The Past Is A Faithtful Reminiscer Of The Heart

into the lake the past
takes a slow, silent breathe
bathing with the swans of time
engulfing air and releasing
bubbles of the water of memories
swallowing spitting
not only what is necessary
but something bittersweet
and expendable.

Try Me One More Time

I took away your reality
I took away all your memories
I gave up all the bliss that was made for you
And now I'm sad cause I missed the time
And now I'm sad cause my words were dying
Now that I'm grown and alone
I see my own silent crime
Tonight I drown in pain and beg you please
Just try me one more time
Chorus:
Try me one more time
It takes a mile or a miracle
It takes some tears just for me to tell
It takes a year and fear
To open up my soul for you
With you I'm blessed and you are divine
You turned my life from water to wine
You wame my sleep, are my sun to me
That I need to shine
So I regret, will not forget what I did
So try me one more time
Chorus:
Can't tell you why I could do it
Can't tell you why you should face it
Can't tell you why I could lose it
Can't tell you why you should try it
Why - why - why - just can't tell you why
But please, but please, but please, but please...

Under Ice

Its wonderful.
Everywhere, so white.
The river has frozen over.
Not a soul on the ice.
Only me skating fast.
Im speeding past trees,
Leaving little lines in the ice,
Splitting, splitting sound,
Silver heels spitting, spitting snow.
(sonar says...[inaudible]...deep...[inaudible])
Theres something moving
Under, under the ice,
Moving under ice,
Through water,
Trying to get out of the cold water.
Its me.
Something, someone--help them.
Its me.

Ill Be Yours

Ill be your water bathing you clean
The liquid piece
Ill be your ether youll breathe me in
You wont release
Well Ive seen you suffer, Ive seen you cry the whole night through
So Ill be your water bathing you clean
Liquid blue
Ill be your father, Ill be your mother,
Ill be your lover, Ill be yours x2
Ill be your liqour bathing your soul
Juice thats pure
And Ill be your anchor youll never leave
Shores that cure
Well Ive seen you suffer, Ive seen you cry for days and days
So Ill be your liqour demons will drown
And float away
Ill be your father, Ill be your mother,
Ill be your lover, Ill be yours x3

Swans

Night is over the park, and a few brave stars
Look on the lights that link it with chains of gold,
The lake bears up their reflection in broken bars
That seem too heavy for tremulous water to hold.

We watch the swans that sleep in a shadowy place,
And now and again one wakes and uplifts its head;
How still you are -- your gaze is on my face --
We watch the swans and never a word is said.

The Fish In The Fishbowl...

i see fish in a bowl
the size of the fish is just
enough for the bowl
and water is half-full
the fish swims freely and
breathes
air and lets it pass through
its lungs and three bubbles
rise up
and then disappears
at the surface

outside the house it is raining
heavily
the news of the river overflowing
the banks
is flashed on tv

warnings are given by the government
evacuation is eminent
carry only those which are necessary
foremost
save lives of the children and
the old sector

we are ready
we are not taking this fish bowl
the fish can take of itself

when we left
the fish flips its fins and breathes faster
releasing more bubbles on the surface of the water

it is the only creature i think
that is happy.

Like the lake a Chinese poet sits beside in a painting

Who cares about
the weight of a lake?
Who would care to weigh it?

Who cares about
the colour of a lake
without the light of the sky
to reflect in it?

Who notices its modesty,
reflecting all, but silent of itself?

Who observes that the lake
remains unaffected,
not pained by loss,
not pleased by gain?

Who notices its wisdom,
obeying every law?

Who names its generosity,
among the fish, the birds,
the animals who drink?

Who knows whether the tree
leaning over it, sees its own reflection?

Who notices its love?
It bonds with earth,
It flows when needed,
as love does.

Who asks where the lake came from,
seeing it there?

Who wonders how old that lake is?
It is without age today.

Who wonders whether the lake
knows itself water,
or if water knows itself lake?

Who does not go to seek it,
for its stillness, for its silence,
as if it understands the mind’s needs,
the heart’s nourishment?

He is like that.

