Beauties of the world

Beauties unheard are numerous.
The heard are such as Helen of Troy,
Sakuntala and Cleopatra.

Beauties unseen are countless.
Those seen are such as Aiswraya Roy,
Jacqueline Kennedy and Marlin Monroe.

Beauties untouched are numberless.
The touched are such as the spouse,
The beloved ones and harlots.

Ability to see beauty
In women and get obsessed with it
Is the prerogative of man.

Tri-women

Oorvasy is tempting;
Janaky lacks pleasing;
Sakuntala is the both.

Oorvasi lacks love;
Janaky lacks lust;
Sakuntala has the both.

Of oorvasi you’re tired;
Of janaky you’re bored;
Of sakuntala you’re stirred.

You’re mad of oorvasi;
You’re proud of janaky;
You’re glad of sakuntala.

Oorvasi is a waterfall;
Janaky is a pond;
Sakuntala is a river.

Flirt with Oorvasi,
Consort with Janaky,
If not done with Sakuntala

Beauty lies in the skill of author.

Sakuntala was most beautiful.
No heroine was as beautified as she.
Poet Kalidasa was at his best
When he wrote of Sakuntala,
Her look, her curve, her verve.
Was she that much beautiful
Or was he that much skillful?
Heroines are made enormous
To show the prowess of the writers.

There are beauty queens like Marlin Monroe,
Who have not been crowned Miss World or so.
There are titled beauties unsung there from.
Attractions defy beauty grammar framed.

Pride Of Africa

I can hear and see clear
I can see the signs of cascading black waterfalls
Drizzling our soil with dazzling beauties
Charming sight to behold like a bouncing breast
Beauty in black
Beauty so unique
And beauty second to none
I can hear and see clear
A beauty best known to the diamond merchants
Not to the lay man who easily pick on street
I can hear and see clear
A sound of beating black drums
And a singing of a dulcet black voice
Coming from gently all the sides
Like cold gentle breezes blowing
from atlantic ocean
So cool and gentle
A black beauty carefully composed in black
Sparking lightenings across the globe
Just a bright-black skin and a green soil
As agents of beauties that brighten the world
It is nature's gifts that can't be changed
Beauties of intelligents
Beauties of creativities
And beauties of cultures
That is black in beauty
A beauty beaming even in the dark
For all to see and to believe
For all to taste and appreciate
That is black beauty
The prides of Africa....

Beauties You Have Given

LORD you hold my heart in your hand
of my life you're in command.
you've been with me from my birth
teaching and guiding me so that i can see
all the beauties that you have given me.

i turn and look all around
of beauties lost and beauties found.
the beauty of the sunrise in the early hours
the openings of all the flowers.

the smells of the grass ever so green
and everything else in between.
the oceans, the rivers, the mountaintops too
all of this was made by you.

the animals, the plants, and crops galore
is everything that we've been searching for.

we have food to eat and water to drink.
we even have a bathroom sink.

we have roofs over our heads to keep us dry
if off our butts we get up to try.
we see new life spring up every day
in every form and every way.

watching the reflections of the sun upon the waters
and the sands upon the beach
and boys and girls jumping into it
finding a bit of relief

these are just a few of the beauties that i see
and i'm sure that you have seen
just as much as me.

enjoy all the beauties that surround our lives
and if your with the one you love
then it's twice as nice.

Thirsts modulate cries

That time when John Keats and Kalidas lived
Women were not that sophisticated,
That exposed to men and that liberal.
Had Keats and Kalidas lived this time
Things would not have been different
In their expression of lust for women

As men are not as thirsty and starving
As they were that time. Thirsts modulate cries.

Terse Verse

Terse little verse, gold from beauties purse
In my soul thou so give
And on its worth my life I live
Terse little verse, gold from beauties purse
Love is a morsel of thine treasure
In one ounce is my immense pleasure
Terse little verse, gold from beauties purse
Sing like a muse
and in poetry fuse
my soul into verse from beauties purse

The Meek Shall Inherit

Women are searching for their own identities
And rightfully so.
They contribute so much- and that we all know.
From the laymen positions to the greatest professions
To do good is their obsession.

Business women, doctors, lawyers too
They know exactly what they have to do.
Perseverance is the key
To reach their dreams, their realities.

They say the meek shall inherit the earth
Women are taking it for all its worth.
Women do not want to be superior to men
But they don’t want to be inferior neither.

(note: if the lord did take a rib from man to create women
(and as men we do everything to protect our bodies
(that rib also protects us from internal injuries)

If the roles were reversed- what would you do?
Wouldn’t you want recognition too.

In some countries women must cover
Themselves from head to toe.
Then what do they look like? You’ll never know!
Why should they cover what GOD has given
Women s beauties is what makes this life worth living!
The outer beauty may be covered
But the inner beauties have yet to rise.
It can not be covered with any disguise.

Women are not as weak as we think them to be
They have more strength than we could see.
Can men endure the pains of birth as women do?
To all women: “ my hat is off to you”.

The meek shall inherit the earth
I believe it to be true!
BUT MAYBE! It’s the peacemakers?
I’ve thought about that too.

