Killing Their Own Kind

the islands of the pacific
strictly
have not spoken about peace

the men who live there do not look the same
their language speak of a different version
their eyes look at differing
directions

soon there will be another war of wits
bullets like insults penetrate
each others' pride

this greed, this avarice
this human way of making war noble

but only after so many are killed
a hundred lives wasted, shall another new lesson be learned

a writer shall make a book
life is hard, men are so foolish
playing with their guns
killing their own kind.

Invisible To The Eyes

Muse!
Love,
Life;
What is seen in the heart by the Creator is invisible to the eyes of the human beings;
But, with understsnding and the knowledge of life,
We can really make a change in our lives to do the right things always! !
For, it is better to live in peace with one another than, with the bullets of war.

Earth Is Not A Commodity To Waste

It is sad to see,
All of humanity being destroyed by greed.
It feels hopeless to witness,
Nature making attempts to convince Earth's inhabitants...
Without them protecting it with concern,
All life as it is known...
Will be eliminated with this one lesson to be learned:

~Ungrateful and foolish are those in conflict who believe,
They can live here on Earth to choose destruction as they please.
And still live to receive benefit.
By the fostering to maintain their sustained ignorance of it.~

Earth is not a commodity to waste as if it is easy to amputate,
What is disliked by the few who ignite division.

A thinking and feeling Earth could care less,
Who amongst those leeching to feed upon it...
Profess to be better than the rest.
It is here to endear and provide for all of its creations
And if it decides all life should end...
So be it of its own making with a choice to do to accomplish.

And yes...
Those with kept and divisive religious beliefs,
Will have nothing to do with Earth's decision.
No faked praise is going to save lives.
Earth can be a 'mother' in these situations.
With a strictness descending upon those given.

~You better recognize! ~

Lost In The Sixties...

forever lost in the sixties...
in the passions, the ideals,
the cries for peace and equality,
for human dignity,
and no more wars.
the music, the poetry,
the communal lifestyle...

but the deaths were many.
assassinations, Hoover style.
and those lost to heroin,
who fell off the edge.
thousands killed in Vietnam,
you'd think we would have learned...
but life went on,
the wheel kept turning.

50 years later,
two more wars,
not to mention invasions.
things worse than ever before.
we who survived became
the very thing that we hated!
we closed our eyes,
fell victim to the greed.
again crying out,
for peace and equality,
for human dignity,
and for human rights.
the earth dying,
because of our decisions.
we who became islands
seeking to fulfill the self,
now must cling to each other,
and become family again.

standing against the lies,
the propaganda, and the money machine...
singing songs of peace
with bloody hands.
lost in the sixties,
but very much here in the 21st century...
the last stand of freedom,
in a world gone mad!

Wasted Years

Wasted years been brainwashed by lies
Oh yes I have
Oh wasted years
Im talking about wasted years
Oh Im not seeing eye-to-eye
I just cant see the things I should see
Wasted years, baby
I was taking the wrong advice
I know you was, I know you was
And I was too
All alone Im travelling
Travelling through these wasted years
For so long, so long, so long I was
Oh, I must have gained some wisdom
Down through the years I did
Somewhere along the way
Oh yes, I did, oh yes I did
Thets why there cant be no more
No more
No more wasted years today
I got wise, I got wise to myself
Well baby the great sadness
Oh, youve got to let it all go
Oh yeah, oh yeah van
Live in the present
Live in the future john lee, aint that so
Oh, its a sad feeling, oh yeah
Oh, youve gotta find something
To carry you through, carry you through,
Carry you through
Ive learned my lesson
I aint gonna do it no more, yeah
Now van
Now john
Ive learned my lesson
I should have a long time ago
Thats right
All these wasted years, wasted years
I finally woke up and got wise
I aint gonna be, aint gonna be no fool no more
Now van, now van
Aint gonna be nobodys bodys fool no more
Sing the song van, sing it with me
Well all alone, all alone Ive been travelling
Yeah
Travelling all along through these wasted years
Dark, dark wasted years
So dark here
Dark, dark, dark, dark wasted years
I must have gained something
Yeah
Oh travelling along the lonely way
Yeah, Ive learned a lesson
Im gonna make damn sure baby, make damn sure
Theres no more wasted years today

Sonnet: Wars Must Cease- Thou Shalt Not Kill!

If men keep killing fellow-men on earth
In wars that leaders start without reason,
God will deny through Nature any mirth,
And teach the human race, a good lesson!

