To get bearable pain
I don’t ask you anything in return.
I’m helpless, penniless and bed ridden.
You need not treat me to prolong my life.
Instead, see I get bearable pain, son.

The Pained
I can see it in her eyes
The pain gnawing at her on and on
I can feel it too
Same as I can feel my own pain
For days we would fleetingly
Look at each others eyes
I know she can feel my pain
Same as she can feel her own
Comes a time
When I long for those fleeting seconds
Oh when will the opening be
When will the sharing be
Then did the moment come a day
What the eyes knew
Spoken through the mouth
Pain and pain intertwined
We did become
Companions in pain
Sometimes ecstasy, sometimes sweet pain
Yes bearable pain
But then did life take her
Ended her pain for all times
Leaving me with a thousandfold
Pain and pain

Helpless
There is a town in north ontario
Dream comfort memory despair
And in my mind I still need a place to hide
All my changes were there
Blue blue windows behind the stars
Yellow moon on the rise
Big birds flying across the skies
Casting shadows in our eyes
Leave us helpless helpless helpless helpless
Helpless helpless they leave me now
Helpless helpless helpless
Blue blue windows behind the stars
Yellow moon on the rise
They leave us
Helpless helpless helpless helpless
Helpless helpless they leave me now
Helpless helpless helpless
Helpless helpless helpless helpless
Helpless helpless they leave me now

Helpless
Helpless, helpless, helpless, helpless
I thought about it but I couldnt think of what to say
But I thought about it anyway.......yeah
I tried to tell you what you mean to me
But it didnt come so easily..........no
I never reckoned
For more than a second
Just how it would be on my own
Id be helpless, without you
Id be helpless, without you
The dawn that calls beyond the night
Tells its old story.
The shadows fade into the light
In all its glory.
Helpless
Helpless baby Im a helpless
Helpless baby
Im a helpless
If I could put a good shine on the past
Do you think that we could make it last - oh yeah
Seems to mind the time goes fast
I wonder if the vote is cast
Now that you mention it,
Got my attention
I quite clearly blew me away
Id be helpless, without you
Id be helpless, without you
The dawn that calls beyond the night
Tells its old story.
The shadows fade into the light
In all its glory.
Helpless
Helpless baby Im a helpless
Helpless baby
Im a helpless, without you
Id be helpless, without you
Helpless, helpless, helpless, helpless

Pain in my mind
Pain in my mind
Pain is what I go through,
Everyday
This pain fills me
Pain stuffed inside of me
Pain of stress on my life
You can feel the pain in my heart
I hide the pain behind the smile
I see myself in the past and I,
Dont want to return
I never knew how much pain,
cant hurt.
The memories of pain live,
on and on,
So much sadness in me
Years have passed,
Life begins again.

[hmm-hm-hm-hm-hmm-m
Hm-hm-hm-hm-hm]
Ive gotta see you moving fast, see you come my way
See the dreams, I hope they last, never fade away
Gotta see the lights above, make it loud tonight
Gotta set it all afire, set it all alight
See the flashing lights, hear the thunder roar
I am gonna set you all alight
Gotta make it man
I aint got a choice
Gotta fill this hall tonight
Helpless (helpless)
Helpless (helpless)
Helpless (helpless)
Helpless (helpless)
I dont know what Im gonna do, maybe not tonight
Gotta set you all afire, gotta treat you right
I can see the flashing lights, lit before your love
Gotta hear the thunder roar, coming from above
See the flashing lights, hear the thunder roar
I am gonna set you all alight
Gotta make it man, I aint got a choice
Gotta fill this hall tonight

Huh!
I can see the stars, but I cant see whats going on
Every night alone I sing my song just for fun
Only time will tell if Ill make it myself someday
This stage is mine, music is my destiny
Cannot squeeze the life from me, yeah
I can see the stars, but I cant see whats going on
Every night alone I sing my song just for fun
Only time will tell if Ill make it myself someday
This stage is mine, music is my destiny
Cannot squeeze the life from me
Yeah-yeah-yeah

Unquiet Soul
Why do you write these self destructive verses
Slashing at your unquiet soul in icy solitude;
Crying in your wilderness of angst ridden pain,
There is a bleakness to your life that cools the sun,
Blankets you in shades of your own misery,
To live in the blackness of the inky night.
Hopeless you are, blind to the light, deaf to loves call.
Let me open your cage, illuminate your night,
Bring you into the joyfulness life.
Awaken you from your long sleep with a tender kiss
Warm you in the gentle heat of my love
Bring you into the light and set you free.

