Silence Effects
Silence hunger the soul
of a grieving beast putting
him on the verge of destruction
that he takes great pleasure in
feeding those thoughts in his brain
silence widows a new voice
mind of a brilliant man sent insane though pressure
a brilliant man with a bright future
all lost
down the drain
greatness comes no more for him

Silence
Silence is my guidance.
Through the jungle of lions.
The only way to survive.
My thoughts need hiding
Silence not a word.
Voices where they from?
silence say no more
Don’t open the door
Or the silence will leave us all.
Silence, silence
Silently they are gone.
Silence, I am alone.
Silence is born
Now I am truly torn
Silently I mourn
That I always was alone.

my mind drifts
in the space of
thoughts
passing by
some trees
i gather thoughts
bunches
of gloss and
refinement,
every morning
i take the pleasure
of putting them
here, lest they
go away, like
fading light
like a voice
suppressed
in silence.

Book Of Brilliant Things
Thank you for the voice, the eyes and the memories shine
Thank you for the pictures of living in the beautiful black and the white
Some say well be together for a very long time
Some say that our first impressions never will lie
I open up to take a look into the bright and shiny book
Into the open scheme of things
Book of brilliant things
Book of brilliant things
I open up to take a look into the bright and shiny book;
Into the open scheme of things
Book of brilliant things
Oh, book of brilliant things
I thank you for the shadows
It takes two or three to make company
I thank you for the lightning that shoots up and sparkles in the rain
Some say this could be the great divide
Some day some of them say that our hearts will beat
Like the wheels of the fast train, all around the world
I open up to take a look into the bright and shiny book
Into the open scheme of things
Book of brilliant things
Book of brilliant things
Some say we can be together for a very long time
Some say our hearts will beat like the wheels of a fast train
All around the world
All around the world
All around the world
Some say our hearts beat like the wheels of a fast train
All around the world
All around, all around, around, around
All around the world
Our hearts beat like the wheels of a fast train
A very long time
All around and all around and all around and all around the world
Some say well be together
Some say
A very long time, some of them will say
A very long time all around the world

The Silence Of Pain
The pain of silence deafens me
Like some bomb in my soul.
And I lie
Among the smouldering wreckage of my life
To hear your final drum roll,
Now only in the echo of a memory
That some silent thief had stole.
The pain of silence stabs me deep.
Yet from my wounds
No blood does ever seep.
Can't you see?
I'm still bleeding to death in your dreams.
Could it be?
As I fight for my breath,
In moonbeams- you hide.
With the pain of silence
That sword in my side.
I look out
Across a black sea.
Dying stars will surround me
The embers of love
That used to be.
I'm done,
Crying to the astral lights.
Smothered in your snake bites.
And as I lie dying in silent pain.
Now your promises ring in my mind
Insane.
As my life blood
Runs away down the drain.
Those lost dried tears
Flood
The silence of pain.

I Ride my Elevator Alone
I ride my elevator alone. What an awkward silence it is to be alone.
I alone, with my soul and thoughts.
I alone, in the misty dust.
Second floor, third floor, and back to the beginning.
I ride my elevator alone, but then God steps in.
There in an awkward silence.
Silence.
Pure remorse.
All in the emptiness and the calamity of my own soul.
Alone, in the emptiness of my heart.
Alone, he looks; alone he stares, alone he wonders, and really cares.
Third floor, second, fifth, sixth, and seventh.
Alone.
Alone.
In the vast destruction of a holly oath.
It stops.
I am alone.
Truly, I ride alone, but the sound persists.
I can hear the silent voice of sin.
It incites me, it will not desist.
Alone?
My silence, despair, agony, and regret. I am sorry we are all alone.

Silence Is...
Silence is an absence
Silence is profound
Silence is a conversation
Being had without sound
Silence is an expression
One that cannot be heard
Silence cannot be spoken
Although it is a word
Silence is a presence
Of great nothingness
Silence can be something
And yet cease to exist
Silence can fill a room
And have no mass at all
Silence cannot be dropped, yet it can fall
Silence is a mystery
That will forever go unsolved
Silence is how every sound can swiftly be dissolved
Silence is the sound of rest
The only sound that can sound best
While other sounds can cause great pain
Silence is not the sound to blame
For Silence is what silence is
Something that is nothing
Nothing that exists

Brilliant Genius, April Fool So Tedious
April Fool So Tedious……,
Brilliant Genius, Brilliant Genius …..,
Through an elite prism he sees us……,
Brilliant Genius, Brilliant Genius …..,
One step short of Jesus…….,
No doubt he doesn’t need us……,
And would never heed us……,
But wants to clothe and feed us……,
Poor bare lawn, he’d even seed us…….,
Just like a lonely, forlorn Venus……,
April Fool So Tedious……,
Brilliant Genius, Brilliant Genius…..! ! !