A Silent River Part2

Sunday is a holiday
I'do again
I'makes again
The memories of the silent river

I'come again
To remember
I'have ever love and miss
Here in the silent river, silent so silence

The memories of the silent river
I'felt his love again in this river
I'felt his longing again in this river
I'felt his kindly again in this river
And i'see again his softly face in the water
In this silent river, silent so silence

The silent river
Makes me remember
I'miss again
the silent river
Makes me to get so many things
Sitting nearby silent river

Come to me the lonely
Come to me the long yearning
Come to me the tears
Come to me the rain
The silent river keep my memories good

In the silent river, silent so silence
Save me now, from all the dejected
To spin around all back
This silence is geeting on my nerves
Were i'am so afraid
You were to be lost in thought
And all was lost to me
Here in the silent river, silent so silence

Memories

*Whisper* Memories, Memories, Memories
In This World You Tried
Not Leaving Me Alone Behind
There's No Other Way
I'll Pray To The Gods: Let Him Stay
The Memories Ease The Pain Inside
Now I Know Why
Chorus
All Of My Memories
Keep You Near
It's All About Us
Imagine You'd Be Here
All Of My Memories
Keep You Near
The Silent Whispers
The Silent Tears
Made Me A Promise I'd Try
To Find My Way Back In This Life
I Hope There Is A Way
To Give Me A Sign You're Okay
Reminds Me Again
It's Worth It All
So I Can Go Home
Chorus
Together In All These Memories
I See Your Smile
All The Memories I Hold Dear
Darling You Know I Love You Till The End Of Time

Expendable Name

I have a name
An expendable name
A name with a million meaning
My expendable name
More powerful than
Any other name
I have a life, an expendable life
A life full of uncertainties
A life I gave up for you.
My life which never shall know
No end.

Bittersweet day that arrives

Bittersweet day that arrives,
bittersweet the sun is burning
another man came between her and me
has broken our love down to nothing
and now she loves him
with everything between us shattered.

If I look for the things binding us,
there is only pain that I find in memories
as if everything between us turns away
to something forsaken and strange
I am still blinded; only find the words of a child.

Big-eyed memories
shatters my heart apart
with the pain, the sweet joy that it brings,
I try to again to be intrusive
but between us everything is finished.

Slow Dancing With The Moon

Sweet little cherry blossom, blooming before her time
Moving her lips to her favorite song, cherishing every rhyme
Swaying her hips to the rhythm, humming along with the tune
Lost in her own little dream world, slow dancing with the moon
Watching her I cannot help but go back in my mind
And suddenly I find I am 15 again
Slow dancing with the moon
Oh, the stars got in my eyes long time ago
And Ive lived my life like a love sick clown
In a bittersweet cartoon
Just a dreamy-eyed kid slow dancing with the moon
Watching the girl Im reminded shes quite a lot like me
Trapped in the suburbs of wonderland, lost in her own fantasy
Somehow my heart never grew up, no one ever burst my balloon
So here I am swirling in star dust slow dancing with the moon
Still believe someday my wildest dreams will all come true
And Ill find someone wholl make me 15 again
But until then Im slow dancing with the moon
Oh, the stars got in my eyes long time ago
And Ive lived my life like a love sick clown
In a bittersweet cartoon
Just a dreamy-eyed kid slow dancing with the moon

The Black Swan

When the swans turned my sister into a swan
I would go to the lake, at night, from milking:
The sun would look out through the reeds like a swan,
A swan's red beak; and the beak would open
And inside there was darkness, the stars and the moon.

Out on the lake, a girl would laugh.
"Sister, here is your porridge, sister,"
I would call; and the reeds would whisper,
"Go to sleep, go to sleep, little swan."
My legs were all hard and webbed, and the silky

Hairs of my wings sank away like stars
In the ripples that ran in and out of the reeds:
I heard through the lap and hiss of water
Someone's "Sister . . . sister," far away on the shore,
And then as I opened my beak to answer

I heard my harsh laugh go out to the shore
And saw - saw at last, swimming up from the green
Low mounds of the lake, the white stone swans:
The white, named swans . . . "It is all a dream,"
I whispered, and reached from the down of the pallet

To the lap and hiss of the floor.
And "Sleep, little sister," the swan all sang
From the moon and stars and frogs of the floor.
But the swan my sister called, "Sleep at last, little sister,"
And stroked all night, with a black wing, my wings.

Bitter Sweet

No I don't know how to love you
The way you want me to
Coz everytime I try
Something always changes with you
First it's cold baby
And then there's too much heat
One minute I'm up in heaven
And the next I'm down in the street
Coz we got a love
That's bittersweet
I said we got a love
It's bittersweet
Sometimes when I'm with you
It's like you're just not there
When I look into your eyes
I see that thousand yard stare
Then you're back in love with me
Like you can't get enough
Rough into smooth
And the smooth back into the rough
Ohhhh help me now
We got a love
That's bittersweet
We got a love, oh darlin'
That's bittersweet
I don't know anybody
Anybody like you
I never met anybody
Could make me feel the way you do
I wish that I could love you
The way you want me to
So scared you'll pull out the rug
Darling if I do
It's cold it's cold
And now there's too much heat
One mnute I'm up in heaven
And the next, I'm walking the street
We got a love
That's bittersweet
You know we got a love
That's bittersweet
We got a love
That's bittersweet
You know, we got a love, oh darlin'
That's bittersweet.
Flamin' hot
Then not.
Ooooooooh, bitter memory
I said we got a love, oooh,
We got a love.

