From Fairy Tales
from those fairy tales
time makes us strong
and mature
and patient and so
understanding about
what is happening
about the whys and
grasps for meaning, and
soon we graduate from
the
once upon a time
we move forward
to what we know and
yet we cannot say with
bluntness
because we cannot yet
fully accept the
consequences of
the pinch of realities,
now
welcome parables
mysteries
and deep silence.

The World and You
there is always something to say
about it
words cannot enclose it
it is beyond
spelling
it is beyond utterances
it is what you feel
inside that keeps on sound and
resounding
and your tongue merely repeats
it and transfers it to your
lips
hence the speaking
and you keep on saying it over and over again
because
it is never heard
because it never arrives
at the chamber of understanding of the heart
such is your pain
that you keep on saying because you have never fully
resolved it
time is you patient teacher
it is the silence that it preaches

calmness
the plenitude of
solitude
the consciousness that there is only you
in this universe

Fairy tale gone wrong?
It began like a fairy tale
A woman and a male
Out of two different cultures
In search for adventures
They truly liked each other
A smile followed another
Where did the fairy tale go wrong
Can you tell me just this one
It has been about six weeks
That I feel misery so strong
that she seems to be gone
that my ship has some leaks
Why did the fairy tale turn false
I know that she truly likes me
The only thought that consoles
but as long as I don’t see
her smiling face again
only pain does remain
Do you remember the old fairy tales
Can you see the story that never fails
To show you that love always wins
Whatever difficulties or hard sins
For us a hard time seems worse enough
Just six weeks do seem much too tough
Where did this fairy tale go bad
Why do the last weeks turn me mad
It’s a story that makes me sad

If So Does It Last Forever To
I'm lost again someway somehow
Nothing seems to make sense of right now
Trying very hard to let go of the past
Yet I always seem to end up where I start last
Telling my story its hard to speak
Reaching out to hold something from feeling weak
Wanting to dissapear into the dark so no one can see
'I'm strong, I can do this its not the end for me! '
Does the fairy tales ever come true?
If so do they last forever to?
Whys is so hard to stay strong
The suspence seems so very long
Wanting to cry but won't allow my self won't even try
To everyone I keep saying the same lie
I'm so tired of playing their game
I won't stop until I put them all to shame
Nothing is working out right
The same play I seem to recite
Theres just to much disbelief
When its all over it will be a relief
Maybe then I'll be able to think clear
The truth may never appear
So does the fairy tale ever come true?
If so does it last forever to?
I guess I will just never know

I have very happy memories of fairy tales. My mother used to take me to the library in Toronto to check out the fairy tales. And she was an actress, so she used to act out for me the different characters in all these fairy tales.

Leveling Fields....
we just have to accept the fact
that ultimately we get what we do not really want
or need
and when we have it
we retreat into denial or regret
even blaming the circumstance
other people's fault
this matter stays and won't leave
confronting us that we so rightly deserve this and
that we must accept
it will take time
as time is patient and kind and
always giving as a elbow room for understanding
we have been selfish and will always be
it is our nature
comes the time for reason

Heres a little story that I made up
So let's play make believe
In my castle on the cliff
I look out to sea
I just wanna have some fun
I just wanns have a good time
My party is nothing special
I just can't seem to realize
In my little fairy tale book
That's where my dreams wait for me

My prince waits for me
Broken dreams and fairy tales
One of those things I know so well
My fantasy dreams aren't real anymore
They're just Broken Fairy Tales
The wicked witch dreams in her sleep
She is making green elephants for tea
She cackles and cries
The witch is alive and she's ready for the sun
A white horse rides the waves
His mane is silver and snow
The moon which rides
Along the great tides
Is living his life to the full
In my little fairy tale book
That's where my dreams wait for me
In my little own world

Time goes fast
Time goes slow
Time sees love ones pass

We All Come To Experience 'Our' Truths
We all come to experience 'our' truths.
We all come to experience,
Realities lived others may not accept.
Or come to believe,
If they are not there to witness.
Or see as they sit to observe life pass by,
From a closed window and behind locked doors.
We all experience our own sorrows...
With burdens to bear and struggles to conquer.
And yet there will be some among the 'doubters'...
Who believe nothing happens to anyone but themselves.
And when they experience a pinch of pain to feel,
It becomes worthy of a news broadcast...
To appeal with the getting of attention on their griefs.

One-Way Fairy Tale
set in forests, castles, and kingdoms
begin with “in a faraway place…” and “once upon a time”
tell about princesses, fairies, princes and monsters
end with kisses and live happily after ever after
it’s funny how fairy tales are expected to be this way
filled with magic and wishes and enchanted days
though always start with humble and sad beginnings
they still close into happy endings
how I wish my tale will be the same
in which i just have to win over evil plans and games
then it’ll be forever with my fairy
a forever which is beyond any possibility
only prince charming can have cinderella
only shrek can possibly be with princess fiona
my story won’t end as happy as theirs
‘cause my fairy won’t be with me after an ever after
after some borrowed time, things will lose their magic
after some stolen seconds, clocks will normally click
unlike those fairy tales that never end after closing a book
mine will surely be forgotten after a talk
only you, my fairy can say it won’t end that bad
only you can stop ending my story that sad
even an author doesn’t have much power
only you can make our fairy tale a little bit longer
