Wallflowers

count the wallflowers? 1,2,3,4,5,
6...you can't count these wallflowers

they stick their lives on walls
not letting go
their deepest desires
lying on their teeth
covering their faces with
thick veils
and hats and masks
heavily tinted sunglasses at noon
and

funny, even at nighttime
at the bars
their bodies wrapped with leather
and wool

they do not dance with life
they fear taking the wrong step
or be laughed at
they are the spectators of the show
they say they are enjoying it somehow

no, they are stuffed toys,
on their comfort cabinets.

Oh See How They Dance!

their form
their posture
their movement
oh see how they dance!

their laughter
their joy
their smiles
oh see how they dance!

behind their faces of happiness and joy
they hide their true self
behind their masks they hide...
oh watch how they dance! ! !

across the stage
across the floor
up and over and under
they dance oh they dance! ! ! !

they act
they sing
they play
we watch how they dance! ! ! ! !

while we watch we think
what they hide behind their masks
on that stage and in character
and rejoicing! ! ! ! ! ! !

like nothing is wrong with their lives
i wish i would dance! ! !
but i go and i live my
boring old life and

oh i see how they dance! ! ! ! !

as
i
simply

stay lost in the crowd...
who sees how they dance.................

Ya Tvoya Ne Pervaya

hello...
hello...
do you see wind?
so what?
just look at the window.
so what?
it was sun yesterday
so what?
why are you always saying the same thing?
i am-answering machine.
Just to calm down,
silence is gold,
radio insomnia,
station parting.
who will get who,
coins will show?
who will be left to who,
by nerves, pills?
behind the windows at night
(she) will yell and break,
this doesn't count, this doesn't count.
(she is) faithful, not faithful,
i am not your first,
you are my sudden.
(you)show, show, show, show,
show, show me love.
(you) show, show, show, show
why, why am i with you.
(you)show, show, show,show
show, show me love.
(you)show, show, show, show
why, why am i with you.
i guess (someone) will refuse,
easier not to meet (not to introduce ourselves to each other)
who of us will refuse,
just to calm down.
girls like girls,
and then- sleepwalkers.
Numbers and narrows,
Chocolate bars, wrappings.
(she)will hide, cry,
will, say, scare.
this doesn't count
i am not your first
you are my sudden.
(you)show, show, show, show,
show, show me love.
(you)show, show, show, show,
why, why am i with you.
(you)show, show, show, show,
show, show me love.
(you)show, show, show,show,
why, why am i with you.
show, show me love.....
show me love......

Call On Me

The feelin is clear
Clear as a blue sky on a sunny day
Everything was you
cause no one made me feel
The way I felt with you
Call on me cause
I love you
You know I do
You love me too
Then came a change
When I said I would soon be leavin you
Nothin else to do
Please remember Ill never lose the thought of you
Call on me cause
I love you
You know I do
You love me too
Youve got to find
Someone else to somehow take my place
Share his love with you
But if you need a friend
You can always count on me
Count on me cause
I love you
You know I do
You love me too
You can count on me oh
You can count on me
You can count on me baby
You can count on me
You can count on me oh
You can count on me
You can count on me baby
You can count on me
You can count on me oh
You can count on me
You can count on me baby
You can count on me

The Wisdom of Toys

That worn, stuffed bear you hide -
have not quite thrown away

is more than your childhood
seen through rose-tinted time -

toys that speak,
toys that are talked to,
toys that simply listen

are the mediators between
the wisdom of the animal world
which shares with us, a heart

animals who live a blessed life
only in the present now,

and the wisdom that children bring
from the heaven that lies all about us
in our infancy, as the poet said;

toys are reflectors of our self
that remembered what's our self;
that remember what's our self.

