There Are Times When The Sun Does Not Shine
who argues
about the rainy days
when the sun
does not shine
like a child hiding
on the skirt
of her mother
who disputes
lean times
and hungry days
when we simply
bite our tongue
swallow our saliva
and say we
just had lunch
when this happens
we can do nothing
we let all these times
come and then wait
when they finally leave
for like the sun that
does not shine today
tomorrow it may come
and shine again so brightly!

Love Poem-1 Shine O Moon! Shine.
Shine O Moon! Shine brightly now
for my beloved
is coming to kindle
the fire of love.
Shine O Moon! Shine brightly now.
Unending seemed to be the nights
succumbing to death were diminishing lights
his appearance illuminates now
my temple of love.
Shine O Moon! Shine brightly now.
O moon, play hide and seek
I have him, my love to share
behind the clouds hide you moon
he takes refuge beneath my lustrous hair.
Shine O Moon! Shine brightly if you care
Sing a melody in company of the stars
and sleep with the moonshine
my lap is for him to sleep
as he is only mine.
AS HE IS ONLY MINE.
Shine O Moon! Shine brightly shine.

Rainy Dayz
ft. Ja Rule
Chorus
It's just those rainy days
Spend a lifetime trying to wash away.
Till the sun comes out and shines again
Shine on me shine on me.
All of those wrainy days
Bad times I'm trying to wash away.
Till the sun comes and I see your face
Smile at me smile for me.
I was feeling so crazy

Like a Star!
Like a star I shine,
I shine among many and still feel special.
Like a star I shine,
I shine and know i have accomplished my mission.
Like a star i shine,
I shine high in the sky,
and realize it is worth my time.
Like a Star I shine,
Shine next to the moon,
and feel the inspiration.
Like a star I shine,
and know that my light counts.
Like a star I shine,
on a cloudy night,
and believe there is tomorrow.
Like a star i shine,
Sometimes alone on a lonely night,
And feel like a star.
Am a star, that i believe,
Coz in all that i do I shine,
And wait for the Night i will shine alone!

Tomorrow Shine
Wishing for a summer without rain
Seeing is believing for ourselves
Breathing as we're sinking to the sand
But I will wait for her arms
Then I can reach for the stars
I will wait for her love
Tomorrow shine
Wishing for a lover, not just a friend
Reaching for a hand to pull me in
But I will wait for her arms
Then I can reach for the stars
I will wait for her love
Tomorrow shine
Shine on, shine on
Waiting for a summer without rain
Reaching for the starlet in the sky, again
But I will wait for her arms
Then I can reach for the stars
I will wait for her love
Tomorrow shine
But I will wait for her arms
Then I can reach for the stars
I will wait for her love
Tomorrow shine, tomorrow shine
Tomorrow shine, tomorrow shine
Tomorrow shine, tomorrow shine

Shine It On
By dickey betts and warren haynes
(c) 1990 cbs records, inc.
Ive had my troubles,
I know youve had your troubles too.
Sometimes when you need a little sunshine,
It keeps rainin down on you.
But Im not gonna let it get me down,
Keep on pullin, things are gonna come around.
Shine it on,
Shine it on.
Little blue-eyed woman,
She made me feel so fine.
She got what she wanted,
Then she moved on down the line.
Yes I know about the pain,
Tears are gonna fall,
Just like rain.
Chorus:
Shine it on,
Look around you see whats goin on.
Shine it on,
Before you end up out there on your own.
Dont let some rainy day, steal your heart away,
You got to go on,
Its just the dark before the dawn,
Shine it on.
Shine it on,
Look around you see whats goin on.
Shine it on,
Before you end up out there on your own.
Dont let some rainy day, steal your heart away,
Shine it on,
Look around you see whats goin on.
Shine it on,
Before you end up out there on your own.
Shine it on, oh baby.
Shine it on, shine it on, shine it on,
Shine it on (repeat and fade).

