True drive hardly dies
When we were under a roof,
We spoke by eyes, lips dumb.
Now away, unseen each other,
We see by voice, eyes blind.
Afar, I see you by your words
Like a blind sees by his limbs.

Any thing used to mitigates.
The blind sees by limbs.
The lame walks by hands.
The deaf hears by eyes.
The dumb talks by gestures.
The desert man braves the sun.
The polar man bites the cold.
The beggars are used to hunger.
The invalid are used to sufferings.
Having overgrown their miseries
They aren’t as much in pain
As you suppose them to be.

Blind Love
Words and music by tom waits
Now youre gone
And its hotels and whiskey and sad luck days
And I dont care if they miss me
I never remember their names
They say if you get far enough away
Youll be on your way back home
Well Im at the station
And I cant get on the train
Must be blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
Oh blind love
Blind love
Stone blind love
Stone blind love
Well the streets turning blue
The dogs are barking and the night has come
And its tears that are falling
From these brown eyes now
And I wonder where you are
And I whisper your name
(I whisper your name)
And the only way to find you
Is if I close my eyes
And find you with my blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
Oh blind love
Blind love
Stone blind love
Stone blind love
Oh its blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
The only kind of love is stone blind love
Oh blind love
Blind love
Stone blind love

Blind By Love
All this time
I didn't know
Until my friend
Told me something about you
That I didn't know
I realized that
It right time to move on
Before I was
Blind by love
I didn't open my eyes and sees that
You are just playing with my heart
I just got lost in your beautiful brown eyes
I wish I know sooner
I just can't believe you do those things
I can't believe I fall for someone like you
I was dumb all because I was
Blind by love
I wish I was smart to know
This is real world and not fairytale
That I been living in
I got my feelings all mixed up
I didn't think this through
I keep learning things day after day about you
I just can't believe you doing that
I wish I know why
I was just
Blind by love

Pass the Crack
What can be said to those who are 'not'
Deaf, dumb or blind?
It seems as though they have been processed,
On an assembly line.
And mass produced to only receive deceptions.
With defections approved and encouraged.
What can be said to those who are 'not'
Deaf, dumb or blind?
When even blatant hand signs,
Can not stop them from their desires...
Of the experience of getting hit by a truck!
They've been programmed to accept its coming.
Much like their anticipation as they wait...
For truth to tumble from the lips of politicians.
They become ecstatic with hope,
By the words spoken by freshly minted visionaries!
What can be said to those who are 'not'
Deaf, dumb or blind?
'Pass the crack.
And if you want more...
Get back in line! '

Good Man
Album : Silencer (2001)
You never had much style about you
We never knew the reason that you
You sat around almost every hour
And quickly lost your bargaining power
You can't be me
I'm convinced you're twice the man we are
And you cannot clear your mind
Cos in our eyes we're fine
And you're running out of time
But its not to do with us
And you cannot clear our minds
Cos in our eyes you're blind
And its such a waste of time
The threads you wore were something tragic
The words you spoke were so emphatic
The records that you make are tasteless
And eloquence with you is wasted
So whats your method, whats your scheme?
The whole scene knows what you already mean
And you cannot clear my mind
Cos in our eyes you're fine
And you're running out of time
But its not to do with us
And you cannot clear our minds
Cos in our eyes you're blind
And its such a waste of time
But its not to do with us
And you cannot clear our minds
Cos in our eyes you're fine
And you're running out of time
But its not to do with us
And you cannot clear our minds
Cos in our eyes you're fine
And you're such a waste of time
But its not to do with us
And you cannot clear our minds
Cos in our eyes you're fine
And you're running out of time
But its not to do with us
And you cannot clear our minds
Cos in our eyes you're fine
And you're such a waste of time

Eyeless is lifeless.
Love at first sight takes place by eyes.
Child communicates with mother merely by eyes.
Between lovers, between couples,
Warmth and cold often waft through eyes.
You woo a girl by her eyes.
Tacit look of Rosalind made Orlando
Conquer the wrestler, Charles.
Lips can talk but eyes only reach.

