Things Pass You By In The Most Simple Manner
sometimes i feel so guilty
knowing that
things pass me by without
so much complication
no fuss
no complaints whatsoever
like when the leaves start
falling
on a windy summer
on a very hot day
facing the penultimate moment
of their
unnoticed existences
like the way the sun sets
ending itself
surrendering to the power
of the dark night
as though it is being eaten
slowly
or the pond drying itself
giving all its water
to the greedy sun
the king of the drought
taking away everything
no screams
no suits
no letter of protests
no hunger strike
no wars
no violence against civilians
or bombing of markets
or mosques
no taking of hostages
or exploding trains
and shooting pilots
in the air
the world spins slowly
completing its journey for the day
many things happened
since dawn
but just the same i never heard
any scream
at the top of its poles
and i wonder
how i sit here all day long
staring at the horizon
and beating the rails
with a stick
figuring our so many complications
when things would have been
simpler
if i did not use my mind
or wish that things should have
been this way
or that way
things are simple
event are simple
and i begin to realize
i, must be simple too
less the pain
less the thinking.

Things at A Time Were Simple
Things at a time were simple, small things are full of danger
everywhere I walk into your things, as if you are here
while time passes much too slowly,
your things fill the whole garage
and I wonder when a relationship ends?
Outside children ride past on bicycles and life goes on
and everything feels muddled,
when the church bell in the distance rings off the time,
things at a time were simple.
How our relationship ended is disputable
but it remains a fact that I have got to accept,
I am wet with sweat while I am hitting of a tennis ball,
standing ready for the next one,

Mirror mirror…
A mirror reflects all but lies.
Reflects the things
Everyone denies.
Reflects the way
You shaped yourself.
Reflects the things
Complex, simple, hidden and obvious.
Reflects the things
We have done in our lives.
Reflects the things
We don’t want to see.
But it has never reflected
Me.
In darkness and alone
I sit at the edge
Of icy cold black water.

I sit their staring at no reflection
Thinking of the things I am,

But it does not define to me who I am.

A Simple Man
A simple man with simple ideas,
that’s what he, thinks of himself,
but others look differently at him.
They say that he has a heart way off the charts,
for all the things that he does.
For the words of comfort that he says,
and the support he brings to all he meets.
He cannot see it though;
to him it is just something
he has always done naturally.
To him there is nothing special,
in all that he does.
Being kind is no special trait;
everyone can do it.
Loving everything and everyone that comes his way,
a lot of people out there can do that too.
So why do people choose him?
He is only human after all,
no more thoughtful than most.
Some even think him as an angel,
he smiles at that, and wishes
that he had a guardian angel of his own,
to give him advice when
he trying to ease someone else’s pain.
However, he is a simple man,
who walks through life,
only doing simple things.
The only time you will see him frown,
is when he wants to help someone,
and finds that he cannot.
It s then he feels he is failing them,
because of something he could not do.
Therefore, if you ever meet this simple man,
cheer him up a little bit.
Personally I would like to be like him
and all that he does possess,
but my head is buried in the sand,
too much of the time,
to do all the things he does.

When The Color Of Love Fades Away
Living under one roof together
but your mind so far from each other
You feel you have nothing to share together anymore
If that's case your relationship is dying for sure
Not long ago you used to sit next to each other while holding each other hands
Now barely talking together but a plenty of time to talk to the friends
Something happened that made the color of your love fades away
Now is just a matter of time to say each other, my way or hit the highway
Remember at this stage your love is like that dying tree that still has little root in the ground
If you want you can fix the problem and turn things around

I find the simple pleasures in life