Paul Eluard

‘You Rise the Water Unfolds’

You rise the water unfolds
You sleep the water flowers

You are water ploughed from its depths
You are earth that takes root
And in which all is grounded

You make bubbles of silence in the desert of sound
You sing nocturnal hymns on the arcs of the rainbow
You are everywhere you abolish the roads

You sacrifice time
To the eternal youth of an exact flame
That veils Nature to reproduce her

Woman you show the world a body forever the same
Yours

You are its likeness.

Unrehearsed

Oh what a time of fight and harm
Restless mind wandering hard
Lies hidden are now in light
Silence wreckage of the night

Voices and emotions so high
Tongues spitting venom on heart
Spirits thrown in a lake of fires
Drowning, sinking in the valley of lies

Oh what a reality shaken by wise
Truth falls into the trap of disguise
Tears, confessions and chance
Slow down the hands of time

Bittersweet

Only the violins
Cry honey tears.
Fragrant promises are lost
On summer breeze.
Our first kisses haunt us
In future years.
Yet blessings find us
On our knees.
Or on trains
Where lovers
Never did meet.
Some cherries
Are so bittersweet.

Flowers light the room
Like a smile.
She touched my hand
A love life ago.
As I watched those blooms
Die in such style.
That stranger
That I've come to know
Still kisses my soul.
Clouds roll.
An icicle
From the warmest glow.
Sweet shiver
From memories hypnotised.
Sunlight is metamorphosised
Into tempest,
Oh so Indiscreet.
Love's storms
That blow
So bittersweet.

Only the moon
Laughs and cries
Yet beams forever
In the skies.
Only the ocean
Can sparkle and sing.
Yet drown the dreams
Of everything
That takes its hand
In trust.
Washed up on the sand
- Stardust.
Remnants of our kiss.
And
Pink petals at your feet.
Now prisoners
Of our happiness.
In
Daisy chains,
So bittersweet.

What I Like From You

i like to think that you think that i am not at all serious about memories.
memories are not like seeds
they do not grow anywhere when thrown
memories are selective
for instance in our minds these memories think that they are special
and must be treated in such ways
like an important guest to be fed and pampered

there were memories that i killed
say i am cruel say i am one of those savages in the mountains
killing innocent natives direct to the eye

bull's eye bullshit bull's eye
the man fell straight to the ravine without the benefit of any doubt

at first we shiver but it will only be for that first time
and there is the second
and there is the nth time
and we become numb to ourselves
to our own words we embrace the silence of the

whatever whoever whenever
the who what where and when

there was that woman naked bathing in the river
and there was that monkey
did you hear the sound again? i wish i have no ears
i wish i have no mind at all

what have you made out of me? a doughnut, a black hole, a grass
a cloud.

Breathe

Paper towers of vogue and vanity fair
They are still standing
And the spaces in the bathroom are incredibly bare
And its better this way
And I dont miss the sunrise on the colours of your hair
And I dont mind the mornings no not much any more no not
Much any more
And it hurts to breathe, when your perfumes everywhere
And it hurts to breathe, when the memories are hanging in the air
There will be dust on the spice rack in no time at all
Tell me, whos around to notice
And I wont run from the shower whenever you call
And its better this way
And I wont miss the starlight and the clothes you used to wear
And I dont mind the moonlight no not much anymore no not
Much anymore
And it hurts to breathe, when your perfumes everywhere
And it hurts to breathe, when the memories are hanging in the air
And you know I can handle it, I can handle it, Im getting out more
And you know Im over it, Im so over it, until I close the door
And it hurts to breathe, when your perfumes everywhere
And it hurts to breathe, when the memories are hanging in the air

Top Taps

At the Royal Festival Hall, on the third floor,
There is an experience which I just adore.
Every time that I visit there, I always choose
To wash my hands under the taps in their loos.

Out of the tap, the water suddenly gushes;
On to my waiting hands, hot water rushes.
Into the basin, water froths and foams:
I really wish we had these taps at home.

Round my wrists, the white water swirls
Like a precious bracelet, made of pearl.
Bubbles coat my hands, just like a glove:
It is a sensation which I simply love.

By the bubbles, my hands are massaged.
Luckily, for these loos, there isn't a charge.
With these taps, I am a little obsessed.
These are the taps which I love the best!
