What is a Friend?

True friends will never let each other down
True friends will tell each other when they are right or wrong
True friends listen to their problems without casting judgment
True friends are never afraid to tell you like it is

A true friend knows when to say no
A true friend will never flop you
A true friend will be supportive of all you do
A true friend will be there to dry your weeping eyes

A true friend will lend a shoulder for you to cry on

A SIMPLE friend has never seen you cry...
A TRUE friend has her shoulders wet because of your tears...

A SIMPLE friend does not know your parents' names...
A TRUE friend has all their numbers in her phone...

A SIMPLE friend brings a bottle of wine to your party...
A TRUE friend comes early to help you get everything ready and leaves late because she stayed to help you clean...

A SIMPLE friend hates it when you call and she was about to go to sleep...
A TRUE friend asks you why you why you took so long to call...

A SIMPLE friend will talk to you about your problems...

what is a true friend

A true friend is someone special for me
A true friend is someone to be protected with
A true friend is someone to cry and try again with
A true friend can sometimes understand you
better than anyone else can.
A true friend is there for you in good times and bad.
Some true friends are so close
some are far apart.
Some people think a true friend is just a friend
But my true friend is more than that

Acquaintances are many but friends are very rare
For with a true and trusting friend your secrets you can share
Your friend will comfort you and advise you and you will not betray

What happened to my friend?

I have a friend who cannot walk

The number of friends you have in your life does seem all up to you
