed in War and Peace
someone wins
and someone loses' Nation-State said.
Peace spoke:
Well, Nation-State, that used to be true
but not anymore.
Nuclear holocaust has no winners,
only losers.
A radioactive planet
where no one can live
for a thousand years
is not victory
but massive defeat for everyone.
.
Nothing to celebrate.
You '
Peace said
to the General
'cannot fulfill your main mission
which is to protect the population.
The foe you fight can blow up
all of their nuclear weapons
and the fall out will drift and kill
the rest of us
without even an attack.
You soldiers have to learn new tricks.
You can't really protect us.
All that is gone. You have to retire that side-gun
and sit at the diplomat's table.
'Peace 'Peace said'
has come to depend upon successful social ecology
and restraining those who would have us kill ourselves
in order to preserve our lives.

Breath In, Breath Out
Have you heard the political issues
Have you watched the latest news
Are you not tired of listening their views
Feel dismayed by their alibis and excuse
The hearing about human greediness
The stories behind the ill gotten wealth
The selfish people craving for power
These are among the top on the air
In time like this, step back…
Why don’t you take a moment
Free yourself from the uproar
Look outside and feel the nature
Let the privileged do their share
And the exploited to let go of shame
Let everyone on the senate do their job
We voted for them and that is their prize
In spite of wars and abuses
Smile and let the beauty of the world radiate
Turn your face up toward the sky
And feel the loving embrace of God
So let me take this as a chance
I challenge you to join me in prayer
Let’s hope that love would not cease
Pray for our nation’s salvation and peace

Hatred Is A Heavy Load
My hatred for life knows no bounds,
Anything to me is fair game,
Why I am like this really confounds,
I even abhor my own name.
I detest being fat I hate being thin,
Why can't I be shapely but lean,
Regardless of size I can never win,
For me there is no in between.
I loathe my work with a passion,
I'd just walk away if I could,
But as hatred is part of my fashion,
I don't really see why I should.
When I look around me it springs to mind,
I hate the whole concept of living,
To people and animals I can be so unkind,
At times I am so unforgiving.
I try to find faults wherever I go,
It's my aim in life to be cruel,
If I find one in you believe me you'll know,
I'll leave you feeling the fool.
I detest people telling me what to do,
Why don't they just see the light,
Regardless I'll tell them you haven't a clue,
For even when wrong I am right.
I may not know you but I don't even care,
There'll be something in you I can hate,
I'll search till I find it so please be aware,
Your character I will cremate.
I loathe religion with it's thousands of Gods,
How many Heavens can there be,
It preaches love and peace yet we're all at odds,
All trying to set our souls free.
I detest myself I hear you ask why,
To be honest I'm not really sure,
I hate the thought that one day I'll die,
Yet to me it has a certain allure.
Why am I like this I hear you all ask,
There's no answer or any excuse,
If truth be told it's really a mask,
It's my form of self abuse.
I had loving parents a wonderful life,
They never caused me any affray,
So why do I cause others such terrible strife,
There's no reason for me being this way.
I have never suffered rejection,
Tolerance is the lesson I've been taught,
Though I was given affection,
All that's done is leave me distraught.
I'm perceived as having a heart of stone,
I've been told that is all down to me,
If the price for my hatred is being alone,
Then I need to set myself free.
Hate is a strong and emotive term,
It has the power to kill and destroy,
In reality it's really an obnoxious germ,
Which ruins your ability to enjoy.
I'll be left forlorn and without any hope,
If I continue on this dangerous road,
With my loathing of life I can no longer cope,
