It Is All In The Lines Of Your Palms
things and events all come to you
telling you that they are ready
to fulfill your destiny, and so just wait
the floors will come to make your feet feel
that there is a foundation for your success
the stars no matter how silent shall give a hint
where to go, what to do, and when all these shall
completely happen, and so be calm
keep waiting, things and events come
and unfold before you, like a scene of a movie
nothing shall be planned, things shall be done.

If It Is Written
if it is written
then what shall i do?
shall i wait
till the words come true?
shall i stand
and just watch how these written things
come into themselves
like a growing lily on the pond?
things come to you
the floors make themselves under your feet
it is written
so why worry? live life
and life meets you
whatever is it
you just wait
and that is the excitement
the windows simply construct themselves
and the door opens
like hands that meet and shake you
they all say
welcome, everything is ready
and they had all been waiting
for you

You don't need an explanation for everything, Recognize that there are such things as miracles - events for which there are no ready explanations. Later knowledge may explain those events quite easily.

Special
I been trying for so long
To get you where I stand
Feel like I been climbing all my life
Everybody told me
I'd never ever get this far
I know I can make it if I try
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
(come to you, you too, to you, do to, be do, you)
Special things come to you
There's no sense in trying to fight it
When I want something so bad
No, it's not as easy as it seems
Simple things are the hardest
Of the things we do for love
And I won't give up cause I'm not just what it means
The special things you dream about
And the special things you're all about
Special things that somehow come to you
And it's the simple things to just believe
And the special things that you want to see
Special things somehow come to you
(come to you, doo doo doo, to you, doo doo doo)
Special things (doo, doo ahh, you doo)
Do do doo, on you, do do doo, to you
Do doo, ahh, do do doo, too
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
The special things you dream about
And the special things you're all about
Special things that somehow come to you
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
And it's the simple things to just believe
And the special things that you want to see
Special things somehow come to you

When you love some one
When you love someone and it doesnt show
When you need someone but your all alone
Look back at those lovely memories in the past
For they would help you stand your ground
Things that happen are meant to be
For these events shape your destiny
Never look sad never feel down
What happend to you happens to every one
If given a chance to change time...
i wish ill have you for the rest of my life
But if wishes are true and meant to be
Im sure not in this life but in the next
You will be my destiny.....

You have the right to feel, you are successful
Success, sweet success
Success, it is waiting for you
To own and hold on to it
Success of any kind
Has easy access
If you are after it restlessly
Success is not indeed the end
It is the beginning of a
New chain of successes
Simple it is to be successful
So simple, you wonder how many of us are not at it
It all depends on what you feel
Success means to you
You may school your thoughts
And train your emotions
To feel successful on everything
That happens around you
Your retention of all your
Physical, mental and social abilities
Is indeed your success
Your ability to make friends
And help them out in times of need
Is indeed your success
Your ability to keep your cool
In emotionally competing events
And situations
Is indeed your success
Your ability to make your ends meet
Come over challenges, emotional or otherwise
At the right time and in a rightful manner
Is indeed a success
Your ability to stand up
And hold on to your values
Is indeed a success
Your ability to be able to
Discharge your assigned responsibilities
Is indeed your success
Your ability to objectively assess
People and events
Without painting them subjectively
Is indeed your success
Your ability to stay most of your time positive
Progressive and productive
Creative and innovative
Is indeed your success
Your ability to hold on to
Your original traits
Without succumbing to the temptations
Of becoming someone else
Is indeed your success
If this forms your scale to measure success
You have the right to feel
You are successful

Of Katrina and Ketsana
Sometimes it takes a stormy weather, to unite the people and pray together
Sometimes it takes a stormy weather, to teach the people to help one another
Sometimes it takes a stormy weather, to remind us that material things do not matter
What matters most in the land of our forefathers, is to love one another.
When bad things happen to good people, perhaps we say life is so unfair
But when good things happen to bad people, to fight their evil deeds, why we never care
Sometimes our lives must be shaken, with events like this to be awaken
So that Jesus' name must not be forgotten.
Remember, when he died on the cross, all our sins were forgiven.
Make peace everywhere, count your blessings, give your share
For every nature's tantrums, we should always prepare
No one is exempted, each one will have his own tragedy to bear.