To Alex. Smith, The 'Glasgow Poet,' On His Sonnet To 'Fame
Not vainly doth the earnest voice of man
Call for the thing that is his pure desire!
Fame is the birthright of the living lyre!
To noble impulse Nature puts no ban.
Nor vainly to the Sphinx thy voice was raised!
Tho' all thy great emotions like a sea,
Against her stony immortality,
Shatter themselves unheeded and amazed.
Time moves behind her in a blind eclipse:
Yet if in her cold eyes the end of all
Be visible, as on her large closed lips
Hangs dumb the awful riddle of the earth; -
She sees, and she might speak, since that wild call,
The mighty warning of a Poet's birth.

Opiate (live)
Choices always were a problem for you.
What you need is someone strong to guide you.
Deaf and blind and dumb and born to follow,
what you need is someone strong to use you..
like me,
like me.
If you want to get your soul to heaven,
trust in me.
Don't judge or question.
You are broken now ,
but faith can heal you.
Just do everything I tell you to do.
Deaf and blind and dumb and born to follow.
Let me lay my holy hand upon you.
My Gods will
becomes me.
When he speaks out,
he speaks through me.
He has needs
like I do.
We both want
to rape you.
Jesus Christ, why don't you come save my life.
Open my eyes and blind me with your light
and your lies.

Fed Up
Happiness is hard to find
Everyone else has it I guess I'm blind
NO all I see is utter lies
Shake my head and close my eyes
But I cant escape and I question myself why?
Call it negativity - it's reality
You've got eyes look and you'll see
Envisioning life through my eyes
I'm so fed up I wish that I was blind.
It's coming back it's oh so clear
I used to feel sorrow now I don't care
Depression, anger, hate, ignite
It detonates and I feel all right
You all feed the fire
I'll sit and watch it burn
Oh.
I wish that I was blind
Fed up
I'm fed up and I wish that I was blind

Together we shall overcome
‘Together we shall overcome’
‘Poetry for the Deaf’
Eh! What
What Eh!
What did you say?
‘Poetry for the Blind’
It’s called Performance poetry
It’s loud; so real
It’s written down
But only in Braille
‘Poetry for the Dumb’
For their eyes only
Read only
Poetry for the Deaf, Blind and Dumb
We will work it out between us
Please don’t make it:
Evil; no hear
Evil; no see
Evil; no speak
Once it is explained
The words the pen did lay
We will all understand in our own way
Yes, once the words are written
In addition, the reasoning is known
We three together will decipher the poem
‘Together we shall overcome’.

Eyes That Blind
eyes can blind
and blind disastrously
it is not that they
have not been
given enough love
it's you you who
have been
pampered
take away
those lenses
see them through
another's eyes
you would come
to the fact
that when you cannot
see the world from
another viewpoint
you are as good as blind

Blind At Night
I'm blind at night
I'm blind at night
Take your bite
Weigh your might on me
I'm blind at night
When the sun just lets me be
And the moon sets in my eyes
I'm blind at night
Away
with stars from another sky
Spoken for
But woken for
Deranged unloaded
Joker at the door
Blind at night
Sell a favour
With delight
To your neighbour
Stake the mission
on your intuition
Be blind at night
Blind at night
See forever into the light
With your perfect laser vision

Nothing Anymore
When I once looked into your eyes,
I saw honesty lying there.
When I once looked into your eyes,
I saw loyalty with love and care.
When I once looked into your eyes,
I saw life and love forever more.
When I now look into your eyes,
I see darkness, and nothing anymore.
When I once held onto your hand,
I felt compassion, kindness and love.
When I once held onto your hand,
I felt the warmth from GOD above.
When I once held onto your hand,
I felt a joy from the person I adored.
When I now hold onto your hand,
I feel coldness, and nothing anymore.
When I use to listen to your voice,
I once heard it with vigor and excitement.
When I use to listen to your voice,
I once heard it with warmth and fulfillment.
When I use to listened to your voice,
I once heard it with truth which I swore.
When I now listen to your voice.
I go dumb, as I hear nothing anymore.
When I once looked upon your face,
I would always look with pride and a smile.
When I once looked upon your face,
I would always thank GOD your with me now
When I once looked upon your face,
I would always be there to open your door.
When I now look upon your face,
I go blind, as I see nothing anymore.
When I once kissed your lips,
I tasted myself and also your flavor.
When I once kissed your lips,
I tasted life as you were my savior.
When I once kissed your lips,
I tasted excitement and your love in store.
When I now think of kissing your lips,
I now bite them shut, I taste nothing anymore.

