Things done are foolish

I mock at every act of others.
I laugh at everyone doing it
As I am now past that age,
Be it playing with clay,
Fearing the ghosts,
Propitiating the idols,
Believing the stars,
Worshipping heroes,
Preserving mementoes,
Fighting for a position,
Losing self esteem to women,
Licking for a fevour,
Breaking relation on trivial and et all.

Our Mementoes Of Love

In affairs of the heart,
we always keep mementoes
in our memory of the affair
so in the lonely times
we can remember as if we are there.

A stolen kiss under the moonlight,
when no one is around.
A dance under the stars,
without any musicians about,
our mementoes of love.

The first time our eyes met
and the questions they asked.
The warmth of each other’s arms
as the cool night descends,
more mementoes of love.

Heroes and idols

Heroes and idols
~
we should never meet those
we aspire towards
unless we crave disappointment
idols are flawed, heroes too
I’ve seen first hand
my own poor choices
and all their failings
I should take notes in my book
sketch them into corners
to be read, and read again
maybe the best ones are mad
maybe its that off beat soul
that ticks so many boxes
makes us stand up, take notice
the great ones we label
artists, poets, actors, writers
the more messed up they appear
that extra bit special they seem
some burn out, others die young
but they all leave a legacy
one that stands the test of time
one that has us going back for more
leaving them there always
as idols, heroes to aspire towards

Ghosts

Some ghosts are women,
neither abstract nor pale,
their breasts as limp as killed fish.
Not witches, but ghosts
who come, moving their useless arms
like forsaken servants.

Not all ghosts are women,
I have seen others;
fat, white-bellied men,
wearing their genitals like old rags.
Not devils, but ghosts.
This one thumps barefoot, lurching
above my bed.

But that isn't all.
Some ghosts are children.
Not angels, but ghosts;
curling like pink tea cups
on any pillow, or kicking,
showing their innocent bottoms, wailing
for Lucifer.

Today's Women (Collection Of Rictameters)

**1**
Women!
Today's women!
Demand equality,
Declining to hide calibers
Behind the mask of orthodoxy now;
They are crossing the boundaries
Drawn irrationally:
They're born to win.
Women!
**2**
Women!
Today's women!
Wise, confident and smart,
Always filled with self- esteem,
Earning beauty pageants, exploring space.
In business or politics,
Breaking male dominance,
Shining everywhere,
Women!
**3**
Women!
Today's women!
Forwarding continuously,
Although, expanding with success,
By generating life, serving nature
Is still their salient feature.
Blessed with the 'motherhood',
They're endearing.
Women!

Economy Is Dirty

If you fevour the labour
You tax the consumers.
If you fevour the consumers,
You tax the labour.
To fevour the profit
You tax both of them.
It is economy, dirty.

What Men Need To Know About Women

She will not be looking at you when the food arrives

She will not be looking at you in the midst of children

She will not be aware of you if there is a cat, or dog

She does not love you past three years but loves the idea of you.

She is not romantic past 25.

She does not care as much about how you look past 25. Other things come to matter more.

She talks to her friends more than you.

You like doing it, she likes foreplay.

Your choice is just for now, she is thinking, after 30, about forever

She is thinking she has allowed you to capture her.

Women choose you, not the other way around.

You are not as handsome as Ben Franklin past 45.

If she is not the star you are the villain

Learn to go blind after 45

Young women don't know how to make love, older women do

Younger men don't know how to make love, older men do.

There is no truth that can't be clouded by memory.

She remembers everything. You don't.

You fear losing your hair, women fear losing their beauty and their bodies.

The way to a woman's heart is through the restaurant menu and the beautiful house and affection.

Women talk, you don't

Women are smarter than you outside the office

Women are smarter than you in the home

Ok, you are smarter at work.

The secret of romance is her being attracted to you and you doing nothing to mess that up.

If you think sex is the key to making women fall in love with you, you'd be better off betting on chocolate-the odds are better.

Learn to like women, things work out better that way.

The Fear Of Fear

Fear is not what I am afraid of.
True, it is a frightful thing to fear;
But the fear of fearing fear is overwhelming
Especially when its form becomes sheer

Fear is like losing a tree of shade on a bristling day
Or losing your breath when you fall below the sea;
I fear this fear of fearing these fears
And it is this fear that is part and parcel of me.

Fear is like loving without being loved back,
Fear is like leaving without being left;
And the fear of loving and leaving and being loved and being left
Is opposed by the fear of not fearing anything
And being an empty vase, noisy and bereft

I fear not death nor do I fear life,
But I fear the fear of both as my peers;
If I could release one fear from my fears
It would be the fear of fearing these fears.

Mementoes That We Take

It is a sad time
when we have to
move house or job.
We often wish
we could take a memento
of our stay there,
but the mementoes that we take
are in our memories,
of times we spent there.
The faces that we knew
who would soon
be faces of the past.
We take with us the laughter
and the smiles that came along the way
through the years of our stay.
Tomorrow brings a new start
of faces fresh and new.
More memories
we will have to store.
Therefore, the cycle will go on
wherever we go from there.