What right has man to destroy human life?
God gave a soul to everyone by love;
He helps the human beings in all strife;
He cares for them forever from above!

All senseless killings ought to stop at once;
The wrath of God is more than Nature’s rage;
No lasting peace can be ushered by guns!
Each man must try to live akin a sage.

When sun, wind, rain can destroy man with ease,
All tendencies to kill by man must cease!

Wasted (original Demo)

Oh, somebody else is looking up
Oh, somebody else is showing how you do it
I never fall in love
I just fall out of it
I never get enough
I just say enough of this
And I've had enough of this
Wasted words you gave me
Wasted talk is cheap
Wasted, I think your eyes are killing me
Wasted somewhere in between
Oh, another fight is going down
Oh, and nobody else is making a sound
I always say too much
I always miss the bus
I never get enough
I just say enough of this
I've had enough of this
Wasted words you gave me
Wasted talk is cheap
Wasted, I think your eyes are killing me
Wasted somewhere in between
Oh, I guess I'm breaking through
Oh, and it's all the same without you
I never fell in love
I just fell out of it
I never had enough
I just had enough of this
I've had enough of this
Wasted words you gave me
Wasted talk is cheap
Wasted, I think your eyes are killing me
Wasted somewhere

Willy The Bullfrog

There once was a Bullfrog named Willy the Bullfrog
And all that he did was croak on a log
Sitting around and having fun
And when he wanted to, he would soak up some sun.
But Willy knew that those days were almost gone
When he saw a bullet killing a fawn
And then in his pond went cans of beer
Then a bullet killed another deer
Then Willy who was full of fright
He hid away until the dark of the night
Then he gathered all the animals for a meeting
Saying hunters are not killing us for the eating
But because in our body runs blood of red
And because their guns shoots bullets of lead,
Many years ago in this land
GOD gave us life with the wave of his hand
There were foxes and herds, oxen and birds
But now our population is dwindling down to none
Ever since I saw that bullet killing a fawn
Then all the animals began to shed a tear
Because they knew then, they had a lot of fear
They wouldn't be able to play and have any fun
They will always be chased and on the run.
Then Willy sadly hopped back to his pond
The place where he was very fond
Then Willy began to speak again
And behind him snuck a bunch of men.
Willy shouted this kind of life I cannot hack
A spear then came ripping through Willy's back.
There once was a Bullfrog named Willy the Bullfrog
And all that he wanted to do was croak on a log
Sitting around and having fun
And when he wanted to, he would soak up some sun.
But Willy and his friends don't live here anymore
Their home and his pond became a department store
Their homes and their lives they had to give
So people of humanity would have a place to live....
There once was a Bullfrog named Willy the Bullfrog
All that he wanted to do was croak on a log
Sitting around and having fun
And every now and then he would soak up some sun.

Our Search Is For True Happiness

Our search is for true happiness but such we cannot find
And such a gift if it exist not meant for human kind
For some this life is hard so hard a battle all the way
Their plate with food is seldom full they live from day to day.

And others with more than enough are not prepared to share
And for the hungry and the poor they spare no thought of care
They are possessed by demon greed their demon grow and grow
The more they have the more they want and unhappiness they know.

The more they have the more they want they live with grasping hand
And why wars and famines in the world not hard to understand
Too many die for want of food and too few seem to care
And a half a million become poor to make one millionaire.

And greed and the great need for power the scourge on human kind
And our search is for true happiness if such there is to find
And the distribution of wealth as ever seems unfair
And the hoarders far too many and the kind of heart too rare.

My Wish Is For A Perfect World

The World might well be different if religion and patriotism
died
And if mistrust and greed died with them there would be peace World wide
But with these four still prevalent what hope for harmony
And what hope for love and tolerance for all humanity.

That the clergy bless the troops for war seems hard to understand
To go and throw their lives away for religion and land
That man should kill his fellow man not written in God's will
The fifth commandment clearly state the words 'thou shalt not kill'.

Intolerance, greed and mistrust all of these go side by side
With lust for land and religion and patriotic pride
All these have given rise to wars and yet we've failed to see
The mistakes our fore fathers made nor learnt from history

I am not condemning religion in case you get me wrong
And I have great respect for those who worship God in song
But when religion lead men to war 'tis there the wrong come
in
For wars are caused by ignorance where winners cannot win.

And as for patriotism that has the strangest ring
Of the noble men who died in war the ballad maker sing
They thought it the great sacrifice to give their lives for land
But the most who lived to reap the gain never took gun in hand.

