Hierarchy
Intelligence does not scale
With seniority and experience.
Hierarchy adopted
Will cripple efficiency.

The plagues of an enterprise
Efficiency is not in proportion
To seniority or experience.
Loyalty is not a guarantee too.
Mind these factors when you start a venture.

Cripple Creek
1: well I married a wife in the month of june,
Married her up by the light of the moon.
We live down on cripple creek.
Weve been there about a week.
Chorus: Im a-goin down to cripple creek, Im goin on a run.
Goin down to cripple creek to have some fun.
Goin down to cripple creek, Im goin on a run.
Goin down to cripple creek to have some fun.
2: now cripple creek girls about half-grown,
Jump on a man like a dog on a bone.
Roll my pants up to my knees,
Cross on cripple creek a-when I please.
Chorus: Im a-goin down to cripple creek, Im goin on a run,
Goin down to cripple creek to have some fun.
Goin down to cripple creek, Im goin on a run.
Goin down to cripple creek to have some fun.
3: well Im goin to cripple creek, Im goin on a run.
Im a-goin to cripple creek to have some fun.
Chorus: Im a-goin to cripple creek, Im goin on a run,
Goin to cripple creek to have some fun.

I'm older. There's some sort of seniority. As a matter of fact, the seniority ebbs as you get older.

We need a number of solutions - we need more efficiency and conservation. Efficiency is a big one. I think car companies need to do a lot better in producing more efficient cars. They have the technology, we just need to demand them as consumers.

Quieted Lips
At one time,
He was rumored to be unqualified.
Not only is he qualified...
He puts others to shame.
With an intelligence,
They can not pay for...
Or claim.
And the more he and his name is known...
Many show,
They can not bow their heads
Low enough!
We are in the presence,
Of a high intelligence.
And this experience has quieted lips.
With the acceptance of those,
Who are aware of his higher consciousness.

Mental birth
Thought is broken into many levels and grades.
All men begin on, or near, the same point.
The only difference is the efficiency and where it stems from.
The 'smart, ' are efficient in multiple worldly ways.
The 'dumb' are efficient in ways the 'smart' cannot fathom.
'Average' is the point where efficiency is dependent upon immediate worldly needs.
'Retarded' people are those that grasp and maintain an efficiency held within,
One that man cannot explain because man is on a different, rudimentary plain.

The Committee's review of a series of intelligence shortcomings, to include intelligence prior to 9/11 and the pre-war intelligence on Iraq, clearly reveal how vital a diverse intelligence workforce is to our national security.

Steve Jobs being adopted
Steve Jobs being adopted had a great affect on him. It is no accident that he made the computer and later the smart phone irresistible. As an infant he had to sell himself, make something that was potentially great yet rejected acceptable, similar to what he did with the computer. No matter how good of adopted parent you have or are, there is always Miss-attunement. Good adoptive parent’s face it, except it and deal with it thus allowing their child to except this reality so they could cope with it in their own way. Most parents from the sixties and prior were like mine, they told their child that they were lucky they did not end up in an orphanage; most adopted children do not have a chance to sublimate their miss-attunement the way Steve Jobs did. He used his skills to transform the inaccessible and incomprehensible computer of his time into an instrument of freedom, of happiness, of creativity. Something as a child he could not experience directly from his parents.

Cripple Creek Ferry
Hey, hey cripple creek ferry
Butting through the overhanging trees
Make way for the cripple creek ferry
The waters going down its a mighty tight squeeze.
All alone the captain stands
Hasnt heard from his deck hands.
The gambler tips his hat and walks towards the door.
Its the second half of the cruise.
And you know he hates to lose.
Hey, hey cripple creek ferry
Butting through the overhanging trees
Make way for the cripple creek ferry
The waters going down its a mighty tight squeeze.

An Expense No One Can Afford
Prior to having experience,
Many had none.
With a willingness to comprehend,
What then in their minds did not exist.
And speeding today with such expansiveness.
Although those abundant with incompetence,
Are threatened and deny those who show...
More confidence, intelligence AND experience.
And in doing so prove their own ignorance is unlimited!
At an expense no one can afford yet accept the restrictions.

Adopted Sisters
This goes out to my two adopted sisters
JoAnn and Meggie
I love you both
I have two adopted sisters
and write with both of them.
One lives in America
and the other in the Philippines.
I worry about them all the time
like a big brother would do.
I talk to both whenever I can.
The difficulty I have
is the time difference
between us all.
One is five hours behind my time
and the other is seven hours ahead.
I have even known them
to be online at the same time
and I have had to talk
to both at the same time.
My fingers were working
overtime that night.
The sad part of my story is
that I have a real sister
who never talks to me,
but my adopted sisters
are more I feel like my family.
Although I have never met them,
I feel I know both of them so well.
They are always there for me
whenever I am down
as I am there for the both of them,
my lovely adopted sisters
Meggie and JoAnn.

The Constancy Of A Noble Purpose
how must i tell you again
it is not the intelligence but the
constancy of purpose
at first and then
you either do not listen when you
heard me clear or
you simply cannot accept it and
change
you believe always on intelligence
and so i watch you risk everything upon it
trying to explain every grain of sand
and there too many of them
and they invade your intelligence and
they bury it
then
finally killing you
suffocating you because the sands in their
constancy of purpose
never believe what intelligence
preaches and
bragged.