Silent Movie
(corky laing/ian hunter)
Well the school bell rings
I carried your things
Getting on the yellow bus
With the whole world watching us
And our love was like a silent movie
Aint got nothing to say
Our love was like a silent movie
I wish we could have kept it that way
Now the door bell rings
Im gonna get my things
Take another bright (? )
At the lions side
Cause our love was like a silent movie
Aint got nothing to say
Our love was like a silent movie
Thats the all-american way
Silent movie
And our love was like a silent movie
Theres nothing to say
Our love was like a silent movie
And thats the all-american way
And our love was like a silent movie
Theres nothing to say
Our love was like a silent movie
I wish we could have kept it that way
Our love was like a silent movie
Silent movie
Our love was like a silent movie
I wish we could have kept it that way

Ginuwine 4 UR Mind
*Chorus*
I'm gonna make it happen
Ginuwine 4 Ur Mind x3
I'm gonna make it happen
Ginuwine one time
I wanted to tell you how I feel
So you can know the real deal
I want me a lady
So I can carry on cuz my love is strong
Run deeper than the water's deep
Tell me baby can you get with me
I'm lookin' for someone whose down
to have my back and always stay around
*Chorus*
(It's Ginuwine 4 Ur Mind)
(Can you feel me)
(I'm gonna make it happen every time)
Come with me coz I'm scoping you
Only I can do the things I do
Fill you up until you say when
I'll take you round the world
And we'll go back again
I'm feelin' big cuz I've got much to give
I satisfy cuz that's the way I live
You're dealin with a real man
And only things can do the things I can
*Chorus*
(Ginuwine)
(You)
(Ginuwine 4 Ur Mind)
*Bridge*
Give me just 1 chance
I'll fulfill your needs
I'm just a real 'G'
Can you get with me

Things Happen For Their Reasons
Things happen for their reasons.
And there is no need to make excuses,
For the obviousness...
Of those mistakes made.
Things happen for their reasons.
And,
What is there to say...
That can excuse mistakes away.
Stop that need to medicate.
Things happen for their reasons.
Why waste time in prolonged debates.
Thing happen for their reasons.
What is the purpose for seeking escapes.
Things happen for their reasons.
Acceptance eases,
The facing of one's fate.
Things happen for their reasons.
They happen for their reasons.
Stop that need to feed on grief.
Things happen for their reasons.
Why squeeze a healing wound to bleed.
Things happen for their reasons
They happen for their reasons.
And aging doesn't make one safe.
Or offer escapades as a gateway to charade.
Things happen for their reasons.
They happen for their reasons.
Things happen for their reasons.
And there is no need to make excuses,
For the obviousness...
Of those mistakes made.
Even while one ages,
With a life reminisced played on many stages...
Try their best to gracefully accept,
Things happen for their reasons.
And those experienced,
Eventually see this.
Things happen for their reasons.
And in the living of one's life...
A discovery reveals,
Those reasons with insight.

Earn Happiness, Get tuned to the fact 'This too shall pass
This too shall pass
Is the famous adage
And is inscribed on a golden finger ring
Which, when worn
Changes the mood of the person
He/she turns sad, if happy before wearing
He/she turns joyful, if in sorrow before wearing
The requirement is that
The wearer should read the inscription
Message is simple
And telling great many things
It says
Things are changing and always
Are in a passing mode to another phase
Examine your life
It should be having
Enough number of samples
Depicting this message
Your entire life has been
Only a passing of events
The day you were born
Was celebrated and it passed
You were a kid and brought
Happiness and joy to your elders
And those days to passed
Milestones in your life
Whether celebrated, suffered, or mourned
All passed
Events which were pleasant at the time of its occurrence
Turned otherwise with the change in time
And similarly sad events
Had reasons for your joy later
Do not get stuck to an emotional impact
Of an occurrence
As the same event
Will make you feel totally otherwise
As time passes
Check your emotions
Do not overindulge any emotion
Understand that
Over a period of time
Things shape up
Nurse in you a positive approach
And train your intelligence to be confident
That things occurred are for good only
If they are otherwise
They are bound to turn in your favour later
Earn happiness
By this great schooling that teaches you that
This too shall pass

Days Go By
I miss talking to you
Hearing you voice sooths me and makes me soo happy
I have to be patient waiting to turn 18 to hold you
To feel you
To give you the love you were missin with her
I can’t wait to be home with you
To have you all alone
To love you
Just hold on I know it's going to be hard but we can make it
Who knew I would have to wait so long to be with the one I love
There isn’t a minute that I don’t wish that I was there with you
Holding you
Loving you
Kissing you
Being the love you never had the one you need
This is no movie this is the real thing it's going to be hard
I am ready to fight ready to be with you
No matter what it takes
No matter how long it takes I'll be here ready to love you
You sound so good to me I can’t believe what your saying now
Could this be love for the first time? ? ?
I'm out my mind I shouldn’t be but you make me want to loose control
Go crazy over loving you
I can’t wait to be with you
To feel your skin close to mine
To feel your passionate kiss
Your gentle touch
Your heart beat intensifying with every stroke of my hand

Believing
start with the basic
belief in yourself
that no matter how
hard things are
you can always do
it and get the
taste of success
soon you realize
despite
every fall and
wound
and painful
things have been
there is still
this comfort
of how we look
at things we
give meaning
and how we
put color to
what is there
and sense its
smell
we get the picture
of who we are
and what we have
become
what is important
is
we still have ourselves
as walls
houses and beds
and windows
opening
towards this
galaxy of
meanings
the confidence
within
is indestructible
feel it
today, tomorrow,
forever
be constant as
your soul
is intact
unbroken spirit
unwavering
to the destiny
reserved for us
there

Sonnet: Take Things as God’s Will
Let things on earth in any way happen;
Perhaps, ’Tis best when they are God-destined;
Just take it with a heart and mind open;
The short-comings, ’tis better not to mind.
Just do you mite and wait for better days;
But always put your heart and soul in it;
Dame Luck may smile on you in many ways;
Cheer up and make yourself, otherwise fit!
Whatev’r befalls, just take it as God’s Will;
Work with conscience: expect no reward;
God will see that good things will happen still;
His ones beloved will get His ‘get well card.’
There is much hope when you do things God’s way;
Success and joy will smile on you some day!