Youre Breaking My Heart Again

(gernot rothenbach/ eric brodka)
Producers for bonnie: harold faltermeyer and gernot rothenbach
Here I stand, alone with my dreams
Trying to forget all that weve be through
How can I lie and fool myself
Knowing just how much I feel for you
This time wont be the last time
How come I just cant get away from you
It hurts so good inside
Youre breaking my heart again
And I cant get over you
Youre breaking my heart again
Im losing the fight
Youre breaking my heart again
Breaking my heart
Without you, I spend my nights
Trying to escape my emotions
This time wont be the last time
How come I just cant get away from you
It hurts so good inside
Youre breaking my heart again
And I cant get over you
Youre breaking my heart again
Im losing the fight
Youre breaking my heart again
And I will be here for you
Youre breaking my heart again
What can I do
Youre breaking my heart again
Youre breaking my heart again
And I cant get over you
Youre breaking my heart again,
Im losing the fight

Fearing These Days

You only see me when I laugh
Never hear me when I cry
Im tired of fearing these days
Im sitting here on my own
Talking to myself alone
And Im tired of fearing these days
All I need was an explanation
Why you treat me so mean
You always play the part with no hesitation
Thats the other side Ive seen
Please dont fail me
Dont fail me
Please dont let me fall
If all my nightmares come today
Will you hide them far away
Cause Im tired of fearing these days
Itll wash away the past and pain
Let me start from new again
Im tried of fearing these days
You always hit me when there is no reason
To feel superior to me
When all I want is a confrontation
So I can find a release
Please dont fail me
Dont fail me
Please dont let me fall

Fearing Those Next-Door

Fearing him may cause a repulsive step,
The ghouls and ghosts are at his doorstep.
Are burnt plates of food a simple cure?
Never can virtue boast brilliant an amateur.
Trees will shake in the wind so afraid
Of itself, that burdens have assured aid.
My next-door friend finds me argument,
The worst war fiercely endangers confinement.
Fearing him and his wife carries surfaces to shine
While smoking houses just appal for their fine.
The ghostly house hardened our tiles
Believing them to be shouting files.
Fear nobody, just fear fire and ice together
With life and death, the very events that deter.

Breaking The Law

There I was completely wasting, out of work and down
All inside its so frustrating as I drift from town to town
Feel as though nobody cares if I live or die
So I might as well begin to put some action in my life
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
So much for the golden future, I cant even start
Ive had every promise broken, theres anger in my heart
You dont know what its like, you dont have a clue
If you did youd find yourselves doing the same thing too
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
You dont know what its like
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law

Nothing Left To Complain About

I am fearing the nearness of you.
Something within me wishes to submit.
Something that you do,
Allows with me to feel a comfort...
And a peacefulness.

I am fearing the nearness of you.
Too long have I been,
Denying to friends...
A compassion with love,
Would complete me once again.

But...
I find that I am fearing,
A nearness of you.
And it is the ease of a chemistry,
I feel with you I never knew before.

And...
I am fearing this nearness of you.
A closeness totally unexpected.
And one that strips me of my defenses,
Too.

I am fearing the nearness of you.
And so afraid you know this.
By the things you say and do...
With a patience that confuses.
And you are getting close,
To breaking down 'this' wall...
To have me love you most!

I am fearing the nearness of you.
You know just what you are doing!
And...
I've never been like that.
Wanting with desire to be the one pursued.

And here we are you and I.
With me fearing the nearness of you,
So close by my side.
And yet feel upset...
That I have nothing left to complain about.

'There is nothing left for you to complain about.'

How did you know I was thinking that?

'You seem to be upset.
With me you will have no regrets.
Just let whatever happens,
Be!
A life lived will uncover the facts.'

Mementoes From Passing Lives

Little time capsules lie hidden,
beneath the turmoil of passing life.
Tiny mementoes laid down,
by strangers that passed this way.
Pieces of life from years gone by.
An empty cigarette packet,
someone enjoyed the contents,
But when?
The question remains unanswered.
Nuts, bolts, washers and screws.
These mementoes suggest something,
and another question.
Standing here I look around me,
remembering my time here,
and wondering what mementoes,
my life has left for strangers,
in the future years.
Again another question,
But not one I care to answer.

Ghosts Of Our Past

Ghosts Of Our Past

We are haunted all the time
by ghosts of our past
for things we did long ago.
They remind us often
of the mistakes we made
and cannot amend.
These ghosts can come to us
at almost anytime
and we always refer to them
as our memories.

Time For Heroes

We search for an answer,
And when it appears
We can challenge the world with our sweat and our tears.
Through winning and losing,
The brave never bend,
The hero keeps fighting, standing tall in the end.
Time can change anything...and mend any fall.
The moment of truth is facing us all,
It's time for the hero to stand tall.
It's a time for heroes,
Time to answer the call,
It's a time for the hero in us all.
We carry the flame
For all to see
The fire and the passion, of what we can be.
Sometimes we must fight,
But we never bend
The hero keeps fighting, standing tall in the end.
Love can change anything...it's inside of us all
To reach out a hand whenever we fall.
It's time for the hero to stand tall.
It's a time for heroes,
Time to answer the call,
It's a time for the hero to stand tall.
It's a time for heroes,
When our back's to the wall
It's a time for the hero...in us all

Just One of Today's Thoughts

It's funny how we go through our life with all its hardships, tests, & disappointments. But we must realize that these things are just 'molding' tools. We're being molded by a Higher Power to become the people that He would have us to be.

WOMEN who are: positive, productive, & nurturing
independent, yet submissive
intelligent, yet willing to be educated
Women who are ROLE MODELS...
MOTHERS...
WIVES...
And God-Fearing Phenomenal WOMEN!

MEN who are: that protective provider
uplifting & positive
(and appreciative of women)
Men who are ROLE MODELS...
FATHERS...
HUSBANDS...
And God-Fearing Manly MEN!

And CHILDREN who are: individuals, yet adolescent
educated & respectful
(respected!)
Children who are ROLE MODELS...
PRODUCTIVE,
POSITIVE,
& PARTICULAR
God-Fearing Determined CHILDREN!
Thank You God! !
