It Is Not What You Really Think...
figure out
what was done really?
all i do is ask
and wait
the offer stands and sits for sometime
until you say yes
i need your nod, your bow, you too have to make
the genuflection,
this world is not made of guilt or innocence
the people that we know
we did not divide as either sane or insane
moral or immoral
we respect them somehow
we call them their real names and tell them
that life is worth living
i wait, it you that must decide
this is a world of volition
free will, my dear, free will,
if nothing happens, i go somewhere else
where i am loved
where arms embrace me for what i am
where there is hope for what
i must become...

Make A Move On Me
(john farrar/tom snow)
I can tell you got plans for me
And your eyes are saying you made them carefully
But tonight I have to say there just might be another way
Wont you spare me all the charms and take me in your arms
I cant wait, I cant wait
Im the one you want, thats all I wanna be
So come on baby make a move on me
Got nowhere to go, all my time is free
So come on baby make a move on me tonight
I cant wait, I cant wait
You made the prettiest speech Ive heard
But a single touch surely is worth a thousand words
To a heart thats open wide and from the start was on your side
Wont you spare me all the charms and take me in your arms
I cant wait, I cant wait
Im the one you want, thats all I wanna be
So come on baby make a move on me
Got nowhere to go, all my time is free
So come on baby make a move on me tonight
I cant wait, I cant wait
Im the one you want, thats all I wanna be
So come on baby make a move on me
Got nowhere to go, all my time is free
So come on baby make a move on me tonight
I cant wait, I cant wait

We must wait for the future to see
We must wait for the future to see
Which is the land, which is the sea?
We must wait for the time to decide
Who are the slaves, who are the free?
We must wait for the future to see
Is the world ours, is the world thee?
We must wait for the future to see
Is the man peaceful, is the mind free?
We must wait for the future to see
I love you? Do you love me?
You will be mine I will be thee
I can dream it, I can see

Free To Decide
Its not worth anything more than this at all
I live as I choose or I will not live at all
So return to where youve come from
Return to where you dwell
Because harassments not my forte
But you do it very well
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
You must have nothing more with your mind to do
Theres a war in russia and sarejevo, too
So to hell with want youre thinking
And to hell with your narrow mind
Youre so distracted from the real thing
You should leave your life behind (behind)
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
At all, at all, at all

Elegy
Summer breeze, kisses me
Autumn leaves retire
Apathy, breaking free
Still waiting for the sun
See me as I wait
See me wait
I can't see another
See me wait
Forever
Reach a plea, honey feed
Open, feel like fire
Turning red, above my head
Reaching to recover
See me as I wait
See me wait
I can't see another
See me wait
I can't end another
Open your arms (See me wait)
Just see how it is (Another)
Open your arms (See me wait)
Just see how it is, see how it is (Another)
Open your arms
Just see how it is (Another)
Reaching again (See me wait)
Just see how it is (Another)

Buddha Of Suburbia
Living in lies by the railway line
Pushing the hair from my eyes
Elvis is english and climbs the hills
Cant tell the bullshit from the lies
Screaming along in south london
Vicious but ready to learn
Sometimes I fear that the whole world is queer
Sometimes but always in vain
So Ill wait until were sane
Wait until were blessed and all the same
Full of blood, loving life and all its got to give
Englishmen going insane
Down on my knees in suburbia
Down on myself in every way
With great expectations I change all my clothes
Mustnt crumble at silver and gold
Screaming above central london
Never born, so Ill never get old
So Ill wait until were sane
Wait until were blessed and all the same
Full of blood, loving life and all its got to give
Englishmen going insane
Down on my knees in suburbia
Down on myself in every way
Day after
Day after
Day
Day after
Zane, zane, zane
Ouvre le chien

Rockin In The Free World
Theres colors on the street
Red, white and blue
People shufflin their feet
People sleepin in their shoes
But theres a warnin sign on the road ahead
Theres a lot of people sayin wed be better off dead
Dont feel like satan, but I am to them
So I try to forget it, any way I can.
Keep on rockin in the free world,
Keep on rockin in the free world
Keep on rockin in the free world,
Keep on rockin in the free world.
I see a woman in the night
With a baby in her hand
Under an old street light
Near a garbage can
Now she puts the kid away, and shes gone to get a hit
She hates her life, and what shes done to it
Theres one more kid that will never go to school
Never get to fall in love, never get to be cool.
Keep on rockin in the free world,
Keep on rockin in the free world
Keep on rockin in the free world,
Keep on rockin in the free world.
We got a thousand points of light
For the homeless man
We got a kinder, gentler,
Machine gun hand
We got department stores and toilet paper
Got styrofoam boxes for the ozone layer
Got a man of the people, says keep hope alive
Got fuel to burn, got roads to drive.
Keep on rockin in the free world,
Keep on rockin in the free world
Keep on rockin in the free world,
Keep on rockin in the free world.

