You
You came into my life, You helped me to believe, There is someone special, And there's nothing I can't achieve.
You have given me a smile, You have brightened my day, You have healed my heart, With the nice things you say.
So glad your in my life, As I think of you each day, For your kind and considerate words, In my life I hope you will stay!

To A Special Friend
To a special friend that helped me during my darkest days.
To a special friend that showed me that loves comes in many ways.
To a special friend that is able to understand my grueling pain.
To a special friend that helped me find all my lost remains.
To a special friend that showed me the light.
To a special friend that fought by my side when I couldnt handle the fight.
To a special friend that helped me stand on the days I fell apart.
To a special friend that healed this torn heart.
For all the peace you brought me.
For all the love you gave me.
For the hand you have given me.
For the courage you gave me to live another day
To that special friend that helped me realized the truth
I say Thank You..
Internet Love
He's on the internet with such kind words
Thinking he's telling her, things she hasn't heard
The words he says, are so flattering to her
She's with the one she loves, this can't occur
She will never leave his side to come to you
Him and her have something special, to him she's true
She's sorry for your loneliness, and hope you find
A love for yourself, not the internet kind
On the computer, friends will come and go
Some will touch your heart and some your soul
Some gone in an instant, some hang around
Others want what you can't give, to a marriage bound
So this lesson we have learned for now
Be kind to everyone, this you can allow
Don't take serious, pretty words you may hear
These kind of words, we must stay clear!

My Whole Life
Oh, hey
Oh, yeah, oh, yeah
To you
Mmm mmm mmm
Oh, yeah, babe
My whole life has changed
Since you came in, I knew back then
You were that special one
Im so in love, so deep in love
You make my love complete
You are so sweet, no one competes
Glad you came into my life
You blind me with your love, with you I have no sight
Girl, you open me, Im wide open
And Im doing things I never do
But I feel so good, I feel so good
Why it takes so long for me finding you
This is my story and Im telling you
Its not fiction, its surely a fact
Without you right here having my back
I really dont know just where Id be at
My whole life has changed (my whole life has changed)
Since you came in, I knew back then (ooh oh)
You were that special one (you were that)
Im so in love, so deep in love
You make my love complete (you make, make my love complete)
You are so sweet (oh, oh), no one competes
Glad you came into my life (ooh)
You blind me with your love, with you I have no sight
I analyzed myself, I was buck wild
Never thought about settling down
But all the time I knew I was ready
But not with all my friends around
But girl, I put you first now (I put you first now)
You made me, helped mould me (helped mould me, baby)
Turned me into a man, Im so responsible
And I owe it all to you
My whole life has changed (my whole life has changed)
Since you came in, I knew back then (oh, oh)
You were that special one (you were that special one)
Im so in love, so deep in love (oh, oh, oh)
You make my love complete (you make my love complete)
You are so sweet, no one competes
Glad you came into my life (so glad you came in)
You blind me with your love (blind me, baby)
With you I have no sight
{god has blessed me} God has blessed me, baby
Girl, he was good to me when he sent you
{Im so happy, baby}
Im so happy, Im so happy, baby, oh, yes, baby
{share my world} come and share my world, baby
Oh whoa yeah yeah
{Im so in love} Im so in love
Im addicted to your love, baby, yeah
My whole life has changed (oh, yes, I am)
Since you came in, I knew back then (ooh)
You were that special one (you were that very, very special one)
Im so in love (you were that very, very special one)
So deep in love
You make my love complete (you make my love complete)
You are so sweet (yes, you did, baby), no one competes
(no one competes, oh)
Glad you came into my life
You blind me with your love (come on)
With you I have no sight
My whole life has changed (my whole life has changed)
Since you came in, I knew back then
(you made a difference in my life)
You were that special one
(I knew you were that special one)
Im so in love, so deep in love
(when I first laid eyes on you, babe)
You make my love complete
(you make my love complete, darlin)
You are so sweet, no one competes (no one competes, baby)
Glad you came into my life (no one, no one)
You blind me with your love (no one)
With you I have no sight (come on)
My whole life has changed (oh whoa whoa whoa)
Since you came in, I knew back then