A Place In The Sun
(track 14 - time 4:18)
(steve dukes/chris lindsey)
Long ago, far away
I felt your lovin? glow upon my face
Was it a dream or just a promise made
What is my destiny
Someday Ill find a way to shine
Leave all these rainy days behind
I know theres got to be
Some place warm and bright for me
Im running out of places I can run
Looking for a place in the sun
Darkness hangs overhead
Close to the point where angels fear to tread
I close my eyes and think of you instead
And pray youll be here soon
Someday Ill find a way to shine
Leave all these rainy days behind
I know theres got to be
Some place warm and bright for me
Im running out of places I can run
Looking for a place in the sun
Sometimes it feels like this whole worlds against me
And every beaten path is just another winding road that tempts me
Far from you and all thats true
Ive got to find my way again
Someday Ill find a way to shine
Leave all these rainy days behind
I know theres got to be
Some place warm and bright for me
Im running out of places I can run
Looking for a place in the sun
Yeah Im running out of places I can run
Looking for a place in the sun
Oh, wont you shine down on me sunshine

Josephina
Josephina, theres so much I want to know
Ive known you for all of mine
But not all of yours
Youre not a stranger
No, nothing could be further
I look back and I wonder
What you were like, long before
Josephina, if I asked you, would you tell me?
The fact from the fancy
And the dreams in between
Tell me a story
All about yours truly
Photographs from the past
Imagine the mystery
Didja get your head lost in a daydream?
Cinderella, waiting for her charming
Did ya break a heart, like little girls often do?
Pigtails and painted toes
All dressed up in your mothers clothes
Can you shine the light?
Ah, can you shine the light?
Oh, please can you shine some light?
Yeah, can you shine the light?
Shine the light on a shadow
Josephina, would you lay down your defenses?
So I can make sense of
Those colors fading to grey
Its not that youre hiding
Something, Id never imply
Yesteryear I may be gone
Cant say the same for today
Yeah, josephina!
Ah, josephina!
How else am I to know, that all the while
There was a mischievous look, behind that smile?
Its hard to tell, when innocence comes and goes
Im sure that there were times, life could be unkind
Without a shoulder to cry on
Can you shine the light?
Ah, can you shine the light?
Yeah, please can you shine some light?
Yeah, can you shine the light?
Yeah, can you shine the light?
Shine the light on a shadow

Good Times Coming / Feel The Sun
I was thinking about that summer so long ago
Pack up your bags and yell geronimo.
That was a golden summer, laught a lot.
Laughing at the good times coming,
Laughing at the good times coming in.
Good times coming, laughing at the good times coming in.
There was something about the weather, what can I say?
Nothing like any other holiday.
That was a silly season, was it the best?
We didnt need the reason, just a rest.
Happy at the good times coming,
Happy at the good times coming in.
Good times coming, happy at the good times coming in.
Im loving you, Im loving you, Im loving you now.
Im loving you, Im loving you, Im loving you now.
There was a golden summer before the war
They laughed a lot that summer, lah de dah
Laughing at the good times coming,
Laughing at the good times coming in.
Good times coming, laughing at the good times coming in.
Good times coming... good, good. good times coming in... good, good.
Feel the sun shine in, shine in, shine in. feel the sun
Shining in on you.
Feel the sun shine in, shine in, shine in. feel the sun
Shining in on you.
All the beauty, all the pain. will it ever be the same again?
If you love me, show me now. its the only way that we know how.
Feel the sun shine in, shine in, shine in. feel the sun
Shining in on you.
Feel the sun shine in, shine in, shine in. feel the sun
Shining in on you.

Shine
Rain drain my play away
Sun gun me down and burn me
Nature hates me today
My head distorts reality
Madness just moved into my shadow
Shine - I will not cry and I will not die no
Shine - I will be there for me
Shine - I will not cry and I will be mine
Ill shine - shine
Who waltzed me into this
And I now stuck here forever
Luck just gave me a kiss
Then lashed me down with a leather strap
Trying to learn to swim without any water
Trying just to begin just when youre in for the slaughter
Shine - I will not cry and I will not die no
Shine - I will be there for me
Shine - ill be just fine if I stay all mine
Ill shine - shine,
You will love me as a winner
Why?

