Being ungrateful
I have got many things,
Movable and immovable,
Handed down from my forefathers.
Hardly do I feel any gratitude.
My son to me will be like that.

Gratitude is our most direct line to God and the angels. If we take the time, no matter how crazy and troubled we feel, we can find something to be thankful for. The more we seek gratitude, the more reason the angels will give us for gratitude and joy to exist in our lives.

Gratitiude
Good times gone but you missed them
What's gone wrong in your system
Things they bounce just like a spaulding
What'd you think you miss your calling
It's so free this kind of feeling
It's like life it's so appealing
When you got so much to say
It's called gratitude
Good times gone but you feed it
Hate's grown strong you feel you need it
Just one thing do you know
What you think that the world owes you
What's gonna set you free
Look inside and you'll see
When you got so much to say
It's called gratitude

I Am Quiet In Gratitude To God
I am quiet in gratitude to God
Saved again
Near tears in tears
Grateful to God
And trying within
To let the Gratitude be everything
And forget for a time
The fear that will return again-
Quiet in Gratitude to God
And wanting that Gratitude to be everything.

Love Is A Rock
My love is a rock, an immovable force
Anywhere that you are, my love is right here
With any tick of the clock
Life can change its course
But my love will not
My love is a rock
Headed out into uncharted waters
What you feel is your only guide
And each step that you take brings you closer
Just trust what you feel inside
Cause somethings telling you to keep on going
Telling you that your aim is true
Could be the voice of reason, or just blind devotion
Whatever it is, its calling out to you, singing....
Chorus
Mixed messages shoot through a wire
Tender turmoil in your voice
Change is spreading through you like a fire
Bridges are burning, you made your choice
And as youre searching for peace in your world
You may find yourself spinning around, and around, and around
While the pain youve endured
Only serves to make you surer
Of the strength you have found, and then....
Chorus
You may not be looking for love, but love may find you
You may choose to close your eyes and run
You may leave love far behind you
In your eyes I can see the future
In your heart I can always trust
In your mind I will live on forever
In your arms I will turn to dust
These are feelings like I have never known
The song of my very soul
I can no longer silently sing it
Im gonna take it to the mountain and let it roll singing.....
My love is a rock, an immovable force
Anywhere that you are, my love is right here
With any tick of the clock
Life can change its course
Some things are here and then gone before you know
Some things disappear without a chance to grow
But my love will not
My love is a rock

The Spirit Of St. Louis IV
In my consortium,
In my realm,
Born on Friday the 13th;
But i broke my right hand in primary three,
And today i am a left handed.
Thanks to my teacher who taught me to switch to the other hand,
And like the freat men and women in the land of plenty!
For my gifted talent had made me who i am today,
And like great men and women who were left handed.
A typical example if 'Albert Einstein' who brought about the Energy Theory,
And the world had come along with it!
Because, E=mc².
Bill Gate of the Microsoft fame is a left-handed,
President Obama of the U.S.A. is a left-handed,
Like the Day of the Left-Handed celebrated on the 13th of August;
So the dedication of this poem is for the left-handed.

Irresistable Force
In the name of love and life
Turn your face to the lonely night
But you're not alone when she calls you home
And this your world is on the edge
As good as lost but you know the way
Through this faceless town and she pulls me down
I know the place and the time (of our lives)
So long ago, and all through the years (never dies)
All things must pass
Irresistible force meets an immovable object and
Human animal madness and blood starts to flow
Invisible fingers and indescribable pleasure
I get to find my personal god
I get to find my personal god
God of love, God of gold
Ring of fire in the days of old
It's what I'm living for
And love's the only law
So answer mayday SOS
Search me north south east or west
It's all I miss, just the one last kiss
This is goodbye to the days (of our lives)
My fair-weather friend
I feel your sorrow and tears (they are mine)
I share to the end
Irresistible force meets an immovable object and
Human animal magic, how far can you go
The rolling of thunder and you decide what your after
I get to find my personal god
I get to find my personal god
I surrender all or nothing
You must spread your wings and fly
I know the place and the time (of our lives)
My fair-weather friend
I feel your sorrow and tears (they are mine)
I share to the end
When an irresistible force meets an immovable object
Human animal madness and blood starts to flow
There's bound to be a heartbreak
You make it the hard way
I surrender all or nothing
You must spread your wings and fly

humor ***** ART OF WAR
The book, the Art of War by Sun Zsu, had inspired a lot with my aunt especially when she came acrossed the highlighted points of the book,
' ferocious as the fire, silent as the forest, immovable as the mountain, fast as the wind.'
She implanted those thoughts on her son for his everyday real battle in life but it went in different direction:
Fire: her son became a hot-tempered fellow
Forest: he loved messy things and untidy
Mountain: yes immovable as the laziest guy on earth
Wind: full of airy thoughts son and with empty head
My aunt was totally disappointed. She thought her son would be like Napoleon Bonaparte, Mao Zedung, Adolf Hitler and others who once treasured the book, the Art of War.

