Now I Must Recall

now i must recall
because i am no longer afraid of my own shadow

it was about the door
that was not locked and without knocking
you opened it

there were no black clouds
only the white sheen of light coming from my body
i was naked and you saw it
it may not have been so good to you
not as beautiful as you perceived me
when i was fully clothed
by the sun

it was a shame you said once
i wanted to forget that and bury it like dung
you never spoke a word
but i know that you have seen it

it was my fault
but now i think i should not be ashamed
about some slips of my flesh
squirting bubbles into the air of our prisons
fluids rushing like unexpected rain

one dark night
the moon bleeds a dim light

it was as though i were the finch perched on a lonely branch
when all the leaves have fallen

bluntly, i must tell you
if you must remember
now that i have the courage to hold my own hips
it was not a shame
because it was the truth about my being

did we not tell ourselves
that one thing about the truth is that it is beautiful?

Shame

What we learned here is love tastes bitter when its gone
Past yourself forget the light, things look dirty when its on
Funny how it comes to pass, that all the good slips away
And theres no one around you can remember being good to
You
(chorus1)
Shame, shouldnt try you, couldnt step by you
And open up more
Shame, shame, shame
What we lost here is something better left alone
Second steps been forgotten, will you tell me how
They go
Set yourself, situate, like a fool try again
Theres no one around you can remember being good, for you
So
(chorus2)
Shame, shouldnt try you, couldnt step by you
And open up more
Shame, shame, shame
Shame, shouldnt try you, couldnt step by you
And open up more
Shame, shame, shame
We never thought wed getter so troubled
We could never think that much
It should never get this bad
So let the wind blow ya
Across a big floor
But theres no one around who can tell us what were here
For
Funny in a certain light, how we all seem to look the same
And theres no one in life you can remember ever stood
For you, so
(chorus2)

This Is My Naked Self

this is my naked self
what you are seeing is my naked truth
i am not ashamed of my flesh and body
you desire it
you touch it
let my senses live
wake me up with the slightest kindness
of your touch

this is my naked self
i am seated bside the open shutters of my green bay window
little touches of light from the early morning light sketch my shadow
i am here
long waiting for you
just you my love
my only love

kiss me
touch me
let me live for another day

Beauty Need Not Be Truth

A beautiful house need not be a home,
a beautiful person need not be humane,
a beautiful book may have writings profane,
a beautiful office building may be rife
with dishonesty and shame.

A beautiful dress may not impress,
a beautiful bag may be filled with trash,
a beautiful ornament need not be of gold,
a beautiful car may never get sold.

We all know too well -
“All that glitters is not gold”.
Keats said: “Beauty is truth, truth beauty, - that is all…”
But beauty need not be truth -
We need to realize this before we fall.

Beautiful

I am beautiful
Not only because of the curve of my hips
Or the shape of my body
Not only because of the fullness of my lips
Or the curl of my eye lashes

I am beautiful because I want to be
I am beautiful because God made me that way
I am beautiful because in my eyes
There is no one more beautiful than me

I am beautiful because I have a heart
And that is a beautiful thing
I am beautiful because I have a brain
And that is a beautiful thing
I am beautiful because I give advice
And that is a beautiful thing

I am beautiful because I want to be
I am beautiful because God made me that way
I am beautiful because in my eyes
There is no one more beautiful than me

I am beautiful because I have confidence
I am beautiful because I have determination and wit
I am beautiful because I have goals and I plan to reach them
I am beautiful because I am always there to lend a helping hand

I am beautiful because I want to be
I am beautiful because God made me that way
I am beautiful because in my eyes
There is no one more beautiful than me

Turning Off The Lights

you say, you love light, its brightness
that reveals what had long been denied to you
by darkness,
you take it, and raise it and put it at the higher place
for that should be how it must be
everything is now obvious and you begin to see
the truth, and you say, at first, that this is beautiful,
and good, and you preach about light, its brightness,
you want all those that love you to have them too

time changes, seasons come and go, tastes not just sweetness
but bitterness, this is also truth, but this is not good,
this is ugly, and all the scenes pass before your eyes,
your parents, and brothers, they are carried by this rage
of the river of time, there was thunder and lightning at the background,
there is too much lighting, and you begin to dislike
what light has given you, brightness has become too harsh
for such a short life,
there is panic and fear now, you want to run but all the doors are closed,
and the windows refuse to open,
the clouds make the rain, and rain does not stop,
the sun still shines, no promises are broken, all for your love of light,
its brightness, now getting too sharp and too jagged, they hurt

you sit alone, you let the rain flood over you, you dislike water
there is too much of it, just like light, flooding over your senses,
they are no longer good, they are so ugly,
but what can you do? you wished for it and now it is given for free.

