Aging thickens ego
To an oak seedling, even a shrub looks huge.
To a seasoned oak, even a banyan is dwarf.
One’s age advancing, heroes are disappearing.
The aging gives the ego thickenings.

Banyan Tree
Banyan tree, banyan tree
that century old banyan tree
standing grandeurly for us to see
banyan tree, banyan tree.
Cool breeze passing through
seeking blessings of banyan tree
branches shaking in approval
banyan tree, banyan tree.
Glassy green with majestic trunk
touching the earth, not breaking free
shelter home for different birds
banyan tree, banyan tree.
Yellowish streaks, some with reddish tinge
welcome every season with a glee
symbol of eternal life
banyan tree, banyan tree.
Shedding leaves, like tears falling
a grandfather lamenting on its knees
new plants cuddling around
banyan tree, banyan tree.
Lord Buddha became its buddy
meditation was the only key
peace you get underneath
that is why it is banyan tree.
Banyan tree, banyan tree
wish fullfilling, it is banyan tree
just pray here and let you see
Banyan tree, banyan tree.
A life giver and just for free
Banyan is my national pride
preserve these at any cost
don't commit a homicide?
God blessed us with banyan tree
heat absorbing banyan tree
has healing powers this banyan tree
banyan tree, banyan tree.

Neanthe Bella
Neanthe Bella, beautiful dwarf,
Beautiful from birth.
Glorious woman in green.
Fan dancer,
Seductress,
Wild,
Exotic,
Mysterious,
And unique.
Neanthe bella, beautiful dwarf,
Unlike,
All others.
Delicate,
Fragile,
So feminine.
Never aging,
Always,
Shy,
Reserved,
A queen,
Among the rest.
Though,
Small,
And meek,
Thine beauty is,
Beyond compare.
Neanthe Bella, beautiful dwarf.

Sonnet: On Comparison
Compare ’tween nearly equal personnel,
Who art almost alike in every way;
Compare you can’t a devil with angel
Or darkness with sunlight nor night with day!
Equate not ocean vast with small a sea;
The brine with sweet-smelling Rose essence;
How can a giant’s girth and property,
Ev’r match a dwarf and sense equal non-sense?
A Banyan-tree has mighty growth to make;
A shrub remains always a plant so small;
No one compares a puddle with a lake:
A pigmy horse with giraffe’s stature tall!
Two things of nearly similar proportions
Can be compared in akin situations.

Sex Dwarf
Isn't it nice
Sugar and spice
Luring disco dollies to a life of vice
I could make a film and make you my star
You'd be a natural the way you are
I would like you on a long black leash
I would parade you down the high street
You've got the attraction, you've got the pulling power
Walk my little doggy, walk my little sex dwarf
we could make a scene
We'd be a team
Making the headlines sound like a dream
When we hit the floor you just watch them move aside
We will take them for a ride of rides
They all love your minature ways
You know what they say about small boys
Yeah
Sex dwarf
Sex dwarf
Aaah...
I'm in my jaguar
Look it's so huge
It's big and gold with my dumb chauffeur
Looking to procure
Run little doggy, lure a disco dolly
Run my little sex dwarf, I feel so lonely
Get my little camera, take a pretty picture
Sex dwarf
In a gold rolls
Making it with the dumb chauffeur
Isn't it nice
Sugar and spice
Luring disco dollies to a life of vice
Sex dwarf
Isn't it nice
Luring disco dollies to a life of vice
Sex dwarf
Ah ah
Sex dwarf
Ah ah
Yeah
Mmmmm... aah...
We could make an outfit for my little sex dwarf
To match my gold rolls and my dumb chauffeur
We look so good, we'll knock 'em cold
Knocking 'em cold, in black and gold
We can have playtime in my playroom
Disco dollies, my sex dwarf
And my dumb chauffeur
Yeah
I would like you on a long black leash
You can bring me all the things I need
Sex dwarf
Isn't it nice
Luring disco dollies to a life of vice
Yes!
Sex dwarf
Sex dwarf
Ah ah
Sex dwarf
Oohh... sex dwarf

Songs To Aging Children Come
Through the windless wells of wonder
By the throbbing light machine
In a tea leaf trance or under
Orders from the king and queen
Songs to aging children come
Aging children, I am one
People hurry by so quickly
Dont they hear the melodies
In the chiming and the clicking
And the laughing harmonies
Songs to aging children come
Aging children, I am one
Some come dark and strange like dying
Crows and ravens whistling
Lines of weeping, strings of crying
So much said in listening
Songs to aging children come
Aging children, I am one
Does the moon play only silver
When it strums the galaxy
Dying roses will they will their
Perfumed rhapsodies to me
Songs to aging children came
This is one