The Go - Between
must i tell you that we have arrived
at the same frame? the irresistible force
has arrived at the
immovable wall and then
you, heroine, horse,
goddess, magic wand,
chalk,
whatever you pretend to be
or want to impress
us to be,
the solver of the problem
the conflict mediator
buffering medium
it's been years and we are at a stalemate
invite us, and we shall not attend
if i were the immovable
the other is the irresistible
are you angry? or plain crazy?
this is the old war, as old as a shell
and as crazy as hell
you go between, you are nothing at all,
you have become
our common enemy, now.

Qualifications for gratitude
To load off what is not required,
What is in excess or a burden,
What turned stale or left over,
Or what cannot be carried with
Will not account for gratitude.
What is given for a gain,
From fear or under duress
Also will not count for gratitude.
To bequeath at the end of life
Also does not earn gratitude.

I cannot pluck fruits without penny;
I cannot get water without penny;
I cannot go to toilet without penny.
Nor do I get bed without penny;
nor do I get woman free.
I've been robbed of my right on the earth
Which is mine by virtue of my birth,
unlike my stoneage forefathers.

To love you enough
Unless you share the trouble of the one
Who loves you enough,
You will fail to give the one a chance
To love you enough.
Unless you show your gratitude to the one
Who loves you enough,
You will fail to give the one a chance
To love you enough.
To share the burden and show gratitude
Are the two axis of the human cart.

No Matter Where You Look, You Always Find Something
at the start you find things with your hand
the baby that grabs whatever and takes it to his mouth
we begin that way
always
then we are fed up with our hands
we begin to take things with our minds
we read and we make the immovable move
we imagine
we stretch our minds that far enough
until we bleed
it is not the usual blood that we see dripping
it is not thick and red at all
it is the dripping of pain
our hands have become failures
our minds are shortcomings
our feet drag and stamp and wanting to go
we look for something that we do not know
we have this premise
when we knock the door shall be opened
when we ask so we shall receive
when we seek soon shall we find
we found something in the flesh
and we feel so disappointed
we try to find something for our soul
and we feel this despair
cramped in the room
we think some more on that premise
seek, seek, and seek
perhaps we shall find......

Julius Caesar won many wars for Rome.
Rome was ungrateful to grant him death.
Sam Maneksaw won a great war for India
India was ungrateful to ignore his death.
No heads, of the ministry or the army,
Partook in his sidelined funerals.
Must we do extraordinary things,
Expecting any eternal gratitude?

We are in 2008 and,
We are still fighting among ourselves;
This is year 2008 and,
We still kill each other with bombs!
We are in 2008 and,
We are still naked in the forest;
Year 2008 with the Olympic Games held in China and,
We still go to war!
We are in 2008 and,
We do claim to be the best of the human ever lived;
But, how many bombs have we thrown to each other?

Thankfulness is the beginning of gratitude. Gratitude is the completion of thankfulness. Thankfulness may consist merely of words. Gratitude is shown in acts.

Everyday
Everyday we reach out to someone we hold dear.
Everyday we try to make our feelings clear.
We tell them that we love them,
always want them by our side
to have and to hold forever,
through times of happiness
and times of heartaches and pain.
Everyday we express our gratitude
to having them close at hand.
Whether it be with our words
or with gestures with our hands.
Everyday we do these things
always hoping the recipient understands.

Anonymous Letter Left At The Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier, Memorial Day 2010
Upon this day of poignant reflection, we are humbled by your sacrifice;
No measure of recompense doth any possess which may serve to satisfice-
Our very liberty hath been your precious gift-your dutiful life, its price-
Our humble gratitude is all we have, no manner of quittance would suffice!
Our Forefathers advented Liberty, yet your loss saw to its abiding;
Countless men and women still, much like you, cease its subsiding;
Your life of honor and duty, for country-this shall ne'er perish-
In our hearts and minds, upon this day and all others, we cherish
Every solitary liberate moment, which you have given and ensured;
The most selfless sacrifice-your safeguard guaranteed Liberty endured!
'I can not say and I will not say that he is dead - He is just away! ' **
You live still; Your dutiful life inspires men and women to this very day;
The obligation owed to you is immeasurable-words may ne'er convey
Our gratitude for your service and sacrifice-though we endeavor all we may!