Promises Made
Promises made they were lost
Somewhere beside you
Waiting around can leave some
Feeling like I do
Promises made and we stayed
Dreaming of leaving
We will find good days for us
The sun will shine brightly
Live our life if only for just
A moment
The goodbyes are gone but the echoes remain
To remind you
Oh we could belong to the lucky ones
If we just tried to
Promises made where we laid
Our days of believing
We will find good days for us
The sun will shine brightly
Live our life if only for just
A moment
Its okay to cry for a moment
When promises shatter
But dont waste your tears for too long
Because soon it wont matter
Promises made they were lost
But dont bother grieving
We will find good days for us
The sun will shine brightly
Live our life if only for just
A moment

Bleed Like A Crazed, Day
Shine shine shine
Shine shine shine
Shine shine shine
Shine shine shine
Shine shine shine
Shine shine shine
Bleed like a crazed dad
These are the craze
Easy come come goto go back
In the valley of the dead man walks
How they drank from the jazz
Astral kestrel, fed into the featherfall
Fed him on a pencil carving you will never get
Shine shine shine
Bleed like crazed dad
These are the craze
Seek for a leather journey never stopped to think about
Hollywood king kong domino on the side
Street light levitated down stop the blue for 5 dollar gonna keep my domino on the side
Street light, looking right looking to the parlous parlours
Party on the dead put a net through his headache
Shine shine shine
Shine shine shine
Shine shine shine
Bleeeeed
Bleed like a crazed dad
These are the craze
Living on a movie all the shirley/charley films on film
Come together, party footnote on the footstone
Shine shine shine
Bleed like a crazed dad

Drifting Sun
Music :ulrich roth
Lyrics:ulrich roth
Well, Im sitting on a stone
Sitting all alone
Daisies are rolling down the mountain
Well see the lonesome tramp
Whos living in the damp
Nobodys in the valley
Shine on, shine on sun
Oh its so cold right here
Shine on, shine on sun
Shine on all night long
All night long
Baby doll, Im sad and blue
Glossy wings will carry you
Well, midnight sun will never shine
These ravings of a fool
Youre thinking all about him all the time
Shine on, shine on sun
Oh its so cold right here
Shine on, shine on sun
Shine on all night long, all night long
All night long, yeah
One day baby told you sun just fades away
Forgot your life is fading, now hes in the grave
Some days like drifting haze
Some days like glowing blaze
Some days like tides of light
Some days like tides of night
One day baby told you sun just fades away
Forgot your life is fading, now hes in the grave
Some days like drifting haze
Some days like glowing blaze
Some days like tides of light
Some days like tides of night
Travelling along a tropic highway
Crazy as the world goes round and round
Hallowed heaven, night or day
Burning thing has putting the sun away
Shine on, shine on sun
Let it shine on all night long
Shine on, shine on sun
Let it shine on all night long

Rainy Day Song
Written by: neil diamond
Can you hear my rainy day song
Calling from the street below
Baby, since Ive been without you
Well, its the only song I know
And I keep hearing rainy day songs
Tapping on my window sill
Some that soon wont be forgotten
Some that probably never will
Say, I know you never did believe in rainbows
But hey, you know the sun is somehow gonna shine
And babe, we only have to look and we can find it
If we want to, if we need to
Its just another rainy day song
Way beneath the sorry sky
And when I try to understand it
I only end up asking why
But still I hear those rainy day songs
Calling out to me and you
I only hope that you can hear them
cause rainy days are made for two
Say, you know theres always gonna be a rainbow
And hey, you know that sun is always gonna shine
Come on babe, we only have to look and we can find it
If we want to, if we need to
Can you hear that rainy day song
Its such a lost and lonely sound
But baby when I have you near me
Rainy days cant get me down
Babe, I need to have you near me
Cause rainy days, they get me down
Babe, I got to have you near me
So rainy days wont come around