To My Body
TO MY BODY STAY WELL
TO MY HEART PLEASE DONT BREAK
TO MY ARMS OPEN SO YOU CAN USE
TO MY EYES SEE WHATS REAL
TO MY LEGS HELP ME GET UP AND KEEP MOVING
TO MY SMILE STAY UP
TO MY LIFE ITS NOT OVER YET
TO MIND STAY OPEN
TO THE WORDS I SPEAK
USE THEM TO TALK AND LOUD! ! ! !
WE ALL HAVE A LIFE GOD GAVE TO USE AND NEVER TO
FORGET ABOUT
WE MEET PEOPLE FOR A REASON
SOME GOOD
SOME BAD
SOME JUST TO KNOW
IT WONT HURT YOU TO SMILE
IT WILL HURT TO HAVE YOUR HEART RIPPED OUT
LOVE IS THE HEART DONT HURT IT

Its a very special kind of life
No ones really quite sure about their situation
Its a very funny kind of life
The only thing were positive about is the duration
Now they are standing right before you
How they were here before you
Hes a very special kind of guy
When he crosses the street he looks in both directions
Hes a very special kind of guy
And youre always wondering if hes lost his senses
Shes a very special kind of girl
And her mothers recipes have made a good thing famous
Shes a very special kind of girl
And shes always up in arms if hes late for breakfast
Now they are standing right before you
How they were here before you
Hes a very special kind of guy
When you hear him on the air you think hes lost his section
Shes a special special kind of girl
When you see her in the street you want to raise objection
Now they are standing right before you
How they were here before you
Its a very special kind of life
No ones really knows the truth about the situation
Its a very funny kind of life
The only thing were positive about is the duration

Straight To The Heart
Words & music: michael w. smith and brent bourgeois
When Im down when my souls in need of rest
Come your words of comfort and of hope
I see your face always smiling back at me
A stream of light shining straight to the heart
Child of god, child of light
Therell be no more lonely nights
Cause you have brightened up my life
Theres a road that leads me to this place
A path of love running straight to the heart
Over the years Ive learned one important thing
Its that real friends shall never truly be apart
You were there in my darkest time of need
With a hand reaching straight to the heart
Child of god, child of light
Therell be no more lonely nights
Cause you have brightened up my life
Take this gift, it is all I have to give
A prayer of love forever straight to the heart

What Exactly Is A Friend?
Could you answer this question?
What exactly is a friend?
Is it someone who’s there for you?
Until the very end
Maybe it takes someone special
Somebody brave and kind
What if it’s someone clever?
Somebody pure of mind
A friend is strong and caring
A friend you are to me
A friend is someone thoughtful
A friend is you, you see.
You’ve helped me to see the beauty,
That’s present in every star
I think you’ve really helped me,
One day you will go far
You’ve put a smile on my face,
And helped when I was sad
You’ve been here through everything
Even when things were bad
A friend is always there for you
A friend through thick and thin
A friend is a form of angel
To solve every problem you’re in
Friendship alone is difficult
But two can make it strong
When friends are very close
You really can’t go wrong
Loving you is easy
I promise what I say is true
If you hadn’t come to Carrie’s
There’d be no me and you.
I love my best friend dearly
She makes everything okay
Without my sister in my life
I wouldn’t last a day.

