Interest lies in doing
You can run but will not do it for long.
You can jump but will not stand firm.
Can over power but fail to empower.
Ergo, stroll. You can feel the steps.
Stand. You can feel the earth.
Be receptive to the beauty of environs.
The interest is in doing, not in getting.
The pursuit, albeit unending, is worth the game.

Stand By Love
You know my heart beats rhythm and my dreams still take me higher
Ive travelled round the world but they cant cure my desire
The city looks pretty tonight
Hold on now lets go till morning
Get up on love and stand by me
Stand by love, stand by me
Im a shell shocked lover, under cover thats my game
Im your long lost brother, little sister whats your name
I feel so alone
Im stranded and so far from home Im calling

Give me one good reason why you dont come play with fire

Get Up, Stand Up
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: dont give up the fight!
Preacherman, dont tell me,
Heaven is under the earth.
I know you dont know
What life is really worth.
Its not all that glitters is gold;
alf the story has never been told:
So now you see the light, eh!
Stand up for your rights. come on!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: dont give up the fight!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: dont give up the fight!
Most people think,
Great God will come from the skies,
Take away everything
And make everybody feel high.
But if you know what life is worth,
You will look for yours on earth:
And now you see the light,
You stand up for your rights. jah!
Get up, stand up! (jah, jah!)
Stand up for your rights! (oh-hoo!)
Get up, stand up! (get up, stand up!)
Dont give up the fight! (life is your right!)
Get up, stand up! (so we cant give up the fight!)
Stand up for your rights! (lord, lord!)
Get up, stand up! (keep on struggling on!)
Dont give up the fight! (yeah!)
We sick an tired of-a your ism-skism game -
Dyin n goin to heaven in-a jesus name, lord.
We know when we understand:
Almighty God is a living man.
You can fool some people sometimes,
But you cant fool all the people all the time.
So now we see the light (what you gonna do? ),
We gonna stand up for our rights! (yeah, yeah, yeah!)
So you better:
Get up, stand up! (in the morning! git it up!)
Stand up for your rights! (stand up for our rights!)
Get up, stand up!
Dont give up the fight! (dont give it up, dont give it up!)
Get up, stand up! (get up, stand up!)
Stand up for your rights! (get up, stand up!)
Get up, stand up! ( ... )
Dont give up the fight! (get up, stand up!)
Get up, stand up! ( ... )
Stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up!
Dont give up the fight! /fadeout/

Stand in Faith
Stand in faith
Even when you can't see your way
Stand in faith
Even when you feel like you can't face another day
Stand in faith
Even when the tears want to flow from your eyes
Stand in faith
Knowing that our God will always provide
Stand in faith
Even when you feel that all hope is gone
Stand in faith
Knowing that He is always there for you to lean on
Stand in faith
Even when you feel like giving up
Stand in faith
Because He is there... saying, 'Just look up'
Stand in faith
Even in those times you feel so all alone
Stand in faith
Hold on and be strong, for He is still on the throne
Stand in faith
Even when it's hard to believe
Stand in Faith
Knowing that He can change your situation, suddenly
Stand in faith
Even in those times you feel it's hard to pray
Stand in faith
And believe that He has already made the way
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen
So stand in faith
Because you already have the victory!

The wise discriminates lanes.
Women may take interest in you
From proximity, in your neighborhood.
Roads to them are not leading to Rome.
They are dead end lanes in a hamlet.
Have a stroll for instant pleasure.

Way is the key.
Conduct yourself to be loved by the woman.
Imbue in her confidence. Stand for her honour.
Disseminate her blush. Overcome her fear.
She will not junk you in the game of love, it’s sure.

The message that I gave on the - on the steps today was that you need to stand for those things that are right and empower the individual. Believe in the power of one person. Don't believe that you can't do it. Everybody wants - everybody wants a shot. That we can all agree on. Beyond that, it becomes politics. I'm not talking politics.

Internal Light
Inside I am broken,
My internal light is out,
Inside my soul is burning,
And tossing all about,
Heavy are my heartbeats,
Like drumbeats dark and loud,
Covering my inner light,
Like a funeral shroud,
Deep within my emptiness,
I stand alone and firm,
Realizing all the while,
For pain, it is my turn,
I cannot stand to think too long,
Nor can I stand to feel,
This misery and discontent,
It all seems too unreal.

She can’t escape the boss’ love.
She loves a man under whom she works.
He is potent, kind and lenient.
Her husband will be tense to hear it.
Ergo, no woman speaks of him to her spouse;

Ergo Bibamus!
FOR a praiseworthy object we're now gather'd here,
So, brethren, sing: ERGO BIBAMUS!
Tho' talk may be hush'd, yet the glasses ring clear,
Remember then: ERGO BIBAMUS!
In truth 'tis an old, 'tis an excellent word,
With its sound so befitting each bosom is stirr'd,
And an echo the festal hall filling is heard,
A glorious ERGO BIBAMUS!
I saw mine own love in her beauty so rare,
And bethought me of: ERGO BIBAMUS;
So I gently approach'd, and she let me stand there,
While I help'd myself, thinking: BIBAMUS!
And when she's appeased, and will clasp you and kiss,
Or when those embraces and kisses ye miss,
Take refuge, till sound is some worthier bliss,
In the comforting ERGO BIBAMUS!
I am call'd by my fate far away from each friend;
Ye loved ones, then: ERGO BIBAMUS!
With wallet light-laden from hence I must wend.
So double our ERGO BIBAMUS!
Whate'er to his treasures the niggard may add,
Yet regard for the joyous will ever be had,
For gladness lends over its charms to the glad,
So, brethren, sing; ERGO BIBAMUS!
And what shall we say of to-day as it flies?
I thought but of: ERGO BIBAMUS
'Tis one of those truly that seldom arise,
So again and again sing: BIBAMUS!
For joy through a wide-open portal it guides,
Bright glitter the clouds, as the curtain divides,
An a form, a divine one, to greet us in glides,
While we thunder our: ERGO BIBAMUS!