My Daily Walk With GOD

i did my walk today
a mile and a half each way
it may not be much to the younger generation
but! it fills me with exhilaration.

the walk opens my mind so it can see
all the beauties that GOD gave to me.

and as i do my daily walk
people will stop to talk
we'll talk about the beauty of the day
and it seems that time slips away.

when i get back to the house
i have a confrontation with my spouse.
'what took you so long, and where did you go
or is it that you're walking slow'

the arguing is not a beauty to me
it is just a mystery.
why is health so hard to understand
it is giving us a helping hand.
to live and see what the LORD has provided
this is HIS word, you can not hide it.

do for yourself and I will help you
'this is so very true'
put your faith in the LORD above
for HE has given us perfect love.

i am filled with sensation
of GODS beauties and creations
so i do my daily walk
and with HIM i will talk.

The Beauty of You

In solitary I sit, and look at the stars
Reminded each moment, you are not far.

All of lifes beauties, one can't compare
To the one in my life, in which I most care.

Of all the worlds flowers, and all the sunsets
One could spend hours, and live in regret.

For what they most seek, is beauty unseen
A beauty so real, it is desired by Queens.

This beauty I know, I've found it in you
A beauty so deep, it is nothing but true.

The Questions

In a dream GOD asked me:
What does life mean to you?
I came up with the answer that
Most would normally say and do.
“ THE FIVE SENSES”
But that’s not true!

Living and enjoying the beauties
That GOD has provided to us.
The sun, the stars, the oceans, the moon
The grass, the trees,
And his lips as he kisses us
In a soft gentle breeze.

The love that he has given us
To share with all the rest
The beauties inside of us
Which is his very best.

The strength inside of us to smile
Laugh, joke, and play
This is with us every day.
Then he gave us a mind to use
We could use it if we choose.

Then another question he put to me:
How would you live, if with all
These things, I did not give?

I thought about this long and hard.

‘ there would be nothing that we could do
If we chose not to follow you. ‘

The past and the future have no bearings.

How many beauties have lived!
How many wonders have happened!
How many inventions and ruins!
This is before my birth took place.

How many beauties would arrive!
How many wonders would happen!
How many inventions and ruins!
This is after my death takes place.

I live and leave unaffected
By the time past and future.

My Daughter

you are my daughter, my everything.
you mean more than the world to me.

you captured my heart at your birth
and removed all my inner hurt.

you softened my heart to the
beauties of the world.
you are my little girl.

you are the one who set me free
and made a man/woman out of me.

you showed me that responsibility
was buried deep inside of me.

you showed me the beauties
that a daughter could bring

and taught my heart how to sing.

Woman’s beauty nonplusing

The beauty of women is a deadly, lethal weapon.
No sages, no emperors were spared.
Meneka sent Biswamitra insane.
Tomb of Begum Mumtaj is the world wonder.
War was bought on Chittoor Rani Padmini.
Rani Gayatri Devi of Jaipur swayed by her beauty.
Marlin Manro, Shophia Loron, countless women
Stood by their beauties and made havoc on men.

To beautify Indian women, were prescribed sola [sixteen]singara.
Bindi- on forehead to point out the third eye.
Necklace- to bring to view neck down.
Eardrops- to tantalize the viewers.
Flowers- to contrast the hue of the hair.
Bangles- to demand a hold of the hand.
Armlet- to invite an embrace.
Ring- to invite to clasp.
Waistband- to narrow the waist.
Anklet- to vibrate lustful sound.
Kohl- to catch the eyes by the eyes.
Toe-ring- to make one look from below.
Henna- to take to one’s lips.
Atter- to retain the embrace.
Turmeric paste- to velvetize the skin.
Upper garment- to contour the breast.
Lower garment- to project the belly.

Notable absence is the nose-stud,
the great sexual stimulant.
Modern women dispensed with them all
Save skimpy clothes,
Which we have learnt to be stimulated by.

Some Days

SOME DAYS I’M TOO TIRED TO BE INSPIRED
AND SOME DAYS I’M QUICK AS A WINK
WHEN I DON’T HAVE TO THINK.
THE THOUGHTS WILL FLOW LIKE WINE IN A GLASS
SHOWING THE PRESENT, FUTURE AND THE PAST.
IT IS NOT REALLY HARD TO DO
IF TO YOURSELF YOU BE TRUE.
LOOK AND LISTEN TO EVERY SIGHT AND SOUND
IT WILL PICK YOU UP AND PUT YOU DOWN.
TO ALL THE BEAUTIES THAT CAN BE FOUND.
PUTTING ALL YOUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS
AND DREAMS ON PAPER
NOTHING CAN BE MUCH SAFER.
YOU TELL OF STORIES THAT THEY
NEVER HEARD OF, OR DARED TO DREAM
INTO A FEW LINES.
AND IN THEIR MINDS WILL LAST
FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
WHEN THOSE “ SOME DAYS “ COME TO YOU
AND YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
SIT AND WRITE JUST A FEW LINES
THEN YOU’LL SEE YOU HAVE THE TIME.
TIME TO ENJOY ALL THE BEAUTIES
THAT SURROUND YOUR LIFE
WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS, HUSBAND AND WIFE.