And as for greed and mistrust of those what can one say?
For human self enlightenment I hope to see the day
For all human beings have good in them or so 'twould seem that way
But some can't reach their higher self and somehow go astray

It's up to every individual to live good as they can
To make this world a better world for family of man
To learn more about tolerance and live in harmony
My wish is for a perfect world but that may never be

The Ultimate Sacrifice

When nations turn from peace to war,
Each soul must question why...
When Death itself is at the door,
To bring its long goodbye...
To think, that leaders lead us all,
To back them to the hilt.
It's then we see our heroes fall,
When each of them is killed...
When little children shake their heads,
Disgusted at such things,
It's right to pray beside our beds,
Condemning what war brings.
The need for guns and bullets grows
And even bombs are made -
Efficiently Man fights his foes
And in their graves they're laid...
Who knows the good they could have done,
If peace had been their lot,
Instead of wars that must be won,
When nations turn from God?
If only love lived in each heart,
We'd share God's Paradise,
Instead of this, new conflicts start
And blood's our sacrifice...
For some, the cost was loss of health...
For some, it's wasted time...
For some, the cost was death itself,
When they were in their prime.
Is this the wisest way to live,
With bombs and bullets, too?
Christ's sacrifice helps God forgive
The evil that men do...

The Truth About War

all wars are wrong!
war is killing masked in ideals.
most of the people killed
in wars are not soldiers,
- often women and children.

we dont have the right to invade,
to conquer, or to mold other countries.
we dont own them!
we dont even own the earth
we're living on.

killing is wrong.
all of life is sacred.
we dont have the right
to take another's life.
we dont have the right
to play God...
we're not even very good
at being human.

fear, insecurity, greed...
no matter what the propaganda,
it's all lies!
the act of war is
the act of murder....

democracy doesnt take by force...
it allows human choice to prevail.
war is the machine of the soulless,
peace is a conscious decision!

The Biggest Mistake

The brightest people, the lightest stars,
The scholars, the scientists, the musicicans.
Philosophers and Prophets.
Who ever knew?
Who knew the biggest mistake?
The mistake that killed us all, caused adversity and hate.
What brought us together has brought us apart,
Wrenched the human race, but not a human heart.
A heart still beating, yet still irate,
A mind still pulsing, but yet can discriminate,
A soul is missing, with the care for others.
Life is for living, not just for dreaming.
Life is for giving, not just for taking.
Advantages and disadvantages cause us to wonder,
But lives of others don't even spark a ponder.
Those adept and Intelligent,
Those dumb and deaf,
Those who can't speak a word,
Or they're under arrest?
Who is there to speak for us? If no one even can.
What is there to live for,
Out the open door? Around each corner there is a door,
A door to future hopes and dreams.
There are doors to the past, still closed.
Still doors unopened, to let us live as intended.
Murder and self indulgence,
Living for Sport and own desires.
Resting on lies and falsities.
Waiting for our savior to come? What savior have we now?
We've wasted our lives on ourselves.
What has that led to? Absolute chaos. Monstrosity. Death. pain.
What have we done and committed. How have we learned?
We haven't.
And that, is the biggest mistake.

Live To Tell (Live)

I have a tale to tell
Sometimes it gets so hard to hide it well
I was not ready for the fall
Too blind to see the writing on the wall
A man can tell a thousand lies
Ive learned my lesson well
Hope I live to tell the secrets I have learned, till then
It will burn inside of me
I know where beauty lives
Ive seen it once I know the warmth she gives
The light that you could never see
It shines inside, you cant take that from me
A man can tell a thousand lies
Ive learned my lesson well
Hope I live to tell the secrets I have learned, till then
It will burn inside of me
The truth is never far behind
You kept it hidden well
If I live to tell the secrets I knew then
Will I ever have a chance again ?
If I ran away, Id never have the strength to go very far
How would they hear the beating of my heart ?
Will it grow cold the secrets that I hide ? Will I grow old ?
How would they hear ? They would they learn ?
How would they know ?
A man can tell a thousand lies
Ive learned my lesson well
Hope I live to tell the secrets I have learned, till then
It will burn inside of me
The truth is never far behind
You kept it hidden well
If I live to tell the secrets I knew then
Will I ever have a chance again ?
A man can tell a thousand lies
Ive learned my lesson well
Hope I live to tell the secrets I have learned, till then
It will burn inside of me