World Of Promises
They come from a land were the sun don't shine
running away from the cold
They travel so far in the name of love
hoping the dreams will come true
Walking the way through endless fields
trying to make it together
??????????????????
????????????????????
And they will give anything
just to be free from the pain
and they won't surrender
Living in a world of promises
Living in a world of dreams and hopes
Living in a world of promises
Lost in the city wondering why
no one will open the door
It's more to the truth than meets the eye
something they all felt before
And they will give anything
just to stand tall once again
and they won't surrender
Living in a world of promises
Living in a world of dreams and hopes
Living in a world of promises
In the tan of the nigh can hear them crying
out for a life to hol on to
Somebody knows were the answers lying
wait for your trails and don't let go
Living in a world of promises
Living in a world of dreams and hopes
Living in a world of promises

I'm Ready
All our days are numbered
Some live on borrowed time
But life is what you make it
Thank God I was so inclined
To accept my Lord and Savior
When the good news sunk in
He paid a heavenly price
By giving His life
And I can't wait to go home to Him
I'm ready to go that distance
And God only knows when that might be
But oh, what joy waits up yonder
Once this old world sets me free
When there's no tomorrow
And glory has come down
Those without Jesus
Are lost and never to be found
So please listen when I'm talking
I'm just saying what needs to be said
Make plans while your still living
It's too late when your dead
I'm ready to go that distance
And God only knows when that might be
But oh, what joy waits up yonder
Once this old world sets me free
Oh, once this old world sets me free

Two Different People
Two different people
Black people, white people
Black world, White world
A black person thinks different from the white people
White people thinks highly of himself
White people works very hard for his living
Black's are lazy
They don't want to work, they just want the money
You have to work for the money, they just don't get it
White people knows that there are no free ride in life
Black's want a free ride, there are no free ride in life
Nothing is free in life except for the air that you breathe
The white people have to be careful of what they say to the black People
Whatever you say to the black people if they don't like it they will say it Is discrimination
We can't understand them
They have a mind of their own
The white people are loving and caring
What about the black people?
Not a hope in hell
I don't want any part of the black world
The black world is not safe for me
So I rather stay in my white world where I feel safe
We can't trust them
The reason why there is violence in this world is because the black People cause it
Now they don't like it because they have to live with it
We want a safe world for our people
The black people don't care about it because the only thing they know And seen is violence
There is too much violence on TV
They like it
They like the feeling of danger
We white don't like the feeling of danger
The blacks hate the white people and the white people don't like them Either
The white people knows when to shut up
The black people never knows when to shut up
There is why there are always problem with them
They make life miserable for us
The white people will always be a good friend
The black people can never be your friend
They will take everything they can get from you for free

As Long As You're Happy
Today i met a lonely girl
with a touch of magic
i've been waiting for someone like her
I'm so happy
She let's me know of her love
i give her all of mine
My Angel sent from above
i tell her all the time cause i'm so happy
Now what was once 2 lonely souls
tonight we sleep, arms in arms
i found someone to love and hold
i wonder if she's happy
Love is here, just in time
my dark world has begun to shine
wherever i go, i want her near
cause she's what makes me happy
How long will this love last?
still can't believe she's mine
So attractive with a past so tragic
i'll do anything for her just as long as she's happy
She seems to hold and kiss me less
i feel so cold, her lips are blessed
i hope she never strays from me
she's what keeps me happy
She wants to free, it's in her eyes
Away from me, let her decide
an eclipse is what she sees in mine
cause love has made me happy
Then came the day, i lost my heart
she's gone away, forever we part
I find myself back in the dark
where nobody can be happy
I would hold you in my arms
No other hand in my palms
i thought the love of ours would last
she wants me to be happy
Forget about me
life has been tragic
im'a wait in the rain for you
just to see you happy
I'm stuck in a world where demons grab me
They stab me
...but im'a wait in the rain for you
As long as you're happy
Powerman
I know a man, hes a powerful man
Hes got the people in his power
In the palm of his hand.
He started at the bottom and he worked his way up
Now hes never going to stop
Until he reaches the top.
Its the same old story, its the same old dream,
Its power man, power man, and all that it can bring.
If you want your money, you better stand in the line
cos youll only end up picking up nickels and dimes.
You call him names and he sits and grins
cos everybody else is just a sucker to him.
And hes got my money, but Ive got my faith
And powerman, powerman, Ill never be your slave.
Its the same old story, its the same old game
Its power man, power man, driving me insane
People tried to conquer the world napoleon and genghis khan
Hitler tried and mussolini too
Powerman dont need to fight, powerman dont need no guns
Powerman got money on his side
Well Im not rich and Im not free
But Ive got my girl and she got me
Hes got my money and my publishing rights
But Ive got my girl and Im alright
And she got me going, and she keeps me sane
But powerman, powerman, got money on the brain
Its the same old story its the same old game
Powerman, powerman driving me insane

