On And On And On

There are some other words
Still there
I am looking for the word
To say
The one which can tell all
My grief
There is none to describe it
And so it has remained
Unspoken

And so it goes on
and on and on

Unspoken Words

My thoughts are going back - back to the time
When I was young to live a life
A life of lies - full of lies
Then you came into my life
And youve changed so many things
That Ive done before - that Ive done before
Without you Ive been so alone
Dont leave me this way
Without you Ive been so alone
Dont leave me this way
You treated me the right way
You always said dont give up
Some day you will see what I have done
And when I start thinking about me
Then I find out
You did it right - just right
Without you Ive been so alone
Dont leave me this way
Without you Ive been so alone
Dont leave me this way
Unspoken words - so many unspoken words
They cannot lie to me anymore
Unspoken words - words so full of meaning
They cannot lie, theyre from inside
Unspoken words
Back to start again - were working still together
More than ever - better than before
Better than before
Without you Ive been so alone
Dont leave me this way
Without you Ive been so alone
Dont leave me this way - dont leave me this way
Unspoken words - so many unspoken words
They cannot lie to me anymore
Unspoken words - words so full of meaning
They cannot lie, theyre from inside
All those unspoken words so many, many unspoken words
They cannot lie to me anymore, oh yeah
Without you Ive been so alone
Dont leave me this way, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Unspoken words...

So Much More

You're so much more to me
Than words can tell
Or the actions that you see
Beautiful, amazing, lovely, honest, loyal these words describe you well
But fail to show you for what you are
High above like a star
You're more than enough for me
But I can no longer hide
And just be friends, my feelings are so much greater- let them be
I just want to spend my life by your side
Because this love of mine I give to you
You who
I praise and adore
Yet no word and no action and no loving phrase
Could give you enough praise
Or do justice to my boundless love for you! But my heart is sore
And cannot wait
My love is too great
If only there was some word to describe the depth of
Of... my love, my love for you, how could I explain this love?
Because it's more than word and deed
More than a need
This love I have is more
So much more, three words will have to suffice so listen close
The only three words I know to express my love so lean in
I love you

Easy To Fall

In the morning, sunlight shining
The face in the mirror knows the crime
Voices cry from the darkness
A broken promise one more time
You say you believe in love
And still you run
You only believe in God when you come undone
So here you are
You brought everything on yourself
So easy to fall
When youre all alone by yourself
He said hes tried everything he could
A fools illusion one more lie
Therell be demons waitin in the shadows of a concrete world
Tears are runnin tonight
You say you believe in love
And still you run
You only believe in God when you come undone
So here you are
You brought everything on yourself
So easy to fall, (easy to fall)
When youre all alone by yourself

The Uselessness In Arguing About The Proper Use Of Words

those that discuss much about words
and how properly they must be used
how grammar is murdered and
sentences dis-edified must have no talent
to pursue into
actual use without complaint as to what
must be and could have been

in fact words are not pillars
where buildings stand and become castles
words in truth only serve within that curve
beyond this fence
and walls
words cannot go over and
penetrate

those that you think and remember
and keep forever
no word has ever conquered
sometimes
mouth-less it cannot utter
speechless in air
unrecognizable anymore in the word of those
unspoken

When The Morning Comes

when the morning comes
and you wake up first
and i am still left naked
beside these white
stained cover sheets

you know i will follow
you in the kitchen
where breakfast is
ready prepared by
your own hands

we look at each other
again this time
new eyes new memories
new anticipations

new love, new selves
new covenants
new promises

old memories,
revivals, reminiscings
we remember last night
when the hugs were tighter
when the sleep was sounder
than ever

what word will i say?
what word? will you tell me?

you hand it my coffee
and you sip yours
no cup is cold
and the brew runs wild
to the top of the ceiling

what word will i say?
our eyes speak.
we sip each other's presence.
the words are useless.
they must remain unspoken

we confess our love
this morning. the words are useless.
they must remain unspoken
our hearts are full.

and then we smile. we sip our souls.

She Bangs The Drum

I can feel the earth begin to move
I hear my needle hit the groove
And spiral through another day
I hear my song begin to say
Kiss me where the sun don't shine
The past was yours
But the future's mine
You're all out of time
I don't feel too steady on my feet
I feel hollow I feel weak
Passion fruit and holy bread
Fill my guts and ease my head
Through the early morning sun
I can see her here she comes
She bangs the drums
Have you seen her have you heard
The way she plays there are no words
To describe the way I feel
How could it ever come to pass
She'll be the first she'll be the last
To describe the way I feel
The way I feel
Have you seen her have you heard
The way she plays there are no words
To describe the way I feel
How could it ever come to pass
She'll be the first she'll be the last

Between Those Spoken And Unspoken

between those unspoken
and those unspoken
lies this space of my
indulgence.let my poetry speak.
it is gentle.

the unspoken hides and shies
away a little bit
like a child

his heart is always pure.
and he does not speak.
he simply comes near you
and holds your hands
looks at you and smiles.

words do not help him.
purity speaks without them.

The Power of Words

An unspoken word is only a thought.
So many things we need to hear in life.
So many thoughts go unspoken.
They lay dormant in the abyss of our minds.
Like a flower that never blooms.
When spoken they spring into action.
They give life.
Flowers bloom in spring.
Spring is the season of love.
Let your words be like spring every day.

The Door's Grief

ah, the door's grief is not really brief,
it has been there since the hinges were fixed,
though it does not sound like an old man
grumbling, though its creaking sound
is hidden on a dropp of mechanical
oil,
there are those who still slam it
and out of too much fear
its grief lies hidden continually
on every closing

when you open it, it gives a respectable smile
yet you fail to understand
what was suppressed from what was not so valiantly expressed
there is no word for this
even the door cannot describe it
till this moment
when you close it again and again
as it becomes
another wall of the house again.

