Our Inner Wars....
we what must fear most is not the war
that eliminates us all
when we are all gone, no one's telling
about what misery was there
we dread most is the war within
it is everyday and no one knows that pain
you cannot signify
or if you will, shall they be genuinely interested?
they too have their own inner wars
arguments and heated deliberations inside the
conference rooms of their hearts
against the mind
like bow and arrow is this spirit and body
like night and day
this struggle for morality
the good that we have and the evil that we embrace
the guilt that settles like sediments
at the bottom of the deepest river
the way we smile when we meet friends
the way we burst into tears when we are finally alone.

Touch Others With Tears
When trials descends upon the home,
I am left alone to find solution,
With tears making sheltering atone.
They turned to water and wet my face,
Problems trace the air in silence,
They leave to go and return in haste.
The friends I ask for help,
It seems they too have long slip,
From the positions they had grip.
Their hearts are made of stone,
With passion surrendering decision
I wrestle with passion.
Struggle on trying to understand,
We have to the face trials in our mind,
Treat then as an enemy or a friend.
Realise everything is just for a little while,
We can walk away or even run a mile,
But a problem share though a smile.
Will overcome the winds that blow,
The pain where the tears flows,
Reaching heights of sorrows.
Outside when the tears dried,

Searching
The sky is raining teardrops-
Although the sky is a deep shade of cerulean blue-
The mountains reflect the color of the sky, and as
The sun is trying to rise above mountains of uncertainty-
I walk a never ending pathway leading to nowhere,
I fear the world that the sky rains upon and
These teardrops falling from the sky
Intermesh with the tears emanating from my heart that bleeds
Pain, confusion and terrifying madness
I feel as someone's hand is reaching out from the sky to taunt me, as
Eyes are seemingly staring from the creek that runs beside me-
Although dread is tearing my body and mind apart,
Robbing me of my flagging grasp on reality, -
I keep walking steadily upon that pathway, though seemingly void of direction.
The sky is raining teardrops-
Teardrops that could be falling from the depths of my soul-
I fear the world, inside which I could soon be drowning in a river of tears,
But I keep walking that pathway that I fear could be leading to nowhere.
I can see people walking before me-
People nobody else can see, and
I listen to voices calling my name-

That hand that reaches from the sky that taunts me,

As frightening as these intruding contacts can be-

Somewhere though I believe there is a place for me and

Tears of pain stream down my although I know you're in a better place
Wishing I could see your face..,

Locked Inside Her Pain
Living day to day in severe pain,
overwhelming is her pain today,
can't walk too good, for her legs hurt so.
Kind and gentle she is, through all of her pain,
even on her worst days, she always has a smile
and a kind word for those who may pass by her way.
Day after day I watch her in pain
and pray there was something I could do.
Intensely wanting to just be able to take all her pain away,
nothing I can do to help her with it.
Sweet and loving she is, her pain is sometimes unbearable.
Intense pain is what she lives with everyday.
Doctors won't give her anything for fear she may be allergic.
Each and everyday her pain becomes worse.
Hating myself because there is nothing I can do to help her,
hoping that someday they will find a cure for Fibromyalgia and tendontis,
realizing that she may never ever be pain free.
Patiently, she tries to do the things she used to do
but, once again her pain stops her from doing them.
Inside her pain she cries, for relief of her pain or maybe a cure
never getting the relief she so deserves, or wants.
Dear Lord, please take my mom's pain away,
so she will no longer be locked inside her pain
and give her the life she used to know back,
so that she can live her life a normal person without pain,
and God, please be with her every day and night
and keep her safe and warm.

Understanding myself

Light Breeze
As regards feeling pain, like a hand cut in battle,
consider the body a robe you wear.
When you meet someone you love, do you kiss their clothes? Search out who's inside.
Union with God is sweeter than body comforts.
We have hands and feet different from these. Sometimes in dream we see them.
That is not illusion. It's seeing truly. You do have a spirit body;
don't dread leaving the physical one. Sometimes someone feels this truth so strongly that he or she can live in mountain solitude totally refreshed.
The worried, heroic doings of men and women seem weary and futile to dervishes enjoying the light breeze of spirit.

My Love Renewed
Everyday I see you where you go
Every step every move I notice
I can’t get you off my mind
Your face is on the ceiling above me
And the ground below me
You tempt me in my deepest dreams
Emotions fly past in a world of color
Is this dream telling me something?
What is it telling me?
What are you trying to tell me, I call
The answer I receive is my fast
And heavy breath in my cold room in the dark
With my brain spinning around in circles
I think I get how you make me feel
I finally get what my heart already knew
And what my mind was telling me
That I must tell you
Share my inner most feelings about you
And hopefully by some chance you feel the same
I can tell by that smile and the stare in your
Eye that you must feel the same