Emotional Pain
Pain unfortunately tends to be everlasting
Haunting many for years
Some people don’t ever realize that they
Suffer from chronic emotional pain
The only real way to free one’s self from pain
Is to face it straight on
In other words to deal with the pain
Those people that burry their pain
Only prolong the reality that it must
Be dealt with

Queen
some may say i expect to much,
what do you think?
you don't have to take care of me,
just buy me what i want,
make me happy,
treat me well,
and you will go far,
i be everything you want,
and i can show you how,
follow me,
there's no turning back,
from the unknown,
when we are one,
i will always treat you right,
and make you happy all night,
all i ask for in return is.....
to treat me like the queen,
i know i am.

The Maker Said Take Her
I was taught to believe, and never to doubt
The man up above, knows what he's talking about.
So when I heard that voice, so loud and clear,
Speak to my heart I knew that she must be near.
The maker said take her and love her forever
Take care of her for life
And treat her right
I never was the one for listening very well
I walked my own way and felt what I felt
Further out of touch with the master plan
she was like a flight to the promised land
And
The maker said take her and love her forever
Take care of her for life
Never forsake her, don't be a heartbreaker
The maker said take her and treat her right.
Just treat her right
He placed an angel in the palm of my hands
And for once of my life I obeyed his comands
I'll take her and lover her forever
Take care of her for life
Never forsake her, don't be a heartbreaker
The maker said take her and treat her right.
Just treat her right.
Just treat her right.
The maker said take her and love her forever;
Take care of her for life.
Never forsake her, don't be no heartbreaker
The maker said take her and treat her right.
And treat her right
For life

My Kind of Pain
I heard that pain has 3 categories
1st is insignificant and mild
2nd is managable and bearable
3rd is decapitating and wild
I don't think my pain exists
Alas I do not feel either three
My pain is different from them
Something only felt by me
My pain is harsh and numbing
It's cold as ice and hot as fire
It's pericing as a dagger and knife
It diminishes all you may desire
My pain doesn't originate from my body
My pain doesn't originate from my brain
My pain is deep within my soul
And my soul's essence it will drain
My pain will perice ur shield
My pain will claim ur short life
My pain will cause you great agony
My pain will involve immeasurable strife
It is strong in its consumption
It pulls u away from light & hope
It seeks to destroy what u hold dear
And drags u in an downward slope
Its intensity is so tangible
You can see it take a form
Of ur dark & deepest fears
It will be able to transform
It haunts ur days & nights
It spreads terror down ur spine
It hurts & taunts in evey way
Its anything but benigin
I heard there were 3 categories
But now im adding 4
My kind of pain exists
It's something u can't ignore

No need causes no pain.
Deprivation of meat is no a pain
To one who has never tasted it.
Deprivation of wine is no a pain
To one who has never sipped it.
Chastity ridden women don’t
Feel pain to keep off the adultery.