Shine
everyone knows
that im 10 feet under
til you come along and brighten my day
everyone knows that you killed the thunder
roaring in my brain
is giving me the strength
to see right thru the haze
shine come on and let it shine
light me up make me feel alive
you got what it takes
shine for me today
shine and only you know how
to lift my spirit off the ground
and chase those clouds away
shine on me today
when everythings wrong
i just pick the phone up
the sound of your voice
well it feels my eyes
with tears of joy because i know you'll be there
when im hangin by a thread
your my heaven sent
shine come on and let it shine
light me up make me feel alive
you got what it takes
shine for me today
shine only you know how
to lift my spirit off the ground
and chase those clouds away
and you have this way of makin me feel like i can fly
you underneath my wings
so i dont free fall out of the sky
your always there to save me
ya know you save me
shine come on and let it shine
light me up make me feel alive
you got what it takes
shine for me today
shine only you know how
to lift my spirit off the ground
and chase those clouds away
shine on me today
come on and shine
shine on me shine on me
shine
shine
shine
shine on me today
everyone knows that im 10 feet under
right in my world

Days Of Our Lives
How many times have you walked through my door
How many times have you heard my song before
How many lines until the end of time
These are the days of our lives
How many times did you hear mother say
You would do fine if you didn't sleep all day
Oh mother dear, I'll get a job next year
These are the days of our lives
How many times did you walk down the street
Avoiding cracks that were thrown at your feet
These rainy days were sent to make us pay
But these are the days of our lives
How many roads must a woman walk down
How many walls will surround the town
All that I am could get us out of here
These are the days of our lives
Did you believe in the stories at night
Weren't you afraid when they turned out the light
Oh, such a gas, I'm sorry it won't last
These are the days of our lives
These are the days that some of us regret
These are the days we learn to forget
These are the days that turn us out this way
These are the days of our lives
Of our lives

Day 1
Happy days!
Days of fun
Days of shine
Days of sun
Happy days!
Days I won
Days I earned
Today has just begun
Happy days!
Days I dread
To wake up
With a burning head
Happy days!
For which I wait
With furnished fear
And hollow hate.
You Are My Light
If you need a shoulder to lean on,
Here's mine,
Or tears, for you to cry
Or if you need a smile
To help you feel all right
You can have all mine
For you are my light.,
So if you need an ear
For troubles just to hear
Mine are just for you
Your voice are theirs to hear.
So shine your light on me
Shine your light on me
Shine it day or night
Shine it dim or bright.
And if you are in trouble
And your eyes are full of tears
And no one has came around
But troubles which are fears.
And if no one picks you up
When you are lying down
Everyone has ran away
And no one comes around.
So just shine your light on me
Shine that life of thee
Shine it bright or dim
But let it come on in,
And shine that light on me
Shine it so bright and free
And know by your light
You can finally see,
And if you loose your way
In the valley of despair
Open up your eyes again
For your troubles are mine to share,
And shine your light on me
Shine it bright and free
Be it day or night
But shine your life’s light.
And remember and don’t forget
That when you are upset
That to shine your light again
For you've got more than a friend,
And shine your light on me
Shine that life of thee
Be it bright or dim
But let it come on in,
And shine that light on me
Shine it out of thee
Be it bright or dim
For you, have more than a friend.

Northern Star
Shine so brightly now, Oh northern star!
Shine out bright and clear tonight, Oh northern star!
I say shine out like the sunlight now, Oh northern star!
I say shine out from the darkness now, Oh Alpha-star!
From Hill-tops to the mountain tops!
From the deserts to the Sandy-hills!
From the forests to the jungle paths!
From the Sea-sides to the Ocean-shores!
I say shine out like the sunlight now, Oh northern star!
Shine so brightly now, Oh northern star!
I say shine out bright and clear tonight, Oh northern star!
I will shine out from the darkness, like the northern star!
I will shine out from the rubbles now, Like the Alphastar!

Sending it all right back
Waiting for heart attacks
Watching the days collide
Changing with the weather
Trying to keep it clear
Slither on broken tears
Searching for ways to cure
Who can make it better?
'Cause you will never keep me down
You could never keep me down
I wanna lift myself up to the sky
Serenade the stars as I pass by
I wanna leave it all, just for a while
I'll be satellite news
I wanna lift myself above the clouds
Cut the ropes around me, you'll see me shine
Shine like the sun
Conditioned compatible youth

Sending back down the news