A Window
I view television as a window into the world which I have come to hate
I view the silence when it's off as something to appreciate
Despite advances in multiple fields of entertainment this beast persists
The brain-rotting glow cube substituting denominator for greatness
Somehow I don't hate this beast
But I'd like to see somebody slay it
With the right line come out and SAY IT
Watch it disappear as quickly as it came
That'll take about fifty years then.
How can you love a distraction that is fractured with distraction?
How can you tolerate a program broken apart by ad fragments?
Why is your brain such a dull and listless tool?
Did you willingly tune it to a channel less cruel?
A window lets light in, and lets home truths out.
This one lets light out, and when off, reflects light back.
It seems to be a joyful giver
But for all the beams it radiates
The thing it takes from us is much more valuable
I would say dear
But if you've lost it you don't realise it
Then it's long gone.
Television the joyful giver.
Television the soul and sole deciever.

In the silence of my mind
In the silence of my mind my perception is my reality
So life can be whatever I desire it to be
In the silence of my mind when fright fills my eyes with tears
I can search my soul to see if they are any reasons for my fears
In the silence of my mind I’m protected from the dangers of sin
And sheltered from the storm of trials and its thunderous winds
In the silence of my mind I’m relieved from pain
And even in the valleys of my situation I can smile without shame
In the silence of my mind my predestined path is revealed
And my short-comings and scars are forgiven and healed
In the silence of my mind there’s restitution
And the tolerance that encourages perfection
So when depressed and there is no help of any kind
Don’t stress, just retreat to the silence of your mind.

Breaking the silence
Shush! Silence
I'm breaking the silence
As I finish this sentence
Six months ago
My heart said yes
My head said no, go slow
In my silence I hid the truth, expressing fear
In my silence I hid my feelings, registering no care
In my silence I hid my thoughts, refusing to share
Any of my ideas
Prosperous is the silence
Abundance of it can turn life
Into a nasty experience
Shush! Silence
I'm breaking the silence
As I finish this sentence
Ceaselessly I've combated with my conscience
Endlessly in silence I exposed my defence
Allowing all to penetrate my territory without a valid licence
I should have said no with my voice
I should have asked why by making some noise
In silence I created an air of suspense
And they capitalised on it in my absence
In silence all my thoughts mingled
Some of which should have been singled
Shush! Silence
I'm breaking the silence
As I finish this sentence
Silence I demand
Give back to me my independence

Alone with Silence
I walk alone away from the crowd
Often lost in my thoughts
Often lost in my silence
I want to curl up, curl up again,
Curl up till I am lost within
Invisible to myself
Never to be seen again
Never to be heard again
To be lost in silence
To celebrate silence
To converse with silence
Alone I walk with my silence

I can hear in the silence
The silence of our conversation
Is worse than anything you can say
And that fact that there's but silence between us
Is well to my dismay
I love you so much
Yet silence is the only thing I let escape
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
Silence draped over our conversations
Like a long, black cape
There's so much I want to tell you
But I know I wouldn't
And I want to scream at you
But I know I shouldn't
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
I know you want to say something too
Of this I'm sure
But it is only so little
That you or I will endure
The few times we talk
I can hear it in you voice
I can her uncertainty
And the need to make a choice
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
I wish silence would leave
Once and for all
Then maybe we could have better communication
Perhaps even outside a phone call
And I try so hard
Just like I try to make this poem rhyme
But it just takes too much effort
And way too much time
But you can't expect me to let silence take over
And if you do you are very wrong
And if we continue like this
We won't be together long
And I bet that's what you want
....
........
............
......... .......
The silence continues.....
And so does this game
What's worst is I know
That I'm the only one to blame
It's all my fault
It's because of what I did and didn't do
And it hurts so much
Because I'm so in love with you
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
I can hear in the silence
What I've heard for some time
You don't say anything
But I know what's on your mind
You leave behind silence
In the dark abyss that is my heart
And what's worst is
I, myself, tore it apart
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
When I realized what I was doing
It was already too late
Just another
Twist of my terrible fate
And silence took over
A silence caused by me
A silence that's eternal
A silence that won't leave
................
............
.... ....
....