Count Me Out

Count me out
Count me out
Fellas want to hang
And save tonight just
For the gang
But youll have to count me
Out this time
If I cant bring my girl
Dont look surprised
When I tell you that
Gotta spend some time
With my baby, yes
So if that means
Were gonna rain on
Your parade
Youll have to count me out
Youre gonna have to count me
Out
Youll have to count me out
I wanna be with my girlfriend
Youll have to count me out
This time
Youll have to count me out
When she asked me please
Could I say no and feel at
Ease
If you count me out tonight
Shes gonna be with me wherever
I go
Shes got a sweet personality
She saves her kisses just for me
So if that means were gonna rain on
Your parade
Youll have to count me out
Youre gonna have to count
Me out
Youll have to count me out
Im saving kisses for my baby
Youll have to count me out
This time
Youll have to count me out
Youll have to count me out
Youre gonna have to count
Me out
Youll have to count me out
My baby wants to be with me
Youll have to count me out
Thats the way its gonna be
Youll have to count me out
Count me out
Count me out
Youll have to count me out
Youre gonna have to count me

Youll have to count me out
Youre gonna have to count
Me out
Youll have to count me out
Im saving all my loving for her
Youll have to count me out
This time
Youll have to count me out
I love my baby but shes just a
Tease
And when I need her I say please,
Please, please
Can I hold you,
Squeeze you,
Cause I need you
Count me out
Youll have to count me out
This time
Dont count me out
Dont leave me out
Youll have to count me out
This time
Youll have to count me out
Count me out
Youll have to count me out
Youll have to count me out
Count me out
Youll have to count me out
Man, were going to the movies
Then to the park, to play a little
Ball till it get dark
Thats what being young is all about
Man, c-o-u-n-t me out
Well what about us,
Were your friends
We wanna c-o-u-n-t
Me in,
No not tonight
Where you going then
Tonight I wanna be with my girlfriend
Youll have to count me out
Youll have to count me out
Youll have to count me out
Youll have to count me out
This time

Count me out
Dont count me out
Dont leave me out
Youll have to count me out
Youre gonna have to count
Me out
Youll have to count me out
Im saving kisses for my baby
Youll have to count me out
This time
Youll have to count me out
Youll have to count me out
Youre gonna have to count

Walls

Walls of stone and walls of brick,
Some walls thin and some walls thick,
Walls so high and walls so low,
Walls to hide and walls to show.

Walls quite short and walls quite tall,
Some walls, last well, some walls fall,
Walls for comfort, walls of hate,
Walls for security, walls ornate.

Some as a barricade, some to support,
Walls of wood and walls of iron wrought,
Walls as a barrier, walls to enclose,
Some are to sit on, some to lean and doze.

Walls we build ourselves, these aren't good,
Walls for privacy, walls that have stood,
So many years through weather foul or fine,
Walls, that are yours, walls that are mine.

Brick by brick they are built to last,
Whether built now or in the past,
They shelter us from so many things,
And shield us from whatever this life brings.

Fear Of Falling

By g. allman, j. townsend & t. heding
There was a time that I belived in you and everything you
Told me I took for true
But that was then and this is now and things kepp changing
We are running when love is calling
Its just the fear, the fear of falling
We count our blessings as we count our friends
We count on love and it always ends
Much too soon as the world keeps on turnin
We are running when love is calling
Its just the fear, the fear of falling
But Ill keep trying for that chance to have it all
Might even get lucky and find someone to prove me wrong
And break on through all these foolish fears of mine darlin
We are running when love is calling
Its just the fear, the fear of falling
There just aint no such thing as falling

Sugar Curls

You can count the stars
and the count will be incomplete.

You can count times
I've looked for you
in dreams
I've dreamed.

You can count the hours
I've marked,
my stomach knotting
etching time across my heart
since I've seen your face.

I know how many steps
to your house;
your phone number backwards;

the colors in your eyes,

how many sighs
I make
looking at your photograph.

If there in a number to infinity
then you can see me circling back;

starting again infinitely.

Lower me down to deepest depths
count my fathoms there
plumb these and more
for our ocean is endlessly
deep.

How many grains in beachy sand?
I know having sifted each.