Hope is good thing to hope.
I hope my family get a long like they use too
I hope God finds away to bring my brother
back from drugs
I hope my father stays in my life and don't
take off life he did before when I was a baby
I hope before I am 30 years old I be marriage
and have family like my friends do
I hope my dreams I want out of life comes true
I hope me wanting to hope is not dumb
I hope is right thing to do in life
I hope I get in to college
I hope my mom finds good guy beside
jerks
I hope who I am with doesn't hurt me
or break my heart like guys did with
my mom
I hope my brother leaves this girl that
keep him away from his family
I hope Amber will always be my best friend
I hope Rusty doesn't every leave me
I hope God helps find away for us
to be together me and Rusty
I hope my family is happy
I hope my friends are happy and thankful
for what they have in life
I hope when Jennifer gets marriager it doesn't
be life her last one ended bad
I hope everyone learns how good is to hope
and pray for things you need.
I hope everyone thankful and glad to be here
in this world.

Reflections
I have found that when I let go
I sometimes have to hide
All the beautiful memories
That I keep inside
I move them to a special place
Deep inside my heart
Hoping, praying that one day
We'll have a brand new start
These memories I do not let go
I hold them very dear
Even if you're far away
To me it keeps you near
The bad things that I know I did
They have there own place too
I reflect on them from time to time
To make me someone new
They're there to try to shape me
To who God wants me to be
For I walked through life so very blind
I 'm grateful I now see
It keeps things in perspective
And helps to to progress
I know I am not perfect
But I want to try my best
The best is what my friend deserves
I know that is God's plan
To make myself her dream come true
To help me be that man
So even if things don't work out
And she goes her separate way
I'm thankful she has helped me
Become who I am today
I bet she'll never see this
But in my heart I know
That God has put her in my life
And she has helped me grow

Someone Special
There are few people in your life that are special to you
Someone you love and you cannot see in pain
She is that someone special to me, having the qualities of a good person
She has a kind heart, someone who is humble
She is someone who is always ready to give a smile
But here stay is only for a short time
She is optimistic, she is down to earth
When she comes, our house gets bustled
Her father and family have somehow some problems
Yet she remained firm and patient
Knowing The Almighty would help them
An ode to someone special
An ode to my beloved cousin……………….

Special
I been trying for so long
To get you where I stand
Feel like I been climbing all my life
Everybody told me
I'd never ever get this far
I know I can make it if I try
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
(come to you, you too, to you, do to, be do, you)
Special things come to you
There's no sense in trying to fight it
When I want something so bad
No, it's not as easy as it seems
Simple things are the hardest
Of the things we do for love
And I won't give up cause I'm not just what it means
The special things you dream about
And the special things you're all about
Special things that somehow come to you
And it's the simple things to just believe
And the special things that you want to see
Special things somehow come to you
(come to you, doo doo doo, to you, doo doo doo)
Special things (doo, doo ahh, you doo)
Do do doo, on you, do do doo, to you
Do doo, ahh, do do doo, too
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
The special things you dream about
And the special things you're all about
Special things that somehow come to you
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
And it's the simple things to just believe
And the special things that you want to see
Special things somehow come to you

What is Life
Life is everywhere that you look,
Some people might say that life sucks,
While other people might say life is beautiful,
And is full of surprises, that are waiting to be discovered,
Life is whatever you think it may be,
Life is in you now and it shall forever always stay,
Life is the wind howling at you sideways,
Life is the winter, summer, spring, and fall,
Life is sad and life is lonely,
Life can be evil and Life is blunt,
Life is a true friend that never lies to you,
Life is all about you and how you treat it,
Life is what you make of it,
If you criticize life, then your criticizing yourself,
Its all up to you on whether you like it, or hate it,
I am life, you are life, we are life,
Life loves me and I love life back,
Life is you, so be careful on how you describe it,
Don’t base life off of what others say,
But base life off, of what you think it is,
Your words are stronger then others opinions,
So take those words and put them to use,
I am life, you are life, we are life!

