The revelations
Cancer and heart attacks are not more now.
Diagnoses of them are on a large scale.
Incest relations are not more now.
The shame shed, revealations are more.

Go wild to die wild.
To make most of their lives
Is a wrongful desire
That spreads like wildfire
Among the materialists.
Multiple relations,
Extramarital sex,
And illicit affairs
Are practiced without shame.
Incest relationship,
Molesting and raping,
Fuelled by porn and net,
Are handy without guilt.
Is marriage still needed/?
Don't make it a mockery.
Scrap it and make travels,
Without reservation.

Sonnet: Cancer Today
The fight against disease called cancer is
On-going for so many years but still,
Not much relief is wrought from its death-kiss:
The diagnosis made when one is ill!
Research is done with big money inputs;
New drugs are patented without headway;
The developments come out with ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’!
Most cancers strike in relentless a way.
No cancer can be cured if found quite late;
Prevention is the only way to deal;
Despite progress in science, unchanged is fate
Of cancer-stricken men – what scientists feel!
Doing unwanted things, man/ woman lives;
‘Keep body pure’ – advice God’s Nature gives!

the big C
those who fear it cannot call it
by its own name
big C for cancer,
but cancer is cancer
no more no less
depends on what stage
then you are taken
as the next
victim by an old
expert culprit
so unforgiving
mercilessly taking the lives
of those
destined to die
cancer is cancer
no more no less
a friend of mine dies
today of cancer of the
liver.
period. I say another prayer.

Good Friday
A recipe for thought:
Take a pair of scales
as large as the boundless human mind,
and into one scale
pour all the goodness in the world that you can see
carefully
and into the other,
all the evil in the world that you can see;
into the first scale now add
all the joy that you have known
(the joy of others you can never measure)
and into the other, all the misery,
(the misery of others you can never measure) :
into the first, add all the laughter you can remember,
and into the second, all the tears;
and now, from the cupboards of your heart,
add what you will
to either scale:
the hopes and fears
of all the years.
now give one day each year
to the watching of these scales
and see if slowly, gently, as we watch
with all our love
the scales
move

Shame smites terribly.
The child has not got shame;
The old have shed their shame.
The mighty are immune to shame;
The lowly haven’t built shame.
There smites nothing so sharp
As shame for those in between.

Improper love
Love that ends in marriage makes home.
Love sneaking out since then breaks home.
Love proper and improper live
But improper love rises faster.
Sexual love defies all parameters.
The elders exploit the minors.
Proximity is the breeding ground.
Coaches and bosses get their prey.
Uncles to nieces is a threat.
Cousins misuse their positions.
Incest relation escape eyes.
Ethics in love has lost its shine.
Love for a night stand makes no guilt.
Love in work place become sportive.
Lesbians have no inhibition.
Gays shed shame to seek union.
Improper love gains momentum
And would soon turn a proper one
Unless self restrains put a stop
And save the families from a break.

What Cancer Can't Do
Cancer is a real menace friend, which brings on an ominous end,
A time when suffering can be rife, with an early exit from this life,
This as life takes a major change, as many things stay the same,
Bringing much anguish to a family, in ways, they have yet to see.
Though cancer affects me and you, its menace has its limits too,
Limits on the devastating effect, upon those lives it has wrecked;
Regarding the victims, I speak of; cancer cannot cripple the love,
One's love, that remains intact, despite cancer's relentless attack.
Cancer cannot shatter our hope, as through it God helps us cope,
With The Lord's sustaining grace, cancer cannot corrode our faith;
Though its ailing effects increase, cancer can't destroy our peace,
A peace, that God instills in us, through the Spirit of Christ Jesus.
Though death may be cancer's will, friendships cancer cannot kill,
Also, it cannot suppress memories, of loving friends and families,
As the ill effects continue to rage, cancer cannot silence courage,
For we know that this entire life, is truly sustained by Jesus Christ.
By this courage we don't fear it, as cancer can't conquer our spirit,
Though in a body it will take its toll, cancer cannot invade our soul,
Or lessen God's Resurrection Power, even during the darkest hour,
As a member of the Body of Christ, cancer can't steal Eternal Life.

Where they put their deadbeat mom

But take a look out back

They Tell You; You Have Cancer Aug 22nd,2012
THEY TELL YOU; YOU HAVE CANCER Aug 22nd,2012
By
James Bredin
If they tell you that you have cancer and you will very soon die,
And it's a very painful process so you better say goodbye,
And you can't arrange when to die so you will suffer as they say,
Our Supreme Court told Sue Rodriguez that there was no other way.
Because death with dignity is banned in this Canada land,
Never mentioned in the papers so nothing can be planned,
And we don't have binding referendums so we can't change,
We can't even put an oil pipe across a mountain range.
There should be some way to get around this national situation,
Or are we slowly headed for our own national damnation?
Because we will die but we don't know how, why, when or where just yet,
But death with dignity would ease the pressure; you can bet.

Humans move from being bisexual.
Artificial sperms have arrived.
Synthetic eggs are on the way.
A child can come out of DNA
Of the concerned individuals.
No courtships, no copulations,
And no fertilization are needed,
The process of reproduction
Can be dispensed with altogether.
Human has become a rose plant,
Which propagates by stem cutting
With no need of pollination,
Fertilization and fruiting.
Fertility has shed its grace.
Sterility has shed its shame.
Gays and lesbians are happy.
Humans are no more bisexual.

Mother exempted
Horsemen breed a mare to a brother,
Or breed a sire to a daughter
To result in the same strain
They don’t breed to a horse its mother.
Incest relations put a bar to mother.

Cancer
We don't know
How strong we are
Til being strong
Is the only choice
We have.
Why is it
That we have to be
Strong for others
When we have to be
Strong for ourselves?
Someone once said
'Wining isn't everything'
Well, he obviously
Never had
Cancer.
To lose your fight
Against cancer
Is to give in
To cancer
And die.
Though many are scared
Of this dreaded cell
Cancer is only a word
Not a whole
Sentence.
Just remember
You are not
Dying from cancer
You are living
With it.

A Tribute to Terry Fox (in iambic dimeter)
While just a teen,
And Cancer struck,
They took a leg
To save his life!
He liked to run
And loved to win;
But Cancer came
To play a game!
Now Earth was hell!
Yet, Fox would run
A marathon
For Cancer’s sake!
His aim was high-
To raise a fund
For Cancer’s fight,
Despite his plight!
But half-way through,
His Cancer spread
To both his lungs,
Despite the drugs!
He covered miles,
Before Life’s end;
Undaunted till
The last, he stayed!
Posthumously,
He turned so great;
His one-legged walk
For Cancer’s sake
Earned him a name
Indelible!
He is ‘alive’!
His run goes on
All o’er the world
In Cancer’s name!
The world had lost
A lad so young
Courageous
Exemplary!

You and I are poorer.
Which wife is nobler than
Who hire maids to feed her spouse
So that he does not stray out?
Which maid is abler than
Who bears seeds of the lord
To give her spouse a high breed?
Which husband is higher than
Who overlooks incest relations
So that his spouse is free off scandals?
You and I are poorer.