What is the size of this love for you?
There is no count of instances,
for that is a number which cannot be reached.

Simply put
you count with me;
together we
count twice infinitely.

Oh so sweet
are the sugar
grains
whose white dotted
fractals
swirl
in our hearts;

rotating
Love Curls

circling
endlessly.

Faces

Verse 1: did you think id play these games with you? did you think I couldnt
Help it? im strong enough, im good enough. step down, step down, youre the
Big mistake. im loosing all control and this is my face. from here on out you
Can always count on me,
Count on me to be your enemy, enemy.
Prechorus: these are the faces (waste of time) thats why youre living proof,
This is all about you.
Chorus: youre slipping in and out of time. who are you to decide? which one of
Us winds up broken, for a lifetime? youll never be satisfied, till one of us
Falls apart. Ive had enough of this and these are the faces.
Verse 2: youve lost your golden reins, youve failed to read the signs. youll
Find out theres no answer to your stupid ass questions. you can try and tell
Yourself that everything is all right.
Prechorus: when someone is taking all your fame. thats why your living proof
These are the faces. and I think that theyre all coming after you.
Chorus
Bridge: and nothings ever all right, and nothings ever all right the way you
Do, and nothings ever all right, two faced and pretentious.
Thats why youre living proof this is all about you.
Chorus x2

When Seconds Count

Cant remember just how it ended
Im hazy as to how it began
Crazy how our lives got so tangled
Now were simply silent partners again
Secretly walking a tightrope
Come fall into the arms of the past
-- cause its still the same me
Still the same you
Who swore those promises would still ring true...
*when your heart cries out
In the middle of a sleepless night
And youre lost and feeling lonely
When seconds count
Count on me, count on me
When your dream dies hard
And youre stranded out on the boulevard
Ill be there in a heartbeat
When seconds count
Count on me, you can always count on me*
Special moments taken for granted
Tenderness that found no reward
Funny how youd speak of forever
Only to wind up restless and bored
Can sweethearts so suddenly strangers
Recapture in a moment the fire
Well its still the same me
Still the same you
The same two children deep down its true...
( * repeat)
Im going back in time to how it used to be
(instrumental)
Now its a race with time
Until I change your mind
( * repeat)

Jimmy Neutron Theme

Jimmy Neutron Theme
Bowling For Soup
(Jimmy Neutron)
From here to the stars,
With my candy bars,
Rides a kid
With a knack
For inventions.
A super-powered mind,
A mechanical canine,
He rescues the day
From sure destruction.
He's gotta save the world
And get to school on time,
So many things to do
And not much time
So off the ground,
Up in the air,
Out into the atmoshpere,
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
No matter where you are,
You know he can't be far,
Watching the world
Through x-ray vision
And whenever he's around,
Where adventure can be found,
You know that Jimmy Neutron's
On a mission
He's gotta save the world
And get to school on time,
So many things to do
And not much time
So off the ground,
Up in the air,
Out into the atmoshpere,
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
Who can we count on?
Jimmy Neutron!
Who can we count on?
It's Jimmy Neutron!

Left Behind

Sometimes when people are leaving a train,
Behind them, personal belongings still remain.
It is totally amazing what items are found
Each day, on London's busy Underground.

The shelves at Lost Property are very neatly lined,
With an array of items, that people have left behind.
Here are just some of the things, they have retrieved;
Some items really have to be seen, to be believed!

School bags, containing a flask and lunch box,
A stuffed Japanese puffer fish, and a stuffed fox.
Purses, leather wallets, and bunches of keys,
Hats, scarves, gloves, and numerous brollies.

Walking sticks, crutches, and the odd wheelchair,
An array of children's toys, including teddy bears,
Briefcases and folders, containing important notes,
A selection of clothing, including jumpers and coats.

iPads, iPhones, memory sticks, and laptops,
A collection of shoes, socks, and flip-flops.
A whole library of books: fiction and fact,
Suitcases and holdalls, still neatly packed.