I Dont Think Im Every Gonna Figure It Out
I can wait
I can wait
I can sit wondering what in world you think about
I dont think Im ever gonna figure it out
After all the alchohol, the pretty words that devolve down
To slurs and drunken shouts
I dont think Im ever gonna figure it out
Its like some wild last frontier
You never know what kind of fights gonna appear
That once begun cant be won
Started out losing already and go all ten rounds
I dont think Im ever gonna figure it out
The tired hits that fall below
I cant connect, yeah yeah I know
I can wait
I can wait
I can sit wondering what in the world you think about
I dont think Im ever gonna figure it out
I dont think Im ever gonna figure it out
I dont think Im ever gonna figure it out

Dirty Livin
I cant get enough of what I need
People all around me lettin me bleed
Waitin for the darkness to blind the heat
I make my livin out on the streets
Dirty livin, ahh, dirty livin
I cant wait any longer to set myself free
Flashin lights keep runnin through my brain
Someone find the doctor to ease all the pain
Traffic in the city is burnin me out
She makes me wanna jump up and shout
Dirty livin, ahh, dirty livin
I cant wait any longer to set myself free, ahh
I cant wait any longer to set myself free, ahh
No more, no more
Ive gotta get away
Dirty livin, dirty livin
Ahh, dirty livin
Main line out of china is due in tonight
Mother, sister, brother are lyin uptight
I can hear the jukebox poundin out loud
I take my fury out on the crowd
Dirty livin, ahh, dirty livin
I cant wait any longer to set myself free, ahh
I cant wait any longer to set myself free, ahh
No more, no more
Ive gotta get away
Dirty livin, dirty livin
Its gettin to me, its gettin to me
I cant wait, I cant wait
Dirty livin, dirty livin, yeah
Why dont you set me free

There Are No Minutes Kept Backed Up
There are no minutes kept backed up,
To put aside to decide to live them.
There are no minutes that can be stored as such,
For one to decide life is worth living.
There are no minutes kept backed up.
None one can say they have wrapped up.
There is no one on Earth with that much luck...
To decide when their life is worth the living.
People think they should be shown some proof,
That a life they live is worth the living.
While they isolate themselves locked up in coops,
To decide that a life they live is worth the living.
While awaiting for someone to approve what they do,
That a life given to them is worth the living.
With a choosing of every move...
Excusing some choices while others are removed.
To clarify that a life they live is worth the living.

Call My Name
Call, call my name
Call it, call my name
Eye heard Ur voice this morning calling gout my name
It had been so long since Eye heard it that it didn't sound quite the same, no
But it let me know that my name had never really been spoken b4
B4 the day Eye carried U through the bridal path door
And ever since that day Eye haven't wanted anyone but U
And anybody who really knows me knows the truth
[Chorus:]
Eye just can't stop writing songs about U
Eye love U so much
Eye just can't wait 2 get my arms around U
And feel Ur touch
If eye don't c U real soon baby girl
Eye might go insane
Eye know it's only been about 3 hours
But Eye love it when U call my name
Eye heard a voice on the news saying people want 2 stop the war
If they had a love as sweet as U they'd 4get what they were fighting 4
What's the matter with the world 2day?
The land of the free? Somebody lied
They can bug my phone and people 'round my home
They'll only c U and me making love inside
[Chorus]
Eye've never seen the moon look so lovely as the night Eye saw it with U
It let me know Eye'd never seen the moon b4
So many speak of the moon as though it had no flaws
But 2 compare it 2 a beauty like Urs would give 1 pause
Nothing about U is false, that's why Ur love is real
God 4bid if U belonged 2 another Eye'd have 2 steal U
Eye'd have 2 take U from Ur man
Eye might b tempted 2 break the law round here
Because Ur beauty, it gives 1 pause
It slows me down
[Chorus]

