Loss of history

Loss of memory leaves one a corpse.
Loss of history of one’s ancestors
Or the ignorance of it by one leaves
One a corpse bereft of identity.

Loss

The loss of a child
is sadness within.
How do we recover?
How do we begin?
No one can comfort you.
No one can console.
The loss is devasting.
You feel your not whole.
Part of you has gone
to where you can't see.
And the memory it leaves
clings to thee.

The loss is hard,
hard to accept.
Each tear that has fallen,
each tear you have wept
is a chasm of emptiness
that you can't fill.
Nothing can fill it,
not even God's will.
And so we take a step each day.
We move a little slower
and try to make our way
and come to terms with loss.

Lost In A House Fire

The loss of a child
The loss of a wife
Tis all the same as the loss of your own life
The loss of house and all that's inside
Tis all the same as if your whole soul had died
The loss of temper
Loss of faith and self-control
Tis all the same as knowing you have now grown very old
The loss of all memory when all is becalmed
When you find that your wife and child all safe and unharmed

Loss Of...

Loss it seems is the worst kind of sorrow
Loss of dreams, the dreams of tomorrow

Loss of the moments you two should have shared
Loss of opportunities to show her you cared

Loss of the memories you both could have created
Loss of the romance once intense as you dated

Loss of a kiss, caress, or embrace
Loss of that special feeling no one else can replace

Loss of a look, the twinkle in her eye
Loss of the touch as you pass each other by

Loss of a future, from a past of regret
Loss of a last chance, how many do you get

Loss of a promise you never meant to break
Loss of two hearts that forever will ache

Sexual Attraction

At the hospital where he works.
Speaking he can convey,
with the ninety two year old corpse.
Mirrors every where warm trees cold bushes.
92 leaves speaking she shakes it only for him.
Bony old woman no ham.
After finding the light corpse
he checks the cotton on the rigid smile if it was.
Ninety two years old where you are detained.
You can hear the limbs cracking as the corpse gives.
Turned over on it's belly I seem like observer.
There is no sound commonly appreciated with sucking noises.
It was the very first time,
I had ever seen a shoe horn used on the moon.
Except for the golf swing by Shepard.
Brutal crimes on the dead better I think than on the living, still.
The family has a long history of patients and of those.
Emphatic and it has resonated a cord completely.
Watching him talk as if and it is somber fearfully.
You read to late it written before he came a dying declaration.

Loss of memory

I thank the loss of my memory
Of those days when I had not a friend
I am thankful to the memory
Of those great moments when we are together

I thank the loss of my memory
Of those seconds prior to your reasonableness
I am thankful to the memory
Of the great dimple when you smile

I thank the loss of my memory
Prior to the reduction of your anger
I am thankful to the memory
Of those great sharing moments of your success

I thank the loss of my memory
For the reasons of our arguments
I am thankful to the greatest
Moments of my life with you.

To linger post death

Post death, your photo might hang on the wall
If you had children to survive you.
Endowed with wealth, bereft of issues,
Your photos would be cast along with the corpse.

Loss Of A Friend

A loss of a friend hurts
The loss of a best friend hurts more,
But it is never a true loss;
Everyday you will see something that reminds you of them
This will bring a memory;
A memory of the times you speant together
Followed by another;
A memory of how you went your seperate ways
They will always be in your mind;
They never really leave you.

Loss And Life.

A loss of a friend hurts
The loss of a best friend hurts more,
But it is never a true loss;
Everyday you will see something that reminds you of them
This will bring a memory;
A memory of the times you spent together
Followed by another;
A memory of how you went your separate ways
They will always be in your mind;
They never really leave you.
In other words they haunt you
Till you get over them…you will find that
You have got some other friends…..
This is life…..it just goes ON AND ON!

Knock Em Dead (live)

This basket arrives to show your condolence
You hope that it finds me well and just in time
This loss was unbearable, but now I have flowers
Thoughtful happy bright arrangement
I can fall into...
Just a corpse in his place,
You only have one shot to knock 'em dead
A toast to the way he left us counting our blessings
And holding our heads...
You better speak up, you better say something
We better believe ourselves for once
'cause you never said help
You never said anything the way that we dreamed ourselves to fear
It's only in this silence
I can hear ethan screaming
all alone, all alone...
Just a corpse in his place
You only have one shot to knock 'em dead
A toast to the way he left us counting our blessings
and holding our heads...
Just a corpse in his place
You only have one shot to knock 'em dead
And I would have thought that I had more to lose than him
My skin has gone stark white and an ash covers my skin
I should have worn makeup
It seems to have worked for you

Answer to loss.

Do I have an answer to loss?
Do you?

The answer to loss! ! ! ! !
I am so lucky I got to know the precious person.
I got to see their beautiful heart and their grace.
I got to enjoy their presence.
That I can treasure.and keep special in my heart.
And maybe loss is just that – loss.
But just as we have loss,
We have all the special memories
That we can keep special in our minds forever,
And that is something that will never die.
So maybe the answer to loss! ! ! is to treasure the memories
Of our loved one! !
For as long as we have a memory
We never lose! ! to loss.