Blind Sight
I look but don’t see the real world in front of me.
Moments waste away with the details of my day.
Do I have enough? How can I get more stuff?
Can I have another win or fit in one more sin?
When I look I can’t see
What’s important to me.
I worship things and seek pleasure.
I can’t see what I should treasure.
Then a blind man told me, he lost his sight so he could see.
He sees why he conquered grief since his life is all too brief.
He sees that everlasting love is true language from above.
He sees that darkness is for sleeping, not sorrow and weeping.
His spirit senses kindness and thanks to his blindness,
He knows that with vision of heart and mind,
It’s only his eyes that will be blind.

The unnoticed travel
She spoke to me but not with words.
She saw me but not with glance.
We were not there to the crowd.
We were aware in a trance.
I spoke to her without a nod.
I stared at her, keeping a distance.
An iota of doubt, no one had.
So subtle, our love is not a disturbance.
Hand in glove
is our love.
It embarrasses
none of us.

Eye contact can speak volumes.
Words are vehicles of communication.
Apt words in apt time convey a lot.
Take eye contacts between lovers!
Without words, what an effect! .
Words are the sound and eyes, the light.
Light travels fast.

A woman is ambiguous
He chances to set his eyes upon her chest
As she with her pallu hides her bust.
Is her act to hire his eyes still longer
Or to blur his eyes away from her nest?

The Implausible
The Silence Rings so load
Only the Deaf Could Listen
A sweet voice from the dumb
Wow! The Cripples dancing in Steps
The blind filming the show
Still, The Noise can't defeat the Silence
Melody in the Noise not concede
Only the Deaf could enjoy it
Cripples hunting Great Aromas of the Silence
Blind can't cope with darkness
And the silence was touched,
No one could bear the Disaster
Smiles on the face of the Noise
The Dumb Singing of help
The blind ready to correct the mistakes
On the top of all, the Noise Stand,
So hard to dance but no option
Tears on the face of the deaf
Sympathizing the agony of silence.
From the sofa, The blind watched

The Wizard of Clayton Close
He's steeped in the shadows of ivy and stone,
And time is the seed that the Wizard has sown,
Has sown for the magick of weaving the night
In a tapestry taken from burning delight.
Burning delight in the eyes of the mind he has
Stolen, to conjure insight for the blind, for the
Blind are the pebbles that litter his beach, while the
Tides of his mind set the blind out of reach.
The masonry wall is caught deep in the spell that he
Conjured forgotten, in some distant dell,
And if you should peer through the ivy and stone
There's a voice whispers... 'leave me, just leave me alone.
I've wandered with Ishtar, away from your eyes
From your spying and prying, away from your lies,
In the peril and terror that lonely men speak...
Seek not the undying, whatever you seek.'
But drawn to the shadows and drawn to the stone
I could leave him not ever, not leave him alone,
And turning one day to the light and the lace
He uncovered his forehead, uncovered his face.
I froze in the instant to question my mind for
The face spoke eternities, infinite time
And the stars held their place in the lips of the man
And the cheeks and the ears, and the eyes and the hand.
The wall crumbled inward as slowly I fell
Through his eyes to the stars, to the depths of his well,
And knowledge was mine as it never had been,
In my mind, misaligned, in the things that I'd seen.
But knowledge was danger, disaster and death
To the heart that would beat, to the mind, to the breath,
To the cheek of a girl or the smile of a man,
To the whisp' of the wind, to the shift of the sand.
And nothing exists in the nothing of me
But the stars and the sky, and the sand and the sea,
The light that was night and the dark of the day
As I drift in the tides of his vision away.
And look as I might for the eyes of his mind
I believe that the Wizard is totally blind,
That once in the depths of his well and his breath
We're imprisoned in freedom, the freedom from death.
If only the way was as clearly defined
In the world of the deaf and the dumb and the blind,
I'd crawl through the stars to the lids of his eyes
To the breadth of his world and the width of his lies.
For the comfort of woman and warmth of a man
I would give all the shift and the sift of the sand,
And not all the shadows of ivy and stone
Would lure me to walk in the winter alone.