You are gone, gone from my life
You are gone, gone from my life
and with time I should have known
that things were petering out
but although destiny had its impact
my career was falling apart,
I still had this absurd hope
that somehow our love was stronger,
stronger than the events of life
and at a time I was totally disarmed
by your gentleness
and now realise that somehow
I should have foreknown
that things would end
the way they did
and maybe the demonic gods
are laughing at me now
with their dim world view,
but the almighty Lord walks on my side
and few things remain in the world
that I once wanted with you
and also maybe absurdly
I am waiting on a new morning
when my star will rise again,
will shine against all adversity
and I am trying to have faith and hope.

The Winner
Written by c. jackson, m. yancy and g. barge
In this world of make believe I must confess
To be number one youve got to do it better
And if you strive to be happy youll find success
Perspectively youve got to pull it together
Nothing good will come to you if you dont see
A reason for victory
Everybody loves the winner
Only the winner can really make things happen
Everybody loves the winner, so be the winner, I know you are
If theres something youd like to do youve never done
Dont let fear stand in your way
Just collect your dreams and thoughts and get on the run
I wouldnt wait another day
You can be the best in everything you do
When it thawls out, its all up to you
Everybody loves the winner (everybody loves the winner)
Only a winner can really make things happen
Everybody loves a winner (everybody loves a winner)
So be the winner you are
Be a winner, ooh (yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Be a winner, ooh (yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Be a winner, a winner, a winner, yes you can
cause everybody (everybody) loves (loves a winner)
The winner, so be a winner
You can only make things happen
Everybody (everybody) loves a winner (loves a winner)
So be the winner, I know you are
Every (everybody), everybody, (loves a winner)
Really loves the winner, (so be a winner)
Only the winner can really make things happen
Everybody (everybody) loves the winner (loves a winner)
So be a winner (so be a winner), I know you are if you really try
Be a winner, you know you can, you know you can
You know you can be a winner
(yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Scat (yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Scat
(everybody) yeah, (loves a winner)
Scat
(everybody loves a winner)
(everybody) everybody really loves a winner (loves a winner)!

Reality
The lights are on but you're not home
You've drifted off somewhere alone
Somewhere that's safe, no questions here
A quite place to hide from your fears
Sometimes when your out of rope
The way to climb back up is unclear
The walls you build around yourself
I guess they keep you here
Are you afraid of what they think?
Whoever "they" happen to be
Or are you hiding from the scars of your own reality?
So you sedate and drown in vain
You've got a pill for everyday
A suit and tie to mask the truth
It's ugly head is starting to show through
Sometimes when your out of rope
The way to climb back up is unclear
The walls you build around yourself
I guess they keep you here
Are you afraid of what they think?
Whoever "they" happen to be
Or are you hiding from the scars of your own reality?
The monster you're feeding, your lack of perception
The things that you do to fulfill addictions
The light at the end of your tunnel is closing
What is it that your so afraid of exposing
You'd give it all up for what there for the taking
Whatever it takes to keep your hands from shaking
The same things you're thinking might make you feel better
The same things that probably got you here
Sometimes when your out of rope
The way to climb back up is unclear
The walls you build around yourself
I guess they keep you here
Are you afraid of what they think?
Whoever "they" happen to be
Or are you hiding from the scars of your own reality?
The monster you're feeding, your lack of perception
The things that you do to fulfill addictions

Whenever Youre Ready
Little one done run out of money now
No, it doesnt seem to have a home
Left to fend for yourself in the wilderness
Out there living life all alone
Whenever youre ready
You could see a dream come true
Whenever youre ready
Im just saying its up to you
Whenever youre ready
Things could start looking up
Whenever youre ready
Take a big sip from the loving cup
Making that face carved out of stone
Coping real hard with a losing hand
Sound of a dog choking on a chicken bone
It just cant be the way that you had things planned, my friend
Whenever youre ready, yeah yeah
Things could start to happen real fast
Whenever youre ready, my good friend
Sure we could get one built to last
Whenever youre ready
Oh we could get it done today
Whenever youre ready
Sure enough you could come out and play
Cold, hot, ready or not
Whatever youve got
What have you got to lose, my good friend?
Whenever youre ready
Whenever youre ready, my good friend
{repeat)