Joy Will Return
When in a pit of deep despair
And no light pierces the dark.
Remember there will be a day
When joy will return.
When hopeless tears are shed
And life seems bitter, dead.
Remember there will be a day
When joy will return
When days seem drear and sad
And you feel you'll never laugh.
Remember there will be a day
When joy will return.
Then suddenly the day will dawn
And you give that first guilty laugh.
You will know deep inside,
Though won't admit,
Joy has returned

Far Behind
Now maybe I didnt mean to treat you bad
But I did it anyway
And not maybe
Some would say your life was sad
But you lived it anyway
And now maybe
Your friends they stand beside they watch you crumble
As you falter to the ground
And now maybe
Your friends they stand beside as you were flying
Oh you were flying oh so high
But then some day people look at you for what they call their own
They watch you suffer
Yeah they hear you calling home
But then some day we could take our time
To brush the leaves aside so you can reach us
But you left me far behind
Now maybe I didnt mean to treat you oh so bad
But I did it anyway
Now maybe some would say youre left with what you had
But you couldnt share the pain
No, no, no
Couldnt share the pain they watch you suffer
Now maybe I could have made my own mistakes
But I live with what Ive known
Yes maybe we might share in something great
But wont you look at where weve grown
Wont you look at where weve gone
But then someday comes tomorrow holds a sense of what I fear for you in my mind
As you trip the final line
And that cold day when you lost control
Shame you left my life
So soon you should have told me
But you left me far behind
Now maybe I didnt meant to treat you oh so bad
But I did it anyway
Now maybe some would say youre left with what you had
But you couldnt share the pain
No, no, no
Now maybe I didnt mean to treat you oh so bad
But I did it anyway
No maybe some would say youre left with what you had
But you couldnt share the pain
I said times have changed your friends
They come and watch you crumble to the ground
They watch you suffer
Yeah they hold you down
Hold you down
Maybe brother maybe love I didnt mean to treat you bad
But you left me far behind
Left me far behind
Left me far behind

Hug
I want a hug
I want to feel the warmth of the skin
Sip through into my heart
I want to hug
I want the touch of love
Comfort me from the cold world
Maybe I’m pathetic
Maybe I’m paranoid
Or maybe I’m just lonely
I want a hug
I want to hold the brush of the breath
Fill the emptiness of my hand
I want to be hugged
I want the sting of my pain
Becomes much more bearable in the life
Maybe I’m peculiar
Maybe I’m pervert
Or maybe I’m just honest

The Return.
For the ones who would return from the hell,
Some unable to talk, others, tales to tell.
Of heroism and loud glories,
Or of sadder muted stories.
Boys return as men,
Men return never the same.
All return with some sort of pain.

Delusioned
Delusioned from the age of three,
with the program of “you against me”.
Trusting no one is the norm,
Feeling helpless against the storm.
Storm that’s raging in your head,
making your life a living dread.
How do you get off this merry go round?
Take control of your mind without a rebound?
Feel the pain you never felt,
Like an snowball that has to melt,
All the trauma you’ve been dealt.
Dirty grey and dirty blue,
built up in your cell memory too.
Will this drama ever end?
get humans back on course again.

Make a Vow
Can you remember who you were
when you knew but this?
How it was to find yourself
deep in heavenly bliss?
And if you can't why the tears?
The weeping does no good.
All it does is prolong the quest,
prolong the years of yearning
to return to your childhood.
For as a child your mind
is so unfettered and free.
The possibility is stronger
that allows you to see
the time that you felt your heart
filled with love and desire
from a love so wondrous you know somehow
that it lives again in the now.
And so you make a vow.
To find it again through
word and song
knowing full well the probability
of how life moves along.
You recognize the connection.
It astounds and brings you back
and you remember who you were,
but now you feel the lack.
For nothing can ever compare
to the feel of his arms
that held you close and
embraced your charms.
You remember through reading
his words of praise
and all of the too many shortened days.
Can I remember who I was?
I answer most confidently
'I must. I must for I can't forget
what it is I wish to see.'

First Aid Life
Finish one after another
Everything boring and routine
Release one by one
What worry and bother you
Prepare it patiently
When you really exited to do
Always hold what’s important for you
If you feel helpless and desperate
Be friend with time
Though it so strict and demanding
Play your part well
Even you don’t want to be responsible
Forgiven but not forgotten your regret and guilt
To make your burden bearable
Don’t be ashamed to lower your head
It doesn’t even reduce an inch of yours
Be proud of yourself
Because you have something to fight and achieve
