The waste after the use
Elders are being bundled out
When they become a burden.
You and I are no exception.
The food after eaten is defecated

No food is wasted
The milk poured over the idol’s head
Trickles down to reach the earth.
The milk is not spilt; germs are there to eat.
The milk spoilt means germs have eaten it.
The milk stolen by the cat is not a waste.
No organic food goes waste
And is broken down to elements
In cycles of feeding by organisms.
The elements, the end product,
Serves as food to the plant kingdom.

A Poem Each Day Keep the Doctors Away...
just imagine
what happens when you have not
eaten even for once
in a day? or a week?
just once
or if you have not urinated
or defecated?
is that the reason why you
are writing
poems in a day?
or just once?
to eat you live
you die if you do not defecate
as simple
as a rock to lay your heavy head
a warm grass for bed
a moon for inspiration
sunshine for that
beautiful blush
as simple as
i am full and must vomit
or vacate
what lies inside
that wants to always
go out
fly away and then
be free
disowning that once
those wings were mine
those shackles
that once fettered
the bones of my mind

Overweight with Food
Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!
Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

King's biography
Kings’ biographies are seeds sown.
Beggars’ biographies are grains eaten.
Millions of grains are eaten
Against a grain planted.

Vow Of Silence
Kron joins the monastery;
he must stay in isolation
and is allowed to say 2 words
every three years
3 years pass
and Kron is brought before
the Elders
and he is allowed his 2 words
“Cold room, ” he says
3 years later
again Kron is brought before
the Elders
and he is allowed his 2 words
“Bad food, ” he says
3 years later
again Kron is brought before
the Elders
and he is allowed his 2 words
“I quit, ” he says
“Not surprising, ” say the Elders
“All you have done since you came here is to complain”

Syrup Sponge
Pour a pint of cream
Upon my spongy bulge!
Scoop me with a
Hefty spoon;
Taste my essence -
Do you swoon?
Feed your self-esteem; indulge
In me until you burst -
Death by syrup sponge - you're cursed!
And as the count in inches gain
Upon your weary waist, the strain
Will tell, but you'll not care -
Steeped in sponge, you're unaware!

Salad is Incompatible with Life
Yes, my waist is fifty inches -
Big for me because I'm short.
And yes, I like my cheddar cheese
When partnered with a vintage port.
Okay, okay, that double cream
Is always served with pud,
And cake and biscuits with my tea
Are just no bloody good
For my poor hardened arteries,
But see my point of view,
Please dear wifey if you please,
A Salad makes me spew!
I'd rather eat a bowl of air
Than crunch away on greens;
Drink water from the toilet bowl
Or nibble on my jeans!
But salad! Are you there?
You know it makes me snappy -
So let me fill my face with grub,
Stay fat, and die young happy!

He who eats another mans food will have his own food eaten by others.
Without Exception
You wanna get close,
So you can set me up?
Well don't do it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You wanna pretend,
We're friends until the very end...
Well don't don't it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You see...
My eyes are open so wide,
They can see...
A deception!
Without exception.
And...
I am not that blind,
Not to see you from behind...
With a deception!
You're no exception.
You wanna play games,
To entertain then frame...
Well,
Don't do it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You see...
My eyes are open so wide,
They can see...
A deception!
Without exception.
And...
I am not that blind,
Not to see you from behind...
With a deception!
You are no exception,
To accept.
You wanna get close,
So you can set me up?
Well don't do it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
There's nothing to prove.
You wanna pretend,
We're friends until the very end...
Well don't don't it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You see...
My eyes are open so wide,
They can see...
A deception!
Without exception.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
Without exception.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
Without exception.
Listen to me.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
There's no exception.
Listen to me.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
There's no exception.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
Without exception.

Eating Disorder?
eating disorder, or is it?
it's eat or be eaten, you can't miss it,
that's the order of the disorder, border to border,
you're hooked to a food chain, hooked on a food train.
you come into this world, cut from a chord,
made from food, your overlord,
As decades roll by, food becomes you,
because you got to refuel to do what you do.
so you keep eating till you die,
(you just couldn't stay away from that last french fry,)
But don't you worry about who, what and why,
it's the cosmic menu, so don't cry.

Some food
Some food is
Medicine...
Medicine is some food...
Some food is poison...
Some food is Tenson...
Some food is Fear...
Some food is lovely...
Some food is Bland...
Some food is sweety...
Some food is spicy...
Some food is nothing...
Food is not only food
A good eatable medicine...
At only some food...
Some food...!

The prejudice of age
I don’t take as great my youngsters
Which they are though
As I took as great my elders
When I’d been young.
I’m adamant with my age.

Sadism
To inflict and enjoy it
Is alone not a sadism.
To humiliate, to tease, to joke,
To make fun of others
Are too in a way sadism.
Violent foreplay is of no exception.

Deep Isolation Of The Shuttered Eye
the sea is deeply isolated:
as its overlord, landlord,
earthen constraint
stands in charge over it.,
seeking its own level,
unlike the land,
it is pushy for food
on an horizontal basis
primarily, but
with exception.
a dog is thrown into the sea;
maybe shipwrecked sailors as well,
out of element
they usually drown,
get eaten by sharks;
but what say there is
a vault of salinity
so great it solves
death in slices.
a marshy layer
the souls awake into;
demeter thrusting her crowned head
into hades
and returning unscathed;
why no so now,
if it was done then,
done well enough for homer & others to
sing it down to us
for lively discussion
because in the absence of land
we deeply isolate our imagination
in the churn of the sea.
we see the sea
as the back of our heads.

After Prayer
people milling around food
guest were first to be serve
they're very polite and quiet
elders came to say 'hello'
i saw three security guard
looking, walking with radio
we don't have tables to sit
we stand and eat our food
only cold water was serve
i don't have my four square
we all just rubbing elbows,
bowing, smiling and talking
(different world for me; same
prayers offered)

Motorway
Motorway food is the worst in the world,
Youve never eaten food like youve eaten on the motorway.
Motorway food is the worst in the world,
The coffee tastes weak and the cakes taste stale
And gasoline fumes are the worst to inhale,
Your stomach rolls over and your face turns pale.
Oh, that motorway livin,
Aint it a thrill to be so free, yeh.
Riding down the motorway,
Got to charge up my batteries,
Rest my seat, rest my eyes,
So tired, tired of livin, tired of livin this motorway livin.
Motorway tea is warm and wet,
The rain is a pouring and its four in the morning,
And its all I can get.
Youve never seen loos like motorway loos,
Thousands of people passing through,
Its enough to put you off of your motorway food.
Oh that motorway living,
Aint it a thrill to be so free, yeh.
Got to get away from
Cats eyes, cold meat pies,
Thousand on raft, cold french fries
So tired, tired of livin, tired of livin this motorway livin.
Motorway food is invariably fried,
It keeps me and feeds me and helps me survive.
Oh that motorway, aint it a thrill to be so free, yeh,
Riding down the motorway, cats eyes, cold meat pies
Thousand on raft, cold french fries,
So tired, tired of livin, tired of livin this motorway livin.
Motorway food is the worst in the world,
Youll never eat food like youve eaten on the motorway.
Motorway food is the worst in the world.
My stomachs upset and I dont feel well,
Gotta get my head down, stop for a while in a motorway hotel.
Mama oh mama, my dear suzi too,
This motorway message is sent just for you.
My headaches improved but my back really hurts,
I never thought Id travel so far to work.