Little Comfortable
The prepared bed
The warm food
The fresh cloth
Man sometimes doesn’t realize
There’s a ‘dwarf’ that helps in daily life
The tidy room
The clean toilet
The washed dishes
Man sometimes doesn’t remember
There’s a ‘dwarf’ that makes those comfort
The welcome greet
The opened door
The safe night
Man sometimes doesn’t appreciate
There’s a ‘dwarf’ that keeps in watch
The quiet listener
The secret keeper
The pathfinder
Man sometimes doesn’t regard
There’s a ‘dwarf’ that gives those comfort

The Seedling
AS a quiet little seedling
Lay within its darksome bed,
To itself it fell a-talking,
And this is what it said:
'I am not so very robust,
But I'll do the best I can;'
And the seedling from that moment
Its work of life began.
So it pushed a little leaflet
Up into the light of day,
To examine the surroundings
And show the rest the way.
The leaflet liked the prospect,
So it called its brother, Stem;
Then two other leaflets heard it,
And quickly followed them.
To be sure, the haste and hurry
Made the seedling sweat and pant;
But almost before it knew it
It found itself a plant.
The sunshine poured upon it,
And the clouds they gave a shower;
And the little plant kept growing
Till it found itself a flower.
Little folks, be like the seedling,
Always do the best you can;
Every child must share life's labor
Just as well as every man.
And the sun and showers will help you
Through the lonesome, struggling hours,
Till you raise to light and beauty
Virtue's fair, unfading flowers.

Only The Ones Who Continually Count Their Blessings
Why is it when one is young,
Aging is something believed...
No one wants to get done.
I've had my share of bouts with doubts.
Praying my advancing age...
Would not be so obvious.
Or in public be announced,
To be shouted out.
As I made attempts not to appear,
Like I was not experiencing a mid-life crisis.
But,
I've earned this.
I had to awaken to admit it!
I've EARN THIS!
Every bit of it and proud.
I have managed to do some things I dared.
With challenges and obstacles,
To prove a faith had pulled me through...
Mucho grief!
With just some of it shared.
Not all.
I don't want to scare the few people I know,
Away!
There's already been an acceptance,
Of my mentioned dysfunctions.
Why blow it on a 'show and tell' demonstration?
Some boundaries should be kept limited.
And imagined.
Why is it when one is young,
Aging is something believed...
No one wants to get done.
I've had my share of bouts with doubts.
Praying my advancing age...
Would not be so obvious.
Or in public be announced,
To be shouted out.
As I made attempts not to appear,
Like I was not experiencing a mid-life crisis.
I use to fear aging before I understood it.
Only the ones who continually count their blessings,
Can appreciate a few aches and pains...
And associate 'that' with being grateful to feel them.
Only the ones who continually count their blessings,
Can appreciate a few aches and pains...
And associate 'that' with being grateful to feel them.
And I'll keep that repeated to myself,
As a reminder.
Sometimes this self motivation business,
Does get old and tired.
But a blessing to live to get done.
You never know who's listening,
When confessions are being made.

Averment of truth
Don’t say that one is black that one is though.
Don’t say that one is dwarf that one is though.
Say that one is fair or flair though one isn’t.
Averment of truth will not earn you friends.

Here In Higglytown
(Theme to Higglytown Heroes)
Here in Higglytown
Things all jump around
Just like the Higglytown heroes
(Our heroes)
They all work together
Making fun together
Come see the Higglytown heroes
Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle, Kip and Fran
All hop and pop around
Soon they'll learn about real heroes
Who and why and how
Now
Here in Higglytown
We'll all jump around
And meet the Higglytown heroes
(Our heroes)
We'll all work together
Having fun together
With all the Higglytown heroes
Let's all play together
Save the day together
Come join the Higglytown heroes

Heroes
Written by david bowie
I I wish you could swim
Like the dolphins
Like dolphins can swim
Though nothing
Will keep us together
We can beat them
For ever and ever
Oh we can be heroes
Just for one day
I
I will be king
And you
You will be queen
Though nothing will
Drive them away
We can beat them
Just for one day
We can be heroes
Just for one day
I I can remember
Standing
By the wall
And the guns
Shot above our heads
And we kissed
As though nothing could fall
And the shame
Was on the other side
Oh we can beat them
For ever and ever
Then we can be heroes
Just for one day
We could be heroes
We could be heroes
We could be heroes
We could be heroes just one day

A Flower To Auroville Mother-57
Campbell's Magnolia(Magnolia campbelli)
Dwarf Magnolia(Cempaka Telur, Magnolia coco)
Temple Magnolia(Magnolia doltsopa)
Banana Shrub(Magnolia figo)
Magnolia(Southern magnolia, Magnolia grandiflora)
Egg Magnolia(Magnolia liliifera)
Lily Magnolia(Magnolia lilliflora)
Saucer Magnolia(Magnolia x soulangiana)
Disparity is not His intention
For creation all beauty adorned
Painting different here and there
Passion for His colourful creation
So is Magnolia big and florescent
Champak white and yellow hale here
Cream and pink there purplish pale
Leaves large elliptic, oblong, obovate
Born are big in blossoms dignified
For His praises glorious colourful
Born are dwarf fragrant strong high
For His praises vast wide in demand
So not atall disparity His intention
Even Temple Magnolia can ascertain
On par all Himalayan with the southern
Magnolias pretty beauty for His creation