Waiting
Don't you tire of waiting
for the day that men will see
that no one person is here
to change your destiny?
You can wait and wait forever
and never will you see
someone with the Midas touch
to shine his face on thee.
For the super elite have ruled this world
since the world began.
And all the world around you
is not for the normal man.
Life's a tragedy played on a stage
filled with intrigue and lies.
And we, the actors in it
are also the audience that cries.
Cries for hope, cries for change
Don't you think that strange?
I do.
I'm tired of waiting. It brings me down,
down where they want me to be.
No more, no more I shout out loud.
I wait no more. I'm free.

Fire
Don't You see how i fight it
Trying to hide from a life of real pain
Maybe time has allowed it
Feeling the fell when im hearing
Your name
Cos you decide how i survive
Do you realise inside oh
Just how much it's killing me
Im just caught in the middle you
Play my heart with a little bit of
Dangerous love and i really
Want to be free
Got me caught and im living in a
Low life world its your unoriginality
Thats killing me
Ive just got to be free
Now tell me what you want from me
Again and again you pretend its alrightim feeling now that i cant breathe
Cant comprehend how you cant recognise
Cos time cant change the way i feel
And you will find that i'm gonna be
More than you'll ever let me be
Im just caught in the middle you
Play my heart with a little bit of
Dangerous love and i really
Want to be free
Got me caught and im living in a
Low life world its your unoriginality
Thats killing me
Ive just got to be free
Free to disown you
Coz i thought that i told you
You been treating me badly
And you misappreciate my love
Im trying to breathe
But it's killing me slowly
And you started to break me
With your dangerous love
Got to
Got to be free [repeat x4]
Im just caught in the middle you
Play my heart with a little bit of
Dangerous love and i really
Want to be free
Got me caught and im living in a
Low life world its your unoriginality
Thats killing me
Ive just got to be free

Free, Male, & Twenty-one
Were free
Were male
Were twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
Its not enough to be twenty-one and free
Its not the same as male and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
This is such a fine distinction
The career that weve begun
I just made twenty-one
Im old enough to run
For congressman or clerk of the public works
Or dogcatcher or something just as dumb
If I should choose to run
I make no exaggeration
Just a statement of the facts
Now Im second generation
And I am manly to the max
And no one can decree
Just who I have to be
The choice is up to me
And if I could be anything, Id be
Male and twenty-one
Its nice to be a man
I use it all I can
I never had a choice for a higher voice
But I have to say Im glad to be a man
Since this is what I am
Sigmund freud may have a crisis
With his own identity
But theres nothing wrong with me
Because I enjoy being a boy
And all that it will say upon my resume
Free, male, and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
If I could change
Change anything, everything
Everything in the world
Then I would make
Half of the world
Free, male, and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one
And I dont believe in heaven
What a let down it would be
And I hope theres not a hell
But there must be a God cause he made me
Free, male, and twenty-one
Theres got to be a God cause he made me
Male and twenty-one
Free, male, and twenty-one

Divine Mission
I try to peep in divine eyes
I am not sure yet I find it is worth to try
I may get answer through lovely stare
Even though “Carolyn” may not find it fair
She is totally different with earthly figure
She may stand for principles for sure
What does she want in return?
Absolute welfare and wait for ordinary turn
Why do people waste their precious life in mission?
When many have blot on their face with guilt admission?
I am for sure about her social standing
She has everything to speak about and for understanding
I don’t believe in gossips
I too don’t like flying missionaries on trips
What do they have to claim for real struggle?
When life is uncertain and like water bubble
Not all can perform miracle with ordinary task?
So many may come forward and ask?
What can be real motives for such a horrible adventure?
When no one can offer anything for bright future?
She may be towering strength for many aspirants
Many might have come from distant land as migrants
To whom they can look as real figure for onward march?
I think she is there with all her vision for serving as torch
I know nothing about her inner zeal
Yet I feel so close and feel it real
Why do we need any angels to descend from heaven?
When we have enough in her as green
No eyes can stare or penetrate at you if lack sincerity
This is sign of greatness and very fine quality
Not all people may try to see the motives
As the people remain narrow minded and selective
I shall not adore her as something special
But can’t offer any criticism or denial
She is there by her own right
Else who comes forward with mission to fight?