Works of art, by artists, both modern and old,
Many items of jewellery, both silver and gold.
Prosthetic arms and legs, and sets of false teeth,
Bags of groceries, including joints of fresh beef.

Cameras, video-cams, and pairs of sunglasses.
Baby buggies, skateboards, train and bus passes.
Hundred of items are left behind every single day;
To Lost Property, these items soon make their way.

Some items, with their owners, are soon reunited;
Owners are very clearly relieved and delighted.
Some items wait for many weeks for collection;
For them, nobody seems to show any affection.

Someone To Get There

Time is an open book
We share our dreams together
And we will be who we want to be wherever
Life is a mystery
The world can be your saviour
But let love be your gravity forever
I'll take you to an endless dream
No matter how it all may seem
I know we'll find a way, never say "never"!
We all need someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby!
We all need someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby
Love can take us anywhere!
Nothing can stop us now
We're strong when we're together
And every step brings us closer now forever
I'll take you to an endless dream
No matter how it all may seem
I know we'll find a way, never say "never"!
We all need someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby!
We all need someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby
Love can take us anywhere!
We all need someone to get there, we can see love can take us anywhere
We all need someone to get there, we can see love can take us anywhere
We all need someone to get there, we can see love can take us anywhere
We all need someone to get there, we can see love can take us anywhere
Whooh Whooh Whooh
Oh yeah!
We all need someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby
Someone to get there!
We all need someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby
Love can take us anywhere!
Someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby
Someone, somewhere, somehow?!
We all need someone to get there
If you just dare
You can count on me
Someone to get there baby
Love can take us anywhere!

A Thought For Your Anniversary

Don't count your decade
By the days that fade
Don't count your years
By the falling tears

Don't count your weeks
By the days that were bleak
Don't count your days
By the trouble's ways

Instead count your decades
By the things you have made
Count your years
By joys and cheers

Count your weeks
When you helped out a meek
And count your days
By cheers and prayers

That was sent for both of you
Along with God's love that is true
Because you're starting another year
Of peace and blessings, love and care.

The Death King

I hired a carpenter
to build my coffin
and last night I lay in it,
braced by a pillow,
sniffing the wood,
letting the old king
breathe on me,
thinking of my poor murdered body,
murdered by time,
waiting to turn stiff as a field marshal,
letting the silence dishonor me,
remembering that I'll never cough again.

Death will be the end of fear
and the fear of dying,
fear like a dog stuffed in my mouth,
feal like dung stuffed up my nose,
fear where water turns into steel,
fear as my breast flies into the Disposall,
fear as flies tremble in my ear,
fear as the sun ignites in my lap,
fear as night can't be shut off,
and the dawn, my habitual dawn,
is locked up forever.

Fear and a coffin to lie in
like a dead potato.
Even then I will dance in my dire clothes,
a crematory flight,
blinding my hair and my fingers,
wounding God with his blue face,
his tyranny, his absolute kingdom,
with my aphrodisiac.

Be Strong

I cannot count the tears
Nor can I count the hate
Though I can only count
The men that hate didi take.

I cannot curse the World
Nor can I curse the few
Though I wish I could only curse
The Men that hate did knew.

I wish there was no pain,
I wish there was no grave,
But I know that will never be,
For like the rain, it comes everyday.

We are Given life,
And we are given death,
We are then given the choice,
To make it the worst or best.

I cannot count the bullets
Nor can I count the hate,
Though I can only count,
The Graves, where dreams are laid.

Where Have Gone Those Masks?

Where have they gone?
All those masks of the past!
Many masks hiding faces of the ones clever.

One was of love pure,
Another was of friendship innocent
And another was of care entwining.

Those masks had a power
That mesmerised the weak minds for some time.
Where are those masks?

No one sells them as the marketeers
Don`t have much to fill the wallet
From these little transparent masks now.

Masked faces have faded out from amidst us all
And there walk many without faces at all!
The poet himself has none.