forgetting has taken your beloved away. Such a cruel goddess.
Now you are alone. You remember the night of sound sleep.
You remember when you said, once when we were small,
You want all the lights turned off, light hurts, and you cannot sleep.

and so, i turned off all the lights now. I shall not tell you anything.
You need sleep and dreams shall be there to comfort you.

Tell the truth and shame the devil

I told the truth, I have shame the devil.i told god the truth not the devil when you push that pedal you have told the truth a shame the devil.

God vs Devil, God the truth and the light, then you have the devil the father of all lies in the prince of darkness.his soul black like the midnight sky, his soul bright up the world.

Tell the truth and shame the devil, my soul ripes water when i tell the truth.so be cool play it by god rule.

New York City

I can't remember what I planned tomorrow
I can't remember when it's time to go
When I look in the mirror
Tracing lines with a pencil
I remember what came before
I wanted to think there was endless love
Until I saw the light dim in your eyes
In the dead of the night I found out
Sometimes there's love that won't survive
New York City
Such a beautiful disease
New York City
Such a beautiful,
Such a beautiful disease
Laura kept all her disappointments
Locked up in a box behind her closet door
She pulled the blinds and listened to the thunder
With no way out from the family store
We all told her things could get better
When you just say goodbye
I'll lay awake one more night
Caught in a vision I want to deny
And did I mention the note that I found
Taped to my locked front door
It talked about no regrets
As it slipped from my hand to the scuffed tile floor
I rode the train for hours on end
And watched the people pass me by
It could be that it has no end
Just an action junkie's lullaby
New York City
We were full of the stuff that every dream rested
As if floating on a lumpy pillow sky
Caught up in the whole illusion
That dreams never pass us by
Came to a tattooed conclusion
That the big one was knocking on the door
What started as a mass delusion
Would take me far from the place I adore
New York City

Shes Knocking At My Door

Music :rudolf schenker
Lyrics:klaus meine
Shes knocking at my door
That little angel knows the score
Shes knocking at my door
But I wont let her out no more
I want a piece of that pie
Shes driving me completely wild
Shes giving me a private dance
Shes playing with my confidence
The way shes coming down the stairs
Makes me surrender just right there
This girl is out of this world
Heaven must be a place on earth
Shes knocking at my door
That little angel knows the score
Shes knocking at my door
But I wont let her out no more
Shes like a shot of adrenaline
She made me fly with broken wings
With nothing but the radio on
Her body is the song I want
Shes knocking at my door
That little angel knows the score
Shes knocking at my door
But I wont let her out no more
The light is on but no ones home tonight
We lock the door, we turn the key
And throw it right outside
Come on and set me free
If you had candy once before
For you keep coming back for more
Shes got the sweetest touch of all
The longest legs that I recall
Before she leaves she turns around
The elevator takes her down
She says oh well the city rocks
I go to sleep but then it knocks
Shes knocking at my door
That little angel knows the score
Shes knocking at my door
But I wont let her out no more

Moon Reflects on Water

I thought that
'heart' was beautiful, pure and unbroken thing
My heart should be beautiful and bright too
I believe it is born to light his heart
Never only be the shadow of shining moon
in the dark night sky
My heart should..must be beautiful and bright, but..
it's not
Why I'm such a fool and proud one
My heart... like reflection moon on water, so small
like moon's hidden by the cloud
Even shining moon on gloomy night
could lose its charm

Ella Wheeler Wilcox

What I Have Seen #1

I saw a mother give wine to her boy-
The rain-drops fall and fall:
The pride of his parents, a household joy,
A mother's blessing, her all.

I saw the cheek of the youth grow red-
The rain falls over the lea:
The light of his eye shone like jewels, they said:
It spoke of ruin to me.

I saw the youth drink again and again-
The rain falls heavy and fast:
I saw the mother's brow furrowed with pain,
She was reaping her harvest at last.

I saw the youth go staggering by-
The rain-drops beat and beat:
Dulled was the light of his beautiful eye;
I saw him fall in the street.