Stand Alone
It’s easy to stand together
With the crowd and others.
It takes courage to stand alone.
Sometimes you have to stand alone;
To prove that you can still stand
And you still alive too.
Always stand firm
wherever you are
whatever you do
whenever you stand alone.

Stand By Me
When the night has come
And the land is dark
And the moon is the only light well see.
No, I wont be afraid,
No, I wont be afraid,
Just as long as you stand, stand by me.
And, darling, darling, stand by me,
Oh, now, now, stand by me,
Stand by me,
Stand by me.
If the sky that we look upon
Should tumble and fall,
And the mountain should crumble to the sea.
I wont cry, I wont cry,
No, I wont shed a tear
Just as long as you stand, stand by me.
And, darling, darling, stand by me,
Oh, stand by me,
Stand by me,
Stand by me,
Stand by me-ee, yeah.
Whenever youre in trouble, wont you stand by me?
Oh, now, now, stand by me,
Oh, stand by me,
Stand by me,
Stand by me.
Darling, darling, stand by me,
Please, stand by me,
Oh, stand by me,
Stand by me,
Stand by me.

Just Like You Do
(carly simon)
If you think youre alone
That youre the only one who is afraid
Let me tell you, I feel just like you do
And sometimes I stand back
>from desires and dreams I dont understand
They overwhelm me
I feel just like you do
(chorus)
I feel just like you do
I feel just like you do
Just like you do
Just like you do
I feel just like you do
Just like you do
I feel just like you do
And when it comes to love
You want me to be the one to say
The words: I love you
But I feel just like you do
But lets try to return
To that brave innocence we once knew
I wish you were an ocean
So I could jump into you
(chorus)

Eyes on path
.
I missed the ladders, skipped the snakes
And crawled up in the snake and the ladder game.,
Caught by the giant snake, I stumbled down,
Landing on its tail’s square, to lose the game.
Travel with faith on your path,
Vision on hope when on tunnel
And mind on events that are in hand.
You will have interest till end.

Empowerment of women
How can we arm the one who is already armed?
How can women empower themselves,
while already in power?
Her flesh is the ground and her love, the goal.
Every man’s aim is to play and earn her, the goal.
Her sex rules men. She, the ruler, makes men slave.
Battles were won and lost by men over women.
Men were dead for the women and by the women.
Women know they are rulers and men are cringers
Women are the cause of tussle; else peace will rule.
Sexuality and hedonism betoken woman’s power.
‘Still more’ means like arming elephants
with larger eyes.

Stand By Your Man
[LL Cool J]
Yeah this one goes out to all the ladies in the house
[LL Cool J]
I need two to stand by me when the chips are down and
Stick around while I defend my crown and
No sell-out, the chip is too rough and
I'll blow your skin to sofa, leave your mind to be tough
And I might seem rough but life is much rougher
To see success sometimes you gotta suffer
I need a woman that's stronger than material needs
And isn't motivated by green
Dry my tear-drops and feelin' my pain and
Watchin' my back while I strive to maintain and
Makin' love like a medicine doctor
I knew that she was bad from the day that I clocked her
[Chorus: Dawn Greene]
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby
[LL Cool J]
My enemies come and my break-bread's tough but
You recognize game from your eyes and walkin'
Baby ain't no way I'll let the vultures attack you
So I'll teach you the game and tell you how to react to
The conversation, sexy vibration
Visual stimulation, slick persuasion
Times are hard, I need a woman that rolls by God
And the only man she loves is Todd
But will you be around when the raindrops fallin'
Or could it be you never loved me at all and
I need a trooper, a soldier, a agent
I need someone who can roll with my arrangement
The reap reducer factor and
The Queen of the Universe, not an actor and
Standin' by her man till the end
Not only as a lover but a friend
[Chorus: Dawn Greene]
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby (yeah)
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby
[LL Cool J]
Man, do things get better?
We can look back at the whole aerators
Remember the times when they said I couldn't do it
But I was rougher than rough and baby you knew it and
You held back when your loved jobs called in
You had faith when they said they're not callin'
You understood that what we had was good
you stood by your man like a real queen should
That's why now I got you livin' your dream as
A beautiful wisdom, a part of my team and
As long as I live on this earth
Anything you want is what your loyalty's worth
[Chorus: Dawn Greene]
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby
(I wanna send this one out to all the ladies in the house)
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your man
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby, (word)
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your man (peace)
You got to stand by your baby
You got to stand by your man
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your man
Stand by your, man, stand by your man
You got to stand by your baby
You got to stand by your man
