Society- a necessary evil.

Society is resistant.
But for it, where is your pride?
Without it, where is identity?
In privacy, where is intimacy?
You can’t walk without resistance.

Happy moments

Whenever there is privacy
You are liberal with your instincts.
When it is coupled with secrecy
You are double liberal with it
There lies your soul’s intimacy,
Which gives you a sense of ecstasy.

Love is sought for identity.

To strive for love of mother,
of father, of teacher, of peers,
of elders, springs from
identity crisis.
To strive for love of the beloved
is out the deepest identity crisis.
Seers like women followers.

Intimacy

Afraid of intimacy.
A heart that has been stung,
Just once...
Becomes more suspicious,
And less naive...
When a stinging from someone loved,
Is untimely done.

Afraid of intimacy.
Very few are ready to commit to this.
Until assured some consistency,
Is readily given...
In the sharing of mutual needs.

Not many will leave themselves open.
Or acknowledge publicly...
A wish for a love uncompared,
Shared in secret privacy.
And one devoted and discreet.

Afraid of intimacy?
Not me!
Whether private in discreet...
Or publicly displayed on crowded streets.
I seek a one on one!
That would suit me perfectly.
But these days that kind of intimacy,
Seems to be antiquated history.

Afraid of intimacy.
Very few are ready to commit to this.
Until assured some consistency,
Is readily given...
In the sharing of mutual needs.

And that would be my philosophy,
Regarding how I feel about intimacy.
An act complete of 'shared' familiarity.
Not something done to walk away from and leave.
That's nothing more than satisfying a convenience.

Society is the fear.

You don’t love your society
And yet you show your smile
Out of fear rather than love
Like a slave’s love for his master.
Without society, you have no pride.
With society, you have no freedom.
In both ways, you are miserable.

Sexual love is an exception
It flows against resistance

The 'Good' Life

Wake up in the morning to screaming,
Reporters getting into your personal life,
No privacy,
As you walk down the street,
You are followed constantly by people you do not know
No privacy
You break up with your girlfriend, for the fifth time
It’s on the cover of a magazine
No privacy
Every fucking shit we take,
It’s recorded somewhere
No privacy
You die a tragic death at a young age,
People who you have never met attend your funeral
No privacy
This is what we call the “good” life…

Resistance

Resistance

Identity lost,
Dignity ripped,
Land occupied,

Resistance inevitable,

History witnessed;

The tribe of Mahatma,
The nation of Martin,
The country of Nelson

Prevailed,

Sabers never rattled,
Bullets never fired,
Blood never shed

But,

Identity reclaimed,
Dignity restored,
Land freed,

And above all,

Peace won.

No One Here Has Been Invited To Do The Boogey

With a-pitching and a bale-ing all day the hay.
And a-picking the tobacco...
Everyday until the Sun fades away,
Reminisces up my ancestors.
With a reminiscing up their lives...
And what it takes,
For me to stay...
As I am this day today.
Is a reason why I pride my dignity.
That's the reason why I walk around...
With identity!

That's the reason why I walk.
That's the reason why I walk.
That's the reason why I walk around...
With identity!

No time to do a hi-dee-hey!
And no time to drink up my hard earned pay,
To be buzzed around...
From midnight until dawn!

No...
No time to do a hi-dee-hey.
And no time to drink up my hard earned pay...
To whisper gossip,
With a nonstop to dropp it.
Like if I cropped it.
To then sweep a floor...
As I whistled while mopping it.
No!

With a-pitching and a bale-ing all day the hay.
And a-picking the tobacco...
Everyday until the Sun fades away,
No!
To then sweep a floor...
As I whistled while mopping it.
No!

With a nonstopping to it?
No!

'Uh...
You?
The 'artist'!
I like your footwork.
But no one here has been invited to do the boogey!
Got that?
Good!
Now do your chores! '

Sonnet: The Man of Pride

O man of pride, do come down from your heights!
’Tis lonely sitting in a chair like that;
The dizziness could cause you sleepless nights;
Please condescend, come down to us to chat.

Pride kills a man before he truly dies;
Pride poisons minds in stealthily a style;
Pride generates in men just ‘pseudo-highs’,
And makes a man unfit to walk life’s mile.

Remember, all are human beings first;
Well treat others in humane ways, you can;
The heart of pride would like a dam-old, burst
The man with pride cannot be content, man!

Pride steals the energy to guide others,
And only serves to torment all brothers.

The love cycle is barren.

Chances bring contact.
The contacts elicits interests.
The interests fetch intimacy.
Then the intimacy gets cracks,
Which are given patch up.
Later, it meets the dissolution.
The love completes a cycle.

Necessary evils

Society is evil in that
It resists your every step.
Mind. Without it,
You cannot make your steps.

Marriage is evil in that
It constricts your lust.

You cannot ensure your lust.

Identity Of I

Identity is not what I promise others
Identity is what I do when I am alone
Identity is what I think of others
Knowing all the hatred they've shown

Identity is what every wound reminds me
Identity is what I learn and what I pass by
Identity is what I see in the mirror
After giving my best try

Identity is what I make out of my given chance
Identity is what I accept and what I deny
No one else has control over me
Life is about me, and what I identify

More Or Less

Fighting over money.
Yet, I want more.
More money,
More to fight about.
We fight over the lack of intimacy.
Less intimacy.
The more we fight.
So we remove the intimacy.
More fighting over less.
More of me,
Less of you.
The more we fight.
Yet you are diminished even more.
I am full of myself.
My desire to fill you up with me.
Draining yourself of you.
Your identity lost.
Yet I look into a mirror.
With the same result,
Now, I am on the receiving end.
Our logic defies all logic.
My piece of mind,
Or my mind of peace.
It depends.
More or less.

Intimacy is feared

Lovers fear secrecy
As they both have secrecy.
Intimacy means connecting
The inner core of the two,
Which will expose their weak spots,
Fearing which they fear intimacy.
They want bodily intimacy
Without soul’s intimacy.
Such intimacy betrays trust
And will wreck the very love.

No taste without society

A society is
An army wherein each one
Is an unchained slave.

A society is
A fortress in which each one
Is under the siege.

A society is
A kennel wherein the pair
Is in surveillance.

A society is
A prison with prisoners
Kept in unshackled.

Without society,
Pride and prejudice will fail
To add to one's taste.

Its not for me but my baby really needs a crack

You wanna take my soul and change it for another one
2001 - those liquid crystal eyes, they really suit you honey
Let me get them in your size
2001 - by 2032 you can be me, and with a little luck
I can be you

Help you believe with my semi-automatic gun