I See My Friends Aging
I see my friends aging
Slower in all they do-
The wrinkles and the hesitations before not remembering,
The difficulties in things done so easily once-
I see my friends aging
Sicker and sadder
Their eyes in some strange distance-
Some of them courageous
With plans and trips and grandchildren,
Endlessly going and doing
And being the best they can-
I see my friends aging
And wonder how long I too can pretend
Its still alright-
At this time of life
Time is cruel
And we are going only one way-
I see my friends aging
And I will soon if I am still here
Walker cane wheelchair
Be ancient too.

Heroes 2
When we were children
we all knew what we wanted to be.
We wanted to follow
in the footstep of our favourite hero.
Our heroes came from noble stock
and stood above the rest.
We wanted to grow up like them
walking tall through the world.
At a certain age reality kicks in
and we become who we are.
It is a lot different than
those heroes we used to adore.
We learn that heroes
are not such a special breed.
We pass hundreds of them everyday
and we fail to recognise them.
They have no super powers
or logos on their chest.
They dress like you and me
in tee-shirt and jeans
and when the chips are down.
A stranger will save the day
and then when everything has died down
the stranger will be on their way.

Your Visit With Aging
I don't know why,
You believed I was older than you.
I use to be.
But you and aging have become much closer.
And it seems as if you have been convinced,
To interpret every year you have lived as a struggle.
I'm not trying to interpret my life that way at all.
When aging came to visit me,
I told it to make itself at home.
And if I choose to do what I please...
I'm not making an effort to be rude.
But neither am I going to sit with it to reminisced,
The good old days.
Too much everyday for me is new!
And...
I didn't feel I had to excuse myself from it to explore.
I just do.
You on the other hand...
Seem to want to impress aging,
As a depiction you believe is an acceptable process.
Hey,
We all have our interpretations.
However...
Yours appears to be a bit exaggerated.
But I aint mad at you!
What your visit with aging is like.

In My Advancing Years
And,
In my advancing years...
Those struggles I feared,
Are memories of my past.
I ask and I've kept,
That peace of mind once out of my reach.
I desire more to explore,
A life now I've allowed to teach.
Instead of a search I keep,
In continued excuses met to refuse...
A life given to me.
And one I discovered I like,
In my advancing years.
And,
In my advancing years...
Tears that once flowed,
For those I miss so much in my life.
Today,
I've come to realize my life should be lived...
And not to fight,
Against...
The acceptance of surprises.
And I should stop sitting on a fence
In those disguises to hide.
In my advancing years,
I've learned to dance...
Until the music stops.
And I'm no longer here...
To hear as clear as I do now.
With ears that will be silenced.
And I should not wait,
Or anticipate the outcome.
But I will instill adventure.
In my advancing years uncensored.

Your Hero
The heroes of the masses they live for their renown
And the masses create their heroes and then drag their heroes down
And the masses are unpredictable they change from day to day
And some of their heroes like the Autumn flowers are quick to fade away.
Yet there are millions of unsung heroes and they live on every street
And every day a hero I feel privileged to meet
True heroes male and female yet by the masses unsung
The World is full of heroes of heroes old and young.
Some heroes of the masses are arrogant and proud
And their egos over-swollen from the adulation of the crowd
But give me the unsung heroes who go their own quiet way
Who out of the kindness of their hearts perform one good deed every day.
Many heroes of the masses are not heroes to me
Though every day I walk the street some true hero I do see
Your hero is chauffeur driven and drinks the most expensive wine
And you can have your hero but your hero isn't mine.

In the Company of Heroes
In the Company of Heroes
The 506th is aging
Passing into history
Dick Winters now has fallen in
with Easy Company.
He did not like to speak of war,
once He was safely home.
-Excepting at reunions
Or, infrequently, by phone.
Still the story needs be told
to the generations next:
How they parachuted into France,
How they fought Hitler’s best.
How many left their youth behind
In hedgerows or in fields,
Or in the snow around Bastogne
which they refused to Yield.
He was the biggest brother.
He commanded Easy well.
He had the gift of leading men-
They would follow him to Hell..
He never wanted medals
Or acclaim for what he’d done.
In the company of heroes,
He never boasted he was one.
Some are old and crippled,
some forever young.
In that company of heroes
Each man did what must be done.
Somewhere Easy Company
is gathered all around.
As they place Dick Winters in the ground
Let a mournful trumpet sound.