An ode to silence
unmoving untold
beguiling and bold
in the depths of my meandering drifts
lie the silence of times
unmoving with permanence
undeterred with resonance
in the unshed tears of my heavy heart
lie the silence of times
unmoving and brilliant
surreal and insistent
in the quest of the kaafir within
lie the silence of times
unmoving yet increasing
hazy, misty and fading
in the crimson light of my throbbing veins
lie the silence of times

Stolen In Our Silence
Our dreams are sometimes lost
in the words we do not say
stolen in our silence
they are spirited away.
Our thoughts go unnoticed
our voice is quiet
whisked away in the wind.
We ourselves are forgotten
our voice never to be heard
stolen in our silence
that spirits our life away.
We find ourselves one of many
who have travelled down this road
whose voices are quiet
lost in words we did not say
stolen in our silence
and quietly spirited away.

Silence
I have known the silence of the stars and of the sea,
And the silence of the city when it pauses,
And the silence of a man and a maid,
And the silence of the sick
When their eyes roam about the room.
And I ask: For the depths,
Of what use is language?
A beast of the field moans a few times
When death takes its young.
And we are voiceless in the presence of realities --
We cannot speak.
A curious boy asks an old soldier
Sitting in front of the grocery store,
"How did you lose your leg?"
And the old soldier is struck with silence,
Or his mind flies away
Because he cannot concentrate it on Gettysburg.
It comes back jocosely
And he says, "A bear bit it off."
And the boy wonders, while the old soldier
Dumbly, feebly lives over
The flashes of guns, the thunder of cannon,
The shrieks of the slain,
And himself lying on the ground,
And the hospital surgeons, the knives,
And the long days in bed.
But if he could describe it all
He would be an artist.
But if he were an artist there would be deeper wounds
Which he could not describe.
There is the silence of a great hatred,
And the silence of a great love,
And the silence of an embittered friendship.
There is the silence of a spiritual crisis,
Through which your soul, exquisitely tortured,
Comes with visions not to be uttered
Into a realm of higher life.
There is the silence of defeat.
There is the silence of those unjustly punished;
And the silence of the dying whose hand
Suddenly grips yours.
There is the silence between father and son,
When the father cannot explain his life,
Even though he be misunderstood for it.
There is the silence that comes between husband and wife.
There is the silence of those who have failed;
And the vast silence that covers
Broken nations and vanquished leaders.
There is the silence of Lincoln,
Thinking of the poverty of his youth.
And the silence of Napoleon
After Waterloo.
And the silence of Jeanne d'Arc
Saying amid the flames, "Blessed Jesus" --
Revealing in two words all sorrows, all hope.
And there is the silence of age,
Too full of wisdom for the tongue to utter it
In words intelligible to those who have not lived
The great range of life.
And there is the silence of the dead.
If we who are in life cannot speak
Of profound experiences,
Why do you marvel that the dead
Do not tell you of death?
Their silence shall be interpreted
As we approach them.

Lost in the silence
Standing still dazed and confused
My world is going round
Im lost in the madness
The noise becomes a whisper
Then slowly a fading silence
My voice is gone..
Where do i belong?
Lost in the silence
You cant find me
I was once a dream
then I became my own nightmare
Spare me the silence.
Im going to set a blaze
Hear the roaring thunder? ?
Im coming near..
You can taste the fear
Behind each tear
Of silence

We Grow And We Die
May we die as we have delivered,
Natures of the brain are compact;
Nested in the rights of Our Word
Is the brilliant brain and the well-spoken heart.
May we die like the spring and not winter;
Offered to the mind is the brain,
For they both grow with each other,
Finding strength to resolve a certainty
That we have delivered.
The death of someone is a brain,
The mind has much to consider.

Discover ‘SILENCE ‘
I discovered a stunning stillness,
‘SILENCE’ a musical wave,
My thoughts dint appear beautiful than this time,
I felt, I regained my inner dead Emotions,
And now ponder more on …Silence’s Beauty...
Silence is a mystery,
And a magical union,
Silence is of soul and heart,
And mind’s internal peace,
Silence unite love with all creations,
And form attachment with all disclosed hearts.
Silence belongs to everyone,
It is beyond word ‘SILENCE’….
It inculcates an extreme essence to fasten together,
And embody a true peace and love within and around.
Silence is present every moment...
And it alerts you to open yourself towards life.
Silence is present every moment...
Within the stillness of nights and peace of early mornings
Silence is present every moment…
To intimate its appearance in all worldly needs.