A Special Brown Eyed Angel
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
Was once sent to me
To bring me a light of hope
And inspire me, don't you see
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
She touched me in my heart
At the time she didn't know it
But she touched it from the start
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
She still inspires me yet today
And though it's been several years now
Right in my heart is where she'll stay
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
With eyes that sparkle into the night
And with that special smile
It tells me things will be alright
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
She is truely a God send
And when I'm down and out
Her heart is there for the lend
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
Seems to know when I need a mend
And comes checking on me
As if we were some kind of twins
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
She always seems to understand
Always reaching out to help
And giving her helping hand
A Special Brown Eyed Angel
There is no doubt, she was a Heaven send
I am so proud to know her
And even prouder to call her my friend

A smile is a thousand words
How can one smile such sweet smiles,
When life brings me nothing but tears,
Smile is a sing of care
I smile when I am sad
I need a smile to glitter my wolrd,
Smile is a magic, brings hearts together
Every smile has a rhyme
A smile is a thousand words
Smile when you see no reason for living
Smile for the good things in life
It makes your moment precious
Smile is the essence of life.

Can't Smile Without You
You know i can't smile without you
I can't smile without you
I can't laugh, and i can't walk
I'm findin' it hard even to talk
And i feel sad when you're sad
I feel glad when you're glad
And you must know what i'm goin' thru
I just can't smile, without you
You came along just like a song
You brightened my day
Who'd believe you were part of a dream
That only seemed light years away
And you know i can't smile without you
I can't smile without you
And you must know what i'm goin' thru
I just can't smile, without you
Some people say the happiness wave
Is somethin' that's hard to find
Into the new leavin' the old behind me
And i feel sad when you're sad
I feel glad when you're glad
And you must know what i'm goin' thru
I just can't smile, without you
And i feel sad when you're sad
I feel glad when you're glad
And you must know what i'm goin' thru
I just can't smile, without you
You must know what i'm goin' thru
I just can't smile, without you

Just One Smile
Smile, smile and smile,
Will make your life versatile,
Like a linn in the isle.
Smile can give you boundless joy,
It is the greatest eternal toy.
If smile is absent,
Your life will destroy.
Smile, smile and rise,
Your life would be a paradise.
Your heart will gush and face will shine,
Your life would be lissom and divine.
So please,
Smile, smile, smile and smile,
Journey of life would become agile.

Why I smile
I smile,
I smile because I feel happy.
I smile because you are part of my life.
I smile because I imagine you are smiling back at me.
I smile because god gave me this life
for me to live.
I smile because I'm still alive
and didn't commit suicide.
I smile because you are special to me.
you make me smile,
you encourage me,
you listen to me,
you are always there for me.
you care for me,
as I do too.
I don't forget about you,
no matter what you do
because you are that special friend
in which I will always listen to.

Sonnet: Our Earthly Life
Our earthly life has anguish and travail,
But dedication can achieve most things;
Yet, ne’er worry if at times you may fail;
Take up your problems as and when life brings.
Labor, we must- there is no cause to fear;
Don’t be afraid, for rampant is life’s strife;
Though fear of not making success is there,
All cannot make it to the dais of life.
The scars life leaves are sometimes deep enough;
The grief life brings is sometimes too propound;
The wounds life makes don’t heal for some are tough;
In Hope, our life’s journey is always bound.
Endure, restart, labor, rededicate;
Many things in life, we must masticate.

Something Special
You may not know it
I dont always show it
But youre so important to me
So much that weve shared
Youve always been there
I hope you always will be
Chorus:
cause you are something special, ooh-wee
Yes, you are something special to me
When Im around you
The love that surrounds you
Brings comfort and warmth to my heart
A god-given treasure
You give me such pleasure
You are a true work of art
Chorus:
Yes, you are something special, yes indeed
Yes, you are something special to me
Bridge:
Youre the wind neath my wings
Like the song that they sing
But theres so many things that you are
An angel in my life
You are the sunlight
And you hung the moon and the stars
Yes, youre special
Turnaround
Chorus:
Yes, you are something special, ooh-wee
Yes, you are something special, yes indeed
Yes, you are something special to me
Mm-mm
Fade:
You are something special
Mm-mm, youre something special
You are something special
