A woman’s wants
Men must have a sense of humour
To corner a woman’s fevour.
She responds to the alert head.
Men must have a mind of toughness.
She responds to the strong mind.
Being handsome is of no use.

Helpmeet for M 'lady Ann
I don’t pretend to understand
the workings of a woman’s mind.
It is much easier I find
to let her know she can command
My full attention when she needs
someone to listen to her woes
and this apparently succeeds.
Though why or how no man can know.
She doesn’t want solutions
she merely wants to ventilate.
(A fact few men appreciate)
until her fit of blues is gone.
The female mind’s a mystery
which responds well to sympathy.

Not Having Obtained The Much Needed Kiss
she is hugless and i am briefless
she is far away from the clutches of my arms
i send my pic hugging the air
she responds by saying she is feeling hot and sexy in there
i send another pic
i am kissing my own lips. How dare? How could i ever do such thing?
Narcissus. Jesus!
she responds, you are a good model for organic farming,
i look like shit. She ends it.

Believers In Other Faiths
Most Christians
believers
in other faiths
also only
wish to hear
what they
want to believe.
Individuals
the world over
tailor belief
to personal
needs desires
hopes dreams
expectations.
Prayer for self
or for others?
Both choice needs
are appropriate
in circumstances
ranging from normality
to extreme emergency.
God listens
responds
according
to true needs
lifetime plans
responds firmly
in need eternity.

Id and super ego
Senses demand; mind responds.
Mind screen demands; id supports senses.
Super ego judges id and when it fails,
Guilt engulfs the ego.

What, if she has been free?
What, if she had a crush for someone?
What, if she had courtship with someone?
What, if she had bodily contact with someone?
What, if she had slept with someone?
As long as she has had passion for me
And responds to my advances
I don’t find any itch in having her.

Woman’s Love Is Special
Man’s desire for woman is casual.
Woman’s desire for man is special.
Woman responds to man from gratitude,
From pity or for a future.

Be her superior
A woman is not inclined
To set her eyes on a man
She considers as inferior.
A woman is not in fevour
Of a man less intelligent.
Men must note these facts
Before they fall in love
To avert disaster after marriage.

Not now, I'm busy
`
shadowed
in early evening's
darkened corner
his smile
responds to your
gruff remark
and you
do not see
the tear
rolling
from his cheek
he turns
the faintest hint
of sadness
cloaks his eye

Corner Of My Mind
I can see a man
Walk away and bend his head
He won't turn around
And there is her mom
Lookin' desperate and sad
And night is slowly fallin' down
In a corner of my mind
I can feel the time rewind
A little girl who stands there cryin'
Her little hopes are dying
In a corner of my mind
Are the tears i left behind
Just memories of a stolen heaven
Gone away forever
Lots of dreams that once were mine
I can always find
In a corner of my mind
And that little girl
In a ragged yellow skirt
She looks very scared
Hears her mother say
Girl - don't wanna see you hurt
He's gone - but he will always care
In a corner of my mind ...

Sonnet 2
my mind's eye from outer eye remove.
make senseless the argument of sense
that beauty not subject to sense prove
nor object to time that takes you hence.
then, mind from eye withdrawn,
in dark, sense may shine bright
and mind itself your beauty form,
forming mind to your illuminate.
but not thought's sense to hear
nor sense of mind in sense feel,
dimensional sight and intelligent ear
bereft of mind from mind would reel.
no war between your feature and form
exists except in eye - that does harm.

Nimble Mind
It requires a nimble mind to conserve one’s strength,
Hardened by a ready wit, the body can adjust its wavelength.
The strong set of shoulders are what it takes,
Believe me, the words are strong when the word makes.
A head is the good of the soul, the very heart
Bleating like the lamb’s, forcing the part.
We believed in nights of continuous blackness
To alert the help of friends who worked with abruptness.
The nimbleness of a mind shall be with an able-bodied man,
Whose acid is made on an appetite of his clan.

Men as judged by women
A civilized woman in a civilized man
Expects a sense of humour, compassion and
An analytical mind, not a judgmental,
As sexually attributing qualities.

Futility
Idealists speak out all day
And wonder why the worlds this way;
They ask, why can’t we live in peace
Instead of being ill at ease;
Where all men live in harmony
And war is just a memory.
A realist responds in kind
I’m of a difference of mind.
I see all good and evil reign
Both equally in one domain.
Their efforts for a win must fail
The vying is to no avail.
Mans personality is split
Espousing both you must admit.

This Guitar (Can't Keep From Crying)
(one, two, three, four)
Found myself out on a limb
But Im happier than Ive ever been
But this guitar cant keep from crying
Learned to get up when I fall
Can even climb rolling stone walls
But this guitar cant keep from crying
This here guitar can feel quite sad
Can be high strung, sometimes get mad
Cant understand or deal with hate
Responds much better to love
I though by now you knew the score
But you missed the point just like before
And this guitar cant keep from crying
(this) guitar, it cant keep from crying
This guitar cant keep from crying
This here guitar can feel quite sad
Can be high strung, sometimes get mad
It cant understand or deal with hate
Responds much better to love
While you attack, create offence
Ill put it down to your ignorance
But this guitar it cant keep from crying
This guitar cant keep from crying
This guitar cant keep from crying
This guitar cant keep from crying

Dew Drops
Outranged's the meadow's faraway,
where sky sheds winter's first cold drops,
the lyre of winds in bogs will play,
nocturnal dance and moon's ballet,
the shelter sheds will ring sky drops,
silence responds - her voice atop,
the blooms in mists salute and sway,
tis where she felt her tears' dew drops.
Commendable the feast expands,
in time the dancers reach the fair,
rain drops will fall on green dewed grass,
musicians' violins and trumps,
her siren's voice responds with flair,
night solitude's bird singers stare,
in mists salute the wraiths who pass,
as rain drops dew her face and flare.

Chain Lightning
Words by neil peart, music by geddy lee and alex lifeson
Energy is contagious
Enthusiasm spreads
Tides respond to lunar gravitation
Everything turns in synchronous relation
Laughter is infectious
Excitement goes to my head
Winds are stirred by planets in rotation
Sparks ignite and spread new information
Respond, vibrate, feed back, resonate
Sun dogs fire on the horizon
Meteor rain stars across the night
This moment may be brief
But it can be so bright
Hope is epidemic
Optimism spreads
Bitterness breeds irritation
Ignorance breeds imitation
Sun dogs fire on the horizon
Meteor rain stars across the night
This moment may be brief
But it can be so bright
Reflected in another source of light
When the moment dies
The spark still flies
Reflected in another pair of eyes
Dreams are sometimes catching
Desire goes to my head
Love responds to your invitation
Love responds to imagination
Respond, vibrate, feed back, resonate