A walking corpse

I walk around like a zombie.
A reflection of a corpse.
Like Im in a body thats not mine.
A body depression has invaded.

Im a reflection of a corpse.
So numb and dead inside.
Not being able to feel.

Trapped in a body.
That once used to be mine.
Now its like its someone elses.

Im a walking corpse.
So very dead inside.
As numb as numb
Number than Ice.

Depression has over road.
And overtaken me.
Its made me like a walking corpse.
I may aswell be dead.
Thats how I feel inside.

A excellent resembalence
Of a walking corpse.

Mabey I can fight it
But that I very much doubt.
I have had to fight to many demons.
One more I cant fight this yet.

Im a walking corpse.
Dead inside.
A marvolos resembalence.
Of a walking corpse

Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable

The death of a twelve year old,
Her sister shed tears,
But the body was cold,
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.

She felt all had lost hope,
It was her fault,
'I let go the rope! '
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.

'I should have pulled her up'
'I lost grip'
'I should'nt have given up! '
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.

'You trusted me! '
'And there is no reason....'
' No you shouldn't have, see? '
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.

'No! It's not your fault! ',
Said her sister,
Who lay dead in the vault,
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.

A Loss of Inner Peace.

A loss of inner peace,
as i hear the words come out,

A loss of words,
As i try to speak of it,

A loss of a love,
a love too great to convey,

But with this loss of inner peace,
I find an understanding of life.

Behnd the Wall of Sleep/Wasp

Precious cups within the flower
deadly petals with strange power
faces shine a deadly smile
back up on you at your trial

Chill and numbs from head to toe
icy sun with frosty glow
Why'd you go reaching your sorrow?
why'd you go read no tomorrow

Feel your spirit rise with the priest
feel your body falling to its knees
Take your walk of remorse
take your body to a corpse
take your body to a corpse
take your body to a corpse
if you want all remorse
take your body to a corpse

Now from darkness

Loss of A Good Man

A loss of a good man.
By witness he takes death in his own hands.
No sorrow is felt.
No excitement is felt.
Nothing is felt again.
A rotten corpse with movements still intact
A soulless pact
The devil knows
He is running this mans show
With temptations of the heart
Stolen and broken
Crushed beyond the means of psychological recovery
He's no new discovery
He's both a victim and prey
Not for reasons that can be understood by you or me
He contemplates everything around him
With a complete and utter sensation of indifference
No one and nothing matters to him
He is the loss of another good man

Not All Losses Are Bad

Loss, most of the time bad. On occasion, great!

SOME TIME A LOSS CAN BE GOOD!

Can loss sometime be happy. You bet! Ask some
divorced couples.

The other guy had a loss and I won!

My ex had a loss, of most of our assets. Yes,
you guessed it, I got 'em!

Insurance companies, now there's some, that
many take great delight,
when they suffer a loss.

When the tax man does an audit, if they have
a loss, we have a win! (best kind of loss)

The person who brings suite against you,
suffers a loss. (Ain't that sweet?)

A hostile mother-in-law, suffers a loss,
when her daughter gets divorced.

When one experiences a weight loss.
Now that's something that would make
millions of people happy!

When the owner of your building, is deemed
to be, 'rent controlled, ' it brings a loss
to the greedy titleholder. (break out the champagne)

When the neighbor you hadn't spoken to for years,
has a loss, of the keys, to her car.

When the kid, who keeps running over your lawn,
with his bike, has a loss, of the two wheel monster.

When you child, who you love, but drives you nuts
with their loud music, has a broken stereo,
and a loss of music. (They're unhappy. You're ecstatic.)

When one has a loss of sleep, because their spouse
was amorous all night. (Ahhhh, the good old days.)

When your in-laws, prepare to come to your house,
for the first time, and have a loss of directions.

When your spouse, who cremates every barbecue
they ever handled, has a loss of the coals.
(Actually you hid them.)

When the know-it-all comes to your home, and
can't say a word, because they had a loss of
their dentures.

Remember...If you have a loss, sometime,
the loss is good!

My Loss

Watching as you drive away
Speed away so fast
Knowing something's different now
That ending was our last
Nothing describes the emptiness filled inside
Take me to that place
Where everything's fine
And not a worry in mind
Sweeter to the taste
This is my loss (my loss)
I did it wrong and i'd do it again
To be with you feels like the right thing
This is my loss (my loss)
I did it wrong and i try to pretend
That nothing's changed for all that you bring
For all that you bring
Simple is so complex now
So I understand
That I never thought that happy could be distraught
Help me if you can
This is my loss (my loss)
I did it wrong and i'd do it again
To be with you feels like the right thing
This is my loss (my loss)
I did it wrong and i try to pretend
That nothing's changed for all that you bring
Well I know I'm wrong
And you know I'm here
I don't want to let you disapear
What am I worth when your eyes were
Begging me in fear
I only want to see you again
And repair the wounds that brought me in
I don't want to think it won't happen again
This is my loss (my loss)
I did it wrong and i'd do it again
To be with you feels like the right thing
This is my loss (my loss)
I did it wrong and i try to pretend
That nothing's changed for all that you bring
For all that you bring
For all that you bring
For all you bring
