Gunnar's Howe Above The House At Lithend
Ye who have come o’er the sea
to behold this grey minster of lands,
Whose floor is the tomb of time past,
and whose walls by the toil of dead hands
Show pictures amidst of the ruin
of deeds that have overpast death,
Stay by this tomb in a tomb
to ask of who lieth beneath.

Pretending
Okay I'm done with pretending,
acting like I don't care,
when yet I do,
hence every minute I stare.
I won't try saying,
that you don't mean a thing,
when yet you mean the world,
in which cries for you love to bring.
The world needs you,
as do I,
which is why I never,
want to say good-bye.
Saying good-bye to you,
is like saying good-bye to rain,
and all that would be left,

IF one should wake one's frozen faith
In sunlight of her radiant eyes,
Bid it forget its dream of death,
In this new dream of Paradise,
Bid it forget the long, slow pain,
The agony when, all in vain,
It fought for life, and how one swore,
Once cold, it should not waken more;
If hope one buried long ago
Should thrill beneath those smiles of hers,

Times gives life meaning and sustenance, so we're all
somewhat on common ground, so life doesn't confound.
Time doesn't stay the same, nor does the world.
Time goes slow and sometimes fast, and with hope, we shall last.
Time can be lost, and it can cost.
Time can be harnessed, and it can slip through the hand like granules of sand.
Time is a friend or foe, this I know.
