I Am Sick....

I am sick …. The pain I feel.
I am sick…. This must be surreal.
I am sick…. I will not die.
I am sick…. But I must live on with this lie.
I am sick…. It’s not like cancer it’s not that bad.
I am sick… but the say depression goes with this pain I have.
I am sick…. It will never disappear.
I am sick…. My days will go on with the same o’l tear.
I am sick…. That I have thought of taking my pain away.
I am sick…. For that I cannot for the pain must stay.
I am sick… and no one can fix me.

Sad State Of Affairs

It’s a sad state of affairs
When you start to loose your friends
No one there to show they care
You even miss them driving you round the bend

It’s a sad state of affairs
When your ego is your compadre
He whispers in your ear 'you’re right and fair
You don’t need them, pay attention to what I say'

It’s a sad state of affairs
To know your smarter then those around you
What’s the point me going to your lair?
You speak nonsense but to you it sounds true

It’s a sad state of affairs
To have nothing going on in your life
Inside you’re dying to get up off the chair
But lack of motivation is your new strife

It’s a sad state of affairs
When you can’t even pay your bills
But to be honest do you even care?
Give me alcohol, shrooms and more pills

It’s a sad state of affairs
To not remember the years growing up
Except the fights between your family and your frère
Makes you think 'I could jump into that slowing truck'

When your writing is what you confide in

So sick of it

I’m so sick of it
Making me feel like I’m sick

So sick of this
So sick of it all

When I finally got sick of it all
I just let it all out, I changed more and more
Explaining it and speaking my mind
Writing it all down on sheets of paper
Explaining why I’m so sick.

I’m so sick of it all
This world, Reality, all this bigotry
Can’t get enough of this
I can’t take it anymore I have to stand up
And fight against this sickness

Battling which is that repeating cycle
Battling Homophobia

I’ve done it so many times
It makes me wonder why I’m so sick

I’m so sick of it
Going threw the same f*cking thing.
Wanting more and more

Realizing it couldn’t ever be real it sadden me
I thought it over and over and then
That’s when I got sick of it.

Got me thinking me of it then reminding myself of reality.
It happened over and over that’s when I got sick.
Making me feel sicker.

Regretting all of the stupid thing I ignored
Remembering I gone threw the same thing before
Anticipating myself 0.99 seconds before the actual thought

I’m so sick of it, all the things that make me sick
All the things I fight against.

You May Never Die But That's A Lie Oct 30th,2012

Your big forthcoming problem will really be your death,
I know; I know, you haven't thought much about that yet,
And the preacher said you will go to heaven; if you are good,
But don't show your disaffection with politicians as you should.

Therefore maybe you don't need death with dignity any time soon,
Because you're a good guy - not some homeless criminal goon,
Not like poor Sue Rodriguez who was indeed very very sick,
There's no need to think about this - it might be some gimmick.

Do you think you might eventually get sick before you die?
Could it be a nice pleasant sickness before you say goodbye?
In Oregon they can have death with dignity before they go,
But not in Canada they say and this; you better get to know.

for JOJI on terminal cancer (revised)

i have no courage to see her.
But i imagine that she is bald,
and in pain, and always taking
those pain relievers.
I imagine that.
Who knows, i may be wrong.
Not all cancers are painful. Perhaps.
But most cancers are painful.
That bone, that marrow,
the pain that lingers even in the
middle in the night when everyone
would be soundly sleeping with
their loved ones.
I have seen those with brain cancers
how they hit their heads on
the cemented walls
to ease the pain
those bloated stomachs
afflicted with liver cancer.

Cancer is pain. And Joji must
be suffering it by now.
She must be bald
for her locks of hair
must have fallen to the pillow
part of that
chemotherapy side effects.

But i think i know Joji.
She is a strong woman
with a sense of humor
with laughter always on
her face
she has the will to be herself
despite the sickness
till death, perhaps,
i know that she will not change
i know that she will not
let the cancer defeat her
innate goodness
her confidence to herself
her faith in God
i know that she will always
be smiling
not minding the pain
and the uncertainties.
I know that she is not
afraid.

Upon saying all these
to comfort her
in her Face-book Account,
it is me
who fears most,
for after all,
i may not be able to live
what i am
saying to her.

God! Oh God!
Have mercy upon us all!

Think carefully thrice
Throw decisions' dice
On the fine brain-floor
Success will knock at your door

You must be brave
Do not think about the grave
Surely from worry-fever

The World you must leave

Principles for ambitious youth
Living in East, West, North and south

Make cowardice face death
For this stop fear's breath
Valuable thoughts you must contribute
Forever then the World will pay tribute

If thought -fertilizers are scant
How can grow brain-plant?
Let brain make the right move
Then only obstacles you can remove

Wonderful plans brain can easily invent
Any hardship it can surely circumvent
A sharp brain is hard-work's gift
For coming up in life, it is the lift

Man has developed great cultures
Remain the same all other creatures
The obvious reason is brain
Thinking is to the brain grain

Life-river when you cross
Hindrances will come across
So skilfully construct the brain-bridge
Keep guiding thought-boards in the edge

If brain remains dull and negative
How can actions become superlative?
Brain is the basic root
That gives sweet success-fruit

If life-land is arid
Sweat can help get rid
Of aridity which is a success -killer

Have you ever been sick?

Have you ever been sick?
Walked that hospital floor with a stick
Have you ever been sick?
Had an operation painted graphically horrific

My knees, weak they felt
I heard their voices melt
Into pain from poor health
For them rebirth or death sickness spelt

Suddenly I realized life is not static
While listening to a tale so tragic
A mother cried at sicknesses trick
Her family of four it decided to pick

At any time we can lose
Anyone sickness decides to abuse!

Have you ever been sick?
In vain visited numerous clinics
Have you ever been sick?
Wondering where life will next kick

Have you ever had a cough?
Thinking you are having it so rough

Have you ever suffered from heat?
Knowing others gave up there in defeat

Have you suffered from cuts?
Or open wounds that severely hurt

Have you ever looked at the sick?
And thought anyone of them eccentric

Health is wealth and good health for sure
Is created by thoughts that are deemed pure
While the clock goes tick-tock-tick
If you ever find yourself sick
It helps to eliminate the negative traffic
With more than just a mere flick

Quiet Departure / Tissue Warning

Her life was drawing to its end.
She was content, although she knew
She will greet death as an old friend
Who will soon come to her rescue.
Death will provide the final cure.
Relieve her of her agonies
Which cancer forced to endure
and grant her merciful release.
She slipped away before the dawn
Still with the smile that she had worn.
To lull us in to thinking she.