I heard the rabble cry, 'Shame! oh! shame!'
The rain-drops sob and sob:
I heard the drunkard's once-honored name
Shouted aloud by the mob.

I saw the youth carried home to his door-
The rain-drops sob and sigh:
Saw the friends shun him, who sought him before,
Saw him sink lower, and die.

I saw the stone that bore only his name-
The rain-drops mutter and rave:
I saw the mother with sorrow and shame
Bowed to the brink of the grave.

Five Flights Up

Still dark.
The unknown bird sits on his usual branch.
The little dog next door barks in his sleep
inquiringly, just once.
Perhaps in his sleep, too, the bird inquires
once or twice, quavering.
Questions---if that is what they are---
answered directly, simply,
by day itself.

Enormous morning, ponderous, meticulous;
gray light streaking each bare branch,
each single twig, along one side,
making another tree, of glassy veins...
The bird still sits there. Now he seems to yawn.

The little black dog runs in his yard.
His owner's voice arises, stern,
"You ought to be ashamed!"
What has he done?
He bounces cheerfully up and down;
he rushes in circles in the fallen leaves.

Obviously, he has no sense of shame.
He and the bird know everything is answered,
all taken care of,
no need to ask again.
---Yesterday brought to today so lightly!
(A yesterday I find almost impossible to lift.)

Manhood

in the center of my garden
of paradise
i stand alone
naked facing a mirror pool
where i see my
own image

i raise my hands to touch
the moon
it is golden on a sheen of fingers
touching my body

i squirt
too much light
so many seeds of light

some tiny hungry grass forms
have mouths
open

drinking some dews from the leaves
of my body

this is the cycle of my
solo existence

squirts of light
when the moon fades in a universe of dark space
it is so silent

The Limitations Of The Body...

sometimes i forget that i have a body

it is only when i eat that i remember i have one
but most of the times

i am full and so i almost forget all about this body
i am feeding it with wrong things

ideas, more ideas,
i am covering it with mysteries that it cannot relate because
a body is just a body
earthly, mundane
clay,
stick, creepy
skin, hair
sunken eyes,
trembling hands

it is flesh, bones, cartilages,
and

nerves, and when all these nerves take revenge on me
i shall finally lose this body
which i welcome somehow
because i have not experienced it yet
fully

i live in the mind,
my castle is in my imagination,
and i eat nothing for the day
but words
and i drink nothing for the day but ink
and i touch nothing for the day
but keys

the body is forgotten and so are my chains,
my prisons, my
dark rooms,

my body, this fetter,
this
ball and chain that hold me
in hunger and pain and
thirst and
constant urination,
disturbing
defecation

sometimes i like to become nothing but air
so you cannot see me anymore so i can go places and be lost forever

because i am not this body,
and i do not want to be caught in here
a little longer.

As the Clouds that are so Light

As the clouds that are so light,
Beautiful, swift, and bright,
Cast shadows on field and park
Of the earth that is so dark,

And even so now, light one!
Beautiful, swift and bright one!
You let fall on a heart that was dark,
Unillumined, a deeper mark.

But clouds would have, without earth
To shadow, far less worth:
Away from your shadow on me
Your beauty less would be,

And if it still be treasured
An age hence, it shall be measured
By this small dark spot
Without which it were not.

Beautiful Night

Beautiful night, how the stars, they so clearly shine
And the joyful moon how it mirrors back my smile
Oh, beautiful night, you're good to a heart like mine
Oh, beautiful night, you've made this long road worthwhile

Beautiful night, glow of the city behind me
Smile, I, with my heart at peace and my mind at ease
Oh, beautiful night, tranquility sets me free
Oh, beautiful night, I dream of moments like these

Beautiful night and all seems so right with the world
Questions come later; decisions, future doth hold
Oh, beautiful night, for now I watch the sky twirl
Oh, beautiful night, I wait for light to behold

Yet, in the stillness of evening I dream these dreams
That the beauty of this night is all that it seems

Remarkable Light

The colour the light bears changes according to our wishes,
It is like something of our persistence, our very perseverance;
It was the yellow of the light, the white light burnt us,
As genius opened its patience as we perceived,
And the beautiful light obtained attention.

In you is a sight, in you is sent an idea
To recognise the overbearing light:
It was like some sort of laser, a banner,
One of the words was lost.
In you is this remarkable light from the eye.