And I call her 'Just Meggie' (Meggie Gultiano)

I know you'll find it hard to believe me
If I tell you that they describe you in there poems perfectly
I could hardly understand how I can describe you
Knowing that I really don’t know
What literal perfect words that will fit for you
I've never been like this before
I really love to give my friend and mentor
The words she will cherished eternally
I just don't know how to pour out my feelings for you
I wanted to find those wonderful and bizarre words
To make you realize how much you mean to me
But words continue to elude me
What would they be?
Something poetic?
I'm sure it should be heartfelt and out of the ordinary
I'm afraid it's no use; every time I see your name and your poetry
The words came out the same
Ahhhh….. This woman will always be my Just Meggie!

Getting Into You

When I made up my mind
And my heart along with that
To live not for myself
But yet for god
Somebody said
Do you know what you are getting yourself into?
When I finally ironed out
All of my priorities
And asked God to remove the doubt
That makes me unsure of these
Things I ask myself
I ask myself
Do you know what you are getting yourself into?
Im getting into you
Because you got to me
In a way words cant describe
Im getting into you
Because Ive got to be
Youre essential to survive
Im going to love you with my life
When he looked at me and said
I kind of view you as a son
And for a second our eyes met
And I met that with a question
Do you know what you are getting yourself into?
Im getting into you
Because you got to me
In a way words cant describe
Im getting into you
Because Ive got to be
Youre essential to survive
Im going to love you with my life
Ive been a liar and Ill never amount to
The kind of person you deserve to worship you
You say you will not dwell on what I did but rather what I do you say
I love you and thats what you are getting yourself into
Im getting into you (getting into you)
Because you got to me (because you got to me)
In a way words cant describe
Im getting into you (getting into you)
Because Ive got to be (because Ive got to be)
Youre essential to survive
Im going to love you with my life
Im getting into you (getting into you)
Because you got to me (because you got to me)
In a way words cant describe
Im getting into you (getting into you)
Because Ive got to be (because Ive got to be)
Youre essential to survive
Im going to love you with my life
You said I love you and thats what youre getting into

Unspoken

Unspoken
By: Adam M. Snow

You torment me with your bladed tongue;
if only you knew my life is left unsung.
Now I am broken;
blind, and left unspoken;
with my dreams shattered by you;
for now I know not what to do.

I am left with a voice of silence;
all alone in the distance.
My words I want to say remains unspoken;
for I wonder, 'Will I ever be unbroken? '
Your words still scorn my soul;
for it feels that I am left to rot in this hole.
You showed me your heart of ice;
yet I ask, 'Is my life the price? '

Your bladed tongue pierced my heart;
all because of you, I have fallen apart.
You speak of broken truth;
yet you say I am uncouth.
You push me away and call me a freak;
for all you have done, now silence is what I speak.

I am a ghost with words left unspoken;
standing over my essence, shattered and broken.
Your words are torment;
is this not your intent?
I am tainted by your selfishness;
for my feelings I cannot express.
I am broken because of you;
I only wish you knew.

Unspoken

There's so many things
I'd like to say, but I can't not today.
So many things unspoken.
It leaves me tired and broken.

I'm so afraid you'll think me a joke,
if of these things I spoke.
Unspoken they remain,
feeling that I cannot explain.
I'm exausted from refrain.
To you I don't dare complain.

If to you these words were spoken.
I fear that you would leave me broken.
Then I'd definetley feel like croakin.
Unspoken these things will remain,
and there's no one to be blamed.
For I think we both feel ashamed,
of these things I cannot explain.
So forever they shall remain unspoken

Unspoken Words

'Unspoken Words'
by Fel

sometimes i just want to say hi
to the person i like but
it always end up coming out wrong.
instead of 'beautiful pink lips'
'uneducated fry' squishes out.

I mean no offence when i
call you dark and useless.
one may say is tough love
...deep love...
that cannot be express.
yes i'm the best there is
and will ever be.
But words that shimmering, crimmering, dimmering
mixed it self with the truth i have.
'your worthless and pathetic'

I just want to say
to the person i like but-
the blackly white things we have is
too much for the heart to mend.
I am never sorry if the unspoken words
release out of bondage
cause i just want to say hi

Yesterday

Yesterday, you were only a whisper away
But fearing that the meaning of love might only be lost in the air
Words remained unspoken
Till you became a thousand yesterdays away

So near you were, only an arm within my reach
And yet so far, I could'nt hold even your fingertips
Now you are near only by memories

I wish someday I would be near your heart
Though I know I could be near you only as close as I held you in my eyes
Until again you are so many thousand yesterdays away

Why hide behind the clouds?
When I can see the rays shining through.
Why keep the secrets in your heart?

With the words remain unspoken.
But our hearts clearly understood,

My Broken Heart

I am alone most of the time.
But oh how can that be?
A room full of people where I am
and loneliness is with me.

My mind is drifting in and out
while conversation can be heard.
But silence has taken over my heart
because of your unspoken word.

My heart is broken from words unspoken
and breathing is a chore.
The sound of your voice is what I need
just as I did before.

I am alone most of the time
and you're not even aware.
You're off and about doing your thing
and life is too hard to bear.

But bear it I must. Bear it I will
and I owe you nothing now.
For you took everything when you left
and left me with a vow

to take back the life I gave to you
and treat it tenderly.
And when I'm alone most of the time
I will not cry for thee.