Foolish Pride

She stayed up all night
And cried into her pillow
And fought off the urge
To just break down and call
Last night the fight, the fall
Seemed so darned easy
But now who's to blame
Don't matter much at all
She thinks if she calls him
It just shows weakness
So the hurt goes on
With every tear she's cried
Ain't it sad to see
A good love fall to pieces?
Chalk another heartbreak up
To foolish pride
[CHORUS]
Turn out the lights
The competition's over
The stubborn souls
Are the losers here tonight
And while the bridges burn
Another hard, hard lesson's learned
As in the ashes
Passion slowly dies
And this romance goes down
To foolish pride
He relives every word
They spoke in anger
He walks the floor
And punches out the wall
To apologize to her
Would be so simple
But instead he cries
"I'll be damned if I call"
If he loses her
He's lost his best friend
And more than just
A lover can provide
So he wrestles with emotions
That defeat him
Chalk another love lost up
To foolish pride
[REPEAT CHORUS]
Chalk another love lost up
To foolish pride
Yeah

Moses The Prophet

Moses
The Prophet
Of Jews
And mine
As well
See
What is going on
In the Holy land
People are fighting
Blood of Man
Is shed
Here and there
Children
Birds
& trees
Are killed

Are killed
And every blood
Is shed
Is shed

Please
Speak to them
This is your land as well
Speak to them
All of them
To stop
Blood shed

To stop
killing children
Say sorry to God
& live in peace

Live In Peace.

Why Can't We

Look how the wind carries the sea
And see how the soul supplies what it needs
The rain falls, the sun shines and a flower breaks reed
And it all works together, why can't we
And I have seen children at play in the park
Skin shades of ivory, red, yellow and dark
While my eyes saw colors their little hearts could not see
They were playing together, why can't we
Why can't we
Why can't we
I can love you and you can love me
Why can't we
Why can't we
Set our foolish pride free, just be and let be
Why can't we
And I had a dream about a lion and a lamb
They were laying together and there was peace in the land
And so it became precious 'cause there were no enemies
And I woke up and wondered, God why can't we
Why can't we
Why can't we
I can you love you and you can love me
Why can't we
Why can't we

Universal World

I hate to say that I haven't found one universal world that doesn't have Any criwes or war
But I feel that everybody wants the piece of the action even when it comes to war
When you are inthe war you are killing people
And all the people died like flies
But the truth was that God made the universal world so that people can
Live in that
But what do we do to the universal word?
We destroy it with bombs and bullets from guns
And sometimes we evenkill the innocent children of the universal World
And let me as you all a thing?
How can you sleep at night knowing that in the war you killed that innocent child that belonged to the universal world
And the parents of that innocent child prays to God for mercy
And they grieve for thir son who died in this brutal war
I speak against war
And I know now it is the time to come together and united the world
Lets choose peace and not war

Dont Say Your Love Is Killing Me

My eyes are closed
And Ive nothing more to say
But I was so willing to give it all away
And what a show
Ive loved you all I could
When will I see you, is nothing understood?
You thought I was stupid, but now I stop at nothing
(I stop at nothing)
I thought you were better, but loves gonna take a man
Yeah loves gonna take a man
Dont say your love is killing me
You know how much it means to me
I too have feelings deep inside
But would not hurt your foolish pride
Heaven only knows
At your every turn a scandal
But how does it suit you
When its all too much to cope with?
You thought I was nothing before you stepped into my life
(stepped into my life)
I thought you were clever, but loves gonna take a man
And you havent got it in you
Dont say your love is killing me
You know how much it means to me
I too have feelings deep inside
But would not hurt your foolish pride
Dont say your love is killing me
You know how much it means to me
I too have feelings deep inside
But would not hurt your foolish pride

War Never Solves Anything

Of battles won and noble soldiers you hear the old balladeer sing
But war only brings death and suffering and war never solves anything
And the mental scars of war keep festering long after the battle does end
You badly injure or kill someone's loved one that person will not be your friend.

For God and the flag of their Nation too many in battle have died
And the Government honour war heroes in their false show of patriotic pride
But the fact is their young lives were wasted and the fact with us sadly remain
That old battles are never over and for old grieviances human blood spilt again.

War weaponry and explosives big business in a World where human life is taken cheap
By some a human life seen as of no more value than that of a cow's or a sheep
From history we have not learned the war supposed to end all wars long gone
Yet every day more violence and terror and war and war mongering lives on.

Of battles won and acts of war bravery so many songs written and sung
And war instigated by old men must always be fought by the young
But the song for the young dead war hero to the hero's mum to it has a bitter ring
And war is a waste of human life for war never solves anything.
